DESCRIPTION: A pair of large cordless headphones. One black with white headband and one white with black headband. Both headphones have a built-in mic on the right side.

INFORMATION: Anomaly 434-A and 434-B are to placed in a desk drawer due to how relatively harmless they are.
Use of any one of these anomalies will allow the wearer to hear another's thoughts. Unfocused, they will allow the user to hear anyone's thoughts within 100 feet of them. But to focus them, it requires eye contact.
If the wearer is to focus on a particular individual within their visual range, they will hear the thoughts of said individual. Using both anomalies with close proximity to one another will not only enhance the range of their effects, but will allow both wearers to communicate with one another telepathically.
HISTORY: Meet Bill and Ted Whitehall. Twin cougar faunus brothers who worked at Vale's First Municipal Bank as janitors. Worked there for several years and treated badly by their fellow employees.
One day they decided to splurge on themselves and buy headphones from a local electronics store. Unbeknownst to them, they both purchased the Anomaly that will be called Inner Thoughts.
Instead of hearing music when they returned, they began to hear the others thoughts. After arguing amongst themselves for some time due to hearing the others thoughts, they decided to bring them to work for some fun.
Throughout the day they wore their headphones as they worked. And during that time, they head the true thoughts of their co-workers. Along with the password to disable vault security.
After careful planning, they started robbing their own workplace, not all of it, just a little to get by.
After enough funds have been taken, the Vale Council called upon ARC CORP to check it out. Containments Director Jaune Arc and Blake Belladonna investigated the bank. After seeing and interviewing employees, they decided to take the scenic route back to the office. That was when Bill and Ted jumped them. Using Inner Thoughts, they learned their true identities and decided to do away with them and take more of these anomalies for themselves. After a large fight, resulting in Blake and Jaune learning what the Anomaly does, they dispatched them, contained the Anomaly and now Bill and Ted Whitehall are placed in the Psychiatric Ward of Vale Penitentiary.
The cover story was that Bill and Ted Wheeler unlocked a dual-telepathic semblance and used that to acquire passwords and codes to disable the banks security.
