These entities are known as Anomaly 510-A The Rag-dolls.
The Rag-dolls serve as her personal footmen along with her eyes and ears in the outside world. What they see and hear, The Seamstress would see and hear as well. The Seamstress even can communicate through them.
Due to the Seamstress's matronly appearance, she has a habit of adopting human and faunus children and raising them as her own. She will shower them in gifts, praise, love and attention they crave. And in turn, they will be loyal to her.
Currently unknown if they are under the effects of the Anomaly listed or genuine.
HISTORY: Was originally contained at ARC CORP Mantle Containment Facility (Redacted) alongside Anomalies 247 (The Clockwork Man) and 1929 (The Radioman).
During the Containment Breaches they escaped together and realizing that they had a better chance of surviving together formed F.A.E (Faction of Anomalous Entities). When in her human disguise, she acts as the organizations face to human and faunus conspirators or potential clients.
A/N: Took inspiration from the witch from Coraline.
