Michael sat at her desk, looking at the reports of the spirit and Azazel fighting off the other spirits. Azazel would try to end the conflict peacefully, but most of the time, she was unable to. However, there was another report that caught her eye. It was stated that Azazel has been hanging about the boy she's been watching. She thought about what she said about him. She started to look more into the boy and learn a few things.
"Daniel Fenton, the youngest and only son of Jack and Maddie Fenton. Plans to travel to the stars to live out his dream. Parents study spirits under the impression that they are evil." She read.
Michael frowns. They thought all spirits were evil? She knew they were wrong. Some were friendly and wanted to help others. Others just wanted to be left in peace. That was never a good sign.
"Jasmine Fenton, oldest and only daughter of Jack and Maddie. Dreams of helping people by talking to them. Sees herself as an adult instead of her age. Doesn't think very highly of her parents. Starting to believe the rumor that people spread about her parents, but refuses the rumor about her brother." She read.
Micheal frowns again. It sounded like Jasmine was believing the lies that were said about her family. It was clear that she still carried some love for her brother. However, her actions have forced her brother to move away from her. If this keeps up, Jasmine and Daniel will never reconnect.
Michael leans back in her chair, thinking on what she should do.
"He's able to see me and he doesn't have any connection to god!"
Azazel's words rang through her head. Maybe she was on to something. Maybe it was time to find out if Daniel wasn't the only person that could see Angels.
Fenton Works,
Jazz sat in her room, reading her book. She didn't understand why her parents chase an odd dream. But she knew they finally got their dream. She hopes that they would die down about this ghost business, but they were still crazy over it.
And then there was her brother. Unlike their parents, Danny seems to be more interested in angels. It was not that she thought he was being silly, she just finds them a little hard to believe. Then she thought about Danny's new friend, Alic. Or Azazel as she called herself.
Azazel seems like a nice girl. Had a good head on her shoulders and really cares about her brother. Strange that she was so close to God and likes Danny. But she wasn't going to let that bother her. Besides, she likes Azazel. It was clear that the two were starting to fall for each other. But it did worry her about what would happen if Sam found out. She knew that Sam liked Danny, but Danny had no clue.
Jazz sighs as she thought back to her childhood. She and Danny were close when they were younger. She still remembers talking about the young woman that played with him as well as deal with Dash. She didn't get why they fell apart when they got older, and why Danny was getting so secretive all of sudden.
"Ms. Fenton."
"Jazz." She said, sighing.
"We need to talk."
"I'm busy..."
Jazz stops when she finally notices that someone was in her room. She turns and saw a young woman wearing a white military outfit, along with a cap covering one of her eyes. Jazz blinks when she notices a white ring floating about her head.
"Um, who are you?" Jazz asked.
"I know this might sound hard to believe, but I'm Saint Michael. The Arch-Angel of God himself." Michael said.
Jazz blinks before getting up.
"Um, yeah, that does so hard to believe." Jazz said, confused.
Michael nods. She also knew that her name was more meant for a male than a female. But when you have a race of Angels that are females, names really don't matter.
"Jasmine, I'm here for a reason. It seems that what Azazel said is true." She said.
"Wait? Azazel? You know her?" Jazz asked.
"Yes. Azazel use to be an angel before she resigns from heaven. She now lives among you as your kind." Michael said.
"Okay, stop! You have to be pulling my leg!" Jazz said, unable to believe what she was hearing.
Michael understood her disbelief. She walks up and grabs Jazz's hands.
"I normally don't let this happen, but I'm willy to let this happen." She said, pulling Jazz's hands towards her halo.
Jazz blinks before she felt her hands grab the halo and notices how different it felt from the fakes that were made.
"It's real?" She asked.
"Yes," Michael said, letting her pull her hands away.
"But that means..." Jazz said, taking a step back.
"Angels and Heaven are real. As well as God himself." Michael finished for her.
"But, but!" Jazz said, sitting down.
"Breath," Michael said, calmly.
Jazz started to take a breath and did this for a few minutes. Once she felt calm enough, she looks back at Michael.
"So, you're a real angel?" She asked.
"An Arch-Angel but yes," Michael said.
"But how?" Jazz asked.
"It's a long story but I'm here for another reason," Michael said.
"And that is?" Jazz asked.
"Cadet Azazel mention how your brother could see her when he doesn't have any fate in God. And from the looks of it, so do you." Michael said.
"Huh?" Jazz asked, confused.
"I don't understand it either," Michael said, pulling up Jazz's chair and sitting down.
"Are you sure that I can see you?" Jazz asked.
"I appeared in front of your parents. They even look right at me but didn't react. There's something special about you and your brother. I just don't know what." Michael said.
"Okay?" Jazz said, confused.
"Wait, you said that Azazel was an angel?" She said, backtracking a bit.
"Former Angel, but yes. Even after being kicked out, I still watch over all angels, even fallen ones. Father gave Azazel a human life so she could be closer to your brother. We kept an eye on her and learn that she still carried her angel powers. But most of all, we learn that she was helping a spirit defend humans from other spirits." Michael said.
"Spirit?" Jazz asked.
"As your parents called them, Ghosts." Michael cleared up.
"WHAT!? Whoa, whoa! Ghosts?! They're not real!" Jazz said.
"Is that what you believe, or what people tell you?" Michael asked.
"What?" Jazz asked.
"I said we watch over everyone. Not just angels." Michael told her.
Jazz blinks, confused.
"From the moment you were born, we started watching over you. We know everything about your life up to this point. Even your childhood toy." Michael said.
Jazz blush and looks away. Michael let a smile come to her face before it faded quickly.
"People have been saying things about your parents and you're believing them," Michael said.
Jazz stared at her in shock.
"Jasmine, regardless of what people say, you know your parents better than them. Don't let others tell you how your parents act." Michael said, getting up.
Jazz blinks, looking at her.
"One more thing," Michael said.
"If angels are real, who said Ghosts aren't?" She said, heading for her door.
"But..." Jazz started.
"Remember, Jasmine, you need to think for yourself." She said, walking out.
Jazz blinks. Was this real? Did she really talk to an angel? Jazz was unsure, but she remembers what she was told about Azazel. If she was an angel and hanging out with Danny, then maybe this wasn't a dream.
Jazz lays down on her bed, and starts to think to herself. Maybe, it's time she starts listening to her own thoughts instead of someone else.
And done. I feel like this meeting between Jazz and Michael could have been better, but it will have to do. I only remember KorevainsoLightshire idea of how Danny could see angels, but since Jazz can as well, the idea might need rework.
And Khy Dragon, I'm not doing any Danny Phantom and Bleach crossovers. So stop asking.
