Sorry for the delay of this story I had a lot of other stories to update and other things.
Now it's time for the new chapter.

Chapter 22: vengeance at the Dojo part 2
'Last time: after May won her ribbon, the gang were drawn into a squabble between Master Hamm and his Kyle, after they resolved it, Master Hamm told them of the main fighting dojo and went there to see about getting a Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan, so after meeting the Karate Master Koichi and his students, May and Brock went first and won their battles, May got Hitmonlee and Brock Hitmonchan, but before Ash made his choice there was an explosion outside and there was a tank out there but it wasn't team rocket it was another trio one come looking for revenge.'
Ash and the others saw the blue Arbok tank and Dante knew it wasn't team rocket because it had no red 'R' on it.
"Who would be attacking?" said May.
"I don't know." Added Brock. "but we got to stop them."
"Right." Said Ash. "Pikachu use thunder b-!"
"Stop Ash!" Dante shouted.
"Why?" Ash asked.
"Who ever built this might've made it electric proof so Pikachu's attacks will be useless." Dante advised.
"Then what do we do?" Max said.
"We need to sink that machine before more damage is caused." Said Dante.
"How?" said Ash.
Just then Aron and Phanpy came from their Pokéballs.
"Huh?" Ash said surprised.
"Looks like they want to help." Said Dante.
"Aron! Phanpy Phan!" they cried out.
"Ok we split into 2 teams, Ash you with me, Brock, May, Max go help the others." Dante commanded.
"Ok let's go Max." May said following Brock with Max behind them.
"Ok let's distract these damn fools." Dante said.
"Right." Answered Ash.
They split up and hope their plans work.
Back in the tank the brothers saw them and decided to strike.
"Ok guys now it's time to show them the no one messes with the invincible Pokémon brothers!" Kai declared.
"Right bro it's time!" Kail followed.
"Yeah it's time for revenge!" Kam finished.
"Fire the rockets!" Kai ordered.
Kail pressed a button and from the back of the tank rockets were fired and were aimed to the others.
"I don't think so!" said Ash, Brock, May and Dante at the same time.
Phanpy use Hidden power and Pikachu Thunder bolt!" Ash commanded.
Phanpy had two rings of white circles appear and spin around Phanpy in an 'X' formation. Then, the rings disappear and Phanpy blasts a white energy beam from in front of its face.
Pikachu launches a blast of electricity and the two attacks were able to stop the rockets and destroy them.
This made Kai mad.
"Fire the second barrage!" he ordered.
Kail did so and fire even more rockets and they were aimed at Ash this time.
"Onix stop that with dragon breath!" Dante shouted.
Onix came out and roared and fired a blast of yellow-green breath and destroy them.
May, Brock and Max went over to help the other black belts to get the Pokémon to safety.
"Come on guys let's get you to safety." Said the black belts.
The black belts were busy getting the Pokémon to safety when May and the other came over.
"You guys need help?" she asked.
"Yes help us get the Pokemon inside for their safety." Said one of them.
Brock, May and Max helped them get the Pokémon to safety and away from danger and they were halfway done when there was an explosion coming from another wall.
"What the hell was that?" Brock said surprised.
When the dust cleared it was a group of criminals and they were wanted in Celadon, Vermillion and Pewter cities and they had some tough Pokémon with them composed of Golbat, Graveler, Rhyhorn, Houndoom, Weezing and Muk and they look mean and ready to fight.
"Looks like we got more trouble." Max said feeling nervous and a bit of afraid.
"Kai looks like our back up has arrived." Kam called out.
"About time." Kai replied pushing a button to use the speakers "Men take those fools out and get the Pokemon!" he ordered.
"You got it boss. Everyone attack!" said the criminals.
Golbat use Shadow ball, Graveler use rock slide, Rhyhorn used Take Down, Houndoom use Flame thrower and Weezing and Muk use sludge bomb.
The 6 Pokémon launched their attacks and were aimed at May and the others.
"What?!" Ash shouted.
May and Brock knew what to do.
"Go Combusken, Squirtle, Hitmonlee!" May shouted.
"Crobat, Mudkip, Forretress, Hitmonchan we need you're help!" Brock followed.
The 7 Pokémon came out of their Pokéballs and appeared at their trainers side.
"Ready Brock?" said May.
"You got it." Replied Brock.
"Ok Combusken use Fire Spin! Squirtle Bubble attack and Hitmonlee use Mega Kick!" commanded May.
"Alright Mudkip Water gun! Forretress Spike attack, Crobat use Aerial Ace and Hitmonchan use Ice punch!" followed Brock.
Combusken used Fire Spin to intercept Shadow ball and managed to blow it up, Squirtle and Mudkip use Bubble and Water Gun and their attacks combined and it stopped the rock slide attack, Forretress fired off some spikes and was able to stop Rhyhorn's attack leaving it open for Hitmonlee's mega kick.
Crobat and Hitmonchan avoided the sludge bombs and Crobat struck Weezing with Aerial Ace and Muk got hit by Ice punch, the impact sent Muk flying into Weezing and then Rhyhorn, then Graveler and finally into Golbat and crashed on the ground.
"Alright!" May shouted.
"We got them!" added Brock.
But the criminals were not going to give up that easily.
"Graveler get back up and use Roll Out on the squirt!" said the leader.
"Rhyhorn get back up and use Take Down!" said one of the criminals.
The other criminals told their pokémon to get back up and attack.
Their pokémon got back up and all rushed towards Squirtle with the intent of taking it out of battle, the criminals strategy was that since they thought Squirtle was the weakest of the group, taking it out meant the others will fall one by one, Squirtle was frozen by fear and didn't know what to do, May somehow sensed its emotions and raised her voice.
"Squirtle! Don't let them intimate you, you got this, listen I know it's scary, but if you face your fears and confront them, then you're not afraid, now dig deep and find your courage!" she shouted.
Squirtle heard May's voice and it got a determined look on its face, it dug its feet into the ground and made it stance and took a deep breath and then exhale.
"Go Squirtle use Ice Beam!" May said.
"SQUUUUUUUUUIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" it shouted as it fired a big beam of cold energy from its mouth and went straight towards the attacking Pokémon, the attack made it move back a bit since it was very strong but Squirtle held its ground.
The attack made contact with the Pokémon and in a instant they were all stopped, frozen in their tracks as they were incased in ice.
The criminals were shocked and now May and Brock have the upper hand.
"Ok Squirtle use Tackle!" May ordered.
Squirtle then ran straight towards the frozen Pokémon and tackled them hard enough to send it up flying.
"You're Ready Brock?" May said.
"I am May." Brock added.
"Now Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan! Double Focus Punches!" they said at the same time.
Both Fighting Pokémon cocked their fists back being infused with blue energy and then extended their fists and hit the ice and send it right into the criminals with a big boom.
When the dust cleared up the criminals along with their Pokémon after they were free from the ice were defeated and were passed out.
"We got them!" shouted May.
She and Brock hi-5 each other in gratitude.
They recalled their Pokémon and continued getting the rest of the dojo's Pokémon to safety before going to help Ash and Dante.
Kim saw that and was angry that the criminals they hired were defeated and because of that they were left wide open to attack.
"DAMN IT!" he hissed. "Those morons got beaten by some kids?! That's it! Time to really start hurting!"
"Ash shake things up!" shouted Dante.
"Right go Phanpy use Earthquake!" Ash shouted.
Phanpy gets on its hind legs, then brings its front legs down hard, creating an earthquake that shook the ground and making the tank shake.
"WHOAAAAAAAAAA!" said the brothers getting shaken up.
The shaking cause some metal parts of the tank to crack a bit exposing a weakness in the armor.
"You saw that Dante?" Ash asked.
"I did now to bring this thing down." Dante added.
"ARON!"
Ash and Dante saw Aron shouting and noticing it glowing a gray aura around itself and it took off running towards the tank.
"Aron! What are you doing?" Ash shouted.
Aron kept running and running and then it jumped up and raised it's front right leg and then it glowed white and extended its claws and slashed at the crack on the tank making it crack more.
"Was that Metal claw?" Ash said surprised.
"I believe it is Ash." Dante replied equally surprised.
"OK that little squirt got in a lucky hit but let's see if can handle THIS!" Kim shouted pressing a blue button.
The tank then fired a fist shaped rocket at Aron.
"I don't think so." Said Ash. "Aron use metal claw again!"
Aron ran up, jumped and use its right arm and white claws came out and slashed the missile and landed behind it as it was destroyed.
"Nice!" shouted.
That made the brothers angry and they decided to crush them and grab Pikachu.
They pressed some buttons to fire some nets and grabbing hands to get their Pokémon.
"Onix use dragon breath and Haunter come on out and use Night shade!" Dante shouted throwing a PokéBall.
"Haunter!" cried the gas Pokémon as it came out fired black and red lasers out of its eyes destroying the nets and Onix fired a blast of yellow-green energy at the hands taking them out as well.
"That does it! Time to crush them!" Kim shouted as he moved the lever down to go at full speed to run them over.
"Idiots." Dante sighed. "Onix use Iron Tail to take out their left wheels!"
"Phanpy use Hidden Power to take out their right wheels!" followed Ash.
Onix roared as it moved towards the tank and then raised its tail and it glowed white and swing it and smashed the left treadwheels.
Phanpy formed two white rings around itself and then fired a white beam and took out the right treadwheels as well.
The tank then fell on the ground pretty much grounded.
"Uh Kim we can't move now." Kail said.
"Yeah I think we're in trouble." Added Kai.
"Damn it!" Kim hissed.
"Now Pikachu use thunderbolt at the crack." Said Ash.
"PIKKKKKKKAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHUUUUUUUUUUUU!" Pikachu shouted as he fired a blast of electricity at the tank's cracked armor.
"Bro we got to eject!" shouted Kai!
Kim hissed angrily and all 3 pushed the eject button and they were launched out of the tank just as Pikachu's attack hit the crack armor and the machine was getting overloaded and then exploded making a crater in the process.
The brothers landed on the other side of the crater.
"You'll pay for that!" Kim yelled.
"Who are they?" asked May as she, Brock and Max came over to help Ash and Dante.
"I remember them." Said Brock.
"So do I." added Ash.
"Same here." Finished Dante with annoyance laced in his voice.
"We are the Invincible Pokémon Brothers!" Kim declared as the brothers did their poses.
"I've never heard of them." Said Max making them fall on their faces.
"Stay out of this squirt!" taunted Kail.
"Yeah Trainers only runt." Added Kai.
Max then stick his tongue at them to taunt back.
That made the brothers mad.
"Do you know them Ash?" May asked.
"Yes, they were employed by Team Rocket to go after Misty back in Viridian City a couple of years back and they played dirty and they turned on Team Rocket and we send them packing." Said Ash.
"But." Brock cut in. "They went after Misty again, this time to sabotage her gym leader test and cheated and attacked her Gyarados and her and because of that they were banned from official pokémon battles and they were sent blasting off and no one hasn't seen them since."
And Brock finished.
"Yeah but rumors said they went into hiding from the police and secretly plotted revenge." Dante said.
"That's right, once we beat Misty's friends and then Misty herself, we go after the PIA and force them to get their ban on us lifted and make sure people tremble at the name of the Invincible Pokémon brothers!" Kim declared.
"That's not going to happen." Dante said. "You 3 are going down!"
"No you are Brothers attack!" Kim shouted.
"Right!" said Kai and Kail.
The brothers joined with Kim and said "Strike now!" throwing their Pokéballs. "Go Tentacruel, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan and Hitmontop!"
Out came 3 Tentacruel's, A Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan and Hitmontop.
Ash and others stand firm.
"Ok Tentacruel use Rain Dance!" Kim commanded.
All of the Tentacruel started glowing blue and raised their tentacles in the air and making the clouds go dark and then rain came pouring down from them.
May and the others seem confused but Dante wasn't fooled.
"Ash quickly recall Phanpy and Aron!" Dante shouted.
Ash wonder why and then it clicked, water type moves are stronger with rain dance.
"Aron, Phanpy return!" Ash shouted recalling his Pokémon.
But Dante was a bit slow of getting his Onix when the brothers attacked.
"Tentacruel use Bubblebeam!" said Kail.
Kail's Tentacruel fired a barrage of light blue bubbles at Onix and struck it hard and thanks to Rain Dance the damage was increased and Onix roared in pain.
"Onix!" shouted Dante.
Onix winced in pain but was still standing and was now pissed off and growled dangerously.
"Ok Onix let's get them back." Dante said.
Onix nodded in agreement.
"Oh a tough guy huh? Well let's see if it can handle this." Said Kail. "Tentacruel Bubblebeam again."
"And Tentacruel use Hydro pump!" Kai added.
"Don't forget me you fools, Tentacruel use Poison sting!" Kim followed suit.
The 3 attacks came and merged into a big attack and heading towards Ash and the others.
"Onix use Dragon Breath and Haunter use Night Shade!" Dante shouted.
"Ash I'll need a bit of help." Dante asked.
"Right Pikachu use Thunderbolt!" Ash commanded.
Pikachu gathered electricity and fired a electric blast.
Onix and Haunter fired their attacks and the 3 attack merged and collided with the Tentacruel's attack head on resulting a stale mate.
The attacks were locked in a struggle refusing to give a inch and that made the brothers angry.
"Damn it this is not how our victory on those fools suppose to go!" Kim shouted. "Time to play dirty."
"Right Bro, Hitmontop use Rolling Kick on Onix!" said Kai.
Hitmontop charged towards Onix with its legs ready to strike but Brock saw that coming and acted fast.
"Crobat use Aerial Ace!" he shouted.
Crobat came out and moved fast with a white streak behind it and with great speed it hit Hitmontop and sent flying into a tree.
"Hitmontop!" Kai shouted.
"Hitmonlee take out Pikachu with a double kick attack!" Kail commanded.
Hitmonlee leaped forward with its legs extended ready to hit Pikachu since he was busy, but May came in with the save.
"Go Pidgey use Twister!" May shouted throwing her Love Ball.
Pidgey came out and started flapping its wings and forming a tornado and send it towards Hitmonlee who was then swept up in it and spinning out of control taking some hits.
"WHAT?!" Kail Shouted.
"Now sent it flying with Aerial Ace!" May continued.
Pidgey squawked loudly and charged towards the twister with a white streak behind it and slammed into Hitmonlee sending flying into a tree.
"Good job Pidgey!" May said with joy.
Pidgey chirped in joy.
The attack struggle between the Tentacruel and Onix, Haunter and Pikachu was about to change and the Tentacruel's side was slipping and Dante saw that and knew what needed to be done.
"Ash now's our chance tell Pikachu to really let them have it." He said.
Ash knew what Dante meant.
"Pikachu finish this with Thunder!" Ash shouted.
"PIIIIIIIIIIIIKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCHHHHHHHHHHHHHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" Pikachu fires a massive beam of yellow electricity from its body and it merged with the other attacks giving a power boost.
"Well let's not let Pikachu do it alone, Onix and Haunter, Dragon breath, Night Shade FULL POWER!" Dante yelled.
Both Pokémon felt like they found a new surge of power and use it to increased their attacks and all 3 attacks got bigger and then pushed through the Tentacruel's attacks and slammed them hard and sent them right into the trainers defeated with spiral patterns in their eyes.
Even though the Tentacruel were defeated the rain dance was still going on.
"Way to guys!" said Ash and Dante to their Pokémon.
Pikachu ran up to Ash and climbed on his shoulder, Haunter and Onix gathered around Dante, Crobat landed on Brock and Pidgey rested on May's shoulder and Max was with them.
Kim then pushed his Tentacruel off of him and was very angry.
"Damn it, Damn it, Damn it!" he cursed.
He and his brothers have been planning their revenge for a long time and it will not be ruined so Kim decided to act very cruel and try to hurt Ash in the one place that a warrior protects more than anything, their heart.
"Hitmonchan, use Agility and then use MEGA PUNCH on the four eye squirt!" Kim shouted.
"WHAT?!" Dante shouted. "Max look out!"
Hitmonchan moved fast and appeared in front of Max with its fist cocked back glowing with white energy and ready to strike.
Max was terrified that he couldn't move.
"Max get out of the way!"
Suddenly Max was pushed away by May and looked to see her getting hit by Hitmonchan's attack and was sent flying into the dojo wall, just as Hitmonchan was sent flying with Pidgey's Aerial Ace and Pikachu's Iron tail back to Kim.
"MAY!" Ash and the others shouted as they ran to her.
"Are you ok May?" Max asked in worry.
"I'm ok Max, are you ok?" she asked with one eye open.
"I am." He answered.
"That's good." She said before grunting in pain and passing out.
"May? MAY!" Max cried feeling scared.
Brock looked her over and check her pulse and he got one.
"She's ok but she's got some internal bruising." Said Brock.
Max couldn't help but shed some tears at the sight of his sister getting hurt, but broke out of it when he heard some cackling from Kim and the other brothers.
"Well serves her right of getting in the way." Kim cackled.
"Yeah she should've stay put." Added Kail.
Max glared angrily at them.
"She risked her life to protect me and you 3 have the gall to laugh at that?!" Max shouted.
"Well that what she get for fighting the Invincible Pokémon brothers!" Kai said smugly.
Ash and Dante saw the hurt state of May and something in them snapped, their heartbeats grew louder drowning out the noises and suddenly the clouds grew darker and turned to storm clouds as thunder rumbled.
"You 3 just made a very big mistake!" Ash said as his voice grew deeper.
Something had stirred up within Ash like something has awakened from a deep sleep.
The same can be said for Dante as something within them as awoken after a thousand years.
"You 3 are so screwed!" Dante hissed as his voice got a bit deeper.
"Yeah!" Brock said standing next to them with a dark shadow of anger on his face. "You 3 messed up big time!" he hissed.
Just then thunder rumbled and lightning appeared.
"Haunter help Max get May inside and stay there until we come back." Said Dante.
Haunter understood and used Psychic to lift her.
"But I want to help." Max said.
"Max." Ash said not looking at him. "Right now stay with May and look after her we'll be there shortly." He said while trying to keep his anger in line.
Max wanted to object but he knew May needed to be tended to and nodded.
"Come on Pidgey let's go." He said.
Pidgey nodded and went with Max, Haunter and May inside the Dojo.
Pikachu, Onix and Crobat glared at the brothers with intense anger, Pikachu let out some sparks from his cheeks, Onix growled dangerously and Crobat felt like the urge to attack with a face of rage.
Cue: (Pokémon Anime BGM - Victory Road (Last Road) (1997~1998-M78)
Ash felt anger, not like his usual one, but one that rarely pops up and since it was someone he really cares about it felt like something had awakened and he started to glow blue and so did his eyes.
Dante had seen this happen to him as well, way before he met Ash and his anger was rising as well, so much he took off his eye patch and he was glowing red and his eyes were glowing green.
Brock had consider himself like a big brother to the gang and he knew how to get along and take care with them, he consider them as family like with his own family, but to see May get hurt like that, really got him pissed off and there was a roaring fire within him.
Just then lightning flashes around them and this time the invincible Pokémon brothers were now scared shitless.
Then without any warning as if being possessed by something else Ash and Dante let out a big roar that was loud and echoed everywhere.
"Bro I think we're in trouble now." Kai said now getting scared.
Kim had to agreed, they were indeed screwed.
"Well that took a very dark turn, after repelling their attacks, Kim of the Invincible Pokémon brothers try to attack Max to make Ash and the others stop but May got in the way and got hurt instead, something awaken within Ash and Dante, and along with Brock pure anger on their faces, but did Ash and Dante started glowing like that? So many questions to be answered, but the answers will be revealed in time. Find out what happens next as the journey continues."

Meanwhile at Team Rocket HQ…
Giovanni was at his desk petting his Persian's head when the intercom came on with his assistant on the line, telling him that James, Jessie and Meowth has captured a Graveler with some fire type moves and they send the Pokéball to him, sighing Giovanni told her to send it to him and she did, a grunt came in with the PokéBall from the trio, Giovanni told the grunt to leave and he did, Giovanni then used a machine to scan the PokéBall containing Graveler and look its moves, it knows Tackle, Rock throw, Flame thrower, Fire Punch and rock slide.
"Hmm interesting those fools, have got me a new Pokémon and one with some good moves, I think I shall reward them." He hummed.
But then he heard some rumbling outside and looked to see some storm clouds and got an uneasy feeling.
"I don't like it." He said to himself.
Meanwhile at an unknown location.
In some vast mountain range, a lone man was mediating in a cave by a pit fire, when he felt something and look up and sensed something with his aura and felt tense.
"My…. Son." He uttered.
But he wasn't the only one.
Certain mythical and legendary Pokémon sensed it as well including some familiar psychic ones.
Even one hidden in a separate dimension, there was Pokémon that has been around since the dawn of time and he sensed it.
"So… the chosen one's powers has begun to awaken." He said to himself.
But he wasn't the only one that sensed it.
(At the ancient castle prison)
The prisoner that resides at the lowest level behind a huge metal door bound in chains, he sensed something and got a small smirk on his face.
"So his powers has begun to awaken then. Tch, no matter even if he had 1000 years of experience and training he won't defeat me, soon I will be free, then once I find my comrades I will amass a huge army and not only when the chosen one is defeated, but I will defeat the alpha one and soon I will be the supreme god of everything!" he said malevolently before he let out a loud evil laugh (that sounded like Ted Lewis' Bakura's, Mark Hamill's joker, Steve Blum's Green goblin, 2003 Shredder's and Frank Welker's Megatron from TFP)
The evil laugh echoed throughout the prison, sooner or later Ash will have to face his toughest enemy.

Ok then, this ends the very, very, long and overdue chapter.
Sorry for the long wait, but trying to get creative juices flowing is not easy and I know that many fanfic writers out there know that feeling.
Now to go over some things.
Now this goes for all of my stories, if the summary has "on hold" in it, like the words said it means that the story is on hold until I decided to upload a new chapter, so until otherwise no new chapters for a while and please don't ask me when the next chapter is coming, I have other stories to do and other things outside of fanfics.
Now then as you saw May got hurt protecting Max and Ash, Dante and Brock got very angry, Max and May went inside the Dojo and being looked after, but Ash and Dante they started glowing but why? For Ash is a sign that his powers are slowly awakening, as for Dante that will be explained later on and same for Ash as well.
All I can say is that Ash's powers will slowly grow with time.
Now what will happen in the next chapter? Well you will have to wait for a while as I need to get some of my other chapters so please be patient.
Also I am going to say starting tonight at 11pm I am going to be on break from writing fanfics for a week as I need a recharge.
So please do not ask me when the next chapters are coming.
But I will be back writing chapters next Friday.
But I will tell you when the next chapter comes and after Ash's battle with the Karate master, Dante will split off from the group for a bit and promise to meet them at the Pokémon center near the battle arena, cause in ch24 will be focusing on Dante while the events of the 8th Pokémon film is going on.
Now then I will say this one of my stories I am going to finish completely is my last total drama story.
Alright I think that's enough explaining for now.
Now then if you all excuse me, I am off to get some much needed rest and then off to go fight some evil on marvel earth 65 again.
