Being running, Ace's group was fleeing as the walls were closing in around them. Moving block after block, they tried to flatten the trio, who were fleeing so as not to be pulverized.

"Portgas, what are you waiting for to spray them?" Snake asked.

" These walls are seastone. " Ace retorted, while his arm was wrapped around Yank's waist. "What do you want me to do?"

"You're a man, aren't you? Find a solution."

"You too are a man." Retorted the pirate.

Suddenly, a large part of the ground crumbled in front of them, and what was left of it fell into a huge pool of acid, which lay below.

" AHHHHHHH! What's going on again? " Yank frightened.

Still, Ace kept his pace before turning his legs into flames. Then, using it as propellants, he performed a magnificent jump in extension, and managed to land on the other side of the hole.

"Hey! What about me?" cried Snake, who had remained on the other side.

"You're a man, aren't you?" Ace questioned. "Find a solution."

Showing an angry face, Snake had no choice but to jump too, to avoid being crushed by the walls. Then, putting his hands at the level of his belt, he pressed a button and a grappling hook came out.

Seeing the grappling hook pass over him, Ace heard it cling to the ceiling. Then, Snake reeled in the rope and let himself be pulled to stop his fall. In no time he pulled himself out of the hole, before pressing another button on his belt, so that the grappling hook let go.

A second later, the grappling hook disappeared inside his belt, while Snake gracefully appeared next to Ace. Then putting his shirt collar back on properly, he declared.

"It would be a tragedy if this world lost a brain like mine."

"How many gadgets do you have on you?" asked the pirate.

"SHUT UP!" roared Snake. "How dare you abandon me? I'm not like you! A nothing can kill me."

" I already have a luggage to carry. " Ace retorted, lifting Yank.

"Tssss!" Snack growled. "Geez, you pirates are all the same! You're just like that guy I met on the way here! Blackbird or something."

Immediately, Ace froze, before grabbing Snake's collar.

"BLACKBIRD? You mean Blackbeard?"

"Huh…yes! A fat guy with a black beard and a few missing teeth."

"Where did you see him?" Ace questioned, as he couldn't hide his anger.

"Huh...not far from Banaro Island."

Hearing this, Ace released Snale, before finally smiling.

"Teach... now I know where you are."

"Who is Teach?" Yank asked.

"An old acquaintance." Ace affirmed. "An old acquaintance I can't wait to see again."

However, hearing the angry tone of his voice, Yank and Snake knew that Ace did not intend to shake Teach's hand when they meet again.

Suddenly banging noises were heard.

"Huh?"

Having pressed a button under his desk, Hyou made a new hole appear in the ceiling and a metal stick came out. Jumping back, Kamy grabs it, before positioning it in front of her to block Cavendish's sword.

"DAMN IT!" The blond roared, seeing her block his every attack.

Then, twirling her weapon between her hands, Kamy used it to strike Cavendish. Jumping to avoid it, the pirate immediately charged back, and aimed his sword at the maid's face.

Not even needing to use her weapon, Kamy tilted her face to the left side to avoid the weapon. Before tilting her face to the right side to avoid a second attack.

"But, that's impossible! How do you dodge all my attacks?"

"Sorry, but my Devil Fruit allows me to have the exact same powers as someone using Kenbunshoku Haki! Seeing your movements in slow motion lets me guess in advance what you're going to do."

And to prove it, she performed a series of moves, allowing her to dodge all of Cavendish's attacks.

"Tssss! Your luck will eventually fail you." Said the pirate, attacking again.

Nevertheless, his sword slammed into the void again, while Kamy grabbed his wrist to immobilize him.

"Cavendish-san…hope you haven't forgotten that dodging isn't my only specialty."

And the next moment, her metal staff hit the pirate's face and knocked him back. Bleeding from the nose and moaning in pain, he felt his eyesight blur a little, while Kamy approached him, without feeling the slightest fear.

Cavendish couldn't figure out what was going on. He was a pirate known for his dangerousness and having a huge bounty on his head. And yet, Kamy managed to dominate him, as if he were only a child.

On the other hand, hitting Nodeath's body several times, the end of Isuka's sword looked like a machine gun, firing many projectiles. However, withstanding all the attacks while covering his skin with Busoshoku Haki, her opponent didn't have the slightest scratch.

"It's no use! I'm a superman."

Then, he formed his fist and tried to punch Isuka. Jumping to the side, the lieutenant saw him hitting the ground and cracking him.

" It's a monster. "

Suddenly, a crossbow came out of the ceiling and fired an arrow, which pierced the leg of the young woman. Screaming in pain, she fell to her knees. But immediately, Nodeath's fist was in front of her face, and he managed to hit her hard enough to knock her back.

Feeling like her skull was cracking, Isuka lost consciousness before she could even touch the ground.

"Navy-girl." Cavendish shouted.

Suddenly, Kamy's foot targeted his abdomen. But as the man started to step back, he saw a blade coming out of the sole of the maid. And the next moment, performing a vertical strike, Kamy inflicted a large wound on Cavendish's chest, from which blood escaped.

Also spitting blood from his mouth, Cavendish fell to his knees, his eyes widening.

"S...SHIT!"

"It's over." Kamy affirmed.

"Tssss! These guys are nothing." Nodeath asserted, as he lifted Isuka's body, clutching her skull in his hand. "Either they're weaker than expected...or we've gotten stronger than we thought."

"Let's not be too confident." Hyou retorted. "Don't forget who our main target is! Portgas D. Ace will surely not be someone so easy to kill."

" In that case, we must hasten to kill as many enemies as possible, before he comes here. " Nodeath affirmed, clutching Isuka's skull between his fingers.

Immediately, the poor woman's skull cracked further and the pain was so excruciating that Isuka regained consciousness. Starting to gesticulate, as her feet couldn't touch the ground, she could only moan in pain, as Nodeath continued to destroy her skull.

"Keep still! You'll see that in two seconds you'll be dead."

Yet refusing to die, Isuka suddenly moved her hand to her face and remembering her close combat training with Berkham, she used his precious advice to be able to save her life. And before Nodeath can react, the lieutenant's thumbnail touches one of his eyes, before gouging it out. Immediately, the man cried out in pain and let go of Isuka.

Falling to the ground, Isuka lay still and could only watch Nodeath scream in pain, while slamming his hands over his injured eye. Seeing this, Hyou hurriedly pressed a new button to help him. However, before he could do so, he saw Nodeath rush towards Isuka, ready to crush her under his fist.

"YOU LITTLE..."

" FIRE FIST! "

Hearing flames start to crackle, Hyou and Kamy saw Nodeath's body being thrown backwards before crashing hard into a wall, while the entire front of his body was completely charred.

Having now left the ground, Isuka was now surrounded by a wall of flames, which took on the appearance of a pair of arms. Then, finally, Ace's face appeared among the flames, while the pirate stared at Nodeath, with the anger clearly visible in his eyes.

"Ace..."

"Portgas." Cavendish said.

"Shit." Hyou grumbled, while Kamy kept a stoic face.

Arriving behind the pirate, Snake looked at the bodies on the ground, and saw that the second group had also suffered casualties.

"Moyo, the mercenary...Vice Admiral Karly...I can't believe men like them got killed."

"We're not amateurs." A voice retorted.

Managing to get back to her feet, Nodeath took a step towards the new arrivals, while affirming.

"Each of us knows the meaning of deathmatch."

Growling, Snake noticed that the man was mostly unharmed, only having his partially charred t-shirt with a few burns on his chest. Tearing off what was left of his garment, the former bounty hunter twirled his arm as he declared.

"It looks like things are getting interesting."

"Tsss!" growled Snake, grabbing one of his daggers.

But before he could do anything, he saw Ace position his arm in front of him, while retorting.

" He is mine. "

"What? Don't be a fool, Portgas! This guy managed to kill a vice-admiral! He..."

Simply fixing Nodeath's gaze, Ace affirmed.

"It's me he wants to fight."

"Indeed." His opponent agreed, stepping towards him.

Suddenly, seeing them face to face, Hyou pressed another button and, immediately, the ground disappeared under Ace and Nodeath's feet. Startled, the pirate let out a cry when he felt himself falling at the same time as Nodeath.

"ACE?" Isuka wondered, leaning over the hole.

"A good thing done." The old man affirmed. "Kamy-chan, do you need help with what's next?"

"Absolutely not." His maid assured, seeing the people left in front of her.

Cavendish and Isuka were both injured, while Snake didn't seem to pose a real threat to her.

"I can kill them! However, since there are three of them, I cannot guarantee your safety." She confessed. "Two of them might try to get my attention, allowing the third to try to kill you."

"HYAHAHAHA! Are you trying to tell me that those vermin could kill me?"

Still, preferring to take Kamy's advice seriously, Hyou turned to face a bookshelf. Putting his frail hand on a book, he tipped it over. And immediately, the shelf slid to the right, revealing a secret hallway.

"I'm going for a walk outside." Hyou asserted, letting his wheelchair head for the hallway. " Just, Kamy-chan, remember to mop the floor when you're done here. "

"Very well! Nevertheless, dinner time may be somewhat delayed, Hyou-sama"

"I'll survive." Hyou assured, chuckling grimly as he disappeared.

Seeing this, Isuka immediately stood up, before picking up her sword.

"Not even in a dream." She asserted, hurrying down the hall.

But already, Kamy's foot found itself in front of her forehead, while the blade hidden under her sole was about to pierce her skull. However, the maid stopped the moment a blade touched her back, before cutting through her flesh.

Seeing her remain motionless, Isuka hurriedly ran and chased Hyou. For her part, Kamy looked down to see the sword tip sticking out of hierabdomen. Then, turning, she saw Cavendish, on one knee, as he had managed to wound her with his sword.

"Now we're even again." The blond asserted, with a hand on his wound.

Yet unlike him, Kamy kept a stoic face. Then, she took a step forward, while letting Cavendish's sword leave her body. Seeing her move, without showing the slightest sign of pain on her face, Cavendish could not understand what he was seeing.

Finally, when the sword was completely extracted from her body, Kamy turned to him, before declaring.

"It wasn't very fair to attack me from behind."

"Grrrr! And your blades hidden under your soles? Is that what you call fighting fair?" Cavendish roared.

Simply smiling at that comment, Kamy eventually felt blood pour out of her mouth. However, she only took a handkerchief out of her uniform pocket, before passing it gently over her chin, to wipe away the scarlet liquid.

"What does that mean?" Cavendish asked.

His sword had managed to pierce her and the fact that she was bleeding from her mouth proved that Kamy was suffering the effects of internal bleeding. Yet she didn't seem to feel any pain.

"Who are you, freak?" the blond roared.

Still showing an extremely calm face, Kamy proceeded to walk towards Hyou's office and looked at a picture that was on it. Seeing her master's former family, she declared.

"I was there the day the massacre took place."

"Huh?"

"That day, Hyou-sama was away and it was I who had been tasked with protecting his daughter and the rest of her family, while he was away! And...I failed! Worse still, then that the murderers savagely tortured and killed Simi-sama and her child, they left me alive and... I was the only survivor Hyou-sama found while returning home."

Her tone took on a hint of shame and sadness then, as she affirmed.

"I was not part of his family and I would have understood that Hyou-sama killed me out of rage and to punish me for having failed! To tell the truth, it would not have made a difference! Putting her hand on her wound, she didn't feel any pain, or even blood running down her hand.

"To allow me to control my body, Hyou-sama's doctors have transplanted me an impressive number of artificial nerves! These allow my brain to control my body! Nevertheless, that's all! I don't feel anything! The touch...heat..pain...every part of my body below my chin lacks all of these abilities! It's like 90% of my body is a corpse."

"Tssss! Finally, that's your real motivation for killing us all." Cavendish remarked. "None of your actions are to fulfill any justice! All you want is revenge."

"Maybe…" Kamy said, not knowing herself what she wanted. "But more than anything...I want to make amends."

Finally, a genuine expression appeared on her face, as she said.

"Hyou-sama allowed me to continue working for him and forgive myself but...I could never forgive myself! My stupidity...My incompetence...They will haunt me to the end of my days! I can't even look Hyou-sama in the eye, without thinking that I'm really responsible for the death of his family."

Getting back into a fighting stance, she affirmed.

"So if I can make him smile again, by killing the trash of this world, I would do it without hesitation."

"Damn it." Snake growled. "You are completely nuts."

However, moaning, Cavendish forced himself to his feet, while retorting.

" She's mine. "

Having already heard this sentence, which resulted in Ace's disappearance, Snake sighed.

"You pirates are unbelievable.

Then, making a quick summary of the situation, he ends up rushing towards the corridor, to join Isuka. Again, Kamy looked away from Cavendish, to stop Snake. But again, the blonde's sword swung towards her, forcing the maid to step aside so as not to be stabbed again.

"I advise you not to look elsewhere."

Allowing Snake to leave, Cavendish then only smiled.

"I understood the weak point of your devil fruit! It is true that it allows you to see in slow motion! Nevertheless, it is of no use to you if someone decides to attack you from behind."

Remembering when he had managed to hurt Kamy, he added.

"From the moment I stepped out of your line of sight, you were unable to react in time to stop me! So I just need to find myself behind you again to win this fight."

"And now that you're alone, how do you plan to do it?" Asked Kamy.

Suddenly, running towards Cavendish, she twirled her metal staff before aiming it at Canvendish's abdomen. Not even having time to react, the blond felt the weapon hit him enough to eject him backwards.

Passing through the double doors, he left Hyou's office, before landing in the middle of the corridor by which he had come here. Growling, he expected to be the target of various traps. Nonetheless, he heaved a sigh of relief, remembering that they had all been activated already, when he and the others had made their way to Hyou's office.

Leaving the room, Kamy noticed the same, as she saw each of the traps already triggered. However, putting one foot on a slab, she exerted enough pressure to sink it somewhat into the ground.

Immediately, Cavendish heard hundreds of mechanisms, as all the trappings started moving again, disappearing into the hallway walls or ceiling. Smiling, at the blond, who was starting to get up, Kamy declared.

"Cavendish-san, can I ask you a question? Besides having to fight and kill Hyou-sama, do you think you can leave this mansion, when you are forced to fight me, in this corridor filled with deadly traps ?"

"Idiot." Cavendish roared. "If you come face me here, you can't run away."

"Who told you I wanted to run away?" The maid asked, approaching him.

"Tsss! And your master? What do you think he can do to defend himself if..."

" Hyou-sama is far from defenseless. " Kamy retorted. "It is true that I have always done my best to prevent him from covering his hands with the blood of vile murderers! Nevertheless, I can assure you that he is not helpless."

Then, pointing her baton at Cavendish, she took over.

"When this is all over, I'll take care of the household chores and make sure Hyou-sama can eat, bathe, and sleep, like it always has, up until now."

Then, the next moment, her staff hit Cavendish's saber, before the pair were forced to step back, to avoid bullets from a submachine gun.

Hearing them fight, Yank quietly came out of his hiding place. When Ace and Snake left it, the young teenager, it was hidden behind one of the two double doors, which opened outwards.

Shyly coming out of her hiding place, she saw Cavendish and Kamy fight, without feeling his presence. Therefore, not wanting to be the target of a trap, she hastened to enter Hyou's office and was happy to see no one inside the room.

"They're all gone."

Of course, Yank saw the corridor that was at the back of the room, and understood that it was through there that the other people had left. However, instead of imitating them, Yank hastened to search the entire room.

Contrary to what she had said, Yank was not an arms dealer. She didn't even have a brother. It had all been a lie so that no one could know the real reason for her coming here.

Searching again and again, Yank finally pulled out a painting hanging on a wall, and froze. Letting the painting fall to the floor, she stared at the door of the safe, which now faced her.

" I found it. "

Using his flames to slow his fall, Ace eventually lands on the floor of an underground room. However, no sooner did his feet land on the metal surface of the floor than Ace's flames disappeared.

Then, feeling his energy leaving his body, he barely noticed Nodeath land in front of him, while the man retained all his vitality.

"Here's a room that Hyou-sama built especially for guys like you." The man asserted, putting on a sickly smile. "

Raising his gaze to fix him, Ace felt the man give him a powerful kick, which ejected him against a wall of the room. Unable to use his flames, Ace dropped to the ground, while Nodeath walked towards him.

"The walls and floor in this room are made only from Seastone! For a guy like you, it's like you're at the bottom of the ocean, isn't it?"

Trying to get up, Ace couldn't react when Nodeath's hand fell on his throat. Then lifting the pirate up, while pinning him against the wall, Nodeath declared.

"Hyou-sama is such a nice guy! He's not a man that like unnecessary torture! And even for guys like you, he gets you a generally quick and painless death."

Seeming suddenly furious, he roared.

"But there's no way I'm offering this reward to one of that asshole's crew."

Seeing Whitebeard's face again, he clenched his fist, before punching Ace, repeatedly.

"I'm going to annihilate you! Break you into little pieces! And whatever's left of you, I'll be sure to send to Whitebeard, so he can understand how I felt when he slaughtered everything my companions."

Gazing at the full moon, Hyou remained motionless, quietly sitting in his wheelchair. Behind him was the exit from the hallway, which had brought him to the back of his mansion. Now standing outside, on the edge of a cliff, the man seemed to admire the seascape before him.

"Simi...that was your favorite place."

Then, hearing footsteps, the man realized that someone was coming to him. Hearing this person running, he knew it was neither Kamy nor Nodeath. These two subordinates would have come up to him walking quietly, as they were used to.

He therefore understood that one of the people who fought Kamy had probably managed to join him. Immediately, he pressed a button and let two new machine guns appear from the back of his wheelchair.

"It's time for extermination."
