"So we were right after all." Yukiko said thoughtfully. "She did show up on the Midnight Channel."

"Yeah, there was no mistaking her." Yosuke said in agreement. "Still, if all five of us head over at once it might be a little suspicious especially considering you and Kanji both went missing for a while Yukiko."

"I wouldn't worry about that, the four of us are all in the same class so spending time together isn't that unusual." Yu said calmly. "Besides, if my uncle or any other police ask there's an obvious answer."

"You mean traveling in a group." Chie said. "That makes sense to me, so are you guys ready to go?"

"Yeah." Yu said calmly as they walked out of the classroom to head towards the Tofu shop.

The five members of the Investigation Team walked towards the tofu shop only to notice an enormous crowd of people along with police officers and Adachi.

"Ok… we probably should have seen this coming." Yosuke said thoughtfully. "We're talking about a famous idol after all."

"Well we can't say anything with all these people hanging around here." Kanji said before frowning. "Any ideas sempai?'

"Huh, what are you guys doing here?" Dojima asked walking up to them only to frown. "Wait let me guess, you heard Rise Kujikawa would be here."

"Sorry uncle, we were talking and got a bit caught up in the moment." Yu said apologetically. "Maybe we can help somehow?"

"I somehow doubt that." Dojima said. "Still, I appreciate your honesty."

Dojima just shook his head after saying that and walked off.

"Oh man, that has to be tough." Chie said sadly. "Not only is there the case to worry about but now he needs to try and keep everyone from bothering Rise."

"You're right, but we need to make sure Rise knows about what might happen." Yukiko said calmly.

"We know Kanji." Yosuke said as the crowd started to leave. "Huh, what's going on?"

"I can't believe it; Rise isn't there it was just an old lady." A Yasogami student said in frustration.

"What, that doesn't make any sense." Kanji said. "She's supposed to be here right, your uncle being here should have proven that sempai."

"It's worth taking a look at least." Yukiko said thoughtfully.

"I agree." Yu said before the five of them walked to the shop where they noticed someone preparing some tofu. 'Excuse me."

"What, oh can I help you?" the person asked before turning to the group revealing herself to be Rise.

"Actually we wanted to try and help you." Yu said calmly only to pause. "It's well… have you heard about what's been going on here in Inaba?"

"You mean the kidnappings, right? I guess it would make sense to assume an idol would be the next victim." Rise said calmly. "Plus there's what I saw last night."

"Wait you mean you saw the Midnight Channel?" Chie asked in shock. "That's…"

"I overheard a few people talking about the rumor so I decided to try it for myself. Except the girl on the screen… that wasn't me." Rise said quietly.

"Wasn't you, what are you talking about?" Kanji asked. "It was clearly you, unless you've got some kind of twin sister."

"It's not that, it's…" Rise said before looking down uncertainly. "I'm not that big."

Yukiko and Chie immediately nodded in understanding as Yu, Yosuke, and Kanji just looked confused but nodded.

"Well, just to be on the safe side keep your eyes open ok?" Yu asked.

"Right, I will be." Rise said before smiling. "Here, yet me get you some tofu."

"Thank you very much." Yukiko said politely.

"It's my pleasure, it's nice to meet people who don't just want to talk about my career." Rise said with a gentle smile.

With that the five members of the Investigation Team walked out of the shop.

"Well… we warned her but I still can't shake this bad feeling." Yosuke said uncertainly. "We might want to keep our eyes open."

"Yeah, you're right." Yu said in agreement. "We should keep our eyes open in case anything strange happens."

"That makes sense." Chie said as the group walked off.

"Now I know this might sound strange but considering what's been happening recently…" Dojima said only for Rise to shake her head.

"You think I might be kidnapped, right?" Rise asked causing Dojima and Adachi's eyes to widen in surprise. "I was warned earlier today."

"You were warned already?" Adachi asked in confusion.

"That's right, it was a group of high school students actually." Rise said calmly.

"High school students?" Dojima asked before frowning. "I see. That aside, have you given any consideration to education while you're here?"

"I'll be enrolling at Yasogami soon." Rise said quietly. "Is there anything else?"

"No, thank you for your time miss Kujikawa." Dojima said before walking out of the shop with Adachi only to frown. "High school students…"

"You don't think it was your nephew and his friends, do you?" Adachi asked in surprise.

"I don't know, but there's something going on that we don't know about." Dojima said thoughtfully.

"What do you think we should do Dojima-san?" Adachi asked uncertainly.

"I'm not sure, but something tells me we need to keep a close eye on Rise Kujikawa." Dojima said calmly.

"Alright, if we're planning on keeping our eyes open we need to make sure we have something to keep our strength up in case of an emergency." Yosuke said. "See anything that might work you guys?"

"Nothing yet, but we'll find something." Chie said calmly. "We won't let anything happen to her."

"Chie's right." Yukiko said in agreement. 'We'll definitely keep her safe."

(The members of the Investigation Team have warned Rise that she may be the next victim of the kidnapping incident but Dojima is starting to get suspicious of them. Next chapter a suspicious individual will reveal himself to the group and to Adachi. As always any reviews or critique is appreciated.)
