Natsu and Gajeel stared down the Skeletal Iron Flame Dragon, also known as Daryan, who just consumed their magic. After a few seconds of standing, Natsu crouched down, allowing flames to cover his body, but right after that, lightning began to surge around his body, and he launched himself forward, headfirst towards Daryan. "Lightning Flame Dragon's Sword Horn!"
"Don't even try it!" Daryan raised his hand, turning his arm into a mixture of a bone and iron pole, slamming it down on Natsu's back before he even got close, causing Natsu to crash into the ground. "Oh…I like that…"
"Grr…" Gajeel started to conjure up shadows, allowing them to leak from his iron scales as he entered Iron Shadow mode, pulling his arm back as it turned into an iron pole with shadows around it. "Iron Shadow Dragon's Club!" Gajeel threw his arm forward, sending the iron pole hurtling towards Daryan, but the fellow dragon slayer brought his forearm up, allowing the pole to strike, but this time, he didn't even slide back or wince at the impact, much to Gajeel surprise.
"Something the matter?" Daryan asked as he jumped back, jabbing his fist into the ground. "Secret Dragon Slayer Art: Metallic Graveyard's Inferno!" A magic seal appeared under Daryan, and in that second, unleashed a wave of bones covered in iron and flames towards Natsu and Gajeel.
"Dammit!" Gajeel cursed, but he quickly used his Iron Shadow to his advantage as he ran into the shadows, avoiding the attack.
"Crimson Lotus!" Natsu shouted, spinning around in a circle as a wave of flames covered his body, protecting him from Daryan's attack; after that, he panted heavily, growling to Daryan as Gajeel came out of the shadows.
"How are we gonna deal with him now…?" Gajeel murmured.
"GO DARYAN!" Hiruka shouted.
"Heh…your only hopes just turned the situation into a disaster…" Karma chuckled.
"Come on, Natsu! You can beat him!" Happy cheered.
"Gajeel, you can do it!" Patherlily shouted.

Magnus dragged Luke across the ground before hurling him to a building, but the copy mage quickly caught his balance in the air, flipping and slid across the ground. "Damn, getting aggressive aren't we?" Luke smirked slightly, knowing he was getting the edge on Magnus somewhat now. Luke then clapped his hands, creating a clear magic circle in front of him. "Blade Rush!" From the magic circle, multiple blades of raw magic shot out towards Magnus.
"Don't think you've won…" Magnus replied as he swayed his body from left to right, avoiding each and every blade sent at him; Magnus then rushed forward, landing a roundhouse kick on Luke's side, sending the copy mage tumbling away, but he sprang up.
"Tch…" Luke glared at Magnus, not quite sure what he was going to do at this point.

Laxus and Evanee clashed yet again, their fist creating a shockwave the shattered the windows of nearby buildings. Both dragon slayers were damaging each other moderately, though it seemed Evanee now had the edge because she entered her Stone Drive state, which boosted her stats quite a bit, but Laxus seemed to keep up fairly well, only being just slightly behind. Evanee threw a quick punch at Laxus' face, but Laxus brought up his arm, blocking the hit while sliding back a few feet; Laxus then popped his jaw open, unleashing an almost point blank Lightning Dragon's roar on Evanee, the force of the attack sent Evanee flying back, but she caught herself, panting heavily after. "Damn…" Evanee thought to herself, surprised at Laxus' strength, but she wasn't going to lose to him.
"Yes…keep fighting, my dears…" Gaia said while chuckling.
"Gaia, what are you doing?" Magnus asked via telepathy.
"Ah, I'm just watching the most exciting fight play out right in front of me, that's all…" Gaia replied.
"Well, end it soon, the plan is about to begin; I'll let you know when." Magnus said.
"Oh, so soon? Ah, okay, tell me when," Gaia nodded.

"Silver Make: Lance!" Melody threw her arms forward, unleashing a barrage of lances towards Shadowlore, trying not to hit the controlled Milliana.
"Kitten Blast!" Milliana shouted as a pink magic seal appearing as her magic sealing tube intercepted the lances, shattering them on impact.
"G-Gah!" Melody panicked somewhat, surprised that Milliana was able to do that to silver. "Milliana, snap out of it!" Melody shouted, but her words fell on deaf ears.
Erza and Kagura swung at Shadowlore in unison, however they both missed, and their slashes hit the ground, causing a small crater to form. "Too slow, ladies!" Shadowlore said as a magic circle appeared over his body, changing his body into that of a wolf; in the next instant, he sprinted forward, slashing Erza and Kagura as he passed them, leaving large gashes on their stomachs, but both mages held in the cry of pain just wanting to release itself.
"Nekosoku Tube!" Milliana shouted once again, this time the tube wrapped itself around Melody, not only constricting her, but constricted her magic as well, much to Milliana's mind controlled delight.
"D-Dammit…!" Melody shouted; she was planning to use her lightning magic to free herself, but she couldn't even do that as the tube restrained her.
"Melody…" Kagura turned her attention to Melody, ready to assist the fellow mermaid, but before she could even try, Shadowlore appeared once again, right in front of her, and slashed her face, creating a gash on her cheek. "A-Agh…!" Shadowlore then jumped back, and rammed his head into Kagura's stomach, the force sending her flying back, slamming into Erza, both hitting a structure that collapsed on them.
"Kagura…!" Melody squeaked, but she didn't have much time as Milliana roughly began to drag Melody across the ground, causing the silver haired girl to let out a cry of pain as it happened; Milliana then swung Melody into a nearby three story building, releasing the tube after.
"Beautiful and strong…Shadowlore likey," Shadowlore chuckled to himself.

"D-Dammit..." Blues struggle to free himself from the gravity Libra placed on him, but it was too much of a strain on his already exhausted body.
"If only I got here sooner…I could've saved Sting and Rogue…" Yukino sighed, but she then brought the heel of her boot up, aiming it on Blues' head. "I'm sorry for taking you out this way, but I have to for Sabertooth."
"G-Gah! Not so fast!" Blues objected as a magic circle appeared on his hand, forming a tiny, yet explosive sphere of dense water on the ground. "Water Dragon's Bomb!" The water exploded a few seconds after, blowing Libra, Blues, and Yukino away from each other. Blues rolled, panting heavily, now free form the gravity. To his surprise, the seemingly frail Yukino recovered quite easily, gracefully landing on her feet. "Heh, not bad…"
"Tch…" Yukino scowled somewhat, half at Blues, and half at herself for not taking him out fast enough.
Blues rushed forward as dense water and light surrounded his fist, throwing it forward as he neared Yukino. "White Water Dragon's Punch!"
"Libra, change the gravity of Blues' body upward!" Yukino commanded, and the still present spirit changed the gravity of Blues' arm, causing it to go upward just like his body, just missing Yukino as his body stayed suspended in the air. Yukino then clenched her own fists, and threw multiple punches at Blues' face and midsection, seeing it was all she could do without uses Pisces to draw attention to herself, which was something she didn't want quite yet.
"G-Gah! Dammit! That hurts!" Blues shouted, though Yukino's brute force wasn't all that strong overall, the damage Blues took before was enough to make it seem as though she hit like a truck. Before the assault continued for much longer, an ice bullet slammed into the back of Yukino's head, knocking her out; the gravity over Blues vanished as Libra returned to the spirit world after Yukino's defeat, and he caught the celestial mage, a confused look on his face. He looked at the scoreboard, seeing Cosmic Star's points go from 65 to 66, and Yukino's image X'ed out. "Sniper…? Wait…I'm next!" Blues quickly rolled out of the way, his prediction very correct as an ice bullet slammed into the ground where he was standing, causing a large black glacier to form in the spot. "Damn…where the hell is that guy!?"

Where was Yakuza? That was an interesting question, as he was actually having his rematch against Chelia, who was fighting with Jura. Though it seemed like a tough matchup at first glance, Yakuza was having an easy time with the sky god slayer and the wizard saint. "Ice God's Bellow!" Yakuza shouted, sending a vortex of black frost in Chelia's direction.
"Iron Rock Wall!" Jura shouted as a large defensive rock appeared in front of Chelia, protecting her from the frozen bellow, however the bellow froze the rock and iron, causing it to shatter after, leaving Chelia exposed. Yakuza took this time and slugged Chelia across the face with black rigid ice around his fist, the impact sending Chelia flying back about a yard. "Chelia-dono!" Jura shouted, but he didn't have time to react to the spinning back legged Ice kick Yakuza landed on Jura's side, which caused the wizard saint to stumble back.
"Eyes on the prize!" Yakuza shouted.

Erza let out a pained scream as Shadowlore's claws easily cleaved through her Adamantine Armor, leaving multiple scratches on her exposed body as a result, the damage from her earlier battle with Kuro catching up to her as she fell to a knee, panting heavily. "U-Ugh…"
"She's getting tossed around like a doll…" Lisanna commented while biting her lip nervously. "And I know that's the wolf I saw the other night..."
"This isn't good..." Lucy mumbled, worried for her companions on the battle field who were having a hard time.
"Come on, Erza..." Heather said while crossing her arms and tapping her foot. "You can beat that mongrel."
Shadowlore raised his claw, preparing to finish off Titania, but as he swung his claw down, Kagura intercepted the claw with her unsheathed blade, struggling to keep it from taking both her and Erza out. "What...?!" Shadowlore growled from surprise, not expecting Kagura to protect Erza like that considering they were on separate teams.
"Melody!" Kagura shouted, her voice strained slightly as she fell to a knee from Shadowlore's power.
"Silver Make:..." Melody quickly strafed another incoming scratch attack from Milliana, now pointing her hands forward. "Lance!" A silver magic circle appeared in front of Melody, unleashing a plethora of silver lances to Shadowlore.
"Shit..." Shadowlore thought to himself, withdrawing from his current attack, and made a desperation roll to the side, just narrowly avoiding the incoming lances.
"That was odd..." Melody thought to herself, but her thoughts were quickly cut off when Milliana wrapped her Nekosoko tube around her once again. "D-Dammit! Not this again!"
"We have to save Milliana..." Erza said as she pulled herself up slowly, changing into her simplest outfit, the pants, the cloth around her breasts, and her hair tied into a ponytail; a single sword in her hand.
Kagura nodded, and swung her sword at Shadowlore even though he was quite a few feet away; seconds later, a powerful shockwave that leveled several buildings and uprooted the ground traveled towards Shadowlore, but the wolf's heightened senses allowed him to defense against it by compressing his body, allowing the shockwave to strike him, rolling across the ground for a few seconds but he hopped up immediately.
"Not bad..." Shadowlore replied, and he nudged his head after. "But not good enough." In the next instant, Milliana swung the constricted Melody into Kagura and Erza, creating a smoke cloud after the impact.

Natsu aimed a lightning and fire infused fist towards Daryan's face, but the other dragon slayer easily dodged such a hit by swaying his body to the side; Daryan then used his momentum to slam his knee into Natsu's chest, the power behind it causing Natsu's eyes to widen, a small cracking sound emanating from the hit; after the hit, Natsu flew into a nearby building.
"N-Natsu-san!" Wendy gasped.
"I've had enough of this guy!" Gajeel shouted in frustration, raising his arm high into the air. "Karma Demon: Iron Shadow Dragon's Sword!" Gajeel's arm gave a glow before it turned into a large, sharp blade, towering high into the sky; Gajeel's ultimate attack. Gajeel swung the blade down at Daryan, a noticeable crater ajd smoke cloud forming after the impact, a smirk now on Gajeel's face. "Gihehe..." When the smoke cleared, Gajeel's smirk faded and turned into a look of shock; Daryan turned his arm into a boney iron pole, using that to block the hit, not a scratch was on him. "I-Impossible...!"
"He blocked Gajeel's strongest attack...!" Jet shouted, his surprise nowhere near Levy or Gajeel's.
"Not good enough, Black Steel..." Daryan said with a smirk as Gajeel retracted his arm.
"What the hell is this guy..." Natsu thought to himself as he circled around Daryan, stalking him, essentially.
"You might as well quit here, it's over." Karma said with a stern, yet taunting tone.
"We're not done yet!" Aira shouted. "Come on, Luke!"

Luke slid back once again, panting heavily this time around, his body covered in bruised, while Magnus had minimal bruises around his body. "Ugh..."
"This was fun, Cloud..." Magnus said with a daunting smirk. "But I think it's time to finish this..."
"I agree...!" Luke smirked, placing his fist into palm, now forming a large ice cannon in his hands. "Ice Make: Ice Cannon!" Luke shouted, clicking the trigger on the cannon, sending two ice blast coated with electricity hurtling towards Magnus, the recoil caused Luke to slide back a few feet from each shot.
"Too easy..." Magnus whispered, dodging both of the incoming ice blasts, and raised his arm high, crafting a blade of lightning in his hand. "It's time to end this! Lightning Sword III!" And then, he slammed this blade into Luke's body, a burst of lightning magic throwing Luke into a nearby building, which collapsed on top of him shortly after.
"L-Luke...!" Heather's eyes widened at the sight of the collapsing building.
"That took long enough..." Magnus then used his telepathy to reach the other active members. "It's time. Yakuza, Gaia, begin."

"It's time, eh?" Gaia smirked slightly, walking from her hiding place with her cheeks puffed out. "Earth Roar..." Gaia then opened her mouth, unleashing the roar upon an unsuspecting Laxus, sending the mighty lightning dragon away, much to Evanee's surprise.
"Guy...I was wondering when you'd come out of hiding..." Evanee said while standing up straight, attempting to slow her breathing so she wouldn't look tired to the dragon before her.
"Oh, hush, Ev, it's not time yet~." Gaia replied, snapping her fingers, causing liquid ground to wrap around Evanee's arms and legs, constricting her movement.
"W-What is this?!" Evanee asked as she struggled to free herself from the restraint, but she found it wasn't easy as her exhaustion from her fight with Laxus kept her from doing so.
"Sssh...It'll all be over soon..." Gaia replied. "Oh Yakuza!"

"I guess I'm up…" Yakuza said as he lazily dodged an incoming punch from Chelia, stepping on the ground to rise high into the sky on a black glacier, a dark blue magic circle appearing on the ground. "Alright, it was fun, but it's time to end this! God Slayer Secret Art: Permafrost!" The magic circle expanded to cover the entire ground of the city, and within seconds, the circle let out black ice that froze everything in the city, the buildings, the water, the ground, everything; those who were touching the ground (aside from the Cosmic Star members) found that their feet were frozen to the ground, making them unable to move. "Heh!"
"I-I can't move…!" Chelia shouted, attempting to break the ice with her black wind, but found that she was unable to do so. Jura was unable to even bring up a Rock Iron fist to free himself as the ground was too thick and frozen to do so.
"W-What is this…!?" Jura asked while trying to power through the ice.
"T-This ain't wild…!" Bacchus said while throwing multiple palm strikes at the ice in attempt to crack it, but not even he could do so.
"W-What's the big idea here…" Reve said as he shot at the ice with his assault rifles, but he couldn't break it.
"This isn't in my memory…" Rufus replied as he placed his fingers to his temples, creating a red magic circle. "Karma of the Burning Earth!" Rufus shouted, waiting for the ground to erupt in flames…but nothing happened.
Orga and Taranis were in mid swing, their lightning infused fist ready to slam against each other, but their momentum stopped when their feet froze to the ground, and they were unable to move as a result. Laxus spiraled through a building, landing on his back, which was the worst position he could be in as he was now frozen there. "D-Dammit…" The three lightning mages said at the same time.
Juvia and Waiston were still engaged in combat; Juvia moved her arm like a whip, aiming to slap Waiston, but the ice dragon slayer dove out of the way, landing in a crouched position with his hands on the ground…and that's where it went downhill for him, the black ice stuck his hands and feet to the ground. "W-What the hell!?"
"Waiston is open!" Juvia started, throwing her arm forward to unleash a Water Nebula to finish Waiston, but her feet too froze to the ground, distracting her long enough for her attack not to go off, and instead she fell on her stomach, which also stuck to the ground. "W-What!?"
"Everyone's frozen, aside from our own of course," Yakuza shouted.
"Now it's my turn…" Gaia grinned, placing her hand on the ground as magic seals appeared under the feet of those trapped, honing in on their magic energy to do so, excluding Natsu and Gajeel, since Daryan was handling them, and technically not a major part of the plan. "Earth's End…" The magic seals appeared just above the ice, shaking violently before engulfing Chelia, Jura, Erza, Kagura, Milliana, Juvia, Waiston, Melody, Taranis, Orga, Laxus, Evanee, Takeru, Rufus, Reve, Blues, and Bacchus, in a violent explosion. When the smoke from the explosion cleared, these mages were seen on the ground, motionless.

"Alright, and now it's time to finish you guys!" Daryan grinned, holing his arms at his sides as they turned into rotating chainsaw-like steel blades. Daryan rushed towards Natsu and Gajeel, and in a fluid motion, slashed in an X, creating large gashes on the chests of the two dragon slayers, causing them to fall over with their eyes white, as they laid on the ground. "And that…" Daryan said as he stood a few feet away from the downed slayers, a large smirk on his face. "Is how the Stars won the Grand Magic Games…"
