It was a long, arduous job: Getting the parts, fixing them up, actually building the plane….keeping the boys from staring at Nazz and the Kankers as they worked in construction clothes that left little to the imagination.

"Hey, we can't help it!"

"Puberty and all that!"

Ahem!

Jimmy and Sarah often brought lunch, with Rolf's being…appreciated gesture wise but subtly tossed away when he wasn't looking. His music was much more accepted and Johnny and Plank helped with fun little games on breaks.

Ed managed a few movie nights with a bed sheet and projector while Kevin bough snacks of candy and jawbreakers. Double D researched Canterlot and created brochures so that everyone knew the sights to see and where to go for fun.

But soon enough, the day had arrived...

NEXUS

It was early dawn outside. The clouds glowed pink, yet the sun had not risen yet. After many days, the plane was finally complete.

"It took quite a while, but I believe this craft is airworthy!" Double-D said with a smile as he polished the front windows.

"The metallic bird is ready to soar into the heavens. However, Rolf also wishes to point out that a few freeloaders are napping away in their beds!" Rolf said as he cleaned off some oil from his clothes.

"It stinks that we all gotta leave the Cul-De-Sac...But thank goodness we're all going together." Roscco said, his Pichu cooing in exactment and cudding huis nose with his own.

"I guess I'd better call Eddy, then," Double-D said as he took out his phone and speed-dialed his friend.

"Yeah, gotta get the rest of the gang up." Kevin said as he took out his own phone.

NEXUS

Ed was sprawled out under his covers with his hand on his cellphone which was charging on his nightstand. The phone started buzzing but it did not rouse the lovable oaf from his slumber. His little sister Sarah came down along with her best friend Jimmy.

The auburn-haired pre-teen groaned in annoyance at her brother still sleeping despite his phone clearly buzzing. She then picked up the toaster that he kept on his pile of junk and treasures and then bonked him over the head with it.

"Ed! Wake up you bonehead, we gotta meet up with the others!"

Ed immediately rose from his bed and then got showered and dressed so fast, Sarah and Jimmy could barely blink. He then pulled in a bag full of all his belongings that he would be taking on the plane.

"ONWARD!" Ed said as he ran off to where the others stashed the plane. Not wanting to be left behind, Sarah and Jimmy quickly gave chase.

NEXUS

Eddy groaned as he heard his cellphone ringing and lazily grabbed it before answering it, holding it to his ears as he lay in bed.

"Yeah, Sockhead, what is it...?" He then shot up straight, fully awake. "GET OUT OF HERE! DON'T LEAVE WITHOUT ME!"

Ben, having been sleeping at Eddy's house currently, groaned as he had gotten showered, dressed, and groomed. While he was also excited, still being half-asleep made him rather drained and emotionless.

"Well, here it comes. It's now or never." The black-haired boy sighed as he joined everybody else. Ed had just finished putting his luggage in the holding area and Double-D was putting his finishing touches on the plane.

"Alright ladies and gentlemen, the S.S. Supreme Scammer is ready for take-off!" Eddy said proudly as he gave Ed and Double-D a string of high-fives like a certain group of badass penguins from a hit animated movie franchise.

"Alright everyone, Quick check," Roscco said, walking from outside the plane. "Luggage and clothes and everything else?"

"Check!"

"All electronics charged?"

"Check!"

"Got Money?"

"For the freakin' first time!" Eddy said with glee as he opened his wallet and began giggling impishly at the large horde of cash stored inside.

"Rolf has adequate funds for whatever currency is required on the city named after equestrians!" Rolf said, holding up a reinforced jar full of Sacagawea Dollars, gold coins, and a few other foreign currencies.

"All of our parents gave us plenty to use," Double-D said.

"Oh yeah. I almost forgot about that whole high-budget thing." Roscco said reaching into his pocket. "And with that, I have my compass."

"PICHU!"

The girls and Jimmy all cooed at the tiny electric-mouse, who then stepped onto the windowsill and began to prep himself for this function. Now, ideally a Magenite or Magnaton would be better for this job…but frankly they weren't as cute and cuddly.

"Are we going now?" Ed asked excitedly.

"Heh, normally in this situation, it'd just be me, Lumpy, Sockhead, Benny-Boy, and Roscco. The rest of the kids would be getting ready to hunt us down like rats." Eddy said with a nostalgic smile.

"That is because harvesting human souls is against the rules, Eddy!" Ed replied.

"What?" Everyone said, giving questioning looks at Ed.

"Gravy!"

"Ah relax, little man." Lee chuckled, ruffling Eddy's head. "You'd have us Kankers keeping you safe!"

"For certain values of safe..." The De-Facto Leader of The Eds grumbled.

Soon, everyone boarded the plane and got seated. Johnny bounced up and down in his seat with excitement while clutching Plank in his arms while Kevin popped the tab of a Monster Energy and leaned back in relaxation.

"This is First-Class, people!" Eddy said contentedly.

Double-D, the Kankers, Roscco, and Ben were manning the plane and making sure everything was up and running for take-off.

"Thrusts?"

"Check!"

"Flaps?"

"Check-A!"

"Engines?"

"Checkers!"

"Coffee-Maker?"

Check-a-Rooni!"

"Actual coffee for coffee-maker?"

"…gimme a sec."

A quick dash out the plane and rummaging through his house later, Ben came back with the GOOD stuff.

"Check!"

Ed had somehow managed to dress up as an airplane stewardess and was acting out the instructions in case of an emergency.

"In the event of a water emergency, place the vest over your head. Then kiss your-" Ed then popped the water safety vest. "-Goodbye! And in case of a loss in cabin pressure, place the mask over your face/head to hide your terrified expression from the other passengers!"

"Hey, uh, aren't these supposed to be attached to my seat?" Eddy asked as he lifted a broken seatbelt.

"Sorry Eddy, we didn't have time to attach them."

"…so where are they?" Eddy asked in worry, which increased when Ed pointed to the very back of the plane. "…Lets hope this goes smoothly then…."

"Are you ready, gang?" Roscco asked as the rest of the Peach Creek Squad were all excitedly getting ready for take-off.

"Alright, people! Sit tight, relax, and pray to Danny Antonnuci that this hunk of junk flies." Ben said over the captain's radio as Double-D thrust the ignition and Roscco slammed his foot down on the pedal, the plane rocketing forward with jet boosters of Double-D and Roscco's design as everyone held on tightly.

The plane soon took off into the air, soaring majestically above the clouds as everyone looked out the windows and cheered.

"Canterlot City, here we come!" Eddy exclaimed, thrusting his fists in the air and letting out a holler.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, Elvis has left the building!" Roscco shouted, looking down out the window as our group of friends flew towards a destiny where all sorts of adventures would await them.

"You know, you only live once, I am sticking my head out the window!" Johnny said as he rolled down his window and stuck his head out.

"YES! THIS IS THE BEST VERSION OF WHATEVER DOGS FIND SO ENJOYABLE ABOUT THIS!" He then poked Plank out. "FEEL THE WIND, PLANK!"

NEXUS

We now take a break for the Cul de Sac to meet the other half of this story's cast.

Canterlot High was about to start classes for the day, so teens were chatting before the bell. And one group in particular stood out: The Mane 8, many called them,

Long story; involving an alternate counterpart, magic and actually tragic romance and demons.

They included the following:

Sunset Shimmer, former school tyrant turned hero in a biker jacket with her bacon colored hair.

Applejack, the cowgirl dressed strongwoman whose family worked on and owned a farm.

Rainbow Dash, the top athelete and competition personified. Captain of every sports team and competitive to a fault but loyal to her friends.

Rarity, the beautiful and fashioinable owner of her own boutique. Yes, you read right; noty even in colleage and she ran her own business; very successfully I might add.,

Fluttershy, the kind, quiet and gentle animal lover who worked at a pet cleaning shop.

Pinkie Pie, the hyperactive and cheerful most beloved or dreaded student, depending on you asked. If she knew you were knew in town or when your birthday was, she'd throw you party whether you liked it or not! More liked than not, thank goodness.

Flash Sentry, the nicest guy in school…who just so happened to be a skilled wannabe rockstar, drive a nice car…and be Sunset's ex-boyfriend and with some complicated feelings between not only them., but the final member of their gang: the social awakard genius inventor Twilight Sparkle and her talking dog Spike.

Another long story.

"So, the transfer students start today." Pinke Pie beamed as she readied some balloons.

"Yup, I got the fruit ya wanted, Pinkie." Applejack smirked, handing two large sacks of apples.

"Let's hope their introduction goes smoother than the LAST few new kids." Rainbow smirked, then seeing Twilight blush in emrbassment and the others glare at her in disappointment. "Wait! Wait! I meant.,..the OTHER guy."

Said other guy, a young man with effeminate features and short black hair was reading a book at a table a little farther away. This was Crydius Cromwell, a boy who had recently transferred to Canterlot High a few months ago.

As he was reading the book, he felt something strange pang inside him and looked at his palm, which glowed with an ancient black symbol that he had since birth. Humming curiously to himself, he decided to see just what was causing the symbol to act up after so long.

"Something tells me what comes next should be interesting..."

Just then the bell rang.

NEXUS

It had been a good hour and a half since the Peach Creek Squad had taken flight. From Double-D's map, it would be at the very least a half hour before they arrived at their destination.

Ed was reading a comic book, Double-D was reading a book, Eddy was looking out the window, bored out of his mind, Johnny and Plank were in the first-class area enjoying a shrimp cocktail, Enrico was making drinks, and Rina was sleeping.

At the captain's hull, Ben and the Kankers were steering the controls but something big was about to happen.

"Ben, look!" Marie said. Ben put away his phone and looked to see the middle Kanker Sister pointing towards a red flashing bulb.

"Analysis."

"It appears to be a small incandescent bulb, designed to indicate something out of the ordinary, like a malfunction."

Ben stared at the flashing bulb for a moment before smiling. "I find it pretty and somewhat hypnotic."

"That too."

"Alright. May, manual!" Ben said as May handed him the manual... which he then used to smash the bulb to pieces. "Problem solved!"

"Uh, guys, I think we may be out of fuel..." Roscco said worriedly as he came in.

"What makes you say that?" Ben asked as Roscco pointed out the window of the cockpit.

"We've lost Engine One!" He then moved to the other window. "And Engine Two is no longer on fire!"

"Oh, boy... better buckle up!" Ben said warily as Roscco quickly got himself into his seat and locked the seatbelt into place. Ben then pulled down the communicator microphone to tell the rest of the plane.

"Attention everybody, this is your captain speaking! The good news is we'll be landing immediately!"

The rest of the boys all smiled in relief, glad to know that they were finally here. However, it was then that Ben decided to drop the bad news.

"The bad news is...WE'RE CRASH LANDING!"

And just like that, the plane stopped in place... and dropped like a stone. Everyone proceeded to scream bloody murder as they held onto their seats. The only one not screaming was Sarah, who was sleeping with a beauty mask over her eyes.

"As you can see, we are experiencing major turbulence and a heft side of nightmare fuel. Now would probably be a good time to reflect on your life and pray to whatever deity you believe in. Thanks again for choosing Air Ed. When it comes to air travel, we know you have no choice whatsoever, and it appears you still made the wrong one!"

Everyone soon landed back in their seats, Eddy looking out the window to see just how fast they were falling and screaming in terror as his life flashed before his eyes. Johnny, on the other hand, was laughing as he floated in the air due to the altitude drop.

"Raise your arms, Plank! It's more fun when you raise your arms like this!"

As Eddy was holding onto his seat, he turned to Ed and Double-D. "This could be it, guys! I just want you to know that you are both truly... one-in-a-million friends!"

"Eddy! You and Ed were like brothers to me!" Double-D cried as he was holding onto his hat with one hand and his seat with the other,

"ED ALWAYS KNEW SCAMS WOULD FAIL! I WENT ALONG CAUSE WE'RE FRIENDS!" Ed sobbed loudly as he was hanging onto his seat upside-down.

"YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST EVER!" Eddy shouted, breaking down into tears. "AND I'M SO SORRY I BROKE YOUR IPOD, DOUBLE-D! THE BUTTONS WERE SO SMALL, THEY MADE ME MAD!"

"THAT'S OKAY, I WAS PLANNING ON GETTING A NEW ONE ANYWAY!" Double-D reassured.

"I LOVE YOU SARAH, I ALWAYS HAVE!" Jimmy suddenly cried.

Unfortunately for him, Sarah was still snoring, completely unaware of what was going on. Jimmy blushed as he noticed everyone else giving him looks.

Back in the captain's cockpit, Ben had decided that enough was enough as he quickly turned to Marie.

"Marie, you've had your fun, pull up!"

The Middle Kanker nodded as she pulled up, causing the plane to right itself as it glided across the countryside. Many people noticed the plane flying through the plains and some took pictures on their phones.

"Alright, now cue down!"

Roscco pulled the lever, flipping out the landing wheels as he began carefully moving the plane closer to the ground to land it.

"Alright, gently now, just a little peck. A smooch, like you're kissing your sister!" Ben said as Roscco managed to touch the ground, only for the wheels to be shredded off from the sheer speed the plane was going.

"I SAID KISS IT!"

Roscco gritted his teeth as he did his best to pull the plane back, even as it was being shredded apart from the friction.

"Now just a little break! Just a touch! A little whistle!"

"Rolf believe that's, how you say, checkmate!" Rolf said as he placed his piece down on the chessboard he was casually playing with Kevin throughout the whole crash.

"TROUBLE! BAD! BIG!" Ed screamed as he, Double-D, and Eddy hugged each other for dear life. Back in the captain's cockpit, Ben facepalmed as he decided to do what should have been done in the first place.

"Everybody! Flaps up! Deploy!"

Roscco and Kojin nodded and pulled on the emergency levers, causing a pair of parachutes to shoot out from behind the plane, slowing its descent as it floated gently into a forest clearing.

Everyone breathed a sigh of relief as they landed, the Eds were still hugging each other and shivering as Sarah snorted, finally waking up from her nap as the respirators came down.

"Awww, is the ride over already? Rolf expected it to be longer!"

"Hey guys, Plank and I can fly!" Johnny laughed as he and Plank floated down in their seat, which had been yanked off the plane in the fall but had activated an emergency parachute.

Ben soon came into the passenger's cabin and looked around. "Is everyone accounted for? Okay? Good."

Miraculously all the luggage survived unscathed. And they had reached Canterlot….! Justoutside the city limits.

"...Welp! Best start stepping!" Ben said as he began the walk.

"…..I HATE my life!" Eddy screamed, as Ed began singing Willie Nelosn, which Rolf then joined in.

4. Hours. Later.

Word of the plane crash had quickly spread, as had the news of an ensemble of teens marching their way to Canterlot High with luagge apleanty.

It was now lunchtime.

"Most unbecoming." Rarity

"Rare, they fell out of the sky. I'd just be grateful to be alive." Fluttershy said.

"On the one hand, this gives me more time to prep their part…Oh wait, enver mind, here they are!"

Indeed, there, sweating and panting while lugging their things, were the students.

"WELCOME!" Pinkie beamed, scaring them and then starting an avalachne of balloons, trumpets and songs.

"Rolf is going to be loving it here!" Rolf beamed.

"…Spirited." Ben and Rosoco managed.

"Pichu!"

"…Is that a real gosh darn Pokemon?" Twilight asked.

Many suddenly swarmed Roscco and his Pichu, Douible D barely managing to escape.

"Could you please direct us to the Pirnicpal's office?"

NEXUS

"Here's Principal Celestia's office." Twilight smiled.

"Well, here goes nothing," Ben said as the Peach Creek Squad filed themselves inside the office, seeing the dean of Canterlot High herself present at her desk.

"I presume you all are the new transfer students?"

"Indeed, we are. We're here to enroll in the school, just as was offered in the letter." Double-D said as Celestia nodded.

"We're so glad you could accept the invitation. Just sign your names and you'll be officially enlisted."

After a bit of writing down their names and signing up for classes, the gang was all set.

"That was easier than massaging Nana's toe fungus!" Rolf said as everyone looked at him blankly before Eddy whispered to Rarity.

"Fair warning, Stretch has got a lot of weird customs. We haven't really figured out which region…or even what continant, he's from yet."

"Hang on, where are we gonna live from now on?" Nazz asked.

"Oh, don't worry!" Double-D chimed in. "Mother and Father were kind enough to provide an adequate townhouse that can accommodate the fourteen of us."

"Geez, what jobs do your parents even have, Sockhead?" Eddy asked.

"High-paying and high-demanding ones, Eddy..." Double-D sighed.

"Well, let's hope it has more than one bathroom," Nazz said. "You know some of us have hygiene we like to take care of."

"I hear that!" Ben voiced in agreement.

"Hope there's a basement in there." Roscco chuckled as Pichu perched himself on his shoulder. "I feel like I can get some tinkering in."

Unbeknownst to the group, Crydius was nearby and this time he was not alone, now accompanied by a vampire-like boy with pale grey skin and short black hair, a genderfluid pre-teen with bobbed light brown hair and red eyes, a green-skinned alien woman with black tear streak marks under her eyes, and a genderfluid teen with short purple-pink hair.

"Well gang, looks like Canterlot High is gonna get much more interesting this year."

And so, the Peach Creek Gang have arrived at Canterlot High and are now officially students! However, it seems that it's not just a My Little Pony-centric world anymore...

Just FYI, this story will be following the EQG Crossover Comics by Crydius, who also owns the rights to the OC Crydius, who you've just seen in this chapter!

Nothing much else to say; I did always love the plane crash comedy bit band hope I did alright on the set up of the Canterlot gang.
