"It was quick" Cynthia retorqued without too much suspicions
"A bit too fast" Wendy replied with a frown.
"You think it's suspicious ?" Cynthia turned at the duo. Carla facepalmed. "Seriously ?"
"Hey, I'm not so stupid, this guy was a real weirdo. His scent don't match his body, it buged me all this time"
"Then why did you respond to him ?"
"He only ask what generation Wendy and I are. Strange, but I don't really see the goal of that, so I just responded. Plus, I didn't scent other peoples nearby" She turned at Wendy "You too, right ?"
Wendy nodded "Yes, he was all alone, and like you, I don't see why he would ask something like our generation"
"At least we know that he know things about Dragon Slayers. Be aware you too"

Inside the town, two men, one with short blond hair reaching his neck and a earing in his left ear, one with black hair slightly longer than the first one and spiky at the front and a goatee waited while a third rang off a communication lacrima. He had dirty green hair and taller than the other two. All of them was wearing the Council Enforcement unit uniform.
"So, are we ready to go ?" The second one asked the taller one.
"Yes, Doranbolt somehow managed to convinced them to come and ready to fall in our trap"
"Ah, finally !" The first one sat up, streching his arms "I'm tired of waiting"
"I assured you, Captain Correll" Lahar stepped at the group "Our target is approaching. I hope you're ready" The three men staighed, doing a salute pose. They spoke in order.
"Third Captain Correll reporting for duty"
"Second Captain Odin reporting for duty"
"First Captain Aloy reporting for duty"
Lahar nodded "Then let's go"
"Now that we finished, maybe we can make a tour ?" Wendy suggested
"I don't know" Carla replied "I just warned you"
"Technically, you said us to be aware, not forbid us to walk insinde the town. And with the quickness we finished this mission, we had still plenty of time before we...come...back...to the train"
Carla sighed, she placed a paw on her fronthead, exasperated by the ravenette's stuborness "Just promise me to not-"
"Watch out !" Cynthia tacled Carla, dodging a magic ball, a small explosion occured when it hit the ground "What's happening?" Carla asked startled.
"Damn it, I said to hit the girl, not the cat" A voice came from the other side of the alley. "Sorry sir" another said.
"Who are they ?" Wendy looked at the end with a frighening face. Cynthia frowed "They tried to hurt Carla"
The figured stepped forward, revealing their face, who they guessed to be the most important one was a man with blond hair "Greetings, little on-" A fireball raced straighly at him "Woah!" He moved his hand away, then the fireball suddenly changed trajectory, now aiming a random spot.
"What ?" Cynthia's eyes widened "He moved my fire off "
"Like I was saying, I 'm the Third Captain Correll of the enforcement Unit of the council "
Wendy widened her eyes "The council ?"
"Why is the council after us ?" Carla asked the question to the girls though.
"I assure you little kitty, I mean no harm to you" Carla lifted a brow considering what they did a moment ago. "What do you mean ?"
"We are here for…" Correll pointed his finger at each girl slowly, stopping on Cynthia "Her ". Cynthia had a questioning look on her face "Me ?"
"Yep. Now don't lose my time. Get her" several councilman get closer, but they feel the wind rising up. Wendy stood now between Cynthia and them "Why do you want Cynthia ?" She raised her voice "She did nothing wrong "
"For now. But you don't know what she can be capable" Correll 's face became more serious "Seriously girl, she is dangerous, don't make my job harder than necessary "
"What do you know about her exactly ?" Carla supported Wendy, and Cynthia by extension.
"I'm positive more than you, except if she already told you everything about her life"
Carla mixed her thoughts "I remember what she told us. How her powers worked, and where it came from "
There was a silence "That's all she said ? Poor kitty, you two don't know in what you are. Give us the girl, now "
"You will never lend a hand on her " Cynthia looked at Wendy who still protected her. She may tell them about her modified dragon lacrima, but that's it . She was still a mystery, but despite that , Wendy was still on her side."Wendy" she tap her cheeks and took a fight stance " I'm ready to fight with you"
Correll sighed and cracked his neck "I warned you. Get her " the council's men approached, preparing to fight.
On a ledge far, but close enough to see the scene, two people stood there : a man with black hair and blue eyes wearing a lab coat , and a woman with short white hair and silver eyes wearing a red dress and flats. "Things are…interesting to say the least" the male smirked.
The woman rolled her eyes "Still wondering what do you bloody wait if this brat interests you so much"
"Patience, dear. It's been a long time since the last time I checked her in action. I wonder how well she will take care of these council's dogs "
"Whatever, just finish it quickly, I have other things to do. Another thing, if you call me 'dear 'one more time, I swear that…" her hand started to make a boiling sound "I'll dissolve you"
"Still the same, Maggie, don't change, " the lab man laughed. "If my little experiment manages to reach my expectations, then you won't need to wait that long. I promise ".

"Omega Fire Dragon's…" Cynthia breathed, flames gathering in her mouth when council's men approached "Roar !" A funnel of orange flames engulfed the men, sending some of them flying . Wendy jumped and extended her arms "Sky Dragon's Wing Attack !" She swept her arms , the hardened air cutting their targets. But there were many of them, and it was time for a hand fight. Cynthia jumped on the head of one of them, gripped it with her hands and kicked anyone at her reach. When they tried to catch her, she jumped again, clawing another fool with her hand coated in flames "Anyone else ?"
"S-so cool" Wendy was impressed by Cynthia's performance "I never thought Cynthia was able to do that ". Carla nodded as the ravenette continued with her acrobatics
"What are you waiting for ? Go help her"Wendy went out of her trance at Carla's shouting and went to help Cynthia.
Pandora's Actor was doing some stretches in front of a large double door, in his original appearance. A lot happened down there. Telling everything risked to -
"I see we are both here for the same thing" Pandora's Actor turned his head. What was his surprise when he saw a familiar red suit and that smile who said 'I know everything ' "Démiurge -sama, it's a pleasure to see you again" He made an exaggerated bow.
"Happy to see you too" Démiurge replied not bothered by his colleague's gesture "So you are called too ?"
Pandora's Actor straightened up"Indeed. While my Creator was occupied by some…unfortunate event, I was charged to replace her in her infiltration mission. So here I am, ready for report "
"I see. Galadriel -sama called me back right in my research about that infamous black dragon . Without success " He sighed, before frowning "I guess it was because of what happened. I still have trouble imagining Nazarick, house of the Supreme Beings, being ambush like that "
"Me too, in fact, my dear Creator is constantly in that problem since then. She sent troops to catch them, but it's like they disappeared"
"Problematic indeed. I only hope we can lend a hand on them " Demiurge clenched his fist, a vein popped in his forehead "And make them beg us to die". Pandora's Actor didn't reply, but shared the feeling.

She hid her face in embarrassment, now understanding what she meant "Em… you may enter". At her command, the doors opened, letting the two behind to enter. Upon entering, they lifted a brow at the scene before them : Galadriel hiding her face with her hands and facepalming Albedo."Do…we bother you, mein dame ?"
"Not at all. I was waiting for you " Galadriel regained her composure, so did Albedo . The two men walked until they faced the desk.
"Good. Before anything, thank you two for coming. Especially you, Demiurge. Sorry for interrupt you in your mission "
Demiurge bowed "Whatever my mission. If you call me, then I will come, be sure of it "
Galadriel nodded before eyeing Pandora's Actor" I've read your report, but I was hasty and not…exactly on it. But I think it would be better if more of us happen to know more about it"
"Understood, my lady "
"But firstly, how are our little new fairies ?" She asked with a big smile.
If Pandora's Actor could have lips, he would certainly smile as well "Judging by their faces, they seem to have a lot of fun, and happy to see 'you' again. It was a PERFECT move to send them here. They're like a fish to the water "

But, the most amazing fact is that some of White Eclipse's members shared these traits" Three pairs of eyes widened, Galadriel's ones more than the others.
"Marvelous, Galadriel-sama !" The latter turned to see Albedo who happily flapped her wings. Heh ?
"So it's why you brough Aura and Yuri there. You knew all this time this worm place in these mountains was worth our attention "
Galadriel began to sweat. What is she talking about ? I was just curious about why they're called Dragon Slayers

Dragons are such a pain by themself, and if humans can beat them like that... With what has already happened, I don't want more surprises." What else, Pandora's Actor ?"

Undead ? How unusual to see one there. Galadriel crossed her hands and rested her forehead on it. From the corner, Albedo could see a smile drawing on her lady's face. A rather disturbing one.
Yes, very interesting. So there are Yggdrasil races down there, but also other unknown abilities. It was a great idea to send people in these two guilds. They will undoubtedly make great subordinates, even better if their powers continue to rise. Galadriel sat up, still smiling " I'm going to resume my Guild Master duty at Lyrilys. Correll scratched his head "Yeah, it doesn't happen really well" he sighed as he saw his men being laminated by Cynthia's acrobatics with Wendy's support. "Guess I must take care of that myself" He stepped forward, cracking his fingers, approaching the girls.
Speaking of them, they already had a big advantage despite being outnumbered. Cynthia wore a big childish smile as her body trembled, not because of the cold, because the weather was warm without too much wind,but…excitement ? "Is that all you got ?"
Wendy had a sweat on the side of her head " I-I think you did too much Cynthia"
"How so ?" Cynthia turned at Wendy, with all of these poor guys lying on the ground.
"Step back you others" Correll called the remaining guards, who obeyed without saying a word. "I take care of that"
" Finally, you stop hiding yourself" Cynthia taunted with a confident smile . She launched herself at Correll, her fist engulfed in flames "Omega Fire Dragon's -" Correll snapped his fingers, a magic seal appeared under the girl, and before she could do anything, a high gravity field trailed her on the ground with a crushing sound "Gah !"
"Cynthia !" Wendy screamed in worry.
"What an idiot " Carla facepalmed.
"I highly suggest you to not imply yourself more" Correll warned with a serious face, his gaze not leaving Cynthia "You're already in trouble for actively helping a dangerous individual. Stop now and maybe we may forget what you're doing"
"That's not the thing !" Wendy screamed "Cynthia won't harm anyone ! You can"t took her just like that !"
Correll sighed in annoyance "Seems like you won't listen. Then you don't give me choice" He extended his hand, a magic seal appeared under Wendy's feet. But Wendy dashed at the side befire it could be activated "What ?"
"Sky Dragon's Wind Attack !" Wendy swiped an arm, sending sharp wind at Correll, who evaded it by rolling. Wendy proceed toward Cynthia, where the magic seal ceased. She catched her with her two arms "Vernier !" With the speed boost, the two girls, followed by Carla went away from Correll, who grit his teeth in frustrations
