Raptor Speech
Talon gives out a speech and Izuku will pay a Half-Relative a visit after this.

Previously, Talon sneaked into the lair of the League of Villains and found some papers on the Nomus and then encounters all of the League of Villains. What happened next is Talon battles all of the League of Villains and easily defeats them all, he even mentions Tomura Shigaraki's original name Tenko Shimura whom he never wanted to hear again, but Talon doesn't mention that his mother Nao Shimura is actually alive.
After restraining all of the League of Villains, Talon calls out to a follow Raptor name Gyre for his plan steal Izuku's Raptor Amulet.

Present Time
Suddenly every channel appears with Talon's face all across the world, it seems Talon is going to give out his speech to the Earth about he and the Fraternity of Raptors's plans on Earth or whatever he's planning next. Well Izuku with Nao and All Might are also watching as well, "I bet Talon is going to say what he has to say with a speech of his", Izuku said has Talon begins with his speech.

"People of the Earth, if any if you don't know me yet, I am Talon of the Fraternity of Raptors. We the Fraternity of Raptors all possess an Amulet and a Suit of Armor, we protect the long term interests of the Shi'ar Empire in a mission we call the Great Purpose. Our Raptor Armor make use of a stream of information called the Datasong which provides us all with information about past and future events. In time we grew too powerful and each of us Raptors were sealed in patches of dark matter throughout Shi'ar territory, although most of us are freed and we continue our mission."
"I know the one called Darkhawk is using one of the Raptor Amulet and fight as a Guardian of the innocent on Earth, but he has not yet realized the flaws of a Human using a Raptor Amulet. The Raptor Amulet and Armor are not design to be used by Humans because the Raptor Armor on a Human have a side affect which cause an anger management, brutal fights and uncontrollable killings. The only ones who are suitable for the Raptor Armor are Alien Races such as Kree, Skrull and Shi'ar which can allow the Raptor to have complete control of their Hosts. Humans on the other hand, they have complete control instead of the Raptor due to Humans being an anomaly just like Darkhawk, if he was an Alien then the real user of the Raptor Armor known as Razor would have been in control instead of Darkhawk", just like that Talon is finish with his speech and every channel goes back to normal.

"Izuku?" Nao and All Might wonder Izuku as Darkhawk still have a normal behavior instead being affected by the side affects of the Raptor Armor.
"It's probably because I've been always calm whenever I do my part on fighting crime which helps me avoid falling victim to the side affects of the Raptor Armor." Well that explains why Izuku hasn't done anything bad while as Darkhawk.

"So what now Izuku?" Nao ask what are they going to do now.
"We are going to visit my Half-Relative or Half-Sister who is living in Musutafu City as well", Izuku said what's the plan now.
"You 2 go on ahead I need to get back with the others and talk about the situation that Talon is going to cause, All Might said they will stay behind and get back to the others.

Coming Up next, Izuku visit his Half-Relative name Miranda Cruz and talks with her while Talon with Gyre is going make a move on their plans and making use of the League of Villains.
The Shi'ar Empire doesn't appear in this Fanfic but only mentioned. Miranda Cruz appears in Darkhawk Infinity Countdown Comics and is the fiance of Chris Powell/Darkhawk and she shares his history as Darkhawk.
In this Fanfic Miranda Cruz is Izuku Midoriya's half-sister, in this Fanfic Izuku's dad Hisashi Midoriya met up with Miranda's unnamed mother and had an affair with her and thus gave birth to her.
