Story update!
Help wanted
Greetings readers of all adult ages! I know its been over a year since my last chapter but I was on hiatus. I had debts to pay but I was also going through some rough times. Things are looking up now that I'm streaming retro games on my twitch, kick and youtube channel. If you're interested in watching, its JohnyTheWizKid on all three platforms. But aside from that, I've decided to continue with this story but it has been a freakin' nightmare finding a good writer who knows of the series, the game and the characters. The writer Vic is no longer around and I can't get a hold of him. He must've moved on or something happened to him, I'm not sure but he's gone. So I had to find a new writer and I hired 5 of em' and they all failed me. One had a good idea but had no idea of the lore. Same with the second one but was very skilled on lemon scenes. Third one was lost on the story, tried to improve on the past writers but it didn't impress me.
Fourth one isn't such a skilled writer in general even though this one had some knowledge of the game, and the fifth one completely threw me off on his first 'delivery.' I didn't finish giving him instructions and he went ahead and just did the work before I got to get back with him and he didn't get back with me. Not only he got it all wrong, I had no idea wtf I was reading; parts that had nothing to do with my story, I honestly could not comprehend his thought process doing this without getting back to me. That's not how a professional writer does his work. You don't ever proceed without your hire's consent and instructions or you have no idea what you're doing. I decided to give him another chance and this time he would be attentive with me. It went okay the first portion of the story but then went ahead and did it again… well kind of. He gave me a new idea but I didn't ask for it but he also just pasted all previous works together and it got too scrambled, confusing and he over narrated the story with confusing directions I couldn't figure out.
Overall, I'm getting burned out and tired of looking for writers who can deliver right. I tried contacting some here and so far, no luck. I wish Archive of Our Own would have a way to contact authors there but there isn't. So I'm here now asking for anyone who knows Fire Emblem Awakening, the characters, how to write good lemon scenes and just generally a good writer who follows instructions, who would like to engage with me in brainstorming on how to make this chapter work, seek opinions and suggestions on how the story should proceed, what the characters should do, what and how they should talk, how to narrate well and simple and just someone good at improvising that can fit well into the story.
Until I can get some help with this latest chapter and maybe future ones, this chapter will remain on pause. Please, if anyone who can read this, your help will be greatly appreciated. For now, I hope y'all have a happy thanksgiving. I'll be turning another year older after the holiday… on black Friday. Lol
