DESCRIPTION: Anomaly 246 is a standard film projector with a reel of 16mm film. Projector is capable of self-sustaining power when flipped on. 16mm film reel is capable of regenerating new reels of film if cut.

INFORMATION: Anomaly 246 is to be placed in a storage container alongside other non-dangerous Anomalies listed under the Classification of either C or D.
Anomaly 246 or Dream Projector is an Anomaly with the ability to record dreams then project them onto any surface. It is even able to project audio through unknown means alongside the images it projects.
By simply taking the 16mm film reel out of the projector and placing it in near proximity to anyone's head as they sleep, it will then record the dream of the sleeper on the reel. And there is no limit to the length of the dream onto the film reel. Even if the sleeper were to have multiple dreams in one night, the film reel will record them all.
Once the sleeper wakes up, the reel will cease its recording. The reel can then be placed in the projector. Simply turn the lights off, face the projector towards a wall or sheet similar to an actual movie theater screen. By flipping the switch on the bottom right side of the projector, it will then play the film reel and produce audio to go with the images.
In the event that an individual wishes to save the film reel for future viewing, they simply have to cut the amount of film equivalent to the length of the dream(s) and contain it onto a separate reel of film and kept separate from the Anomaly.
The only downside one can find for this Anomaly is that once the dream is recorded, anyone can view it. Even other individuals who have been featured in the sleepers dream. Even if those dreams are a bit X-Rated, leading to awkwardness between the dreamer and the person.
