Chapter 409: What goes down in the Loud House...
(November 5. The Loud House, Franklin Avenue. Royal Woods, Michigan.)
We head to the Loud House and we see Lynn Jr on the couch and watching some WWE matches from the Attitude Era. Lucy walks by and still seems ticked off.
Why? The other day her friend Boris was reckless and got himself a cast from when he said he could lift a coffin. Yeah, that was a terrible idea.
Lola is upstairs with her tea party. Lana is in the backyard and helping Lisa find some bugs to do some studies. Luan is getting her things ready for a birthday gig tomorrow and Leni is busy with a dress which Jackie asked if she can make possible.
Lynnard Loud or Lynn Sr, is in his bedroom and he is speaking to someone on the phone. Whoever this is sounds kinda important and at the Dining Room we see Rita and she is trying to figure out what kind of book she should make.
After realizing her manuscript of her first book idea, it is pretty long and seems Ike a novel. 'I gotta figure something else out. But what?' just then, she hears the doorbell ring and so she answers it and she sees who it is.
It's The Lewis' Michelle, Lincoln and Luna. Michelle speaks. "Hey Rita. Just here to check on how things are going."
Lynn Jr goes over and she fist bumps Lincoln. "Glad you dudes are here."
Lincoln chuckles. "Same."
They then see Lucy not looking in the mood and she heads back upstairs. Luna asks. "Whoa. What's up with Luce over there?"
Lynn Jr explains. "One of her friends thought it was a cool idea to carry a coffin. Now that pale kid is on a cast and also broke the coffin. Believe me guys, she is miffed and we're going to give her some time to cool off."
Lincoln sighs. "Let me talk to her and I could cheer her up with what I have to say to her about the scary movie I saw last night." Lincoln heads upstairs and so does Luna. She needs to check on Leni.
Lynn Jr then turns off the TV and she too goes upstairs. She feels like she could use some advice from Luna since Lynn is going to be going on another date with Annabelle C. McCann again soon.
Michelle on the other hand notices some papers in the dining room and she can see where this us going. "You planning on making a new book?"
Rita sighs. "Yeah, pretty much. The previous one which you have seen is overboard and is more of a novel of five books that aren't even released or read before. It is a struggle to coming up with a new book idea. Got anything to help me with this?"
Michelle then thinks on this and then she has an idea. "Perhaps someone whom I know could help. Amanda Bright could help you out since she also made herself a manuscript and she told ne she plans to try and have it be published possibly next year."
This surprises Rita and she smiles. "Wow. Thanks, that means a lot and I could use some more backup with this."
Michelle nods and then she asks. "So, how have things been going around here for you and you're husband?"
Rita then explains. "Lynnard and I, we're trying our best and it might be a little hard. But we're trying to be good parents again and accepting how things are now. How have Lincoln and Luna been doing?"
Michelle explains. "We're doing alright and trying our best to overcome some issues from the past and also spending time together. Sometimes Amanda Bright comes over and Lincoln and Luna see her as another mom."
Rita is happy to hear this that everything is going well for the Lewis'. Just then, Lynn Sr comes out from the bedroom and he sees Michelle. "Huh, I guess I wasn't hearing things. Michelle is here and also I got great big news!"
This confuses both women and then Rita asks. "Honey, what great big news?"
Lynn Sr explains. "I found this old and abandoned restaurant called Something Fishy and I spoke with the previous owner and he is willing to sell the place to me for a reasonable price! I can finally open my dream restaurant!"
This does surprise Rita and Michelle. Lynnard then continues to speak. "the issue is the state of the place. It could take me some time to find a clean up crew and some guys who can help with renovation. Lynn could help with some of it and Lana…"
"Or, I could figure something out." Replied Michelle Lewis. "I can ask the guys at FutureTech if they got some guys to spare who can help with the whole thing."
This truly surprises Rita and Lynnard. "What?! Wow!" replied Lynn Sr. "Thank you."
Michelle nods. "No prob." Then she looks stern. "But, a little warning. Managing a restaurant is a big and hard responsibility and until that restaurant of yours comes to open. I along with Jesse Rosato will be giving you some lessons in Restaurant Management."
"Jesse Rosato graduated from Cooking Schools and worked for eight years in a Gourmet Restaurant which was located in New York City and I learned some cooking skills from Gordon Ramsay."
This is a total shocker for Lynnard. But he nods. "Alrighty then. I accept."
Just then something comes into Rita's thoughts about what Michelle mentioned. She then calls out. "Luna, can you come down here?"
This confuses Michelle and Lynn Sr and they do spot Luna Lewis coming down the stairs. "Finished checking on the twins." She then looks towards Rita. "What is it?"
Rita then calms down and she asks. "Luna, I have been curious and you don't have to answer if you don't want to. How do you and Michelle know about the Tech company called FutureTech? How did you even meet those guys?"
This does surprise Luna. She then looks towards Michelle and she speaks. "This is your choice Luna. It's alright if you don't wanna tell them and I am just as surprised as you are."
Luna sighs and she speaks. "Alright, alright. I'll tell you both. But you two cannot tell anyone else." Rita and Lynn Sr nod. Luna snaps her fingers and an invisible Burst Drone reveals itself. "The guys at FutureTech will be keeping tabs on you guys if you try and step out of line." This does surprise Lynnard and Rita. They didn't even know that there was a robotic spy dragonfly in their house.
So, Luna tells them or her encounter with "Spells and Louds" and how it led to all of this.
Michelle on the other hand has something else on her mind. 'I don't even know if I should tell them this. But the whole Bad Luck Incident Case File which I made and placed onto folder is with FutureTech and…. Is evidence for when…. For when Rita and Lynnard might go too far and return to who they were before all of this. Something to…. To put them away for good.'
A/N: Looks like someone wants to open up his own restaurant and it seems like it is best they know about Luna and her encounter which led them all to where they are now. I hope that you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
