"NEW HAIRCUT! RON STOPPABLE GOT A NEW HAIRCUT!"

Jen turned her head finding Kim running across the school hallway with a winter hat in her hand. She stopped when she ran into Jen in front of her locker.

"Whoa. Kim. What's going on?"

"Oh, Ron's just shy about the new haircut I gave him."

"Haircut?" Jen walked over to the corner and looked around it. She saw Ron nervously talking to a bunch of senior girls. As soon as she saw his shorter hair, Jen quickly closed her mouth trying to hold back her laughter. She couldn't help but chuckle as she turned back to Kim.

"Wait! That's supposed to be Ron?"

"Well, yeah. He needed a haircut badly, so as a good friend, I called in a favor from Francois and arranged a professional session. And lo and behold, the new Ron."

"Aww. But I liked the old Ron. His hair made him more relatable."

"Trust me. He'll thank me later."

"KP." Ron said as he quickly ran around the corner. "I have a situation!"

"What? Is it suddenly windy on top of your head or something?" Jen joked.

"Yes, but that's not the point! Look at what's happening to my new do!" Ron said. He pointed at the small strand of hair that stuck out from the top of his head. Rufus tried to cover it, but it backfired on him.

"Ron, relax." Jen said. "That's just a cowlick. It's nothing serious."

"Jen's right." Kim agreed. "It'll flatten out once your hair gets longer."

"That's one option." Ron said. "Another is to go see Francois."

"Ron, he returned to France this morning." Kim said. "I can't just call him back here right after he landed back in his country."

"So we go to France?" Ron asked. "KP, you must have some favors to call in?"

"Let me get this straight," Jen said rubbing her head, "You want Kim to call in one of her favors, fly us all the way to Europe, and consult an international barber just for a cowlick?"

"Oui." Ron said with pleading eyes.

Kim was already getting annoyed, but she eventually gave in with a groan. "Fine."

A while ago, Kim Possible used junk from an airport gift shop to safely land a plane through a thick fog. The pilots were so thankful, that when Kim asked them for a trip to Paris, they agreed without any trouble.

Immediately after landing, she, Jen, and Ron headed straight to Francois' place. After a short consultation, he escorted Ron out with a piece of advice.

"So you're saying that in order to harmonize, I need a new wardrobe too?" Ron asked.

"Oui." Francois said. "Thanks for coming."

After Francois shut the door, a French girl passed by giving Ron a flirty look. He took it proudly while Kim and Jen rolled their eyes.

"It's like they've never seen hair before." Jen said.

"I know." Kim said. "Since when did hair care products become the center of the universe?"

"Girls, hair care products have always been the center of the universe." Ron said. "I just found out recently."

Jen was about to say something, but suddenly, everything went black. The entire city of Paris quickly lost all power to their lights. The only things lighting the city now were the stars and moon above.

"What just happened?" Jen asked.

Kim pulled out her Kimminucator and made a call to her tech-guy. "Wade, you there?"

"Yeah. What's up?"

"Something just happened." Kim said. "Paris just got a major power outage."

"Let me check." Wade said before typing on his computer. "Wow. According to the news, it's not just Paris. All of Europe just lost its power. It's all being diverted somewhere else."

"Where to?" Jen asked.

"Well, that's the weird part. I've triangulated the source to the middle of the ocean. But there's no island on any of the maps."

"This might need a closer look." Kim said. "The only problem is our plane probably lost power too."

"Leave it to me." Wade said. "I can get you there."

Onboard the aircraft that Wade sent, Kim and Ron clutched tightly onto Jen. They were nervous because there was no one in the pilot seat.

"Are you sure this is safe, Wade?" Kim asked.

"Positive. I did the specs myself. The military's using stuff like this for missions that are too dangerous for human soldiers."

"And they let a teenage shut-in at the joystick." Jen said. "I feel safe already."

"So do I." Ron said with Rufus holding onto him.

Kim took a look outside and gasped. Jen and Ron looked too seeing a large area of land with high stone walls around it. There was a light coming from it that was almost half as bright as the sun itself.

"Well, that's too much power." Jen said.

The drone landed and the three teens got out. They approached the outer part of the stone wall.

"So how are we going to do this?" Jen asked. "Do we go over or can I do it the fun way?"

"Well, this place does seem like an evil island fortress." Ron said. "Do your thing, Jen!"

"Wait…"

"Too late, Kim. Democracy triumphs." Jen said before winding her fist.

With one swing, the She-Hulk punched right through the wall and ran right in with Kim and Ron behind here. She raised her fists ready for a fight, but she lowered them back down seeing what was on the other side of the wall she destroyed. It looked less like an evil lair and more like a summer patio with an industrial-sized sunlamp shining over it. In the middle of the patio was a muscular young man in a speedo. He was laying back in a lawn chair with black sunglasses on.

"Okay. That wasn't what I was thinking of." Jen said.

The muscular man saw the three teens. "Father! I see people! They must be the new servants!"

The door opened up and an old man walked out. He had on a red jacket, a blue sweater vest, and a white shirt. He limped out with his cane in his hand.

"Very good. You have brought more lightbulbs?"

"We're not servants, buddy." Jen said. "I don't have the temperament to do windows."

"I'm Kim Possible. This is Ron Stoppable and Jennifer Walters."

"Or She-Hulk, if you prefer." Jen said.

"Ah. Welcome to my home." The old man said. "We have only just turned everything on. I am Senor Senior Sr, and this is my son, Senor Senior Jr."

Junior looked over at Ron and smiled. "Your haircut. It is very nice."

"I use Le Goop." Ron said.

"As do I. But your clothes, they do not harmonize."

"I know. I'm all over it, dude."

Jen rolled her eyes.

"I was just going for a quick ski down my indoor mountain." Senior said. "Care to join me?"

"No, thank you, sir." Kim said.

"Then some refreshments perhaps?" Senior asked. "I have some lovely juice. Quite amazing really. It comes in a box."

"I do love a juice box." Jen said.

Kim, Ron, and Jen were brought into the house and met up with the father and son in the dining room. Jen and Ron took good long sips of their juice while Kim talked to Senor Senior Sr.

"I guess what I'm saying is energy is a precious resource. It's up to each and every one of us to do our part."

"Kim's right." Jen said. "It wouldn't kill you to go green."

"Like you?" Junior asked.

"Haha. Very funny." Jen said.

"The point is," Kim said, "A little eco-awareness might be in order here."

"Oh, I am but a simple multibillionaire." Senior said. "I can't believe that what I do has any effect on anyone."

"Well, your house sucks up so much power, it's causing blackouts all over Europe." Kim said.

"And these people without power," Senior said, "They are inconvenienced?"

"Very."

Senor Senior Sr turned to his son. "You see, Junior, how awful it is to be poor?"

"Right. Well, you can start with that giant sun lamp." Jen said. "It wouldn't kill you to turn it off."

"But if I am to be a teen pop star," Junior said, "I need a robust tan. Besides, Ultima uses just as much power as I do with her workouts."

"Workouts?" Jen chuckled. "Who needs so much power for workouts?"

Another door opened up and all three teens were shocked when a blonde teenage woman walked in with a red dress and boots. But the most shocking part is that she was carrying a whole car above her head.

"Senior," the blonde woman said, "Where do you want this new car?"

"In a moment, my dear." Senior said. "Can't you see we have guests? Why don't you put that down somewhere and join us?"

The blonde woman rolled her eyes and walked over to the corner to put down the car. In the meantime, Kim, Ron, and Jen turned their shocked expressions over to Senior.

"Um, who was that?" Jen asked.

"Oh. That's my daughter, Ultima." Senior said.

"That's your daughter?" Ron asked.

"Well, legally, yes. You see, her father and I go way back. He's fallen on hard times and is currently unable to raise her at the moment. So I took her in and made her part of the family."

"But… How is she that strong?" Jen asked.

"Been that way since she was a little girl."

At last, Ultima took a seat at the table next to Junior. She crossed her arms and slouched. "So what's going on?"

"These remarkable kids were telling me how inconvenient it is to use up so much power here." Senior said. "They've been talking so much about this 'low-flow shower head'. It might be a good change of pace in our house."

"House? More like a lair." Ron said.

"Lair?" Senior asked. "Oh, I do not like the sound of that. It's too… sinister."

"This place screams sinister." Ron said. "It's on a private island that isn't on any map."

"I value my privacy. What can I tell you?"

"And what about your daughter?" Ron asked. "She's basically the poster girl for henchwomen in every spy movie. She's got superstrength and everything."

"So does your friend, it looks like." Ultima said pointing at Jen.

"Well, look at all this chrome." Ron said. "You've got doors that go whoosh."

"I always wondered about the whoosh." Junior said.

"I like the whoosh." Senior said. "It's the door saying 'I am closed'."

"Ignore Ron." Jen said. "He's got Le Goop on the brain."

"Same thing with Junior." Ultima added.

"All I'm saying is that a guy could take over the world from a place like this." Ron said. "I mean, really, it wouldn't take much. Maybe a communications jamming system, some missiles, probably throw in some traps. You know, self-activating lasers, an indoor lagoon full of piranha."

"Piranha?" Senior asked. "Why would I ever want piranha?"

"To eat the good guys." Ron said.

"Like you?" Ultima asked.

"Well, yeah. We're basically the most kick-butt team of good guys on the planet." Ron said. "Kim has prevented so many natural disasters. I'm always lucky enough to get out of most jams. Rufus is pretty much the heart of the team. And as for Jennifer Walters the She-Hulk… Well, if her obvious strength isn't enough, you should know that her dad's a cop."

Ultima popped her eyes open. "Wait. Did you say… Walters? And her dad's a cop?"

"That's pretty much what I said."

While everyone was focusing on Ron, Ultima's vision was clouded with red and her ears were full of a ringing noise. She started to flare up while everyone else stood.

"Just put in some fluorescents." Kim said. "That should do the trick."

"I'd also think about a secret underground grotto with a speedboat for escape purposes." Ron suggested. "And gigantic spinning tops of doom. They'd be huge, and they'd destroy anything in their path."

"Can it, goop head." Jen said grabbing Ron by his collar and dragging him out with Kim.

"Goodbye and thank you." Senior waved as they left.

"I hope the one with the nice haircut finds better trousers." Junior commented.

"Yes, but his ideas…" Senior said with a very interested look in his eyes. "I have so much money and free time. I could use… a hobby."

"What?" Junior asked. "Father, don't you think we have it nice here? You're not seriously thinking about investing in supervillain stuff, are you?"

Senior shrugged. "Maybe you're right. Perhaps I could look at…"

"NO!" Ultima shouted as she broke the table in two with her bare hands. She breathed heavily after the break.

"Ultima, is everything all right?" Senior asked.

"No, sir. You shouldn't give up on that idea." Ultima said. "Because you know what villains do? They take whatever they want and destroy their enemies! That's what you should be doing!"

"Oh, I don't know." Senior said. "It feels like it could be risky."

"It'd be worth it if you can actually pull it off." Ultima said.

"Since when have you been interested in Father's work?" Junior asked.

"I'm just saying that you may be one of the richest men in the world," Ultima said, "But all that means nothing without a legacy. And that boy is right. All around you is the opportunity to leave behind a legacy that no one else will leave. Doesn't that seem like an opportunity worth noting?"

Senor Senior Sr placed rubbed his chin and gave a little smile. "You know what? You're absolutely right."

The next day, Jen found Kim standing sadly in front of her open locker. She noticed that Rufus was standing inside said locker and walked over to her.

"Hey, Kim." Jen said. "What's with Rufus? Doesn't he usually spend the day in Ron's cargo pants?"

"Ron doesn't wear cargo pants anymore." Kim said. "He got a new look and now, that's all he cares about. Jen, have you ever been through this? Particularly, not with a rat?"

"A rat?"

"Just something with my dad."

"Well, nothing really comes to mind. I mean, my cousin changed me, and I'm pretty much better than ever. But just because it works for me, it doesn't mean it works for Ron. He was always so fun and silly, which really matched how he looked."

Kim looked down to the floor. "Yeah. He was, wasn't he?"

Suddenly, the computer in Kim's locker lit up its screen and Wade appeared. "Oh, hey, Jen. Glad you're here. I got an update for you."

"Update?" Kim asked.

Jen scratched her head. "Well, you know that Ultima woman we met the other day with the Senior's? I kinda asked Wade to look into her. I was just curious about how she could be that strong. I mean, I got a gamma blood transfusion to be like this. So what have you got, Wade?"

"I've been going over the name 'Ultima' and found a match. Her full name is Ultima Wordman. Her father was a cult leader called the Word."

"Cult leader?" Jen asked. "You're serious?"

"Pretty much. Jack Wordman, aka the Word, could gather in followers with his perfect choice of words. With one sentence, he could charm anyone into doing what he wants. Rumors say he even talked his own daughter into exercising every day to surpass her physical and mental limits. That's how she's so strong."

"Through training and discipline?" Jen asked.

"Is that cult-from-talking stuff legal?" Kim asked.

"There have been many legal cases against him," Wade said, "But he always defended himself and walked away from every case. Then one day, the police caught him in the act of trying to force someone into listening to him. He was arrested and is currently serving time there."

"But Senor Senior Sr said he was a family friend." Jen said.

"Well, from what I could tell, there has been a mysterious multibillionaire lending funds to the Word, but he never said who it was." Wade said. Just then, after looking at his computer screen, he nearly dropped his drink. "Whoa boy."

"What?" Jen asked. "What is it?"

"Um… You didn't tell the Senior's who your dad is, did you?"

"No. All they really know is that he's a cop. Ron was a very chatty. I'm surprised he hasn't given away his social security number. Why do you ask?"

"Well, according to this news article, when the Word was caught, the leading officer in the arrest was none other than… Morris Walters."

Jen's eyes popped. "Wait. My dad put away Ultima's dad?"

"Apparently, he was leading up on the Word case. They even gave him honors for it."

"Wow. I am both impressed at my dad and worried about Ultima finding out."

"Don't sweat the drama, Jen." Kim said. "There's nothing to worry about."

Suddenly, something on the screen caught Wade's eye. "Uh, oh! We may have trouble! It's Senor Senior Sr. He sucked up all the power in Western Europe."

"Really?" Kim asked. "Maybe we should go back and make sure he turns off some of his lights."

"It's going to take more than that, Kim." Wade said. "Senor Senior Sr's taking Europe's power on purpose. Check this out."

Wade clicked on a button and a recorded video of Senor Senior Sr filled the screen. He gave a sinister glare.

"My evil vow is this. I will send Europe back into the dark ages unless the Euro Alliance gives me… their nice little islands."

Junior moved in on the screen. "With the warm beach days and hot disco nights."

Ultima shoved Junior out of the way to get some screen time. "And if anyone thinks about interfering, especially some green daughter of a life-ruining cop… Well, I'll be waiting for them."

The video ended with Wade back on the screen. "Yeah… I'm guessing Ultima knows."

"But how?" Jen asked. "They shouldn't know anything else… Except for Ron telling them my last name! That blonde psycho must have put two and two together!"

"Let's go get Ron." Kim said. "We've got to save Europe."

While taking Europe's power, Senor Senior Sr began studying a book labeled "The Book of Evil".

"Hmm. Evil chortle… No, not for me. Ah… The evil snicker." He tried out a snicker perfectly. "All right. That will do for now. Junior, any word from the Euro Alliance?"

"Somebody called. I don't know who." Junior pouted.

"Did you think to take a message?" Senior asked.

"I did not. I'm not your message taking person."

"If you want your own island, you will think to take a message."

"Why can't Ultima do it?"

"Because I'm busy keeping an eye on the cameras." Ultima answered from the TV screen. "And it looks like the good guys are right on schedule. Those brats from earlier are coming up to our island."

"Ah. Now, we can put our defenses to the test." Senior said.

"Just promise me one thing." Ultima said keeping her angry eyes at She-Hulk. "That green girl, she's mine."

After climbing up the side of the island, Kim, Ron, and Jen began heading up the rocks. Unfortunately, Ron couldn't stop talking.

"So then Amelia ran up and said 'Brad Pitt', but she tapped me on the shoulder, and…"

"Ron, we're sneaking here." Kim said.

"Sorry. Brad Pitt though."

Jen growled angrily just as the three of them made it to the large fence. Much to their surprise, there were searchlights combing around the perimeter along with a barbed wire fence on top. There were also some missile silos on the side of the wall.

"Oh, good. Missiles." Kim said. "I am so glad you told him to get missiles, Ron!"

"Oh, so I made a few suggestions. Does that make it my fault?"

"Yes!" She-Hulk shouted. "Especially since you told Ultima I'm the daughter of the man who put her dad in prison!"

"How was I supposed to know? That doesn't exactly come up in conversation."

"Neither does 'become a supervillain', and yet, it escaped from your lips the other night!"

The three of them vaulted over the stone wall and ran across the field. After noting the industrial-sized plug, She-Hulk broke right through the door leading her friends into the living room.

As soon as they entered the house, Senor Senior Sr appeared from above them. "Ah, Kim Possible, my feisty…"

"Hey, you put in a lagoon." Ron said looking at the new addition to the living room.

"The piranha won't be here 'til Monday." Senior said. "But I assure you, the koi have not been fed in days."

"Koi?" She-Hulk chuckled. "Buddy, I'm not afraid of a few fish."

"But I bet you will be afraid of… this." With a snap of his fingers, Senor Senior Sr. gave his signal.

All of a sudden, a surprise kick sent She-Hulk flying across the room. She got back up to confront her attacker, Ultima. All the while, Kim and Ron were running to dodge the self-activating lasers.

"So you thought of blindsiding me, huh?" She-Hulk asked.

"I'm here to make up for the shame your father brought to my family!" Ultima shouted.

"Yeah, I know." She-Hulk said. "I looked up on your dad. Look, I'm sorry for what happened…"

"You can't fix this with sorry!" Ultima shouted. "I lost everything because of your family! My father trained and honed me to be the ultimate superhuman! I owe my very existence to him! And now, I will use what he taught me to avenge him!"

She-Hulk sighed. "There's just no convincing you, is there? Fine." She put her fists up. "Let's go, sister."

Ultima charged at She-Hulk, but the gamma girl caught her by her collar and lift her up. Unfortunately, Ultima sent a kick so surprisingly strong, she broke her grip. Ultima landed on her feet and sent a strong punch at She-Hulk's direction. Thankfully, she missed, but by a hair. She-Hulk returned with her own punch, but Ultima dodged it. However, she couldn't stop She-Hulk from pinning her to the wall. Ultima quickly broke out of it by delivering a brutal blow to her face before tackling her. They rolled over on the floor before returning to their feet.

"You're more powerful than you look." She-Hulk commented.

"Why don't you just give it up, She-Hulk?" Ultima returned. "Admit you've met your mental and physical superior."

"I never admit to anything like that, blondie!" She-Hulk said.

"Perhaps this will change your mind." Senor Senior Sr said. "Ultima was kind enough to help me choose my first target: Middleton. I'm going to attack your hometown."

"No!" She-Hulk gasped. "My dad's there!"

"That's the idea, genius." Ultima said. "Not only will I tear you apart with my bare hands, I'll relish in knowing that your father is burned to ash!"

She-Hulk growled angrily. With nothing but fury in her mind, she tackled Ultima and the two wrestled ferociously.

"Well, She-Hulk is busy right now." Senor said. "Junior, go to the tower and activate the missiles."

"Oh, Now, I'm your missile launching person too." Junior complained as he left.

Ron and Rufus chased after him while Kim worked on trying to reach Senior. Not only did she have to deal with the self-activating lasers, she was chased afterwards by giant spinning tops of doom. She-Hulk, on the other hand was still grappling with the angry Ultima, who had her pinned to the ground where a spinning top was going. She-Hulk managed to break herself free from the top's path and kick Ultima cross the room.

After recovering, Ultima grabbed a statue and swung it. She-Hulk ducked letting the statue hit one of the spinning tops instead. After that, She-Hulk grabbed the statue and spun around with it throwing Ultima off. She tried to get back up, but She-Hulk finished the fight by leaping up and crashing both feet on top of the prone girl.

After stopping the missiles and getting his look back, Ron Stoppable ran in and stuck a metal rod in one of the remaining spinning tops. It was knocked off-course and went smashing into the other one destroying them both.

"It looks like the old you's back." She-Hulk said as she observed Ron's haircut.

"Yeah. Also, I want to say sorry for acting like a vain jerk lately." Ron said. "If I had just thought things through, this family here probably wouldn't have gone evil."

"Ron, you've got to be more careful about what you say." Kim said. "I mean, one little thing…"

"Like 'you need a new hairstyle'?" Ron responded.

"Yeah, like that." Kim admitted. "Sorry."

"You know what the worst thing is?" Ron asked. "Pleather doesn't breathe."

She-Hulk chuckled. "All right. Now that all that's settled, let's get this crazy family… Oh, they're gone." She noticed that not only wasn't Senor Senior Sr there anymore, neither was Ultima.

Suddenly, a motor was heard heading outside. The three looked out seeing the Senior's and Ultima on a speedboat flying out to the distance.

"Secret grotto and a speedboat." Kim said. "Great for escapes."

"You know, I am so not talking to anyone ever again." Ron said.

Senor Senior Sr's kids were clearly not happy. Ultima didn't get her revenge and Junior wasn't exactly happy with this new lifestyle. But Senior on the other hand had a smile on his face.

"What are you so happy about?" Ultima asked.

"Tonight, I got a taste of real villainy, and it was excellent." Senior said. "Not to worry, Ultima. You'll get your revenge soon. I just need to come up with the next evil plan."

"So this is our life now." Junior said glumly. "Oh, joy."

All of a sudden, the speedboat radio let out a loud static noise that got the three's attention. Senior tried to adjust the volume, but nothing worked. The static ended and a deep, disguised voice came out of it.

"Senor Senior Sr, I presume."

"Yes. Who is this?" Senior asked.

"You can call me the Power Broker. I saw how you managed to steal all the power from Western Europe, and I admit, I'm very interested."

"Oh, thank you." Senior said. "Are you a villain yourself, maybe calling for an alliance?"

"Not an alliance. More like… a business opportunity. If you really wish to make it in the world of villainy, then I'd be interested in having you as a client."

Author's Note: With the She-Hulk premier less than a week away, I'm glad to have uploaded this chapter now.

For those of you who don't know who Ultima is, she is a villain who appeared in a couple of issues of the original comic series, but she's still listed as one of the top 3 She-Hulk villains in a few lists I found. Personally, I liked her and I thought it'd be fun to include her in this fanfic as Senor Senior Sr's adopted daughter who hates She-Hulk.

Hope you're enjoying the story so far. Any and all comments are welcome.
