DESCRIPTION: A small enamel green and red pin with an inverted horse-shoe and four-leaf clover.

INFORMATION: Unable to be contained at this time. One of the very small handful of Anomalies in possession of General James Ironwood of the Atlas Military, Councilman of the Atlas Council and Headmaster of Atlas Academy.
Anomaly 777 or Lucky Charm is an anomaly similar in nature to Anomaly 713, Lucky Dice with some key difference.
While the latter is indiscriminate to whose luck it absorbs, Lucky Charm is more focused.
The Anomaly allows the wearer to absorb the Luck of anyone that they perceive as a threat. All those that they perceive as either neutral or a friend, will not be affected.
In the event that the wearer is with a group of allies, the luck that the Anomaly absorbs from threats can be distributed evenly between the group. The smaller the group the bigger the amount each individual gets. The bigger the group, the smaller the amount.
HISTORY: While General Ironwood is aware of ARC CORP and their duty to keep hidden, eradicate or contain the existence of Anomalies from the general public, this has not stopped him from taking matters in his own hands. Numerous times he has gone to lengths to acquire Anomalies for his own uses. Whether they are for military purposes, new scientific discoveries (See Anomaly 004-C), or for some other purpose. Currently he has a small handful of Anomalies that he has under lock and key despite several worded messages from many Directors of ARC CORP.
Lucky Charm is one of those Anomalies which has now been listed as a Slaved Anomaly or SA. Recently a group called the Ace Ops have been formed. One of these members, one Clover Ebi was seen in a photo wearing said Anomaly. From what files ARC CORP has obtained, he has a Semblance called Good Fortune and currently theorized that they both amplify the affects of one another.
I used Clover's pin as an Anomaly due to me noticing a very interesting thing during Volume 7. Almost every time Clover is about to fight, he would flick his thumb on his pin. This gave me the idea to use his pin as an Anomaly. Also with the Vytal Festival approaching in Arc Corp, it would not surprise me that General Ironwood would have some Slaved Anomalies on hand.
