Hey I'm back! Thanks for the reviews!

Sorry for the delay and that this isn't a real chapter, but I do have excuses.

First, I just started a full time job that I work six days a week.

Second, I'm getting MARRIED! To my beautiful girlfriend-I'm a les in case ya haven't noticed from my writing- of seven years. I've known her all my life and she shares my past, which is quite dark but I won't get into detail since it's the web though Star's, my character from Guns and Magic, past is based on it.

Anywho, the next chapter is just about done and will go up soon, but here is the omake. It shares a few things with cannon for my fic, but not much.

As always:

Enjoy!

The Trial of Albus Percival Wilfric Brian Dumbledore

AKA

Dumbledore vs the White Devil

(TNPS)

Albus Percival Wifric Brian Dumbledore was having a really bad day. Not only had he been beaten by a twelve year-old girl, thus losing the Elder Wand- though he had to admit Nanoha was quite possibly the best person he could've lost it to- but he had found out the hard way that she and her foster sister were not only part of an intergalactic military, but had just been promoted to second lieutenant for their action the previous year.

Now he was on a spaceship facing charges of assault, though not of an officer thank Merlin since he hadn't known, but rather children and gross negligence for leaving Harry with the Dursleys.

He had to admit that attacking Nanoha and Fate was his fault for letting his instincts take over though, and he was in fact grateful that Nanoha had been faster than he.

The words of the green haired woman sitting in front of him brought him out of his reflections. "So you placed Harry in the 'care', " the elderly wizard could practically hear the quotation marks, and all the venom, on the word, "Of the Durselys because of ancient protection magic?"

Dumbledore nodded. "I did," he said giltily, "I deeply regret it too, though I knew the protection magic would prevent them from neglecting him to death, but it was the only way to keep him safe, much like I left Nanoha with her mother." He sighed. "I wish I'd had another choice, and the time to make sure that Harry had been more taken care of.

"I am also terribly sorry for attacking Nanoha. Her look reminded me too much of Tom and my instincts took over. I will try to rectify things if possible from now on if you will let me."

Unknown to Dumbledore, Nanoha, was in the audience was communicating to Lindy with telepathy as she used her Spacial Awareness, enhanced with magic to detect lies. "He's telling the truth."

Lindy nodded. "Is there anything else that we should know, such as how Tom Riddle survived? Or why he would target two children in the first place?"

Dumbledore shook his head. "I have my theories on how he survived, but nothing concrete, and I'm not sure if you can help since we operate different types of magic."

At Harlaown's nod he continued, "As for how..."

Dumbledore debated telling three judges about the prophesy. 'No,' he thought, 'I don't know these people; and after watching Nanoha, I'm not even sure of it anymore.'

Aloud he said, "I'm not sure."

"He's lying Lindy-san," Nanoha stated, "but I think he has a reason. It's hard to explain but it's like he spoke a half truth. Either way I think he should tell us, but he won't at the moment. He's too stubborn."

"I see," The woman said, as much to Dumbledore as to Nanoha.

The turquoise haired woman looked to her panel, a dark haired fifteen year old, and a purple haired woman wearing a dress that, while floor length, bared her cleavage and navel. They whispered to each other at such a low tone that Albus couldn't hear.

Then Harlaown said, "Professor Dumbledore, as you have provided acceptable reasons for your actions, we have decided to lighten your sentence. You are considered one of the foremost duelists among the Magicals, or Earth Mages as we call them, correct?"

Albus blinked at the unexpected question. "Yes."

Lindy smiled lightly. "We wish to ascertain the combat abilities of Earth Mages. You are sentenced to spar with our top combat mage."

Albus nodded; that was more than fair considering he attacked two of her- he still had a hard time thinking of Nanoha and Fate as soldiers- and it would be best to see just what kind of magic that they could use. "Alright."

"Officer Landy will show you to the training room." Addressing everyone else she said, "Dismissed."

As the others filed out, Officer Landy, a tall red head walked up to Dumbledore. "Follow me please sir."

Albus did so, walking beside him. "Can you tell me about this person that I am going to duel with," he asked after a few moments.

The red head smiled lightly. "Just about the most terrifying mage I've seen but don't worry, she's only to use none lethal force. She came aboard four years ago and had a nickname in less than three months. Don't ever say it to her face, but we call her the White Devil."

That got Albus's attention. "Was she on planet last year?"

Officer Landy did not reply, but instead halted outside of a bunker like door. He handed Dumbledore a thin brown stick with five hickory like knobs. The Elder Wand. Dumbledore grasped it, and was surprised that it still worked for him.

Landy placed a hand on the scanner, and the door slid open with a hiss. "Go on in sir," he said. In a lower voice he added, "and may the Sankt Kaiser watch over you."

Albus blinked at that, but went inside the dark room.

As soon as he stepped in the light turned on revealing a slate grey paneled about the legnth of a football field and in the center stood..."Nanoha-san?"

The twelve year old was clothed in a highly stylized version of the elementary school uniform he had seen when he had taken her and Fate to Diagon Alley a year and half ago, however it also couldn't be more different. Thick blue bracers trimmed in gold, ending in a triangle half way down her forearms and sporting a red jewel at the tip of her wrists adorned her forearms. She wore a white shirt underneath a white waistcoat trimmed in blue, a large red bow resting over the gold triangular plate in the center of her chest. Her skirt, again trimmed in blue was still long, ending in triangles that bore blue gems, by her ankles, but he could see hints of two blue panels beneath the white fabric. In her hands she held her Pink Ivory wand.

"You are the White Devil," he asked surprised.

"Care to tell me why you lied about not knowing why Voldemort wanted to kill Harry and I," Nanoha asked, her voice flat but still carrying hints of the British accent she'd developed at Hogwarts.

"He was after Harry not..." Albus caught himself but it was too late.

Nanoha's eyes narrowed. "So you do know," she said, raising her wand. "Tell me."

Albus winced. Ever since he'd finally found her his plans had gone awry, though he had to admit it was probably for the best. Even so she was too young. "I am sorry but..."

He was interrupted by a barrage of her signature ridiculously overpowered Knockback Jinx. He hastily erected a Protego Maxima, and was slightly surprised to find that the Elder Wand responded as well as it always had, the pink-tinged bolts striking with low rumbles; the shield held, but barely.

Moving to the side he casted an Expulso, knowing that the exploding antimaterial curse wouldn't hurt her. Nanoha dived to the side, tucking into a roll and came up firing the same curse with the speed of a semi auto, her voice filling the air and forcing Dumbledore to dodge the multiple explosions that, oddly left a pink light.

"Why are you hiding it," she asked between explosions, "Tell me."

"You're too young," he insisted between short breaths- he wasn't as young as he used to be, and the girl dwarfed him in power considerably. It was only because of the Elder Wand that he could hold his own, though he was sure it was only because she wanted it that way. "It is best that you don't know."

Nanoha shook her head. "Fine." Holding her wand into the air she began to chant, "Gods of the Heaven hear thy Master's call," A runic array, a brilliant bright neon pink circle appeared beneath her, bathing the room in pink light.

Albus paused, wondering what spell it was. He hadn't heard Shiro use those words before.

Then Nanoha continued the verse, "And send forth thy Legions!" Hundreds of Pink runic bands burst from her wand like bubbles from a bubble wand under a steady breath.

Resorting to his more heavy spells shouted, "Stupefy! Impedimenta! Petrificus Totalis! Bombarda Maxima!"

Nanoha's eyes narrowed at his deep, powerful voice as well as the last spell. She raised a hand, and the same circle that was beneath her, but heavily reinforced with multiple layers and eight gem like triangles attached to the spinning outer edge spun into being.

The four spells simply bounced off, the last exploding into the side walls.

Albus blinked. 'What in the world... could that be the...'

Nanoha's next words shocked him out of his thoughts: "Heaven's Legions, form thy Spheres of power." A ball of pink light formed in each of the rings.

Albus did a quick count and nearly panicked at the fifty thousand spheres.

Nanoha continued, "Now descend upon my enemies with all thy might." The gem like shield disappeared as she leveled her wand. "Divine Shooter, Genocide Shift!"

The whole fifty thousand spheres dove at Dumbledore, but the old wizard was finally back in combat mode. He quickly aparatted out of the way.

Reappearing behind Nanoha, he cast a silent Full Body Bind spell.

Nanoha's arms snapped to her sides, her legs clasped together, though she still stood, though surprisingly the pink circle beneath her did not fade, nor did the pink glow.

The old wizard breathed heavily. "You are good Nanoha-san."

"Arigato," the red headed mage said, barely able to speak through the Body Bind, "Still will not tell?"

Albus blinked. "You are down Nanoha-san. I won."

Nanoha smiled. "Look around you."

He did, only to see a gold cylinder about ten feet from him. He looked arround further, and saw that more littered the far end of the room.

"What are they?" He asked.

Nanoha's smile turned to a full blown smirk. "Look up."

He did, only for his mouth to drop open and his eyes widen in shocked horror. Above them hovered a hot pink ball of magic, covering the entire length of the Hundred yard wide room.

Nanoha had to chuckle at his expression. She'd had Raging Heart go into Stand Alone Flight Mode at the beginning, hence her Exceed Mode Jacket, and use cartridges to form the sphere, using her own Expulsos and Genocide Shift Shooter to provide a cover for the light, the noisy action of the bolt and cartridge explosions, and to blow away the falling Cartridges. Using her wand for her Mid-Childan spells wasn't as powerful, and she still needed the arias, but she was able to use them in her Mid-Childan Magic Color and were double the stregnth of her Wizard Spells.

Dumbledore looked pitiful. "You wouldn't. They said None lethal."

"I only use Nonlethal," she stated, her voice flat. "Tell me."

He closed his eyes, thinking. He didn't want to tell her, but if she was able to do something like that she might be able to teach Harry. Then he heard her mumble something that sounded like "er..Please."

He smiled. She was bluffing. "You're bluffing."

Nanoha's eyes narrowed dangerously, grateful she released her limiter. "Protection Powered." A pink dome of light surrounded her, frightening him again. "I don't bluff," She deadpanned. "Starlight Breaker."

As Dumbledore lost consciousness, his vision filled with pink and the roar of Nanoha's beam in his ears, he thought, "I am telling her when I wake up."

(TNPS)

Okay, did not expect it to be that long.

Nanoha's words that Dumbledore barely heard? Limiter Release.
