Chapter 11

"GODDAMN THAT GAIJIN!" Bakugo's fists spark with barely contained mini explosions, veins clearly visible in the whites of his eyes.

How?! How could Deku and that Gaijin beat me?! I won't let this pass! If one were to look closely, they'd almost see steam billowing from Bakugo's ears from sheer anger. Todoroki remains as stoic as ever but inside, he's churning. So… seems I underestimated Midoriya and ignored how much a threat Parker is. I will not make the same mistake again. He swears to himself.

The crowd is still going wild as the remainder of the participants make their way to the finish line.

"THE CONTESTANTS ARE POURING IN ONE AFTER THE OTHER ! LET'S HEAR A ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR ALL OUR COMPETITORS AS WE PREPARE THE RESULTS!" Present Mic announces.

Peter gets out the way as Ochaco comes panting in and calling for Izuku. "Deku! That was amazing! And you too Parker-kun, I can't believe you too tied for first place I'm so jealous!"

Izuku is already a blushing mess, "O-oh uh thank you! I-It was nothing."

Peter smirks, "I'm just happy you're not a sore loser like warhead over there." His thumbs points over his shoulder to the smoldering Bakugo.

The webhead also notices Tenya mumbling to himself, "… Or our esteemed class representative."

Surprisingly Momo is the next to appear, her shirt was open revealing her fit torso and substantial bosom. Once again Peter silently thanks himself for working out a way to allow himself to wear his mask to hide where his eyes went. But he's broken from his somewhat perverted thoughts as he realizes that Momo seems worn out more than usual. He makes his confusion known, "I didn't realize you expended so much stamina for this race alone?"

She leans on her knees trying to catch her breath, "Not (pant) because of my quirk."

A creepy high-pitched laugh draws Peters attention to a certain someone attached to Momo's back. "Haha! Two birds with one stone, I'm a genius!"

A swell of annoyance rises in Peter's chest and he roughly web yanks the pervert off the vice representatives back, "Get off her you damn creep!"

The purple headed midget groans as he rolls in a heap. Inside Peter is somewhat shocked that he allowed himself to be so annoyed he let his super strength seep through his control, by Mineta of all people. Why am I so annoyed? By Mineta of all people… is this jealousy? Nooo! What'd I got to be jealous of by the creep!

"Thanks for that, now I feel like rooting for the pervert to make it to one on one battles just so I can teach him a lesson." Her voice laced with venom.

Peter snorts, "I can already picture you using a cannon on him."

"I was thinking something a little more painful but that's a suitable plan B."

"Dammit I can't think of a good cannon joke, give me like 5 minutes! Ten tops!"

Mom gives him a deadpanned look, "Please… take your time."

"I share in Yaoyorozu's lack of enthusiasm for your bad jokes Parker-kun." His frog powered classmate comments.

"(Sigh) Thanks Tsu, I can always count on your brutal honesty."

"You're welcome!" she replies sarcastically.

Midnight takes the stage and snaps her whip sharply, gaining the crowds attention, for more reasons than one. "The first game for the first years is finally over and what a game it was! Now let's take a quick look at the standings, shall we?"

A large hologram materializes over the crowd, showing the placements of all contestants. Tied in first place is of course, Peter Parker and Izuku Midoriya! Followed by Todoroki taking second place, Bakugo third, Ibara in 4th, and so on. Peter is still proud of taking first place even if it was tied. I think this may be the first time I've gotten first place in a race in my entire life!... which is pretty sad when I think about it now. Wow I was kinda of a loser growing up wasn't I?

"Only the first 42 will move on to the next round! But don't be too let down if you didn't make the cut. We've prepared other opportunities for you to shine!" she grins slyly and licks her lips, making the American teen nervous.

He leans to his green haired friend, "Seriously is this appropriate."

"Shh." Izuku is fully focused on what's being said next.

"Now the real fun is about to begin, the chance to fully move yourself into the limelight! Give it your best!"

Bakugo growls intensely, impatient for the announcement.

Midnight snaps her whip again and the hologram displays a roll call, "Let's see what we have in store for you next. Will your wildest fantasies come true?"

The students are holding their breaths, some shaking in anticipation, others, like Mineta, biting their nails nervously as Midnight continues, "What could it be? The waiting is torture."

And so is your sexual innuendos.

She places her lenses on her face, "Prepare yourselves, FOR THIS!"

The hologram finally stops and the words, CAVALRY BATTLE, is displayed, causing the crowd to erupt once again in their excitement.

The students murmur, "Cavalry battle? I'm terrible at those." Kaminari laments.

Tsu places her finger on her chin thoughtfully, "Huh it's not an individual event? I wonder how they'll split us up."

The pair pointedly ignores the bouncing Mineta as he blushes and makes his happiness known.

Midnight seems to begin answering all the students questions, "Allow me to explain, the participants will form teams of two-to-four people as they see fit. In theory it's seen as a regular playground game." There goes that dangerous glint in her eyes, " But there is one difference. Each player has been assigned a point value based on the results from the obstacle course."

Peter rubs his chin, "Oh so kinda like the entrance exams, so the higher the points the better off we'll be." He claps Izuku's back, "Good thing we got first place huh?"

Ochaco is thinking more or less the same thing, "So that means each team will have a different point value based on which students are on it."

Mina just smiles at her, "Uh huh!"

Many students flinch when Midnight snaps her whip hard enough for most of the students in the front rows to feels the wind on their face, "Maybe you should shut up and let me explain things to you!"

Satisfied that she's regained everyone's attention she continues, "Now then, the point assignments go up by increments of five, starting from the bottom. For example, 42nd place is worth five points and 41st is worth 10. And the point value assigned to the first place contestants is… 5 MILLION EACH!"

"Hey hey that's awesome! We got the most points out of everyone Midoriya!" Peter is celebrating and smiling widely but is put off when he realizes his friend is wearing a look of pure terror.

"Uhh… Midoriya? You ok buddy? Crap did I say something wrong in Japanese?"

"5-5 million?" his friend whispers.

Peter's confusion remains as Midnight comments, "Normally the first place contestant would be awarded 10 million but after some consideration it was decided that splitting the score would… spice things up." She gives the crowd a saucy smirk, making quite a few crowd members swoon.

The rest of the students all gaze hungrily at the two boys, with Izuku feeling the weight of their stares while Peter… is still confused.

"Um… why is everyone staring at us?"

Izuku shakes his head and looks at his neighbor in disbelief, "Didn't you read the the event summary I sent you?!"

Peter scratches the back of his neck sheepishly, "I-I skimmed it." He admits.

His friend buries his face into his hands with an exasperated groan, "I don't know why you're freaking out."

"Because we have the most points!"

"Uh huh isn't that a good thing?"

"No! If we have the most points then everyone will be after us!"

"So we just team up and avoid everyone."

"We can't team up, it's against the rules! And since everyone wants our points—"

Realization dawns on Peters face as he understands why they're all staring at him and Izuku. "They're less inclined to teaming up with us… oh."

Midnight sways her whip alluringly over her shoulder, "That's right. It's survival of the fittest, with a chance for those at the bottom to overthrow the top!"

"… Well shit."

Queens New York

Kong and Flash sit in the latters living room, absentmindedly watching the UA Sports Festival. As they mindlessly eat popcorn Kong comments,

"Hey you think the Peter Parker in UA is our Peter Parker?"

Flash looks up in wonder, "Naaahh, no way Puny Parker could be a pro in anything. Other than a pro loser!"

Kong snorts at Flash's terrible joke, "huh huh, 'Pro loser', good one!"

"Hey Kaminari how about we—"

"Nope!"

"Uhhhh hey Shoji think we can—"

"I think it's better that I don't."

Peter drops his shoulders in rejection. For the past 10 minutes he and Izuku have been trying to find others that would be willing to join their team in the cavalry battle… with spectacularly poor results. At first he was beginning to lose hope when he runs into,

"MOMO! I-I mean Yaoyorozu! Look I know I have 5 million and there's a target on my back—"

"Sure."

"But I would really appreciate it if you—huh? You'll help me?"

"Yes, strategically speaking your spider sense will be very difficult if not impossible to outmaneuver especially within the circumstances of the game. Added with your reflexes and agility, I'd say it'd be a much more guaranteed victory siding with you than any other team."

Peter falls to his hands and knees, bowing to her in relief, "Oh thank you so much! Now if only anyone else would it see this way!"

Suddenly he looks up in time to see Mei Hatsume walking by, "Mei! Hey Mei what doya say we team up!"

"Oh Parker-san I'd love too! But remember when I needed help making my babies!"

Peter begins experiencing a cold sweat, "No…"

Yaoyorozu raises an eyebrow, "Making babies?"

"Had you helped I might've been more inclined to aid you here buuuut…"

"Oh Hatsumi please I'm begging you!"

"Sorry Parker but the babies I made need their time to shine and something tells me I'll have a much more enjoyable show with Izuku so byeeeeeeeeee!"

"(Sigh) Of all the rotten luck."

Yaoyorozu comes up next to him, "'Making babies?'"

Peter rolls his eyes while blushing, "She calls her inventions babies and yes she uses that term way too liberally in the worst moments."

"Ok then." Mom relents, a nagging feeling in her chest but otherwise she ignores it.

"Still who can we go to for one last member?"

"I can do it!"

The cheerful sounds of Mina Ashido washes over them as she bounds to the pair, her trademark wide smile on full display, "Really?!"

"Yup! With moves like yours Parker I know we'll win!"

"Are you angel?"

Mina smirks and feigns shyness, "Oh Parker, flirting before a battle? How forward of you!"

He starts stammering, "I-I-I didn't mean it like that!"

"So what am I a monster?!" she now feigns anger.

"No! No of course not!"

"Enough teasing Parker Ashido please we need to strategize!" a slight edge to the vice representatives voice.

One that Mina picks up on with a smirk, very interesting!

"Alright then we got a team, let's strategize people!"

"I believe I should take the right wing, my quirk will allow me to better handle defense." Momo declares.

Peter nods in agreement, "That's a good idea, and Mina your quirk is good for offense as well as mobility so we can use it in conjunction with my webs incase we need to make any sharp course corrections."

"You can count on me!" she gives him a wink and thumbs up.

"Alright guys, um sorry about having you carry me and all, it's kinda embarrassing." He mumbles apologetically.

Mina waves off his concerns, "It's no bother, I think I like the view of you on top."

She grins inwardly at her remark and it's effects. Peter is a blushing and sputtering mess while Momo is giving her an appalled death glare. "Mina! That- That's highly inappropriate!"

She shrugs, "Is it? I'm sorry, maybe I can make it up to you Peter."

She gets in close to Peter who leans back, his face matching the color read of his mask. She yelps slightly as Momo pulls her back somewhat roughly, "Focus on winning the match!" she scolds.

Surprising the three with the aggression of her actions. Why am I so annoyed by Mina? She flirts with everyone as a joke! The recommended student refocuses on the task at hand and they get into formation. All teams preparing themselves as the countdown for the match begins,

"You two ready?"

"Yes!" Momo states as she gets into a running pose, skates adorned on her feet.

"You bet!" Mina replies brightly, determination etched into her gleeful expression.

Peter adjusts his webshooters, "let's do this!"

Present Mic starts to fire up the crowd once more, "OKAY ALL YOU FIRST YEARS! I hope you're happy with your chosen teams! Let's get this party started! One final countdown before the game starts!"

"3!"

Bakugo cracks his knuckles, "Get em!"

"2!"

"Tetsutetsu." Monoma calls, "No hard feelings, okay?"

Said teen just grunts in return.

"1! BEGIN!"

For the first second, no one makes a move. But suddenly Peter's spider sense tingles and he dodges out the way of Asui's tongue. "Start moving!"

The two girls grunt as they carry Peter out the way, bobbing and weaving as all the teams start chasing after the two who made it to first place. A floating head band being carried by Sato and Jiro, both blushing, heads towards the trio. "Hahaha! I'll be taking that headband Parker!"

"Quick, Mina use acid on your feet!"

She does so and Peter holds Momo up from the floor easily while shooting a web to their left, yanking the three out the way quickly thanks to Mina's quirk. Hagakure yelps as her team crashes into another that was just behind the Parker squad.

"Miss me! Miss me! Now you gotta—actually forget that part Ojiro'll get mad at me!"

He lets Momo down and she seamlessly returns into a run in step with Mina.

"Nice thinking Parker-kun!"

"Hey you got good reflexes too!"

Spider sense goes off and he looks to his right just in time to see Momo conjure a shield that blocks the blast Bakugo sent right at them. She grunts and stumbles as a bit but Mina and Peter help her correct herself, "He's not holding back!"

Peter rolls his eyes as Bakugo shouts expletives at him, "Of course he isn't."

"What do you wanna do Parker-kun?" Mina asks.

"Hm." He smirks. "Head right at them!"

Momo scrunches her brow, "You want us to charge them?"

"I got an idea!"

"… Is it to piss off Bakugo?"

"It's to piss off Bakugo."

"(sigh) Fine."

The two change their directions and right to the explosive hero in training.

"Hey Bakugo, does this sound familiar? 'I'LL KILL YOU SCUM!'"

The sudden change was enough to throw off the blonde who truly wasn't expecting them to come at him. Peter whispers to his teammates, "When I say to, break off and join up behind them."

They nod and just as they're closing in and Bakugo readies his arms to blast, Peter vaults off the pair who run on either side of the Bakusquad. Surprise is littered across all their faces as mid front flip in the air, Peter shoots his webs from above, Catching Bakugo in both hands. Peter then sticks the webs onto Bakugo goes back, pinning his arms like a straight jacket and gracefully lands back onto Mina and Mom who had joined up behind the team ready to catch their leader.

Bakugo stares dumbfounded at his bound arms before growling, veins popping out his entire head, "YOU FUCKING BASTARD!"

He shouts back at a laughing Peter. "Well you got him mad." Mina comments, giggling while watching Bakugo blow off the webs and his shirt and sending volley after volley after the 3.

"Oh he makes it so enjoyable!"

Momo rolls her eyes, "I'm surrounded by children."

"You're the same age as us!" Peter retorts.

She just gives him a withering look.

Mirko blinks, "Wow, if he doesn't make it as a pro hero he could always start up a one man circus act."

Tony snorts as he sips on a cup of water, "As if I'd ever let him stoop so low."

"He'd still never sink to your level."

"Which is still above your height." Tony retorts, earning a glare from the bunny themed hero.

Back at the cavalry battle Peter feels the base of his skull tingle and the hair on his arms rise. He searches the battlefield and his eyes bug out as he sees Kaminari charging up, no doubt ready to use his electrical power at full strength "Momo make an insulation sheet!"

"On it!"

Her stomach glows and a large sheet flies out. Peter quickly grabs it and throws it onto them and they all huddle down just in time as Kaminari yells, "Indiscriminate shock! 1.3 million volts!"

The students all scream as electricity courses through their bodies, Jiro could be heard yelling, "Kaminari!" like if it was a curse word.

Once his spider sense stops tingling Peter peeks out the blanket and sees almost all the students in a daze. "Boy am I lucky you're on my team Mo-Yayorozu!"

"It's ok you can call me Momo." She says, not because he calls Mina by her first name mind you.

"Well well if it isn't the upstarts of class 1-A."

Peter raises an eyebrow at a smarmy and smirking blonde who's twirling a headband in his hand. "And you're…. someone."

The blonde lets out a mirthless snort, "It's ok, I'm not offended at the fact the pompous students of 1-A wouldn't bother to get to know those they deem beneath them."

"When the hell did I say that?" he quietly asks his friends, to which they shrug.

"But I assure you, you're time in the spotlight is ending soon, and quite spectacularly I'm afraid." Monoma states with all the smugness he could muster.

"I mean technically we're all in the spotlight since this is televised."

"Your class is too small minded—"

"Oh ok ignore me then."

"You all need to—hey where are you going!?"

Peter and the others were already heading the other way, completely ignoring the monologue Monoma was about to deliver, angering him greatly. "After them! I'll teach them to ignore me!"

He doesn't hear his teammates mutter, "We wish we could ignore you."

Using the quirk of one of his classmates, he liquefies the ground ahead of him, slowing down Peters team in the mush. Mina grunts as she tries to free her feet.

"What is this stuff?!"

"I think it's the ground, somehow he's making the molecular bonds in the solid matter malleable!" Momo informed them after a quick analysis of the situation.

"Dammit what can we d—"

Peter feels a hand come near him and he quickly moves his head out the way, holding the bandana in place and out of Monoma's grasp. He does feel his hand lightly touch his arm though. Peter gets on the defensive but is taken aback by the weird look Monoma has as he stares at his hand. "It's not working."

Peter hears Monoma say. Monoma looks at Peter suspiciously, "I can't use your quirk!"

Peter shrugs his shoulders nonchalantly, but in his head, he's worried. What does that mean? Was he supposed to steal my quirk? Is that how he used Bakugo's quirk? Or maybe he copied it… but he couldn't copy mine. He shakes his head, now not being the time to worry about that, seeing as how they're still stuck on the ground.

"Uh guys, any ideas?"

Mina struggles, "I can't get out even with my acid I keep sinking deeper!"

"I can't make anything big enough to get all of us out of here without getting us disqualified!" Momo notifies him grimly as some students seem to have recovered and are setting their sights on them.

"So we're sitting ducks, great! You know this is exactly how I pictured myself dying, stuck to the ground with a horde of angry superpowered teens bent on my destruction."

His spider sense goes crazy as the horde of students begin to converge on them when suddenly,

"TIME'S UP!"

Everyone stops at once, Peter opens one eye as he had flinched beforehand, "Huh?"

"And with that the second round is officially over!"

"… Oh yea I forgot to keep track of time." Peter mumbles.

He yelps as he unceremoniously falls to the ground as Mina had dropped him and hops in the air, "Woohoo! We did it!"

Peter stands up and rubs his sore bum, "Hooray." He deadpans.

"Now let's take a look at who our top four teams are! In first place, Team Parker!"

The crowd erupts into cheers as Momo sighs in relief, "We ended in first place, but it was very close in the end."

"Hey but like you said we ended in first place! Rest is just semantics!" Peter says.

"It was thanks to you and your reflexes." She compliments with a sweet smile.

"Couldn't have done it without you and you're creativeness, no pun intended, plus Mina too!"

"Woohoo! We sure showed the crowd a good time!" She keeps hopping and waving at the crowd, basking in the glory.

"We sure did," he sees Bakugo steaming in rage a little ways away from him and calls out, "Hey no hard feelings right Bobomb?"

Bakugo screams in rage as a response, bringing out a chuckle from Peter.

Momo has to ask, "Why do you keep antagonizing him? You know he'd actually go through with hurting you?"

Peter shrugs, "At this point it's starting to become a game, if he gives in, I win! And he knows it."

She shakes her head in amusement as the rest of the teams are announced. Peter is ecstatic to hear that Midoriya made it as well! He runs up to his green haired friend, "Woo! I knew you'd make it Midoriya!"

He smiles shyly, "Thanks but it's actually thanks to Tokoyami, I lost my headband but he got enough to make up for it and keep us in the fight."

Peter nods in respect to the Dark hero in training, "I didn't know sleight of hand was your quirk."

Tokoyami smirks, "I'm a man of many talents, keep that in mind."

"Duly noted."

Present Mic then announces, "Now! Let's take an hour lunch break before we start the afternoon festivities!"

"Oh nice! I think this is the perfect time to call Aunt May she must be worried sick."

With that Peter bids farewell to his friends and goes to find a private place to call May. Once doing so he has to hold the phone a foot away from his head as he hears May scream, "PETER! You were amazing! I can't believe how well you're doing oh I'm so proud of you!"

"heheheh thanks May, I'm honestly surprising myself, I didn' think I'd make it this far!"

"How can you think that?! You're a natural! When you started swinging Peter, oh! It took my breath away, it was like moving art!"

"Well I had a lot of practice!" he flinches, I should not have said that.

"What do you mean? You told me you've all just been doing normal school stuff since the USJ attack… unless… you've been sneaking out at night haven't you!?"

"Um uh… sorry what? I think I'm losing you!"

"Oh don't you pull that on me Mister! You are so gonna get it when we get home!"

"May I can't hear you I think I'm at a bad—tion area—an't – ear you."

And he ends the call. "… boy I'm so gonna regret that later."

"Trouble in paradise?"

Peter yelps and nearly falls on his butt by the suddent intrusion of Tony Stark in the flesh, "M-Mr Stark! You're really here!"

"of course! You think I'd miss this?! You've been killing it so far kid!"

He rubs his head, feeling surreal that he's being complimented by his idol, "I-I'm doing alright."

Tony claps his back, which stung slightly since he's still in his armor, "Better than alright! You're turning so many heads it's insane!... which reminds me, you know that my offer still stands right? About the internship? With me?"

"Yea! Of course! I'm really looking forward to it!"

"Good! Good. Good… good. Just remember that! I'm uh, expecting you to take up on that offer… no matter who else offers an internship... or how popular they are."

"Huh?"

"Nothing! Oh would you look at the time, gotta make a quick business call, good luck kid!"

Peter watches his… mentor? Walk off in confusion. He shakes his head and hears his stomach grumble, "Yea I should eat something before I faint in the afternoon festivities."

"Get those foam fingers in the air cause it's almost time for the last round!" Present Mic screams.

The audience rush as fast as they can to get back to their seats, shaking with anticipation for what's to come. Peter stretches a bit as he starts to walk toward the tunnel that leads him back to the field, his mask resting atop his head like a beanie. He likes wearing a mask as much as the next guy but everyone needs a break every now and then. He rounds the corner but stops dead in his tracks when he runs into the girls of his class. He's speechless as they all stare at him, staring at them.

"Uhhhhh, wha-what're you guys wearing?"

Jiro tugs on her shirt slightly, clearly uncomfortable in her new attire, the rest of the girls are nonchalant but starting to feel uneasy as Peter asks them about their clothes. "We're wearing cheer uniforms… like Aizawa said." Asui answers.

Peter's embarrassment goes away, genuinely puzzled by that. "What really? Since when has Aizawa ever enforced dress code?"

Now all the girls are as perplexed as Peter is, "I'm not sure." Ochaco says, "But that's what we were told."

"By who?"

Realization dawns on Momo's face, "By Kaminari and… Mineta."

Dumbfounded Peter stares at Momo in disbelief, "And you actually believed Aizawa would use Mineta to pass on instructions about female dress code?"

At once all the girls scream, "MINETA!"

Jiro's expression turns absolutely murderous, "That little creep I'm gonna kill him!"

"Under normal circumstances I'd fully support you but maybe wait until you're out of danger of being disqualified." Peter says.

Momo falls to her knees in despair, "I Can't believe I let him trick me like that, I even used my quirk to make these costumes."

Wow even when she's sad she's really cute, no down Parker down! he shakes his head, "Look on the bright side, you didn't walk out in front of the crowd like this, plus there's still plenty of time to change back to normal clothes."

"I actually kinda like these uniforms!" Toru says as she does some cheer moves.

Mina smirks as she had paid attention to Peter's eyes when he had first laid eyes on them. The first person he looked at was Momo and it didn't escape her notice how Momo stiffened when she was caught in a cheerleader costume by the exchange student. Why're you getting so embarrassed for Momo? You've never been embarassed before! She thinks slyly. A glint shines in her eyes as she decides to tease the two once again.

She sways up to Peter who gulps nervously. "What's wrong Peter? Do you think we look bad in these?"

She arches her back to make her chest more prominent and Peter struggles to keep his gaze focused on her face, "Um o-of course not! You all look great!"

She grins and looks over her shoulder, "You here that everyone? Peter likes it when we where cheerleader outfits!"

Jiro gives her a weird look while Momo begins to glare, I knew it!

"That's not what I said I just you look good!"

"Just good Peter?"

"Um uh."

Momo yanks her back roughly, "Enough already, Mina this is very inappropriate behavior you're displaying!"

"What, I'm just teasing, Peter's ok with that. Right Peter?"

She winks at him, making him blush more and he quickly pulls down his mask to cover his face. Causing the girls to laugh at his expense. All except Momo, "Let's just get changed already, we wouldn't want to give the perverts the satisfaction of seeing us like this!"

She pulls Mina back to the locker room with the rest of the girls following suit. She lets mina go as they enter, "Geez I was just playing."

"You shouldn't play like that with Peter though!" She scolds, a little more composed now as they all begin changing.

"hm, if I didn't know any better I'd say you were jealous."

Now it's Momo's turn to get flustered, "What?! I'm not jealous! I just don't think Peter deserves to be teased like that."

Smirking Mina shrugs, "I don't know. Peter is a sweet guy but he is still a man! Though I'm sure you've noticed that."

Momo rolls her eyes, "Just get changed and focus on the event!"

Momo decides to ignore Mina as she continues to change, though the pink skinned girls words are still echoing in her mind. I'm not jealous… right?

Authors note: finally recovered enough from COVID to get this chapter out, it's been a helluva 2 weeks but heyi stopped coughing blood! anyway i hope you enjoyed this chapter, i decided to have a little fun with some of our favorite characters so sorry fi they come off a little OOC, I am trying to be as close to the material as possible but we also know that Peter definitely has an effect on people. Also this will be the first of many interactions between Monoma and Peter, lets jsut say the former is definitely not gonna like the latter. Also at some point in the future, maybe at the end of season 2 or 3, but definitely after the venom arc, Peter and Bakugo will have some time together, i watched The Hitman's bodyguard recently and those two reminded me so much of PEter and Bakugo that i decided to make plan a small adventure with just the two of them! i can't wait for you all to read it but that's as far as i'll go with it! anyway, next up will be the one on one battles, cannot wait for you guys to read it! i'll get the chapter out soon, i won't be having a set time anymore though cause as i've learned the hard way, life will surprise you.

Some British guy: hope this was a satisfying cameo lol I thought about when PEter revealed is ID during the first civil war and Flash didn't accept it even when PEter used his powers in front of him and as for when he meets Peter again, you're right, i have it planned out and i hope you enjoy it.

Guest: yea, life happens but i tried. Cap used to be the president back when Quirk society was finally settling down, like i said before ill go into more detail about it in later chapters and yea ironman and Mirko have a love/hate relationship, but currently a little more hate XD.

Ian05: Peter isn't as hyped about superheroes as Midoriya, but ask him who the top ten scientists in the world are and he'll say it in a heart beat! In one of the earlier chapters Peter stated how there's not a lot of Pro heroes in America so that whole culture isn't as important as it is in Japan, Peter does know more about pro heroes now than before but that was cause of him having to move halfway around the world so there's still alot for him to learn. Peter piqued Mirko's interest and if it also annoys Tony along the way, oh well! I'll explain later how the avengers are in this world and how All Might fit into it. And yes i will be doing a tribute to Chadwick Boseman but in a later chapter, i already had planned how i wanted to do it. as well as Stan lee.

Noob86: no, i'm not gonna kill off Momo, but Peter will face tragedy though cause of that damn Parker luck!

Chadforever: thanks, and i hope Momo's screentime here was satisfying, she'll definitely have more especially between battles. PEter and Momo will have their awkward moments though thanks for the suggestions. I have some moments planned out that i hope you all will enjoy.

Triton0501: i understand how you feel, personally i hated Bakugo in the first two seasons but after rewatching the show 3 more times he grew on me, though i still disagreed with how he acted. And the thing is what made me think this way is that Midoriya, especially during the first Battle training, was kinda browsing backlog, calling him amazing and that he wants to be like him. I didn't like that personally and I'm using Peter to convey it. Peter himself has been bullied especially by athletes so he wouldnt' really hold their actions or methods in high regard. I understand that a lot of fighters and athletes do that in real life to hype themselves up but I personally don't think Peter would even think of it that way, i think he would perceive it as them jsut being an asshole. And a part of him will be upset how Midoriya still holds Bakugo to a high regard despite it, not that he's till excusing it but it seems like it to Peters eyes. He's not perfect so PEter's experiences will cause more friction between him and Bakugo.

It'll last about 2 or 3 more chapters, depeneding on how much more i add into them , I'm sorry that you're saddened by the lack of marvel characters but that's not to say there won't be any. I still have some that i'm gonna use. If you want to know how exactly i'm trying to shape Marvels influence over this universe, check out 'The world according to Peter PArker and Karen Starr' by Starkiller93, he uses a select few characters from the marvel universe to add to the universe he created so that the story can remain more personal which is what i was aiming for. I do like the backstory you have thought up for Janice Lincoln and it is soemthing i considered though as i stated in the previous chapter, i won't go into too much detail concerning the future of this story so that everything remains a surprise. That also includes what the pro heroes think about the Avengers, though it won't all jsut be revealed in one chapter. It'll be continually expanded on cuase i wanted it to come out of the story organically, if that makes sense. We'll see some of it be discussed in class as well when they talk about history and such. Honestly those Dr strange ideas are pretty good and if anything i might even use them for the future story i'll be writing, the only roadblock i truly have though is Izuku cause of one for all and how powerful to make him in the future. Like i said before though, the X men were in the past which will be discussed later on though i wasn't planning on using the Shi'ar in this or the future story, some alien races and/or villains yes, but only a select few. I can't reveal whether or not they will come across any sentinels but it is within the realm of possibility!

Anthonymon: I'm glad you like it! yea i felt like Momo needed her chance to shine and i've come across one too many harem spidey fanfics that kinda left me wanting to put it off for a while lol but you'll see soon enough who wins in the festival!

SpectacularSpidey: thank you i really do appreciate it, i am trying to be a bit more detailed but I struggle with it cause writing isn't the easiest thing for me to do. like i have all these ideas and i have a good image of it in my head, but putting it into words is pretty difficult for me honestly, but i try, i try my best.
