"We can do that tomorrow," Rick told her, but he agreed they should celebrate. He looked around. "Maybe we should do that now."
Kate glanced at him. "I'll stay here and let you two do that since I don't know what I'm buying."
"All right. Alexis, grab your purse while I talk to Sara and find out what's close." Standing in front of his daughter, Rick kissed Kate, then went upstairs to the Fly Deck.

"Yeah, it's something I've never done. And we're reasonably close to it. Maybe if we get there early enough, we can get a spot and not have to leave the boat to watch it. We'll come back here after it's over."
"You're sure you want to stay here that long? I worry that Hunters will find us if we do. Staying here for five months has me worried enough as it is."
"Relax, Kate. We've left no trail for them to follow you. They'd never expect to find you here."
"I've stayed alive by worrying."
Rick didn't say anything for a while. But then he looked at her, nodded, and said, "Then we won't return here after we go to Monaco. We'll go elsewhere. Maybe Amsterdam."
Kate kissed him for that. "Thank you."
"Let's see, the race is in late March. It'll still be cold in Amsterdam. So maybe somewhere else first. We'll think of something, I promise."
Alexis joined them. "What are you two talking about?"
"We were talking about where to go after Monaco. I was thinking Amsterdam, but it'll be cold there."
"We can go to France first. England, maybe. Besides, Dad, it won't be that cold in Amsterdam," Alexis contended. "Sara, what is the temperature like in Amsterdam after March?"
"It won't be comfortable there until June. Prior to that, it will be cold to cool," Sara replied.
Rick cocked his head and looked at his daughter. "See?"
"Fine! We'll go somewhere else then. It doesn't matter," Alexis said in return. "We'll think of something." She flung her hands out in frustration. "And why are we up here anyway? We could be anywhere. We could be seeing Barcelona instead of staying here."

"I don't know. A park or zoo would be nice." Alexis called for the one who would know. "Sara, where is the local zoo?"
Sara brought up a map on the screen with the zoo pinpointed. "It's close enough that we could walk there, maybe," Alexis suggested. "Or take a taxi."
He smiled at her. "Sounds like we have a place to go tomorrow, then."
