Chapter 3

"Peter are you still up?" May asks as she knocks on his door.

She checks her watch and it is indeed nearing midnight and yet she can still hear the sounds of activity in Peters room. She's happy to see the teen so excited about beginning his path in becoming a hero, but that excitement might leave him a little too exhausted for his first day of school.

"Just a little while longer, you can come in!"

She enters and stares open mouthed as she sees Peter sitting criss cross… in the top right corner of his room… upside down.

"I am never gonna get used to this." She mutters and shakes her head.

"What's got you up so long?"

Peter does a flip and lands gracefully in front of his aunt holding a sketchbook.

"One of the requirements for UA is that we have to send in requests for our um… super suits." Peter answers.

"I think a better description is glorified pajamas." She jokes.

"Aunt May!"

"I'm just teasing," she chuckles, "So what have you got so far?"

The teen slumps inward somewhat as he says in a small voice, "I'm still working on it."

She quickly snatches the sketchbook out of his hands and he tries reaching for it, "Wait Aunt May! Those are just ideas, give it back!"

"Hold on let's see what you got!"

The older woman holds in a laugh as she reads the top of the page, 'Costume Possibilities'. The first costume Peter thought up was an a black and grey onesie with a black widow symbol over his face and a note on the side that said, 'utility belt?'. She flips the page despite Peter's protests and her face turns red from effort in holding her laugh as the next costume he drew, was a red jumpsuit with webbing style cape and another note that says, 'need more color!'.

"Peter I don't think a cape fits well for a spider themed superhero."

"I thought the cape was cool." He grumbles but she hears him.

"It kinda looks like a butterfly with that cape."

He sighs, "Ok I'll scrap that one."

She flips the page and this time the laughter stops as she's genuinely impressed by this one. "Oh now this one's good!"

Peter glances at the one she's taken a liking to. Truthfully he didn't put much effort into this one he just started doodling. It was mostly blue suit with red gloves, boots, mid-section, and mask; all with a web pattern covering the red portions of the suit. It had a stylized black spider symbol in the center of the chest and large white lenses with black outline.

"You really like this one?" he asks in disbelief.

May nods happily, "Yes it's eye catching and very vibrant, just like you."

He smiles bashfully, " I guess."

"Trust me, your Uncle Ben would love it too."

His eyes water slightly at the mention of his father figure and he clears his throat. "Alright then, I guess this one's it then."

"Now that that's decided, you should get to bed. It's your first day tomorrow and it'd be a terrible impression if you spent most of the class snoring on your chair."

He groans but obliges, "Fine, I'll go to sleep."

"Good boy. And goodnight!"

"Night!"

And she closes the door. Peter turns off the lights and waits another 15 minutes when he's sure that his aunt has retired for the night. Silently he reaches into his drawer containing his web shooters and places them on each wrist. "Time to put these bad boys to the test!"

The teen silently opens his window and crawls onto the wall. He slowly and as silently as possible closes his window before crawling up the building and on the roof. He surveys the area and once he's satisfied that no one is watching, he takes a step back and runs and leaps well into the night sky onto the next rooftop and continues sprinting enjoying the freedom as he leaps, whooping as he somersaults and does all kinds of flips before landing on his feet on the next rooftop. He sees that he's getting closer to the taller buildings and tries to gain some height. He vaults up and attaches to the side of the nearest building then gets into a standing position, parallel to the ground and yet still standing perfectly without any affects to his balance. "Man I love that spider!"

He looks to the roof of the building determined and starts sprinting up the building, still not believing that he's able to do such incredible feats! He finally reaches the roof and gets close to the edge. He sees before him a shorter building and a crane standing stationary above it. He then remembers when he was in the abandoned warehouse, fooling around and discovering his powers back when he had just been bitten by the spider, he remembers seeing a spider swinging from web to web, creating it's home, and he remembers swinging from the chains, the thrill that came with it. Hmm, that crane should be a stable enough anchor.

He takes his right and and tries to aim his web shooter at the crane and fires!... missing the crane completely. He stares at his hand then at the crane and back at his hand. He groans, "Couldn't that spider have given me better aim." He complains but shakes his head and tries again.

And again.

And again.

And agai—" Aha! Got it!"

He finally has attached a web strand to the crane and stands on the ledge of the building. Suddenly an uneasy feeling flips his stomach once he looks down and sees just how high up he is. He gulps, "Wow, did not think I was this high. Don't look down Peter don't look down. Remember, be like a spider, be like a spider, be like a spider."

He chants this to himself, hyping himself up. He open shis eyes and takes a deep breath, "Here goes nothing."

He steps off the ledge holding the web strand for dear life as he screams during the entire swing. The good news, he didn't fall and made it over the roof of the shorter building! The bad news… he still hasn't let go and is now on a collision course to the back of the billboard on the other side of the roof. His eyes widen,

"Oh! Oh no! no no no no no!"

He tries to slam his feet down but he's just barely higher than the ground and hits nothing but air. He lets out one final scream before crashing facefirst into billboard with a web shooting futilely from his wrist before sliding back down to the ground.

"…Ow."

He holds his face gingerly and then it occurs to him, he could've just let go once he got to the roof. He buries his face in his hands, "Oh god I gotta work on this a little more. Wait what time is it?" he asks himself as he takes out his phone and sees that it is now past midnight.

"hmmm, I'm pretty sure I can squeeze in one more hour of practice."

"Peter… Peeeter… PETER!"

Said teen scrambles off the bed and falls on his butt. He yawns and rubs his tired eyes, "What happened?"

"What's happening is that you slept through your alarm and are about to be late for your first day!"

All sleepiness instantly leaves Peter's body as he quickly grabs his alarm and checks the time to see that he indeed is running low on time. "SHIT!" and he scrambles to get ready.

"Language! Though it does fit the situation. Hurry up I'll drive you there."

Peter hops on one foot as he tries getting a sock on while simultaneously brushing his teeth, "yea just give me a sec."

Somehow he's able to finish dressing himself without breaking anything and the two are in a car heading to UA. Finally they arrive at the massive gate that opens to UA. Peter gets out the car and gazes up at the large structure and gulps. Talk about larger than life.

May notices his nervousness and calls him before he leaves, "Peter, you're gonna do great ok, just like any new school."

He nods, "Yea you're right, thanks May!"

She smiles and leaves. As she's going Peter grumbles, "Yea any new school, just a school full of people with quirks that could probably kill me in 100 different ways."

Peter goes inside and as he's walking he sees how most students ignore him. He awkwardly tries to interact with the other students.

"Hey good morning!"

He's ignored.

"How you doin?"

Still ignored.

"Oh my god this is embarrassing, we wore the same jacket!"

The student gives him a deadpan look at his poor attempt at a joke before saying,

"Your shoe's untied."

His shoulders slump, "Yea I'm aware."

As the students leave Peter sighs, "Great, I go half way across the world and I'm still the resident awkward loser. Might as well get this over with. Now what was the class again? Aha 1-A!"

As soon as he gets to the door he heres the steps of someone running and sees a familiar head of green hair. "Oh hey midoriya-chan!"

He smiles timidly, "Actually the correct way is with a Kun instead of a chan."

Peter smacks his head, "Oh! No wonder people say I've been disrespecting them. Thanks."

He smiles, "No problem!" and turns to the massive door with wide eyes.

"Whoa, the door's huge!"

Peter nods with his eyes wide, "Yea what're they trying to fit through here, a elephant or something?"

Izuku places a hand on his chin as he thinks, "Possibly, I mean quirks can sometimes manifest in a physical, changing a person's appearance to sometimes even that of an animal. Possibly as a form of genetic atavism."

"Right where the person's ancestral genetic traits reappears, giving the appearance of devolution." Peter supplies.

Izuku blinks, "You can hear me?"

Peter rubs his head sheepishly, "I didn't mean to do it on purpose, just when my… quirk manifested it dialed up my senses to 11. I can hear a lot better among other things."

Midoriya's eyes become as large as saucers, "Whoa! There's so much more to your quirk than I thought and there's so many different applications to –"

"Hey uh Midoriya-kun, I think we should head into the classroom before we get marked late."

The greenette apologizes timidly and Peter feels so bad, man who made you so scared to talk to people? His answer comes in the form of four eyes arguing with –

"Oh come on!" Peter smacks his hand on his forehead.

"What junior high did you go to you extra?" the nasty blonde asks.

Four eyes is taken aback, "I attended Somei Private Academy. My name is Tenya Iida."

The blonde's crooked grin becomes even more crooked, "Somei? So you're a damn elite, huh? Looks like I'll have fun crushing you."

Iida takes a step back, "'crushing'? that's cruel! Do you truly aim to be a hero?"

The blonde is about to answer but then his eyes land on the two people who've annoyed him the most. Peter notices Izuku shrinking at the glare. Tenya ends up compounding on his discomfort by calling out his name, which brings the entire class' attention to the pair. Izuku straightens up,

"Oh um… "

Iida approaches him and Peter tenses, remembering the bespectacled teens attitude during the entrance exam. "Good morning, I am from Somei Private Academy. My name is—"

"I heard." Izuku interrupts, " I'm Midoriya. Nice to meet you, Iida."

Iida turns to Peter, "and what is your name."

"Peter Parker."

"Well, Midoriya and Parker, the pair of you realized there was something more to that practical exam, didn't you?"

"Say what?" Peter asks at the same time that Izuku gives him a confused look.

"I had no idea, I misjudged you both!" he dramatically looks away, "I hate to admit it, but you are better than me."

The two teens turn slowly to each other, "I'm really lost at what he's getting at." Peter comments.

Izuku chuckles nervously, "Sorry, I actually didn't realize anything."

Thankfully the brunette Izuku saved ends the awkward conversation, "Oh that curly hair! You're the plain looking one!"

Peter puts a hand over his mouth as he tries to hold in his laughter from Izuku flustered attempts at speaking to a girl. Suddenly he feels a tingling in the base of his skull and turns around and looks at the ground, "Umm guys I think I found a dead hobo."

The man laying in a sleeping glares at him before addressing the class in a tired and monotone voice, "Go somewhere else if you want to play at being friends."

"Oh thank god he is alive!"

The man chooses to ignore Peter and scrambled for something in his bag, "welcome to UA's hero course," he takes a big gulp from a bag of squeezable apple sauce, the slurping noise being the only sound made as dead silence fills the room, all the students disturbed by the mans scruffy appearance and rather odd behavior. "It took you eight seconds to quiet down," he says as he crawls out the bag, revealing a black outfit with a worn utility belt around his waist and a long and somewhat dirty looking scarf tied around his neck. "Time is precious, you kids are not rational enough."

I wonder when's the last time he's slept, Peter wonders as he looks at the bags under his eyes and he sniffs, somewhat recoiling, or bathed, guy has some serious BO!

"I'm your homeroom teacher, Shota Aizawa. Nice to meet you."

Peter pokes Izuku, "We're getting a pro hero as a teacher? That's kinda awesome!"

He answers, "True but I've never seen a hero who looked that worn out before."

"Before I get started with the class I do have to announce that we have a transfer student, one from America. Peter Parker, introduce yourself to the class."

And just like that all eyes are on Peter. Really it was a given who was the transfer student. My lack of fluent use of the Japanese language gave me away. Peter gulps but still takes this chance to take stock of his new classmates. One student who's also a blonde but has much neater hairstyle also has a large and very thick tail, beside him is a floating clothes? Oh invisibility! A normal looking black haired boy with strangely large and weirdly shaped elbows, a girl with long earlobes that end in what appears to be headphone jacks, and the only one who seems to be smiling is a pink haired, pink skinned girl with small antennas and golden irises with black colo where the white of her eyes would be.

"Anytime now." Mr Aizawa says.

Peter shakes his head and gulps, "H-hi I'm Peter Parker, just fell in from America."

Izuku clears his throat and corrects him, "Flew in*."

Peter mentally smacks himself, "Yea that, uh flew in! nice to meet everyone! Fair warning I'm still adjusting to speaking Japanese so I apologize in advance for any confusion, I also have a tendency to talk too much when I'm nervous which is happeningrightnowandIreallyneedtoshutupbutIcan'tstopmyselfMidoriya-kunpleasehelp!"

Said greenette stutters while trying to help but thankfully Mr Aizawa grew bored enough to end the social suicide Peter was committing. "Now that we got introductions out the way, I ask that you please quit the snickering and put these on quick," he reaches into his bag and takes out a blue and white-trim gym uniform, "and head outside to the field."

This sparks confusion in the students, "what're we heading to the field for?" Peter asks.

"You'll find out once we get to the field." Aizawa snips.

"… Should've expected that."

At the Training Grounds

"A QUIRK ASSESSMENT TEST?!"

Aizawa glares lightly in annoyance but didn't go further from there, these are just kids anyway. Uraraka steps forward and asks,

"What abut the entrance ceremony, the orientation?"

Shouta almost rolls his eyes, what do these kids think, this isn't a normal high school it's a school for heroes. "If you're going to become a hero, you don't have time for such leisurely events."

Murmurs of astonishment rumbles through the class as he continues, " UA's selling point is how unrestricted it's school traditions are. That's also how the teachers run their classes, so I have the freedom to run my class as I see fit."

This does nothing to decrease the anxiety that's building in the class. But he pays no mind to it as he finally faces the group. "Alright, Ball throw, standing long jump, fifty meter dash, endurance training, grip strength, side to side stepping, upper body training. And seated toe touch. You did all of these in middle school during your standard Non-Quirk gym tests."

Peter flashes back to him falling after failing to do one push up, a ball he throws hitting the ground not a foot before him and tripping as he goes to run. He pales, oh please if anyones listening don't let me make a fool out of myself… well any more of a fool than I already have.

"World wide these tests are done while prohibiting quirks when calculating the averages of those records as to give those with less power more of a chance. It's not rational." He grumbles, "The department of education is just procrastinating and wasting time for those who should be ahead of the pack."

The worn out teachers eyes land on a certain hotheaded individual.

"Bakugo," he catches the students attention, "How far can you throw in middle school without using your quirk?"

"67 meters give or take." He replies with no shortage of pride.

Shouta reaches into a bucket beside him and tossed him a UA Quirk test softball and pulls out a work for to keep track of all the results.

"Now try doing it with your quirk, just don't leave the circle."

A sick smirk appears on Bakugo's face as he stretches a bit while getting into the circle. "Alright then here goes," he winds his arm back and follows through with everything he has, setting an explosive blast just as it leaves his hand, "DIE!" he shouts as the ball rockets into the distance.

"Die?" Izuku repeats in a small whisper.

"Yea am I the only one that finds that little tidbit concerning?" Peter supplies, wearing a similar expression.

He's not as Aizawa narrows his eyes at the comment but is still nonetheless impressed by the result, "705.2 meters, knowing the limits of your abilities is crucial. That's the first step to figuring out what kind of heroes you'll be."

Which again makes Aizawa think about Bakugo. Attitude aside Bakugo holds a great amount of potential in Aizawa's opinion, he just needs control of his temperament. The class for the most part is in awe at the display of power, of course giving praise to the prideful blonde.

Aizawa sweat drops, and a clearly overinflated ego, that temperament may take a while to calm. But that's a problem for another day. Midoriya and Peter are both nervous but for different reason. Peter is nervous because of his lack of athleticism before his quirk and wonders if it'll cause him any embarrassment today, while Izuku is worried about how he'll manage using a quirk that normally devastates his body after one use. They both gulp as Mr Aizawa gets upset at one student saying this'll be awesome.

"Awesome you say? You're hoping to become Pro heroes in three years time, and yet you think it's gonna be all fun and games?"

The seriousness in his tone stops Peter from letting lose a sarcastic comment but just barely, not sure I'll survive if he doesn't like my joke.

"Idiots, we will be taking 8 physical tests. The one with the lowest score across all eight events will be judged hopeless, without any potential and will be expelled on the spot."

"WHAAAT?!" many of the students deflate while their anxiety elevates significantly.

"The one with the lowest score will be expelled?! But it's only the first day! I mean … that's isn't fair!"

"And natural disasters are?" the teacher retorts instantly, "Highway accidents and villain incidents are fair? No! Calamity is always lurking around the corner, the world isn't fair and it's a here's job to correct that and make it fair. For the next three years, UA will be throwing constant adversity upon your shoulders to ensure you go beyond your limits. To surpass them and ascend to new heights," he smirks, "This is Plus Ultra, use the powers given to you to overcome that adversity and you'll thrive here. So bring you're a game!"

The students all give varying affirmations, some sporting determined grins while others buckle under the pressure. This'll be interesting.

"It's time we begin!"

The first test was the fifty meter dash, which will be done by two students racing each other. The first to go was Iida Tenya and Tsuyu Asui. Of course no one was surprised when Iida won the race with his time being 3.04 seconds thanks to his quirk, engine. But Asui didn't disappoint as she got an impressive time of 5.58 seconds.

Next up was Uraraka Ochako who got 7.15 by creatively using her quirk on her clothes, making her much lighter and faster though it did end up with her feeling slightly queasy but thankfully she didn't need to throw up. Her opponent Mashirao Ojiro got a 6.91. He chastises himself, "I could've done better, need to make my tail stronger."

Next up with Aoyama Yuga ( Who Peter swears was sparkling for just a second) against Ashido Mina. This one was actually pretty close as Aoyama used his naval laser to get ahead but tripped on one of the times he stopped the laser allowing Mina to over take him while using her acid ability and just barely won with a score of 5.40 even though Aoymama got up quick enough he still lost with a score of 5.51 seconds.

Soon enough it was Midoriya's turn to go up against… Bakugo. Geez is the universe doing this on purpose? The poor green haired kid still steels himself and tries his hardest but Bakugo yelled, "Turbo!" and releaed massive blasts behind him, propelling himself to the finish line in 4.13 seconds while Izuku trailed after him with a time of 7.02 seconds. Hmm all things considered that was really good time, still one of the best in the class, peter notes.

"Parker, your next against Rikido Sato!"

Peter stands up straight and gets himself to the starting line. He glances it his admittedly larger classmate and wonders why he's taking out a chocolate bar. Sato eats the chocolate bar in one go and suddenly his muscles start to expand and grow. Peter almost takes a step back as his classmates grows even larger, he growls and gets into a starting position. Peter shakes his head and does the same just in time as they here, "Go!"

Peter starts running with everything he has, his feet hitting the floor in a quick rhythm and before he knows it he's already crossed the finish line, "Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!"

He corrects himself as he almost fell over trying to stop. He looks back and hears the score, "4.10 seconds!"

And he sees that Sato came close with 5 seconds even. "Huh? That's actually better than I though!"

He goes up to Sato, though still feeling somhwat intimidated, "Hey good hustle there!"

Sato's face is still screwed into a focused grimace but he kindly shakes Peters hand while answering, "You too."

"… Ok so I'll head back to the line."

Aizawa watches Peter go. His mind flashes back to when he found out that Tony Stark of all people wanted to congratulate this student for passing his entrance exam.

(Flashback)

"Why do you even want to do so?"

"What can I say? The kid has gumption, you see how well he did there?"

"His score was admirable but not exactly impressive." Aizawa tilts his head in curiosity, "What's your interest in him?"

Tony just smirks and shrugs, "I like the kid. Think he's got a good spark to him." And he leaves.

Leaving Aizawa suspicious of his true intentions.

(Flashback ends)

Aizawa narrows his eyes, Tony Stark is many things, but a mentor is not one of them. So what is it about this child that has captured the interest of the eccentric billionaire?

He decides to keep a close eye on Peter as they head into the next test, Grip Strength. This time he has Parker go first. Peter takes a look at the hand held device. Aizawa tells him, "Just grip it as hard as you can to measure how strong your grip is."

Peter shrugs and Peter squeezes… crushing the device completely. The entire class stares dumbfounded at the American student. Who's starting to become uncomfortable with the attention. "Uh sorry? I didn't mean to break it! Am I in trouble?"

"Are you kidding me that's amazing! How strong do you have to be to be able to break it so casually!?" Kaminari asks.

With Eijiro chiming in, "That's so manly, you look like you didn't even need to try!"

Aizawa clears his throat, indicating for the students to quiet down. He looks at the now destroyed grip-monitor, guess there's a little more to this student than I thought, before giving Peter a bored look, "You're fine we have plenty of spares just get back on line."

Peter does so, ignoring the burning glare gthat Baukgo is giving him. "That damn Bastard!"

Standing long jump

Peter continued to surprise the class as he cleared the sandbox with a 52 meter jump. Out of everyone else who came after him only Bakugo got the closest but still landed at 45 meters much to his anger.

Repeated side steps

Once again Peter did very well though not the best, somehow losing to a purple headed kid with what looks like detachable balls that allowed him to bounce faster and faster, leaving him green and throwing up once it became clear that he didn't have any control.

Despite the surprises that Peter has given, everyone has been scoring more or less exactly the way that Aizawa had expected especially one student. Midoriya. It was clear why he hasn't used his quirk throughout the entire physical assessment, because whenever he uses it, it damages his body. And that makes him a liability. But for now he'll wait and see if the student can surprise him at all.

Now that they're back at the ball throw test, Uraraka was the first one up. She used her quirk to make the ball weightless then throw. The ball went higher and higher never descending. Aizawa raises an eyebrow as he looks at the phone before showing the class what it said. "INFINITY?!"

"Not exactly shocking, I mean her quirk basically removes gravity from anything she touches." Peter comments.

"True but seeing it firsthand is different than hearing about it." A voice next to him said.

When Peter looks he's left speechless as he lays eyes on probably the most beautiful girl he's ever seen. She was just as tall as him with black hair pulled into a spikey pony tail and a large strand hanging on the right side of her face. Wow and I thought Gwen was cute!

Peter shakes his head as he realizes that he was staring, "Um uh yea you're right about that. Everyone has such interesting quirks!"

"You could say that about yours, spider like quirk is actually pretty interesting, there are so many different uses for them."

Wow I'm actually having a conversation with her! "I hope I'm creative enough to then! Though speaking of creative your quirk is awesome! How do you do it though? Do you take matter around you and convert it to whatever your mind chooses or do you open up a pocket dimension and pull whatever object you can think of?... Sorry you don't have to answer that I was nerding out there." He sheepishly rubs the back of his head.

She smiles at that, "It doesn't bother me, that's actually the most interesting theories anyone has had about my quirk. But my quirk is creation, I use the lipids in my body and turn it into whatever object I imagine as long as I know it's molecular structure." She explains.

"Wow that's amazing! So –"

"I'm sorry am I interrupting?" Shouta gives Peter a disapproving glare, making the teen stand up straight like a soldier.

"No sir!"

"Good, then would you take your turn in this assessment or are you going to continue harassing your classmate?"

"I wasn't harassing—I mean I was just asking- (sigh) yes sir."

He ignores the giggles at his expense and grabs the ball. He puts himself in a pitchers position, rears his hand back and throws with all his might… the ball shoots forward before dipping down and hitting the ground. Aizawa looks at the hpone unimpressed 436 meters. Well that's disappointing. Peter blushes, Man I can jump rooftops and lift a car but I still can't throw a ball to save my life! Spider powers you have failed me!

"Ha! I knew that Gaijin was worthless!" Bakugo barks while laughing like a mad man.

Peter lowers his head in embarrassment and quietly gets back to the line, slightly behind everyone. Midoriya is up next and the pro hero teacher just shakes his head, this kid will most likely destroy his arm trying to throw the ball. The green headed student proves him right as his arm begins to glow with red lightning dancing and Aizawa acts. He doesn't blink and his hair and scarf begin to wave in the air like as if he's underwater and the glow in Izuku's arm snuffs out and the ball falls at 46 meters, leaving the student perplexed.

"I erased your quirk." He explains, " that entrance exam was definitely not rational enough. Letting a kid like you be accepted."

"You erased my quirk?" Midoriya realizes who their teacher is, "Those goggles, I recognize them! You're Eraserhead! The erasing hero!" Out of habit he continues to elaborate, which the class is secretly grateful for since they have never heard of Eraserhead, "You're an underground hero who doesn't like media attention because you believe it hinders your work!"

"So you've done your homework, bravo. From what I can tell, you can't control your quirk can you? Do you intend to become incapacitated again and have someone save you?"

"Th-that's not my intention!—AH!"

Aizawa's scarf abruptly wraps itself around Izuku and brings him close, "Whatever you're intention, I'm saying that's what those around you will be forced to do! In the past there was an oppressively passionate hero who saved over a thousand people by himself and created a legend. Even if you have the same reckless valor, you'll just be decked and turn into a useless doll after saving one person. Izuku Midoriya, ewith your power, you can't become a hero."

This angers Peter and forgets his earlier embarrassment and steps forward, "Hey that's enough!"

Aizawa doesn't look at Peter but he does release Midoriya. "You have something to say?"

"Damn right I do! He may not have completel control of his quirk but he got in this school because he's got heart! Hell this school is supposed to teach us how to control and use our powers to help people, so either you don't think this school can live up to it's reputation or you're a poor excuse of a teacher! And another thing, even if any of us can save only one person, one person is more than enough, especially for a true hero!"

Not a single sound is made, none of the students could believe that the American student had the courage, or stupidity, to yell at their teacher, especially someone like eraserhead. Though Peter still has a brave face, inside he's freaking out. What in the hell were you thinking?! Are you trying to get expelled!? Well good job cause you definitely bought yourself a one way ticket to hell! Might as well stick to your guns since you already dug your grave!

In the distance, a massive blonde hero in a suit stares in awe at the American student, his words though harsh, were well intentioned and in defense of his successor. It takes courage to say that especially to a person like Aizawa. He doesn't know it now, but Peter has just won the respect of the number one hero!

Izuku himself is flattered and grateful at the actions Peter just took. He said all that and stood up for him because… he believed in him. I can't let him down, I can't let All Might down! I have to put everything I have into this! The greenette grabs the ball with determination and rears his arm back. Peter and Aizawa both are caught off guard by the glowing of his quirk, only appearing on his finger!

"SMAAAAAASH!"

The ball rockets into the air like a jet, sailing higher further and faster than before! The whole class gasp in astonishment!

He he did it! He figured out a way to use his quirk without damaging his whole arm! Peter can't help but laugh in wonder.

Aizawa looks at the score and it reads 705.3 meters!

"Sensei!" Shouta looks at the grinning, teary eyed Midoriya who's gripping his hand into a tight fist, with a bruised and injured looking index finger, "I can still move!"

"This kid!..." for the first time in the whole day, the raven haired teacher grins, albeit creepily. He figured out a way to use his quirk without hurting himself, that takes intelligence and ingenuity. Shouta can say that he was pleasantly surprised, he could become a hero yet.

All might in the back was genuinely grinning, "I came he because I was worried about you, but what the heck young man!? You still couldn't control your power, but you also couldn't become incapacitated. So you propelled the ball at the last point of contact using one for all in just your finger tip! When did you become so cool!?"

His class is still gushing over him, "He got over 700 meters?!" kirishima screams.

"Finally, a hero-like record!" Uraraka celebrates.

"His finger is swollen though! He has such a strange quirk." Iida notes.

But only one person isn't happy, "WHAT'S WITH THAT POWER!?"

Peter feels the tingling and sees mini explosions dancing along Bakugo's hands and then Bakugo starts sprinting to the hapless student. "DEKU YOU BASTA—"

Bakugo is abruptly pulled into a full nelson by Peter, "Okay shortfuse lets all just calm down!"

"Let go of me Gaijin! I'LL KILL YOU" he tries to blow Peter up but he has his arms locked above his head, leaving him unable to hit his target.

"That's not very hero like talk." Peter grumbles, not having any difficulty holding Bakugo. "That hell is wrong with you,?! HE throws a ball and that makes you want to blow him up!?"

"MIND YOU'RE GODAMN BUSINESS!"

"You're screaming everything at the top of your lungs, you're making this everyone's business you dumbass!" Peter bites back, having had enough of Bakugo's attitude.

"WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU JUST CALL ME?!"

Aizawa erases Bakugo's quirk and separates the two with his scarf.

"That's enough!" He snarls, despite that Bakugo continues to struggle against the scarf.

Peter is fascinated, "Wow what's the material of your scarf made of, it seems so strong!"

"They're weapons for capture made of carbon fiber, woven together eith metal wire made of a special alloy… jeez, don't keep making me use my quirk over and over. I have dry eye."

Peter sweat drops, is dry eye seriously the only thing bothering him out of this entire display?

He let's them go once Bakugo stops struggling, "Whoever's next may go."

Peter gets back to where he was standing and the beautiful girl from earlier bumps him slightly, "Hey, I thought that was great what you did out there… stupid, but it was great."

"Um, thanks, I think?" he chuckles lightly and so does she. Then she asks, "What was your name again?"

"I-it's Parker, Peter Parker."

She smiles, "Yoayorozu Momo."

He sports a dopey smile in return, "N-nice to smell you."

"…What?"

"Meet you! Meet you! I meant to say meet you!"

"Okay, I'll quickly tell you the results. The total is simply the marks you got from each test. It's a waste of time to explain verbally, so I'll show you the results all at once." And he presses a button on his phone, activating a holo-projector that displays the list.

1. Todoroki Shoto.

2. Yaoyorozu Momo

3. Peter Parker

4. Bakugo Katsuki

5. Iida Tenya

6. Tokoyami Fumikage

7. Shoji Mezo

8. Ojiro Mashirao

9. Kirishima Eijirou

10. Ashido Mina

11. Uraraka Ochako

12. Sato Rikido

13. Tsuyu Asui

14. Aoyama Yuga

15. Sero Hanta

16. Denki Kaminari

17. Jirou Kyoka

18. Hagakure Toru

19. Minoru Mineta

20. Izuku Midoriya

The kid arachnid is pleasantly surprised by his high placement, but he feels saddened once he sees who's at the bottom of the list. Midoriya looks like his whole world has been ripped out from under him because whoever is last, gets expelled!

"Oh yea that part of me expelling one of you? I lied."

"What the hell?!" Peter exclaims.

Even Bakugo was stunned, but mostly because he wanted to see Midoriya gone. Damn snake is still in my way!

"IT was a logical ruse, meant to bring out the best in all of you." He explains with a chuckle and creepy smile that still unsettles the entire class.

"WHAAAAAT?!" Midoriya shouts in unison with Uraraka, relief written all over his unhealthily pale face.

Yoayorozu places a hand on her hip, "Of course it was a lie. It should've been obvious if you just thought it through." She turns to Peter, "You're so smart that I thought you picked up on it too."

He looks away in embarrassment and kicks a rock, "Well yea I thought about it, i-I knew it was a lie…"

Momo can see through his lie and notices the rest of the class's deadpan face, "Oh I'm sorry, was that rude? I didn't mean for it to come out that way!"

Peter waves her off, "it's fine, little nerve wracking though."

"It's the extra incentive you all needed so you would truly go beyond. With that, we're done here. There are handouts with the curriculum and such in the classroom, so when you get back, look over them."

He walks up to Izuku and hands him a note, "Midoriya, have the old lady fix you in the nurse's office.", he then announces to the class, "Tomorrow will be filled with more rigorous tests, prepare yourself."

He then calls over Peter, "Yes sensei?"

"I appreciate your concern for your fellow classmate. But I want to make it clear that I won't tolerate any disrespect in my classroom. If it happens again then my lie about expulsion, will become truth. Am I clear?"

Peter nods rapidly, "Absolutely positively crystal clear sir!"

As he leaves Peter comes over to Izuku, "Dodged a bullet there right?"

"Yea I did, hey… thanks for that, for defending me. You didn't have to do that."

Peter pats him on his back, "What're friends for?" he says with a grin.

Izuku can't help but grin with him, feeling lucky to be able to call someone like Peter a friend.

Authors note: And there you have it! this chapter was originally gonna be longer but i decided to split it in two so the next chapter should be up soon, I'll try to have it up tomorrow but i make no promises cause i have to get a procedure done and don't know how long they'll have me knocked out. Also i wanna thank everyone who's favorited, followed and reviewed, i really appreciate every single one of you, seriously it made my day! Now after careful consideration, I've finally decided that i will go on and use Momo as the love interest for Peter. honestly she just fit with everything that i had in mind. That's not to say that i won't use Jiro in a different story that i have in mind!

Maximum Rhapsody: yes there are some villains that I'm going to add, though it won't be all of Spiderman's rogue gallery, but it'll be a few that i personally think fit well in the my hero universe. I will be adding a few marvel characters but only a few, like i said this story is mainly a Peter that grew up in the my hero universe. I may write a story with all of those crossovers, i even brainstormed a few ideas but haven't decided on how best to write it, but once i do i hope you'll enjoy it!

OK KO: Thanks! i'll read them, I'm always excited for more spiderman!

TheGreatGodzilla: Something like that, i can't say much or else i'll spoil too much of the story in the future, 2) so far i have 3 arcs in mind but i plan on adding more. i also plan on doing another story based on this same spiderman but in adulthood and as a pro-hero, i'd say maybe 2 years after the end of My Hero so that i have more freedom to work with the story, this'll also be when i use all of Spiderman's rogue gallery. 3) Mutants is what they were called when quirks started to appear, honestly even when i watched my hero academia for the first time, i always thought that you could add the Xmen into the beginning of quirk history and it would work perfectly, so yea the x men and mutants all happened but in the first decades of quirks, 4) mutants is a derogatory term used against people with quirks in this universe which might be a slogan for a certain group of people who may appear in the future... 5) the sentinels did in fact exist but i'll explain what happened to them when the group i hinted at before comes into play in the future, 6) possibly, i don't want to say more cause spoilers!

R reyes: lol you got it!

BobIsBadAtEnglish: Thank you so much! still shocked so many have liked it but i promise to do my best to keep this story good! Thank you and yes I want to make Peter and tony's relationship what i hoped it would be in the MCU, that doesn't mean there won't be so trouble though, yea Osborn will be a shadow over Peter's life for quite a bit and his connection to Peter's father will be investigated further by Peter in later chapters, for now Pter is concentrated in getting settled at school first, yea his trouble with Japanese will be a soruce of frustration but it won't be for too long, eventually he'll get better. Now when i comes to the spider sense, that was tricky but i remember reading when he had lost his spider sense that his spider sense unconciously guides his aim when he is swinging and anchoring him to strong areas so i decided to throw in thta it guides him in other aspects. but i do want to make it clear that that doesn't mean he can't be touched, we've seen many times where he's stabbed, shot and hit so expect that in the story. And I intentionally made Peter like this, he's only jsut starting and barely has a grasp on his powers so i wanted to write his growth into the spiderman that we know, eventually lol.

Boi: yea honestly that's what made me decide to go with Momo, i feel like their shared intellect would spark an attraction between them. Weirdly what inspired me to do so was also when i was rewatching Amazing spiderman and the chemistry between Peter and Gwen was spectacular as well as jsut how smart gwen was and yea i could only imagine Momo filling that particular role. Im' really happy you love it, I promise to try and not disappoint! Yea Peter and Bakugo will definitely have a strained relationship, basically Peter is acting the way he wished he could when he grew up with flash. I have a soft spot for Midoriya and honestly believe that Peter could bring out the best of him. Don't worry Irondad will definitely happen! give it a few chapters before we get there though Peter is still getting settled and Tony still has to handle Stark industries and Keep Norman off Peters back. Aizawa will be suspicious but he's trying to figure out what Tony's angle is to Peter, whether or not he comes across the real story, is spoilers!

Linkxfi0063: I undertsand what you mean, i feel like Peter would be better suited as friends with Toru but him and Jiro, that'll be a pairing for a different story i have in mind. Keep an eye out for it!

Chadforever: I actually did start reading friendly foreign dimensional exchange student! it's an amazing fanfic! Though of course i will do as much as i can to keep mine different, i don't my story to ever look like a copy of someone else, so I'll do things including how they become friends, differently. I'll check out the other one as well, thanks for the suggestions! i agree that Momo is mistreated by some fans, i don't see how anyone could not like her especially with her story arc, i loved it honestly, all the side characters are given their time to shine and in my opinion, they're done right!

Stan: You got it! And you're right, when i read your review i checked it out myself and I really was shocked by the sheer amount of TsuXPeter stories!

greengoblin12: Thank you! I'm so happy you like it!

I hope you like these fanfics: yea that's the spiderman comic line I'm currently reading and now basing Peter's personality on in this story, Still makes me laugh how much that Peter cursed especially when he went on that tirade on the X-men!

Once again thank you so much for favoriting, following and reviewing! Till the next one!
