"In the last episode of Total Drama All Stars! We began our season with the biggest cast of all time by bringing back thirty participants who embodied the tropes Heroes, Villains, and Wildcards!" Chris began, with a few montage shots showcasing the events of last episode, "For their first ever challenge, we went all the way back to season one where a majority of the players had to jump off the cliff! The catch? You then had to find your colored coded key!" shots of Gwen, Scarlett and Noah all finding their keys and waving their arms around showed. "Then each mommy had to safely deliver their baby to the motel with the correct key!" Brick, Duncan and Mike were shown to be pushing their various teammates throughout the challenge, "In the end however, due to Sugar's own devious plans, the Wildcards lost the challenge!" Sugar was shown smirking as she pocketed one of the last remaining yellow keys, "And in an even bigger twist! Sugar attempted to frame Sky for the challenge loss after trying to form an alliance with her!" Sugar was shown again crying crocodile tears as everyone looked at Sky with accusatory eyes, with said girl looking overwhelmed. "However, Dawn saw through Sugar's deception and attempted to defend Sky!" Dawn was shown trying to convince her teammates of Sky's innocence. "In the end the final vote came down to Dave, and in the biggest blindside to the audience, and Sugar, he decided to save Sky after she brutally used him just last season!" A clip of Sugar was shown trying to charge at Dave whilst Sky just looked confused at the result.
"Tune in to find out what happens in this episode of TOTAL! DRAMA! ALL STARS!"
(Theme Song)
It had been one day since Sugar's elimination, and the camera first decided to pan over to Sky who was sitting on the deck's edge, along with Lindsay who wasn't particularly getting along with Sierra or Dawn and found more comfort in the company of the Gymnast.
"And so Carlotta does the funniest thing ever! She like, put a rooster on the teacher's desk! Isn't that crazy?" Lindsay couldn't help giggling, having fun telling Sky this story.
Sky laughed along, though she was actively distracted, not that Lindsay noticed so it was fine.

"I'm really confused." Sky started, blowing a bit of hair out of her face, "I always figured Dave would want to take revenge on me. He even had the perfect opportunity, so why didn't he take it?"

With the power of editing, the scene quickly changed from Sky and Lindsay to Dave and Mike who were hanging out together in the boys cabin room.
"So, you ended up voting against Sugar?" Mike said once he got some alone time with Dave.
Dave wasn't sure how to respond, "Yeah, what of it?" He decided to reply curtly. He felt Mike was judging him.
Mike quickly held up his hands defensively, "Nothing, nothing! It's just…" He trailed off, unable to finish his sentence.
Dave rolled his eyes, his annoyance becoming more apparent, "Spit it out."
"She hurt you." Mike said bluntly, "I'm just surprised, I figured you would want to vote off the person who hurt you is all."
Dave scrunched his nose, "Don't get the wrong idea, I don't like Sky. It's just, I knew her before she hurt me, and she's competitive. There's no way she would throw a challenge like that. I wasn't voting to protect Sky, I was voting to attack Sugar, you get what I'm saying?"
Mike seemed unconvinced, but shrugged. "Sure, it's not really any of my business."
"No, it isn't."

"I might still like Sky, but that doesn't mean I'm blindly following her!" Dave began a bit of an unkind scowl on his face, "If she legitimately loses us a challenge I will vote against her; she didn't lose us that last challenge, Sugar did. That's all my vote came down to. Big whoop!"

A group of Heroes was playing frisbee on the beach. Specifically Owen, Cody, Gwen, Zoey, Jasmine, Sammy and Shawn. Cameron and Leshawna were nearby chatting with each other.
"So you've never played frisbee before?" Leshawna asked in disbelief.
Cameron chuckled weakly, "Never, I haven't played a lot of sports before. I don't have a lot of muscle mass and everyone's too athletically developed for me to go at my own pace."
Leshawna snorted into her hand, "Honey that's nonsense, anyone with control can match your pace! Here, watch." She then placed some fingers into her mouth and whistled loudly to get the rest of the heroes attention. "Hey ya'll! Cameron wants to play, go easy on him though, kay?"
Zoey nodded along happily, "Of course Cam! You should have spoken up, here I'll try and make it easy, just get ready!" She took the frisbee from Gwen and prepared to throw it towards her shorter friend.
Cameron was somewhat panicked at having been put on the spot, but since it was Zoey who was throwing it he relaxed instantly and only took a gulp as he got ready. "1, 2, 3!" Zoey threw the frisbee in a purposefully easy way, but Cameron ended up panicking and ducked.
Cameron flushed immediately, and looked down at his shoes, "Sorry."
"It's all good Cam! We all start somewhere!" Zoey tried to cheer him up.
"It's not an issue at all, little guy! Frisbee's a bit dumb." Owen smiled, rubbing the back of his neck to hide his awkwardness.
Not all of the Heroes were as supportive though. Gwen was mildly impatient, but had the self-awareness to stay quiet. Jasmine was also impatient, but had the common sense to encourage Cameron. It was Shawn who was outwardly annoyed and made it obvious as such, "Well that's completely killed the mood, I'm gonna be alone for a bit." And before anyone could protest Shawn walked away.
"Jerk." Gwen muttered loud enough for everyone to hear.
"Hey! How about keeping your comments to yourself? It's obvious Shawn just needs some time to destress!" Jasmine defended hotly, her feelings towards the goth girl already negative.
Gwen held up her hands and walked away, "I'm not getting in another argument with you Jasmine, I'm outta here. You guys keep playing."
"I'll check on her." Cody muttered, trailing behind Gwen so he could chat with her in private.
Jasmine scoffed, "Forget it, I'm going to check on Shawn." And she too followed behind Shawn.
In the end Cameron felt really ashamed of himself that he wanted some time alone as well. Owen, Zoey and Sammy continued to talk to each other, but decided that playing frisbee was too uncomfortable. Leshawna had returned to her cabin to collect her thoughts, but her face expressed annoyance with a mild amount of guilt.

"Heroes my butt!" Leshawna started, an angry tone to her voice, "I was just trying to get Cameron more involved and what does everyone else do? They make a big deal out of it because he's not as good! Oooh, that behavior gets under my skin for real!" She huffed, her arms crossed as she stared into the camera, "If Gwen and Jasmine don't get their acts together soon? I'm going to give them both a verbal beatdown on how this is unacceptable. Wanna talk about each other? Do it behind each other's backs! Ain't no reason to start a fight for no reason. You wanna vent? That's what this confessional is for!" Leshawna finished angrily, her brow deepened in annoyance.

Prior to her earlier behavior, Jasmine looked visibly nervous as she hunched over in the confessional. "Shawn's in real danger and he doesn't even realize it!" Jasmine sighed almost defeatedly, "Shawn's so convinced of his safety but I think otherwise. It's all just such a mess!"

Minus Lightning and Scarlett; the rest of the villains were ravaging into their breakfast after winning the last challenge.
Scott put a pancake into his mouth and moaned in delight, "Man, this stuff is so good! I never knew food could taste like this!"
Courtney rolled her eyes and scoffed, "Please, it's not all perfect!" She then clapped her hands, getting the butler's attention. "Yeah, this orange juice? It's 5% pulpy and- oh." she stopped, the butler replacing her drink quickly, "That was fast, but that doesn't mean it's…" She took a sip and widened her eyes, looking into her drink. "Perfect…"
Duncan snorted into his hand, "Be grateful princess, without these guns of mine," He flexed his biceps, "You wouldn't be having the most perfect breakfast right now."
Said girl's face grew apathetic as she rested her elbows on the table, "You have a girlfriend, Duncan, you wouldn't want to give her the wrong impression by flirting with someone else right?" she spoke in a bored tone.
"Very mature Courtney." Alejandro nodded approvingly as he bit into a passion fruit.
Duncan gave Alejandro a dirty look, but it was Courtney who reprimanded him first. "I don't need the validation Alejandro, save that kind of talk for the next girl who wants to be suckered into your sweet talk." She grasped her forehead in annoyance and got up, "Right, lost my appetite for an almost perfect breakfast, what a joke…" And she walked away to clear her head.
"Wow, can't remember the last time I saw something that pathetic." Jo commented unkindly.
"Shut it Jo!" Duncan said sharply, biting into his bacon. He hated to admit it, but Courtney's reaction bothered him a lot. Where was the girl who would respond to his teasing with a fiery temper? Where did the girl who fought back and made things interesting go?
Where was the girl who still cared about him? It bothered him how barely she responded to him.
"Little testy hotshot, where's the guy who was bragging about carrying the entire team on his back?" Heather snidely, eyeing slightly.
"Stuff it!" Duncan said, getting up and walking away from the table in a bad mood.
Heather eyebrows raised in disbelief, but lowered as she ate a bit of scrambled egg. Alejandro quickly got up afterwards, excused himself, and went in the same direction as Courtney.
Jo, who was always quick to provoke someone if she could, prodded at Heather, "Alejandro was pretty quick to chase after Courtney, don'tcha think?"
Heather was initially unbothered by this, but Scott's next comment irked her, "She is super hot, makes sense why he would go after her."
"Can you not?" Heather replied sharply, "I am enjoying my luxurious breakfast and your company is ruining it." To put the attention on someone else, she shouted over to Topher and Amy who were having a private conversation with each other. "What are you two lovebirds whispering about?"
Amy's nose scrunched immediately, "Ew? Him? Please, I can do better."
Topher side-eyed Amy sarcastically, "I have higher standards, almost any other girl is more desirable than Amy."
Topher in return had a jug of water poured all over him as Amy stomped off in a rage and was laughed at by Heather, Jo and Scott. Topher was not appreciative of this and balled his fists as such.

The only ones attempting to get food in the dining hall were Brick, Lightning, Scarlett, Harold, Dawn and B. Seeing as they were a small group, they all decided to sit together and talk.
"You know, this would be a good group of larpers." Harold said thoughtfully, "I can see it now! Lightning as the Barbarian! Dawn is a total Druid! B the Artificer! Scarlett the Sorcerer! And Brick… A Ranger? I guess."
"And I suppose you're the Wizard?" Scarlett couldn't help asking sarcastically.
Harold gasped a little, "How did you know? Is this your Sorcery at play?"
Scarlett gave him a stern look. "I had a larper in my season. He was second voted off."
Harold looked discouraged, but Dawn took over. "What is a Druid? I don't believe I have heard of the terminology before."
The boy in question brightened up and put on a 'know-it-all' tone. "Gosh you don't know? Druids are totally one with nature. They can transform into animals and are excellent healers."
Dawn's eyes brightened at the prospect, "Druids sound most endearing!"
She then looked to B who had his own puzzled expression. "B is asking what an Artificer is."
Harold was all too happy to explain, "Artificers are pretty much inventors, they infuse magical items together and make the rest of the team as powerful as possible; it reminded me of how skilled you are."
B thought about it for a moment, shrugged, and smiled along with it. "B says he's cool with it." Dawn replied, translating for B.
Brick stared curiously at B, "Forgive the intrusion soldier, but I've been curious ever since I re-watched my season. Why is it you don't talk?"
This question perked Lightning's ears as he leaned forward, "Yeah! C'mon big guy! Why don't you talk?"
Even Scarlett's interest peaked as she shut the book she was reading, "Is it mutism because you can't speak? Or perhaps it is selective? I always find mutism to be an interesting psychology if the latter." She admitted. Despite her compassionless choice of words, she did have a genuine curiosity in the bigger man.
B began to sweat, losing his cool a little as he sipped on his drink. Dawn frowned, a little uncertainty in her voice. "I don't think B is ready to talk about it…"
Lightning threw his hands in the air in frustration, "He can't always be relyin' on you creepy girl! Part of the game is talkin', if the mute guy don't speak he ain't winning this game, it's as simple as that!"
"Sorry," Brick apologized to B, looking a little guilty. "I didn't mean to put you in this situation…"
B nudged Dawn and nodded, a little embarrassed as he tried to drink out of his water to avoid eye contact. Dawn looked at him, and then everyone else. "B… Is capable of talking." She replied hesitantly.
"Fascinating." Scarlett murmured, coughing into her hand as she was met with a few stares herself, "Pardon me."
Dawn hesitated again and looked at B, "Are you certain? I know how much your privacy means to you." B nodded, biting his lips. "Okay. Well, B is… Ashamed of his voice."
"Ashamed?" Lightning asked, a little baffled, "But you're such a cool dude! Your voice ain't gonna be that bad!"
"Well," Dawn clarified, "It isn't necessarily how his voice sounds. He has a bit of a… Stuttering issue, and he's embarrassed by it."
B was met with a lot of sympathetic stares, even from someone like Scarlett who wasn't well known to be a warm person.
"Is that why you came onto the show?" Brick asked curiously.
B nodded his head regretfully, a feeling of sadness washing over him. "During our season, he wanted to prove his worth as a teammate before attempting to talk. However, Scott targeted him for his usefulness and when B had been framed he didn't have the courage to defend himself." Dawn explained, her own sadness and bitterness washing over her.
An uncomfortable silence came over everyone, barring Harold who was a little less aware of the gravity of the situation, "I had stutters once, it was the worst! When I went to speech therapy for it I was told to read as many books and say the words out loud! I found that when I was talking to myself it made me feel less anxious because I knew I wasn't going to be cut off mid sentence." He explained with a bit of a bravado.
Scarlett leaned across the table, ignoring Harold as she patted B's arm. "Listen, I'm not much of a comforter. If you would like assistance with your stuttering however I'm well informed on methods we can use. That's if you're willing of course."
"Aren't you a villain?" Brick questioned, "Why make an offer like that? Wouldn't that just alienate you from your team?"
"Of course not," Scarlett replied impatiently, "I shall be with my team when it is necessary, however, this is our free time. It might be in poor taste to my team, but I care very little for their opinion." She then retracted her hand and sat back down, "If my own status is an issue, then I would understand."
"If it means anything, the Lightning's sorry for believin' you threw the challenge." Lightning admitted, scratching the back of his neck uncomfortably, "Can't take it back, but are we sha-good?" He asked, holding out his hand.
B smiled and accepted the apology graciously.

"CHALLENGE TIME CAMPERS!"
After a bit of grumbling from a few individuals, everyone met Chris outside the dinner hall. "Since we dove off a cliff last time, can anyone guess what this challenge is?" The host teased.
"Is it a variation of the Awakeathon?" Sierra guessed.
"No-" Chris realized what she said and scowled, "Shut up, I am not predictable." He then brightened up again, "Today's challenge is: The Awakeathon: Activity Edition!"
Gwen rolled her eyes as she groaned the loudest out of everyone, "This again? Are you being serious right now?"

"Are you liking your team?" Mike mumbled into Zoey's ear. Since there weren't any rules against talking to the other team, they had chosen a secluded spot to spend time together. Mike laid against a rock with Zoey laying her head on his shoulder.
Zoey nodded happily, "I like my team. I feel very safe with them. There's been some tension but I've done my best to avoid them."
Mike planted a kiss on Zoey's forehead, causing her to squirm. "Hey! Don't think I won't ask the same question just because you're trying to distract me!" She said, her face blushing with a bit of excitement.
Mike smiled wryly, "Sorry, it's just one of the few times we've hung out. I've really missed you."
Zoey's smile turned into a worried frown as she sat up, "Are you not liking your team? I didn't realize losing the first challenge could be so demoralizing."
"It's been challenging," Mike admitted hesitantly, "At the same time though, it's forced me to have a better handle on my alters. It's weird, but when I'm put in a situation where it matters, I grow scared enough to the point my alters don't take over."
Zoey smiled pitifully, sitting up completely as she spread her legs across the grassy floor and placed Mike's head onto her lap, stroking his hair as she whispered: "It's all going to be okay, what's life without a few challenges right? I'm lucky to have you."
"Is this your way of trying to get me to fall asleep? It might be working a little too well…" Mike teased with a grin.
With her own teasing grin, Zoey removed her hands. "Well if that's how you feel…"

We can have our secrets as long as it doesn't affect our relationship, and Mike is just a total gentleman! I was lucky to land a guy like him. Sometimes you have to make sacrifices if you want a relationship to work. It's hard for Mike to open up sometimes, but he's a lot better than he was in the past! "Time for our first mini activity!" Chris grinned, bringing in notebooks and a few copies of: 'The History of Canada'.
"Mini activity?" Heather questioned in disbelief, "Is this your way of making the challenge interesting? Because if I was a viewer I'd be crying myself to sleep right now."
"Yeah Chris!" Topher chimed, "I'm just not sure this is what the viewers want y'know?"
Chris hummed to himself, "Good point! I was originally going to have you all write an essay on the History of Canada as a hilarious callback! But you're right! This needs a more physically demanding activity! All of you have to get off your butts and run twenty kilometers around the lake! If you fail to get back within an hour's time you are eliminated from the challenge!"
There were lots of groans from the more academic prone challengers, who probably would have preferred the essay challenge over running.
"I'M GONNA GET BACK FIRST!" Jo laughed as she ran ahead of everyone.
"OH NO YOU SHA-DON'T!" Lightning huffed, immediately taking off into a sprint after her.
And in a montage of most of the campers running. There some epic fail shots as Dave caught his shoe in a tree root, or Harold tripped into a puddle. Noah outright opted out of the challenge whilst Cameron and Cody collectively agreed this wasn't worth it. Lindsay struggled to run in her heels whilst Scarlett went at a very leisurely pace.
In this specific order:
Jo, Lightning, Sky, Brick, Jasmine, Shawn, Sierra, Alejandro, Courtney, Scott, Heather, Duncan, Gwen, Mike, Zoey, Sammy, Dawn and Dave were the people who managed to make it back in the allotted time frame given.

She hit me, screamed at me, completely lost her composure around me and I really liked that!" Duncan paused, realizing he had talked about Courtney a little too much. "I'm feeling another mini activity!" Chris grinned to himself. He brought out ten silver platters with lids on top of them. The remaining campers hadn't had a good meal ever since the challenge started, and the food admittedly smelled really good.
"What's the catch?" Jo asked suspiciously, clear bags under her eyes.
"Great question Jo!" Chris laughed as each of the silver platters were set on a miniature desk. He then opened the lids of the silver platters and exposed the castaways to chicken, mash potatoes, vegetables; any delicious food you can think of! "I wanted to reward the remaining ten of you with a feast! However! There are some conditions that go with it!"
"If you choose to participate in the feast, you are willingly eliminating yourself from the challenge. BUT! You can earn yourself individual immunity in the worst case scenario that your team loses the challenge! The catch? If your team wins the challenge, you can still eat this delicious feast, but you lose all privileges to the motel! This is what I like to call Prisoner's Dilemma! Do you trust your teammates? Or perhaps you're feeling a little greedy?"
Jasmine and Shawn stared at Zoey, with said girl looking at her teammates confusedly. Courtney, Scott, Jo and Lightning instantly threw each other distrustful glances. Dawn decided that she would rather not involve herself in the challenge whilst Sierra and Mike glared at each other.
"Each of you will receive a golden rock and a grey rock. If you wish to continue participating in the challenge, reveal the golden rock. If you wish to take advantage of earning this feast and individual immunity, hand out the grey rock." Chris explained as he gave each of the campers two rocks. "3, 2, 1 - REVEAL!"
Four hands had chosen the golden rock whilst the remaining six had chosen the grey rock.
"Seriously guys?" Zoey couldn't help questioning as she was the only one on her team holding a golden rock.
Jasmine and Shawn guiltily held out their own grey rocks.
"Nothing personal," Shawn said tiredly, having noticeable jitters on his body, "I wasn't sure how the challenge was going to end. I just went with what made the most sense to me."

Lightning hummed slowly, his eyelids drooping, "Sha-duh, People always like you for you Little Red, but do people like the Lightning for him? Nah. They like the Lightning for what he's capable of doing, even his own papa only likes Lightning for what he's capable of doing…"
With that declaration, Lightning fell asleep and snored.
"Welp, guess the villains lose." Chris shrugged. "Girls, let's hurry this up, the rest of the campers are getting restless and we need to decide a winner soon."
"I'm willing to drop out." Dawn said. "But I want something in exchange."
"Umm, sure I guess?" Zoey questioned with uncertainty, but also wanted to secure the motel for her team.
"Try to talk to Lightning when you can. I think you two have misjudged each other. You might find you have more similarities than you think." Dawn said, giving her condition.
"Seriously?" Zoey couldn't help questioning skeptically. "Me and Lightning? Similar? How?"
Dawn bit her lips, "I cannot say, but if you can overcome your prejudice, you both may come out of here with a new friend. That is what you have always wanted from this show, isn't it Zoey?" She said a bit more creepily than intended.
"Uhh." Zoey hesitated. It was true she had always wanted to come out of this show with friends. But friends with Lightning? Seriously? She knew what she had to do though.
"I accept."
Dawn scrutinized Zoey for any form of deception, and when she didn't detect anything she stepped out of the campfire area. "I forfeit. I give this challenge to Zoey."
"HEROES WIN! HEROES WIN! WILDCARDS TAKE SECOND! AND VILLAINS WILL BE ATTENDING THE BONFIRE CEREMONY TO DECLARE THE SECOND PERSON VOTED OFF!"
"Yay!" Zoey cheered tiredly, deciding now was the time to take a nice nap on the grass.

"HOW ON EARTH DID WE LOSE THIS CHALLENGE!?" Amy raged. The Villains had been leading for nearly the entire challenge, so how on earth did they lose?
"Cool it banshee!" Jo yelled, covering her ears. "Isn't the solution obvious here? We vote off Lightning for losing us the challenge! Easy!"
"I am not doing that." Duncan grumbled, directing a glare at Jo, "Lightning's actually cool. If anything one of those three" He pointed at Scarlett, Topher and Amy, "Should be voted off for dropping out of the challenge first."
"I would like to remind everyone of my contributions last challenge." Scarlett reminded everyone, "Without it, I suspect we would have lost."
"Well there ya go." Duncan said, "Scarface just defended herself. What have you two got going for you? You're both equally annoying."
"W-well." Amy stuttered angrily, "I gave us a huge lead last time by distracting my sister! Are we all forgetting that?"
Heather couldn't help scoffing, "It wasn't that huge."
"Well what about you then!" Amy couldn't help asking, crocodile tears forming on her face, "You haven't done anything amazing either!"
"At least I did my part! I jumped off the cliff when nobody wanted to! And I sure as heck wasn't the one who dropped out first during this challenge!" Heather replied hotly, "Honestly you think you can speak like that to me? Ugh, just talking to you is giving me unwanted acne."
Before Amy could put on a spectacle, Duncan snapped his fingers and pointed at Topher, "Don't think you can stay silent just because the girls are fighting, speak up or get voted off."
"What? Umm, hold on a sec." Topher muttered nervously, "I, umm, it sounds a little lame but I know a lot of trivia on Chris! We're bound to get a Chris centric challenge and you'll need me to win it!"
Duncan rolled his eyes, "Talk about super lame…"
"Guys, c'mon." Jo said, getting the attention back on her, "Lightning is a strong competitor. Do we really need him around to win challenges? We're already such a strong team even without him!"
"What did I just say about voting off Lightning? No!" Duncan snapped, glaring at Jo, "Funny you keep insisting on voting him off, bet you wouldn't have the balls to say it to his face if he was awake!"
"Amigos! We must stop this!" Alejandro shouted, getting his teammates attention, "Scarlett, Courtney, Scott; might you have any suggestions?"
Scarlett had a pensive face as she responded, "As Duncan pointed out, I am in no position to express an opinion and be listened to. I would be thankful to be spared from elimination despite my lower than average performance today."
"Courtney? You have been awfully quiet."
"I'm not looking to make any enemies," Courtney held her hands up defensively, "I'm just going to vote wherever suits me best. If you want to have a private conversation with me that's fine, but I disagree with turning this into an open forum. When I first did this I almost got myself eliminated first, I've learnt from that and I think you all should too. Just have your private conversations and decide then."
"Truly insightful. Scott?"
Scott shrugged uncaringly, "What she said."
"Well in that case," Jo said as she grabbed Courtney's and Scott's wrists and she pulled them away from the group, "I'm gonna have a private chat with my immunity buddies Dirt Boy and Prissy Pants."
"Original."

"Prissy Pants has complicated this vote!" Jo shouted in frustration "This would have been the perfect time to convince the team to vote off Lightning without getting any bad blood on my hands, but now that we need these 'private conversations'" She couldn't help shuddering, "It'll be difficult getting everyone on the same page. Just what sort of nonsense does she think she's encouraging?"
XXX
Confessional: Courtney (Villainous Vipers)
"There's no use encouraging unity, we're villains!" Courtney couldn't help mock laughing, "We can have as many open forums as we want, but will that stop everyone from making selfish decisions? NO! I want to use this bonfire ceremony to determine who I want as allies moving forwards. Discrepancy is key after all."

One of these private conversations was led by Amy who had invited Topher, Scarlett, Lightning, Jo and Scott to a private area of the forest.
"Okay, listen." Amy started. "I know none of us want to be the first person voted off from this team right?"
"Get to the point Cheer Squad." Jo couldn't help saying.
"Well," Amy said, "Why don't we combine the second and third generations to gang up on the original crew?"
"What a surprisingly thought provoking suggestion." Scarlett commented neutrally.
"So who are you suggesting the Lightning should vote off?" Lightning yawned tiredly.
"Well I thought about this a lot," Amy admitted, "And I was thinking Heather is too slippery, why don't we give her the ultimate humiliation? It would totally bruise her ego!"
"That's so evil!" Topher said in awe.
"You know Cheer Squad? I don't entirely hate the idea." Jo couldn't help admitting. She certainly didn't like Heather enough to keep insisting on Lightning anyways.
Scott shrugged, "Meh, no issue with me."
"So are we all agreed?" Amy asked tentatively. A collective murmur of agreement rang out. "Perfect!"

Another private conversation was led by Duncan with Lightning and Scott as his attendees in the boys cabin room.
"Listen up men, we have too many cutthroat girls on our team." Duncan got to the point, "Jo's already trying to get everyone to vote off Lightning."
"She's sha-wha?" Lightning, asked, not entirely processing what was said.
"Forget it," Duncan dismissed, "Unfortunately she's immune, as well as Courtney. Scarface really isn't an issue, meaning we have to decide between Heather and Amy."
"So why aren't Alejandro and Topher here then?" Scott couldn't help asking.
Duncan rolled his eyes, "Unless you forgot, Alejandro has the hots for Heather and I just really don't like Topher."
Scott pondered this for a hot second before shrugging. "Fair, who were you thinking?"
"As much as I would like to vote off Heather, she's more useful than Amy, so preferably the bratty girl."
"Lightning don't care…" Lightning snored, falling asleep.
"No issue with me." Scott said with a passive shrug.
XXX
Confessional: Duncan (Villainous Vipers)
"Put the pitchforks down!" Duncan mocked the audience at home, "I'm not trying to eliminate every girl. Scarface is pretty cool and Jo's okay when she wants to be. I'm just trying to unite the guys in a way that forces them to ally with me. If there's one thing all guys have in common, it's that we've all been burned by a woman before, meaning there isn't much more camaraderie than protecting our manhood right from the women who have burnt bridges with us right?" Duncan couldn't help asking cockily, smirking into the camera.

The final worthwhile discussion was with Courtney and Scott on the beach.
"Seems like the targets between Heather and Amy." Scott informed Courtney, "Nobody else seems to be getting targeted."
Courtney was silent for a moment. "You know, I did find something unusual." She admitted a little later, "When I had my private conversations with Jo and Amy, they both suggested we vote off Heather. Isn't that unusual?"
Scott felt like he was being tested, but kept a straight face. "Is it? Heather's always a threat, I can see why she's being targeted."
"That's not my point," Courtney said curtly, "My point is that Jo was determined to vote off Lightning, which is why her behavior adds a layer of confusion to the vote. What changed her mind? After being so stubbornly set on voting off Lightning, why did she change her tune and target Heather?"
Scott defaulted to a shrug, not knowing what to say.
Courtney threw Scott a suspicious look. "Listen, Scott. I really believe we're the outsiders of the villains. I want to work with you."
"I want to work with you too." Scott said in reply.
"Tell me then," Courtney said slowly, gauging Scott's reaction, "Who should we vote for between Heather and Amy?"
"I…" Scott hesitated. To be perfectly honest he hadn't entirely been set on making a decision. Inwardly he had enjoyed playing the middle between all of the villains and wanted to be included in everyone's plans. If he was included, it meant he would never be a target right? But he also knew he wanted to work with Courtney more than anyone. For one she was super hot and… That was mostly it. "... Think we should vote for…"
XXX
Confessional: Scott (Villainous Vipers)
"Having everyone trying to form an alliance with me is great!" Scott grinned scarily, "It's like I'm putting my hand in everyone's cookie jar! It's just that nobody's figured out I'm the one taking all the cookies, hehe... Whose cookie is worth biting?" Scott paused for a second, a look of confusion taking over his face. "I don't know if I used that expression right or not."

The Villains took their seats around the campfire as Chris held a platter with nine marshmallows on it. "This is a symbol of safety. If you receive a marshmallow it means you're safe. If you don't? You must walk down the dock of shame!"
Almost everyone tensed up as they eyed the treats.
"I'll drag this out for as long as I want!" Chris laughed, "But to hand out a few marshmallows; Jo, Scott and Courtney! All three of you have immunity, meaning you had no votes cast against you."
"Damn right!" Jo grinned. Scott and Courtney shared a mini toast with their marshmallows as they took a bite into it.
"Amy, Scarlett, Topher; as newbies are we feeling nervous?"
"Not particularly." Scarlett commented shortly.
"Well I did get blamed today," Amy said snottily, directing a glare at Heather who rolled her eyes in return, "But no, I think it would be a mistake underestimating me!"
Topher shrugged helplessly, "Well Chris what can I say? Being a villain is tough work, hehe."
Chris was unimpressed with those answers and moved onto someone else.
"Lightning! You lost the challenge dude, think you might be going?"
Lightning snored, unable to stay awake. Chris frowned. "Whatever, he's safe." Chris threw a marshmallow at Lightning's face, which bounced off of him and onto the ground.
"Duncan, Courtney! Are you guys still conflicting? Think Courtney might have pulled a fast one on you Duncan?"
"I'm not dignifying that with a response." Courtney turned her head snootily.
Duncan shrugged carelessly, "If she knows what's good for her, she hasn't voted for me."
Courtney clicked her tongue in response and Duncan slouched even further in his seat. "Can we hurry this up?"
"Nope!" Chris smiled impishly.
"Heather, Alejandro! Regarded as two of our greatest players! Think something fishy might be pulled on either of you?"
"Of course not," Heather replied haughtily, glancing at Amy, "I'm expecting a stray but nothing more, nothing less."
"Alejandro?"
"I don't feel endangered, but perhaps that is my lack of humility talking." Alejandro said.
"Why was every answer boring?" Chris questioned with a scrunched nose, "Whatevs, I'm handing out the rest of these marshmallows."
"The next marshmallow goes to…"

"But, but…" Amy couldn't form any words. "I…"
"You did even worse than your original appearance?" Chris finished her sentence. "Seriously, how do you go from third booted to second booted in an All Stars? That's embarrassing."
"No, no, no, no!" Amy shook her head crazily, "Samey was third eliminated! Not me! I was robbed! She should be getting voted off! NOT ME NOT ME NOT ME NOT ME!"
"SAMEY!"
Chris motioned for Chef to drag Amy away as he turned towards the camera with the cheerleader girl kicking and screaming in the background. "Well that was a dramatic bonfire if I ever saw one! A/N: I bet this is a surprising update! I was creatively inspired, and especially motivated for all of the reviews I got last chapter (they really help guys!) so I really wanted to try and get my story on trajectory!
In my original draft Amy wasn't eliminated second. In actuality, she was eliminated sometime during the merge in my original draft because I felt the pressure of developing her character. When I continued writing the dynamics of the characters however, the original person I had in mind for this elimination ended up being a more compelling character than I had anticipated, thus I needed a swap out to extend their longevity. I thought hard about what role I wanted for Amy, and even though I think she deserves development, I also realized that doing it in an All Stars season where she's on a team with too many competent players was unrealistic. I'm sorry if her conclusion was rushed, and I'm sorry if anyone expected some sort of showdown with Amy and Sammy, it could happen in the future but ultimately this wasn't the story for her. As for what what happened specifically for her to get voted off? You'll have to see next chapter!
I want to address a few minor creative changes I've taken the liberty of doing! One of those changes was B! In every single fic I've seen of him, he's a very nothing character, and so to rectify this I've slightly altered/given depth to B's character by allowing him the ability to speak, but in a way that's embarrassing for him and difficult for him to do so (hence the stuttering) I'm sorry if this is a bit OOC for B, but with B given the bare minimum in canon I figured it was worth giving him something to bounce off of the other characters. I'm also mildly miffed that the series in general gave us two black mute characters, and I'm sure most of you can guess the reason why for it.
Again I realize not everyone is getting equal screen time right now, but I'm going to ask all of you to be patient with me as I develop as many characters as I can at my own pace! I really hope you're all enjoying the story though! I know I am!
LaCuevademisgustos: "Thank you for the lengthy review! I know the payoff of the Sammy/Amy plotline is disappointing once again, but I hope it's something you can forgive! I intend to treat Scarlett with a lot of respect, so I hope I can do her character justice! I completely agree! A messy relationship does not mean bad characters! I think if Dave and Sky had been given a little more care to their characters they could be really compelling (and from what I can see most do like writing Dave) I like them both a lot! And I'm glad you're liking my Sky, I think the issue with people writing Sky is that they intend to use her as fodder most of the time and because of it they don't take the time for you to care about her, which is what the original Pahkitew wanted from us I think. Sky's social skills is largely ignored, which is what I also intend to rectify with this fic! Perhaps they went overboard on Duncan, but I'm not too sorry about it haha! I'm glad you liked Sierra's strategy! I was worried it would come off as me encouraging ableism when I more-so wanted to demonstrate Sierra's lack of consideration which is one of her greatest character flaws. I'm glad you enjoyed Sugar's downfall! She served her purpose. Yes Lindsay is smart! It just isn't very transparent yet. Harold's intelligence is very selective, while Noah I think just didn't care for the outcome. Love triangle between Brick, Sammy and Cody? Maybe~ I'm sure there's lots of ways Ella can be written, if in the right circumstances I think she's a worthwhile competitor. It's just this specific circumstance would be too intense for her character."
Grape Escape: "That's a fair criticism. However I mostly accounted for how I felt about people as characters. Who do you generally enjoy more? Dawn & B or Sam & Dakota? Not only that but genders needed to be even, so someone like Rodney was never getting on this season when Shawn, Dave and Topher are frankly better characters than him. I hope I explained that a little better!"
Cody Fanatic: "I'm sure Dawn would accept your thanks graciously! I'm glad you enjoyed my Sugar, I do legitimately think she's an enjoyable character when you only have to tolerate her for a short amount of time. Well, I'm not sure how you're going to feel about this chapter, if you're disappointed I'm really sorry! I'm glad you like Scarlett! She's a character I'm trying my hardest to do justice."
Omega Leonidas: "I hope I live up to your expectations!"
Puzzlefan 123: "Debatable. I imagine if Dawn didn't stand up for Sky she would be voted off. Not necessarily because she was a consensus, but because people who voted with Sky originally went into the elimination ceremony with the intent to vote off Noah. I imagine a plurality vote would have taken out Sky in that regard."
Gucci Mane LaFlare: "I'm relieved you enjoyed Sugar's role! I'd always intended for her to be a dramatic first elimination. It's important to have a great first elimination to capture everyone's interest. When you compare it to other first boots, which was generally more interesting? Not to be biased, but I think Sugar's scheme makes things more interesting than Ezekiel/Staci/Lindsay getting voted off with no agency to their characters. Sierra in All Stars was unbearable she might genuinely be the worst character of that cast. So I'm hoping to write Sierra in a more tactful way whilst keeping her kooky personality on display. I'm glad you like the focus on Gwen and Jasmine! They're great characters to have on the heroes tribe as conflict was desperately needed."
Shadowguy015: "Thank you! I hope you enjoyed Harold this chapter! I tried to put a little more focus on him as I'd neglected him for the past two chapters and needed to change that."
