"Oh, you're home." Nanako said as Yu walked into the room. "How was your day?"

"Good, I spent some time with my friends." Yu said with a smile only to pause when Dojima met his eye.

"Do you mind if we talk in private Nanako?" Dojima asked before pausing. "He's not in trouble and we aren't fighting."

Nanako looked uncertain but nodded before walking into her bedroom.

"Uncle?" Yu asked. "Is something wrong?"

"I hope not, but I just wanted to ask you something. Why were you and your friends getting involved with the investigation?" Dojima asked. "You spoke with Rise Kujikawa, right?"

"Oh, you mean the Midnight Channel." Yu said in realization. "It's just a rumor but if someone misinterpreted it and thought it meant Rise Kujikawa was their soul mate… that could cause problems."

Dojima looked at Yu before nodding thoughtfully.

"Plus, with everything that happened and a celebrity moving into Inaba… sorry uncle, I guess we acted without thinking." Yu said apologetically.

"Yeah, you did." Dojima said before frowning. "Still, I can't blame you for being worried about the whole situation but leave that kind of thing to the police from now on understand?"

"I understand uncle." Yu said. "Good night."

"Night." Dojima said thoughtfully.

"Ok, hopefully nobody shows up this time." Yosuke said to himself only for the screen to turn on as Rise walked up wearing an orange bikini

"'Maru-Q! Push Risette!' Good evening, good evening! I'm Rise Kujikawa! This spring, one young girl levels up to become a high school idol… yayyyy! So today, I'm gonna celebrate by pushing the limits of Standards & Practices!" the Rise on screen said excitedly. "Does everybody know what time it is? Showtime! Show what, huh? Hmhmhm… E-very-thing! Eee, how embarrassing! Is this too hot for the TV!? Well, if a thing if worth doing, it's worth doing it all the way! I'm gonna bare it all for you! Heehee! Stay tuned!"

With that the TV turned off as Yosuke just stared in utter disbelief at what he just saw before immediately grabbing his phone.

"Yu… you just… I mean you saw… that was…" Yosuke said as he tried to process the Midnight Channel he just saw.

"I did, Rise's inside and we need to get her out before her shadow does something she'll never live down." Yu said.

"Huh? Yeah you're probably right." Yosuke said in agreement only to frown. "Though that definitely proves it wasn't the culprit we found. Hopefully Adachi-san isn't in too much trouble."

"Hopefully not, but we have our own problems to worry about." Yu said. "We need to find Rise and get her out before her shadow does something drastic… or it tries to kill her."

"We're not about to let that happen." Yosuke said only for his phone to buzz. "That's Chie, I'll see you tomorrow at Junes partner."

"Right." Yu said before hanging up.

Yosuke took a slow breath before answering the phone. "Chie, I'm guessing…"

"What was that? Please tell me you saw the Midnight Channel just now." Chie said in shock.

"Yeah, and so did Yu." Yosuke answered. "This might be the worst one so far, we need to stay calm and make sure to get her out safely."

"I know Yosuke but still… this is insane. If that guy wasn't the culprit, then where can we even begin to look?" Chie asked.

"I don't know Chie, but we'll figure something out." Yosuke said. "We're meeting up at Junes tomorrow to head in."

"That makes sense, ok see you tomorrow Yosuke." Chie said only to pause. "Are things any better at Junes by the way?"

"Not really, but I've managed so far." Yosuke said. "Thanks for asking though Chie, I'll see you tomorrow?"

"Definitely." Chie said with a small smile before hanging up.

"Ok, so we know for sure Rise has to be inside right?" Kanji asked.

"Definitely, there's no mistaking it." Yu said. "Then again, there's something we might need to think about."

"You mean like how Teddie had trouble finding Kanji without help?" Yukiko asked.

"Yeah, there's a chance he may need to get to know Rise before his nose can track her down." Chie said thoughtfully.

"Huh, that should be easy." Kanji said. "She's an idol, so we…"

"Not that Kanji, Rise's shadow is acting out for a reason which means there has to be something about Rise that isn't so cut and dry." Yosuke said. "But what could it even be?"

"Well we can worry about it after we talk to Teddie." Yu said calmly. "Sitting here won't do us any good."

"Right, you have a good point." Yukiko nodded before the five of them walked into the electronics section.

"Hey Teddie, are you… huh, is something wrong?" Chie asked as they noticed Teddie looking down and facing away from them.

"Ted?" Yosuke asked.

"Oh, hi you guys." Teddie said sadly. "Is there someone else here, I thought I smelled someone a little while ago, but my nose isn't working very well."

"You mean you can't find Rise can you?" Kanji asked before shrugging. "Oh well, not the end of the world."

"Huh?" Teddie asked in shock. "You're not upset with me for being so useless?"

"Useless, what are you talking about?" Yu asked. "If it wasn't for your nose, we wouldn't have been able to find anyone. We can try and make it a little easier for you."

Teddie's eyes widened hearing that before he smiled.

"Well, I guess we should ask around right?" Kanji asked.

"Yeah, don't worry Ted we'll be back soon to get Rise out of here." Yosuke said as the Investigation Team exited the TV World.

(Rise has been thrown inside the TV World despite a suspect captured by the Investigation Team and Adachi, and now the Investigation Team is planning on gathering information to try and help Teddie find Rise. Next chapter the investigation team will attempt to learn more about Rise so that Teddie can find her in the TV World. As always any reviews or critique is appreciated.)
