"Hey Yu-sempai, I know it's kind of a risk but should we mention our concerns to your uncle?" Kanji asked quietly. "I mean… we're talking about a killer here."
"We can't." Yu said quietly. "We'd have to tell him everything and there's no way he would believe us."
"Except while we're on this side we don't have any power and this creep managed to throw Yukiko-sempai and me into the TV so there's a pretty good chance whoever it is they're stronger than we are and they could have some kind of weapon on them." Kanji said thoughtfully
"Yeah, you have a good point. Still I doubt the culprit would be willing to draw a weapon in broad daylight especially in front of Rise Kujikawa's window." Yosuke said just before Adachi walked into the shop.
"Huh, what are you guys doing here?" Adachi asked curiously before frowning. "Should I really… actually do you mind if I ask you something?"
"Not at all, is everything ok?" Yosuke asked.
"Well… I'm requesting your help with some surveillance." Adachi said before frowning. "My eyes are good but they aren't perfect so if something were to happen around the Marukyu Tofu shop I want to make sure it's taken care of."
"Huh, sure of course we can help you." Yu said.
"Yu's right, if it can help of course we'll lend a hand." Chie said in agreement with a smile.
"Thanks, I really appreciate that." Adachi said calmly.

"Have you guys seen anything?" Yosuke asked walking past Kanji and Yukiko.
"Nothing yet, and we've just been walking past the shop over and over again." Kanji said. "If someone was going to try something they wouldn't do it with so many people around."
"That's true, but we should at least stay for a little longer." Yukiko said before dropping her voice to a whisper. "This might be our best chance to catch the culprit."
"Yeah, I know but…" Yosuke started to say only for Chie to suddenly gasp.
"Hey, I see somebody!" Chie said suddenly getting everyone's attention as they ran to see a man climbing a telephone pole outside of the shop.
"Hey freeze!" Adachi said quickly causing the man to panic and slide down the pole before trying to run.
"Why you, get back here!" Kanji said angrily only for the man to run towards the street.
"Hey stop!" Yosuke said as the Investigation Team and Adachi gave chase.
Suddenly the man turned to them. "Stop, don't come any closer to me!"
"What makes you think we'll do what you say?" Chie asked suspiciously.
"If you come any closer I'll do it. What will you do if I get run over?" the man asked nervously causing Adachi's eyes to widen in panic.
"No, if the suspect gets injured the police will be held responsible and if he dies then…" Adachi started to say.
"I'll do it, so just get out of here and stop chasing me." the man said fearfully while starting to back up into traffic.
"Oh man, this is bad." Yosuke said quietly. "Any ideas on how to stop him?"
"I think so, can you get distract him Yosuke?" Yu asked curiously. "After that, Kanji and I can do the rest."
"Right, that sounds good to me." Kanji said softly before the three of them turned to the man.
"Huh, hey look behind you a Martian." Yosuke said suddenly.
"Huh, what?" the man asked as he turned just before being tackled by Yu and Kanji.
"Got you." Kanji said before turning to Adachi. "Hey, shouldn't you arrest this guy?"
"Why are you doing this?" the man asked miserably. "You're assaulting an ordinary citizen like he's some common…"
"Save it, you can tell us your story down at the station." Adachi said confidently only to smile. "I've always wanted to say that line."
"You're wrong, I wasn't doing anything wrong." the man said nervously.
"Are you joking?" Chie asked angrily. "You're killing people and were about to do the same thing to Rise Kujikawa, I saw you climbing that telephone pole."
"What do you mean, I've never killed anyone." the man said timidly. "Just look, all I have on me is cameras. I'm a really big fan of Risette and wanted to see her room."
"You expect us to believe those lies?" Kanji asked as Yu and Yosuke exchanged a brief glance.
"That's enough out of you." Adachi said while grabbing the man. "I really appreciate your help today."
"No problem, just let us know if you need anything else." Yukiko said politely before Adachi nodded and dragged the man off.
"So… that's it, we caught the killer?" Chie asked.
"Looks that way to me, things will be a lot better with that creep behind bars." Kanji said only to pause. "Yu-sempai?"
"Something feels off about this whole thing." Yu said thoughtfully. "Was that really the killer?"
"Yeah, I know what you mean. That guy was acting strangely but still… was he ever loitering around the Amagi Inn?" Yosuke asked.
Yukiko paused before her eyes widened. "No, I don't think I ever remember seeing him before."
"Wait, but wouldn't he have to be around the Amagi Inn since that's where the announcer was killed?" Chie asked nervously.
"Wait, but if that guy wasn't at the Amagi Inn then what does that mean?" Kanji asked. "The case is closed, right?"
"I don't know, but I have a bad feeling we should keep our eyes on the Midnight Channel tonight just in case. Worst case scenario we head in and see if Teddie sensed anyone." Yu said as the rest of the Investigation Team nodded in agreement.
(Adachi and the Investigation Team have caught a suspicious individual outside of Marukyu Tofu and yet Yukiko didn't recognize him and there's some doubt if he really was the one who killed Mayumi Yamano and Saki Konishi. Next chapter the members of the Investigation Team will check the Midnight Channel. As always any reviews or critique is appreciated.)
