Chapter 30

A mile away from the group Law steps out of a large boulder. He raises his right hand to his raven hair and runs his fingers through it. "Well that was a bust. It appears Gato never had the information we had agreed on. As well it appears the girl knows of the trouble she will be facing once she returns to the village she calls home. I do wonder if the other rumor is true that she is also the lost Princess of Uzu." He says to himself as a white polar bear summons walks out of the shadows of the forest.

"Did you get the information you needed?" He questions looking at his summoner.

His black eyes looking over at black soulful eyes. "No. It appears that Gato had planned to sell me to the highest bidder." Said Law as he rested his sword back on his shoulder. "Let us move. Bepo, we need to return to Uzu. We need to let them know that the Princess hadn't died without leaving us an heiress." He told the bear next to him.

"Right." Said Bepo as he places a massive paw onto Law's shoulder as they both go up in a cloud of smoke.

What the two did not notice was a set of blue eyes watching them with two white tails dancing behind them. A small smile playing across their own muzzle. 'Well. Our Kitsuna Queen will be surprised to hear this. Well if I tell her now.' Thought the fox to itself as it goes up in its own cloud of smoke.

WIth Narita and crew

"Well with Law abandoning his mission. I wonder how long it will take Gato Jr. to figure out that his little plan has failed?" Question Anko with a massive grin on her face as she was enjoying this a little too much.

Everyone just sweat drops looking over at the purplette. "I do not know at this very moment. We do have two problems." Said Narita with a frown on her face.

All froze. They turn to look at the girl that is incharge of the mission. She crosses her arms across her chest. She looks up at everyone. "We need to make two teams. Team 1 will be handling the bridge with Tazuna until Team 2 will be coming with myself, Ibiki, and Anko to save Onoki's Granddaughter. These two missions are very important. We have to make a plan to get the girl out very soon." She said looking up at them.

Stiffen at her words. For they knew she was right. They knew what was to come was going to test them to their very limit.

"For everyone I had listed, we have met that Gato Jr. could hire. Revy is the only one we haven't met so far. I believe she is the one he has protecting Onoki's granddaughter. She is also known to be cutthroat and will do anything to carry out her mission. So….." I began as I let out a tried sigh. "We will need to talk more about this in a more secure location." I told them all.

Everyone nodded their heads as they finished their walk toward Tazuna's house with frowns on their faces as many fears in their minds. Of the missions to come.

This chapter is very short. I am a little stuck on it. For I need to figure out the location where I will have Onoki's granddaughter hidden away at. If she will be hidden away in the same mansion as Gato Jr, or in another location in the Land of Waves.

I have been working on this chapter for a couple of days lol
