Chapter 26

Dante, Zabuza, Kyubi, Shikamaru, Ino, Hinata, Ibiki, and Anko stood at the Gates waiting for Narita and the client. They had their gear put away in scrolls as Narita didn't want packs being shown. She wanted them to move quickly and not having people spotting them on the road.

The members of Team 8 and 10 walked up to the group heading out in a mission towards to the Lands of Waves. "So where is Narita?" Question Choji as he took a bit of his chips.

"No clue." Said Ino shrugging her shoulders as she looked at her teammate and friends.

Just then they could hear someone yelling. "I TOLD YOU BRATS! I AM ONLY GOING WITH THE BLONDE AND THE TEAM SHE HAD HAND PICKED.!" Came the voice of an old man. The man came into view. His gray hair messy under his cap and his sleeveless shirt and cut off shorts and old boots.

Sakura and Sasuke glared at the man with Kakashi trying to stop them. "We are her teammates and should be going on this mission." Hissed out Sakura as she glared at the poor man as he pushed passed them and ran behind the scary men that made a wall and blocked him from the two brats and the moron that plays sensei.

"What is the meaning of this Kakashi?" Growled out Ibiki looking at the silver hair man.

Kakashi held up his hands as he surrendered to the man. "I have been trying to find my Genin and then heard them yelling at this poor man. I have been trying to grab them to take them to the tower to get a mission. But Sasuke and Sakura keep going on that Narita has a mission without them." He said trying to cover for his own ass. Even if it meant throwing others into the fire.

"I do have a mission. It is without you fools. I have been requested to put together my own trusted team for a mission. I have my heavy hitters, my speed, spies, and information gathers as well as planner. Why would I need two entitled brats on my mission? For you two do not fit any of the roles I have listed. Sakura is too weak and entitle, refusing to train and work as a teammate as would leave me for dead. Sasuke, your head is too far up your ass that you will not follow orders and will derail the mission and get someone or yourself killed on this mission and I do not need to be babysitting you two. As for Kakashi-sensei. You are one that doesn't do anything to lift a finger when it is needed and will throw anyone into the fire to keep your ass out of it. SO until I return. I shall not be taking any missions with you three. Thus forfeiting your right to get into the Chunin Exams. The Hokage already knows this." Said Narita as she turns around and walks off from the three as their jaws fell to the floor.

"Kit, we are already signed out. We do not need to worry about it now." Said Kurama with a smirk on his face as he was happy for her unloading on those three fools.

Outside of the village

A man with golden eyes and long raven hair listen to the people speaking and how a man with a darker voice spoke to a girl. Calling her kit. 'Kit. That name the fox would call the princess. It appears the Princess is leaving the village. I shall follow them and check them out and make sure the girl is of Uzumaki blood.' He thought to himself as he stepped back into the shadows slowly closing his golden eyes.

Kurama glanced briefly towards the forest closet to the village. 'So you've return Tora. The wild tiger of the Uzumaki clan. Shall you follow your Princess? Shall you protect her with your life?' Question Kurama as Dante noticed the Kyubi was lost in thought about something. Something he wasn't sure and couldn't tell he was looking at.

"This mission shall be interesting." Narita as she held a few pieces of paper in her hand looking them over.

"What's going on brat?" Question Ibiki looking at the girl walking next to him as the others had the bridge builder boxed in.

"I am looking over the details of those who we might run into on this mission. I dug a little more and the one that I worry a little to come for us is Law and Ban." Said Narita looking up at the man.

"I see. Law has been giving many trouble for a while. He has a strange jutsu that allows him to steal a person's heart and turn a person's body into puzzle pieces." Said Ibiki meeting eyes with Narita with a sigh.

"That is what is worrying me. I would have him on my side and not as an enemy." Said Narita.

Anko snorted at the comment. "Knowing you brat. You'll get the Surgent of Death as a new puppy like you have gotten Zabuza and Dante." She said giggling now.

Both men glared at her. "I am not her puppy." Growled out Zabuza.

"No you're the junkyard dog that plays with the snake that gets a little bored in her little field with the boring little bunnies." Said Narita snorting at them.

Both blushed and turned away from each other.

"As for Dante he is a sword and shield when needed." Said Narita looking forward. Not bothering saying more.

"A wild dog who will kill to protect his master at all cost and a sword and shield who is sharp and blocks when his master calls for his aid in the battlefield." Said Kurama laughing.

"What about him?" Question Dante pointing towards Kurama as Narita looked over her shoulder to her brother.

"My brother, protector, advisor as well the shadow of death that will loom over those foolish enough to come and tries to hurt me." Said Narita with a laugh once more.

"I shall guide and be the advisor of the Queen of all Biju's and one day the Goddess that shall save or doom this world. I shall be there to see it happen along side my siblings." Said Kurama grinning with a dark chuckle.

Several miles away

A man with blue hair and crimson eyes laid under a tree taking a nap. He had gotten tried on his little journey in the Land of Fire. The fool that has hired him is asking to much of him. He snorts in his sleep. As he slowly open his eyes and looked down at the road as he heard voices coming his eye.

Sitting up a little more and leaning on a tree. He crossed his arms behind his head. "I wonder who I shall be meeting this time." He asked without thinking about not having someone to answer him.

"Well shinobi." Said a female voice right next to him.

Opening his eyes once more he looked over at the blonde with red in it standing next to him. "So Ban what brings you to the Land of Fire. Even more important question. Why are you close to the Hidden Leaf Village?" She question him looking down at him blinking with a childish smile on her face.

It left feeling unsettled. The girl before him made him feel calm and wanting to follow to the deepest pits of hell. "I wanted to see the Runaway Princess." He said without thinking.

"Anything else?" Question the girl tilting her head to the right with a more cheerful smile on her face. "I had a little bastard try hire me to kidnap the Princess. He wants her as his personal toy. But I told him he is a joke, and I wouldn't do that to the girl." Said Ban with a smile on his face.

"Thank you." Said the Goddess before him with a wink of her eye towards him.

"Please tell me your name." Said Ban with wide eyes just lost in her eyes.

"Narita Uzumaki." Said the Goddess before him.

"Kit get away from that troublesome punk." Growled out Kurama as he saw who she was talking to.

"But Kurama…" Whined Narita to her brother.

"Don't Kurama me. I am not in the mood to deal with Ban at this very moment." Said Kurama as a tick mark formed on his forehead.

Narita blinked looking at him. "But he seems really nice." She told him with a giggle.

The others just rolled their eyes at her antics. But had an idea what the girl was up to.

"Ban….Would you join us on this mission to free the Land of Waves?" Asked Narita tilting her head to the right as her eyes grew large as her ears flatted against her head as her tail wagged behind her.

"Yes….Yes…I'll help you Narita." Said Ban smiling. "I shall follow you and ignore the grumpy fox as I did once before." He said with a cheeky grin on his face.
