Back at the base, as Crash and Lara have returned with the boys, they were in for a big surprise.

"Guys, You'll never believe what just happened!" said Daxter.

"Let me guess," replied Lara, "Did you find that weird baby from the movie with the mammoth and the sloth?"

"No!" corrected Daxter, "Something much worse!"

"The Toon Patrol?" asked Theodore in fear.

"Correct, my little big chunky boy!" said Daxter, "5 weasels came in and asked us if we've seen a fat little chipmunk in green!"

Upon saying who the culprit was, Daxter noticed Theodore hiding behind Lara's leg.

"Oh no!" said Daxter, "WHAT WERE YOU GUYS THINKING?"

"What?" asked Alvin.

"You brought the very thing those 5 moochers were after!?"

"Daxter," protested Lara, "give him a break! He's been through so much already!"

"Give him a break?" asked Daxter, "I'm not the one who fell behind on food payments and lives in a cardboard box!"

"Dax, he's just a kid!" said Lara.

"Well, you make a good point there, Foxy Mama!" replied Daxter, "But anyways, I almost forgot to mention that those greasy poultry munchers left this piece of grandma hair!"

Remembering the piece of hair, Simon took it and started examining it with a pair of goggles that could scan a person or toon's DNA. The goggles got a signal as it matched the piece of gray hair with a familiar face.

"Well, shribble my fur!" said Simon, "This piece of hair belongs to Miss Miller!"

"Miss Miller?" wondered Theodore, "You mean she's alive!?"

"Yeah," replied Simon, "Jeanette visited my office last night and told me Miss Miller was kidnapped."

"Kidnapped?" asked Lara, "By who?"

"Judging from the information I gathered from that weird otter looking creature," said Simon, "It appears that the Toon Patrol took Miss Miller."

"And what will they do to her?" asked Theodore in fear.

"I don't know," replied Simon, "and I probably wouldn't want to. But all we could do is find out where those weasels are hiding!"

"And you're in luck because I actually brought a take out box that could take us where the Loon Patrol works!" added Theodore.

Simon started checking out the address for the job placement for the Toon Patrol with it reading "0688 Main Street".

"Well, there's no way we'll get in this easily!" he said.

"You're right," said Theodore, "They would immediately take me."

Moments later, Aku Aku came in to talk with the Chipmunks.

"Boys", he said, "You've just been assigned your first mission."

"What is it, Mr. Ghost Mask?" asked Alvin.

"You three will be working with Cammy to see what the Weasels are up to." said Aku.

"But first, we need to get some disguises," replied Theodore, "so nobody can notice me!"

"Consider yourself lucky, Big Chungus," said Alvin, "because it just so happens I have a slew of disguises in my penthouse!"

"But how will we get there, Red Rich Boy?" asked Simon sarcastically.

"You must have something in your backpack!" answered Alvin.

"Alvin, after all you did to me," said Simon as he searched through his backpack, "I will seriously doubt that—"

After some rummaging, Simon was able to find a machine to answer everyone's questions.

"Congratulations Alvin," said Simon, "I just found my travel pad!"

As Simon activated the travel pad, setting it to Alvin's apartment, the boys hopped on and teleported to the penthouse.

As the Chipmunks arrived at Alvin's penthouse, Theodore was amazed at the display of Chipmunks memorabilia.

"Wow, Alvin," said Theodore, "Is this really every piece of Chipmunks merchandise?"

"You bet, Theo," replied Alvin, "Everything from albums to dolls and even VHS compilations!"

"Oh please!" shrugged Simon.

As Simon observed the penthouse, he was startled upon seeing an old animatronic doll with a metal body, a latex face, a head full of fur, faded teeth and eyes, white tennis shoes and faded gloves.

"ALVIN," roared Simon, "what is this!?"

"What is what?" asked Alvin as he walked to the doll's area.

"THAT THING!" said Simon as he pointed at the object on the chair.

"Oh that," said Alvin, "that's just an old prototype for the Storytelling Alvin doll. It was made in response to the popular battery powered talking dolls in the 1980's like Teddy Ruxpin or Jill."

"This is a new low," said Simon in disappointment, "even for you!"

"Yeah," replied Alvin, "Unfortunately, the doll never got released due to buyers at Toy Fair 1987 complaining of the audio quality and its creepy design, saying it looks nothing like me!"

"But we don't have time to fool around," said Simon angrily, "we need to get those disguises and get out of here!"

But before Alvin and Simon could get the outfits for the mission, Theodore beat them to the punch as he walked out with 2 bags filled with disguises and a baby carrier.

"So, are you guys ready?" asked Theodore.

"Never mind!" said Simon to Alvin.

The boys hopped onto the travel pad so they could return to base. But as soon as they returned, Simon immediately noticed Cammy walking towards him and his brothers, as a result, Simon became stiff as a board and started drooling.

"Alright, Simon, we get it!" said Alvin.

As Alvin picked Simon up for the roll call, the red clad rodent noticed his taller brother was drooling and panting repeatedly.

"Alright boys," said Cammy as she came in to do a summary speech, "our first mission is to collect data from the Toon Patrol using a series of small cameras."

"But how will we use them?" asked Theodore innocently.

"Good question Theodore," said Cammy, "your cameras will be hidden within an object related to your disguises! Speaking of which, you might have to find a better place to carry those!"

"Maybe Simon won't mind if I try to find something in his backpack." replied Alvin as he dug into his stiff brother's backpack to find something for the costumes.

However, Cammy noticed Simon's blank look on his face, and rock hard frozen body. It wasn't until she lightly tapped his forehead with her finger that Simon melted, leaving his head solid.

"Is he going to be okay?" she asked.

"Don't worry," replied Alvin, "This always happens to him!"

Unfortunately, Simon went back to normal, only to find out he's in the middle of an orientation and a series of watches were being demonstrated.

"Wanna try?" suggested Alvin as he gave Simon the watch.

Simon tried out the watch, it changed his wardrobe, he was surprised.

"How did you figure these out!" he asked.

"I found them in your backpack!"

"Ahh, figures!" said Simon.

"And then we scanned the costumes with the little camera on the watches!" continued Alvin.

"Well boys," said Cammy, "we ought to get going!"

"Where are we headed?" asked Theodore.

"We're heading to the weirdest and creepiest fan art zones imaginable," replied Cammy, "It'll be worth it! I also managed to bring a box full of powerful weapons!"

"Bombs?" asked Simon.

"No, just a box of stinky sweat socks," said Cammy, "some people are into feet!"

Upon hearing that, Simon took out a bag and started throwing up.

Meanwhile at the Villains' space station, Dr. N Tropy was going forward with a new plan.

"With influence from Dr. Cortex," he said, "Those brainless slime buckets will soon bow down to me!"

"Indeed, N Tropy," said Maleficent, "They'll never know what hit them!"

"With all the money we could ask for," added Klaus.

"And all the power in the world," put in M Bison.

"We'll be unstoppable!" finished N Tropy.
