I remembered in chapter 5 of ARC CORP that there are alot more Reality class Anomalies out there. And then I remembered a certain individual that had numerous businesses all around Vale.

DESCRIPTION: An elderly individual in an apron, brown pants and light gray shirt. Slightly bald with a whisp of grey hair.
LEVEL: Reality
INFORMATION: The Shop keep is contained in the city of Vale due to his current state as a Reality Class.
The Shop keep is your run of the mill elderly man who runs a store. But in reality, he's an Anomaly. An anomaly who just wants to own a store and contribute to the economy. What can be determined is that he has the ability that allows him to be in multiple places at once and run several businesses at the same time. People who see him will either think he is super dedicated, has a speed based semblance or he has numerous identical siblings. This also means that he has a sensory ability that allows him to be inconspicuous. Even if one were to see hi at one of his stores, then see him operating at another store a few minutes later, you would just accept it and move on with your life without questioning it.
