Gwen woke up to a beautiful day and started her morning by doing some chores. She was looking forward to heading off to school. As she was getting ready to leave, Lucy showed up to walk with her. Gwen smiled as Lucy made sure they arrived at school safely.

The sun was shining and there was a light breeze in the air. Gwen enjoyed the walk with Lucy, chatting about their plans for the day. They arrived at school with plenty of time to spare and Gwen felt grateful for the company on her journey.

Overall, it was a pleasant start to Gwen's day. She felt happy and energized as she headed into her classes, ready to tackle whatever the day had in store for her.

"Hey, Gwen, you should be careful." Lucy says

"I'm entering America's Next Hitmaker." Gwen says.

"That's Luna's dream." Lucy says.

Luke walked by, hissing.

Lucy rushed off to class, blushing.

"Hey." Stephen says to Luke.

Luke smiles at his friend.

"Wanna head to class?" he asked. Luke nods and walks with Stephen.

Everyone was talking about Luke. Luke just grinned and sat down.

Meanwhile, Haiku noticed Lucy who was thinking of Luke.

"What's going on?" Haiku asked.

"Nothing." Lucy lied, fiddling with her hair.

"Tell me." Haiku says.

Lucy wasn't sure if she could trust Haiku or how Haiku would react, so she kept avoiding the question.

"Come on, you can trust me…" Haiku says.

"I-I like Luke." she confessed.

"You like Luke Huntington?" Haiku asked.

Lucy nods, blushing. "He's cute." Lucy says.

At lunch, Lucy spots Luke and rushes to hide shyly.

Luke is sitting with his friends, laughing and talking with them.

Lucy just spied but fell out of the vents and landed hard.

"Hey, it's that girl!" Garrett says.

Lucy quickly rushed off.

After school Lucy came home blushing and thinking of Luke. She was so starstruck, she didn't notice Lynn and the others looking at her.

"Luce, it's dinner time." Lynn says.

"Lucy?" Leni asked as Lana dumped mud on Lucy, giggling.

"Sigh." Lucy sighed.

"Somebody has a crush…" Lori says.

"What? No, I don't!" Lucy lied as her face was getting hotter and she felt overwhelmed by her sisters. She wasn't used to this much attention. Gwen was with Lincoln, so Lucy could only watch as the girls overwhelmed her with advice that had no chance of working.

Lucy rushed out of the house, panting as she needed space.

Rita had overheard and went to find Lucy.

"Sigh." Lucy sighed.

Meanwhile, Lincoln showed Gwen his video game collection.

"So cool!" Gwen says.

"I know, right?" Lincoln says.

Gwen decided to play games with Lincoln.

Later

"How are you winning?!" Lincoln asked.

Gwen explained that she was just that good.

"So, what's next?" She asked.

"Dinner!" Lynn Sr says as he made Cal-Lynn-mari.

"Literally, hold on, I'm on the phone." Lori says before squealing.

"What just happened?" Lincoln asked.

"We set Lucy up on a date with Luke." Lynn says.

"Why?" Gwen asked

"Because she was scared." Lori says.

"Oh." Gwen says as Lucy looks annoyed, but eats.

After dinner, Gwen offered to wash the dishes.

"How polite…" Rita says and noticed Lucy sulking a bit..

" Lucy honey are you ok?" Rita asked as Lucy looks away.

"Is this about Luke, do you actually like him?" Rita asked.

Lucy nods.

"Lucy, you should tell him how you feel." Lincoln says

"Done!" Gwen says having finished the dishes.

The next day, Lucy walked to school thinking about it as she hid behind a tree and saw a limo, which is the Huntington limo, an Arctic blue Mercedes-Benz stretch limousine.

Girls squealed once Luke came out.

Lucy was nervous, but walked up to Luke and was going to ask, but Girl Jordan came up.

"Hi, Luke, how about it? Me and you, movies?" She asked as Lucy frowned and walked away upset.

"Um, well…" Luke thinks.

"You always wanted a date." She says.

"Um…I'm busy. I actually have a date." Luke says as Lucy feels a spark of hope.

In the hallway, Lucy approached Luke.

"Luke, do you actually want to go with me? I understand if you don't." Lucy says.

"I do. But I saw you watching me." Luke says as Lucy blushes. "I can't go this weekend. The Mr. Tween America pageant is this weekend and I have an appointment to get my hair done on Friday."

Lucy nods remembering Lola's words.

At lunch, Girl Jordan straight up punched Lucy in the face as Lincoln gasped.

Lincoln then comes up to Girl Jordan. "No one punches my sister! And for your information, Lucy liked Luke way before you did." He says.

"Her?! The goth?! she'd bring Luke down." Girl Jordan says.

Lola and Lana came and helped Lucy up.

"I'll kill her!" Lola says.

Luke came up with Garrett and Stephen. "What's going on?" he asked

Lola looks starstruck, then Lana explains everything. Luke was stunned by this.

"Luke, I really like you." Girl Jordan says.

"Boys, let's go. I think I'll eat lunch elsewhere today." Luke says.

Lucy frowned, upset. "I blew it." She sighed.

"Oh, pageant season. Which means homeschooling for me next week." Lola says.

Lucy looked frustrated.

Meanwhile, Lisa had lost to Gwen in chess and was fuming.

"I'll beat her. She's not perfect!" Lisa says in school.

Gwen smiled while playing with other students.

After school, Lori came in with Vanzilla.

"Lori!" Gwen cheered.

Lucy just got in the very back of the van, refusing to talk about what went down today.

"What's wrong?" Gwen asked, concerned.

"Girl Jordan is trying to take Luke from her." Lincoln says.

"Wait…" Lynn says and looks at her nose and bolts out of Vanzilla. She took off toward Girl Jordan's house.

"Oh, shoot…" Lori says.

"Should we stop her?" Leni asked.

Lynn came back. "I'll do it later. I ate 5 meatball subs." She says.

Lucy sighed, looking down.

"Hey, did you at least tell him how you feel?" Lori asked. Lucy shook her head.

"Girl Jordan got to him first." Lucy says sadly.

"Oh, sorry." Lori says.

"Cheer up, there are other boys." Luan says.

"They're not Luke!" Lucy says.

As they arrive home, she bolts to her room.

"Lucy!" Lynn says and tries to open the door, but gets mad and kicks the door down.

"She's in the vents." Lisa says as Gwen climbs inside.

"Are you okay?" Gwen asked.

Meanwhile, Lincoln confronted Girl Jordan.

"Not now." Girl Jordan says.

"Oh, you're gonna make time for what I have to say!" Lincoln says.

"Go ahead. You know Lucy isn't Luke's type. Who dates goths? Especially a Loud. Didn't she betray you, beat you up over a sweet spot in the van, and make you paranoid because of a card?" She asked.

"You took Luke from her. And now I'm taking something from you." Lincoln says, balling up his fists and knocking Girl Jordan out.
