Chapter 13

Next Day; Knothole...

The group of dragons and a three cybernetic tailed fox are seen walking towards the entrance of the hidden Freedom Fighter base, Fang carrying a stunned Backlash on his back.

"What happened to him?" said Sonic looking at the metal-lightning dragon curiously.

"He hit a ground current while short-circuiting most of Robotropolis, the current nearly fried him." said Fang placing Backlash on the ground who twitched sporadically.

"Backlash hate ground currents...Backlash hate ground currents...Backlash hate ground currents..." said Backlash repeatedly as he twitched.

"I think it also fried his brain." said Klaww looking Backlash over to make sure he was okay.

"I thought his brain was already fried?" said Rift only to get elbowed in the stomach by Spike.

"He should be fine within...two or three days." said Klaww getting up before he towered over Triple who showed no emotion on his face as he looked up at Klaww.

"Yes?" said Triple.

"You went too far with what you did to Robotnik." said Klaww crossing his arms.

"The guy destroyed my tails and made you lose an eye, I returned the favor by removing one arm and one eye from him. He deserved it." said Triple coldly before he finds himself in Klaww's grip.

"That's it! Time for the extra painful full body wash!" said Klaww walking towards the lake near Knothole and Triple finally showed emotion.

"No! Not that! I still have nightmares from when you first did that to me! Please, anything but the full body wash!" begged Triple as he tried to escape Klaww's grasp but to no avail. His gurgled screams could be heard for miles, sending shivers down everyone's spine who could hear it.

Everyone jumps when they hear whistling and turn to see Tails Doll walking towards them, his sowed up mouth dripping blood and Tails storms up to him and the doll's green gem turns yellow.

"What did you do this time T.D?" said Tails glaring at the doll.

"Nothing..." said Tails Doll meekly.

"Then why is blood dripping around your mouth?"

"Fake blood?"

"What's the truth?"

"Well..."

Hidden Fortress...

Robotnik was screaming in sheer agony as he clutched his bloody stump of a leg.

"I hate, hate, hate, HATE THAT DOLL!" yelled Robotnik through the pain.

"You ATE ROBOTNIK'S LEG?!" yelled Tails in shock.

"I'm sorry! But hurting, scaring, and/or torturing enemies is a part of me. I can't help myself. It's like Sonic can't go two days without a Chili Dog." said Tails Doll defending himself.

"Hey! I went three days without a Chili Dog once." snapped Sonic crossing his arms as he glared at the doll.

"Yeah, but then you went into a coma until someone brought you a Chili Dog." said Miles snickering.

"Whose side are you on Miles?!"

"Whichever side I want to be on!"

"Anyway...I can't stop myself from harming enemies, especially AFTER WHAT ROBOTNIK DID TO TRIPLE!" snarled Tails Doll, his gem turning a bright bloody red and his sowing started to come undone before he calmed himself and his gem turned back to its neutral color, "I'm good."

"Since when did Mobius get a second moon?" said Rift looking up at the sky and everyone follows his gaze and sees...a giant metallic object with Robotnik's face on it.

"Another Death Egg?! Come on!" said Sonic, agitation lining his voice.

"I highly doubt Robotnik would be stupid enough to go onto that thing especially with his injuries he recently received. No, I suspect a trap and since Robotnik is a past version of myself I am 99. 999999% sure that it is indeed a trap." said Eggman looking at the Death Egg suspiciously.

"We'll go." said Spike, Backlash, Ashe, Shena, Rift, and Fang at the same time.

"{Distant} We'll go too. Hold still Triple!" came Klaww's voice.

*Gargled Screaming*

"I'll go too." said Miles having his right arm turn into a three-barreled Plasma Cannon.

"I'm going too!" said T.D pulling an assortment of knives.

"I'm going to keep an eye on you buster." said Tails poking T.D in the chest.

"I'm going to make sure Tails doesn't get hurt." said Sonic ruffling Tails' hair and the two-tailed tried to swat Sonic's hand away but to no avail.

Eggman's earpiece then beeped and the doctor turned away and quietly spoke into it.

"What?" said Eggman.

"Um, doctor, we have a small problem..." came Decoe's voice over the earpiece.

"What kind of problem?"

"An angry red-black hedgehog, which we are having a hard time restraining...look out! Spin Dash!" came Becoe's voice before a buzz-saw like noise was heard and Eggman turned pale as sweat started pouring down his face.

"Hey Egghead, you alright?" said Sonic as Eggman turned around.

"I believe we might have a problem soon and it involves a red-black hedgehog that I unintentionally pissed off from mine and Miles' timeline and I believe he will punch me in the face in...3..." said Eggman but never got to finish as a very angry red-black hedgehog sucker-punched Eggman from the side sending the reformed doctor rolling on the ground.

"Chaos Spear!" yelled the red-black hedgehog aiming the projectile at Eggman who froze in fear.

How's that for a cliffhanger? How many people thought I had forgotten about Shadow from Miles' and Eggman's time?
