Chapter Twenty-Seven - Shikai and the Deal for Peace
"Oh fuck!"
Naruto slammed his dick into Zoya from behind with fervour, breathing into her neck as he roughly pulled her hair. He bit down on her skin as he held back his climax for a few more moments even as the woman gushed from under him.
"Yes! Ruin me!"
Naruto quickened the speed as he slammed his pelvis into her ass, digging his nails into her waist. He clenched his eyes shut as the woman screamed to the heavens. Her pussy twitched as she climaxed a third time and he released inside.
"Fuck," the woman groaned a sigh as she quivered from the aftershocks.
Naruto chuckled as he stopped gripping Zoya's hair and brought it down to cup her breast and pinch her nipple. "That was fun."
"Mm," Zoya hummed as she calmed her erratic breathing. "This doesn't make us a thing."
Naruto chuckled again as he pulled out. "It will only be a matter of time before you fall for my devilish personality. We will be seeing far more of each other from now on."
Zoya scoffed but a smirk crept across her face as she turned onto her back to look at the blonde that still loomed over her with an erect dick. "How about we go for round four and I'll let you know then."
Naruto chuckled and moved over the woman, trailing kisses from her naval to her chin. He got close to her upper ear and gave a large grin before whispering. "Don't have to tell me twice."
"Ah!"
Naruto entered the dining area of the hotel that was for patrons only, his hair still wet after his shower. Of course, he and Zoya shared a shower to save water but that flew out the window when they ended up fucking in there too. That woman is ravenous and I love it.
The Uzumaki is strong in her. Kurama laughed pervertedly.
Naruto agreed with the old fox as he made his way for Tsunade and Shizune, whom he saw at a table with their own food. He smiled as he took a seat, noticing Tsunade not doing so well with her hangover. "Good morning, Shizune-chan! I thought you should be used to hangovers by now, Tsunade-baachan."
"Call me baa-chan one more time and I'll sock you in the face," the woman grumbled heatedly.
"Touchy," Naruto chucked at the threat.
"You screwing my daughter woke me up, brat." The woman rubbed her head and took a drink of the coffee. "I had to leave my room and go to Shizune's just to have some quiet."
Naruto grinned sheepishly even as the raven-haired assistant seemed completely embarrassed of the topic. "I can never say no to a beautiful woman, cousin or not."
"Whatever, brat."
Naruto smiled with a shake of his head as a waiter approached the table and asked what he would like for breakfast. He ordered a loaded breakfast that included two eggs, four sausages, four thick-sliced bacon rashers, hash browns, two thick slices of ham, two slices of toast, two blueberry waffles, and a pitcher of milk to drink. The waiter left shocked while looking at the order he had just written and was going to give to the chef.
As Naruto waited, he pulled out a book from his clan library (one that he would not be upset to miss or have anyone see) and began reading. It was on combat enhancements with a focus on sage chakra. Specifically, tapping into senjutsu to power yourself and or your attacks. Incredibly dangerous as one of the consequences of using senjutsu without properly adapting your body ends up with the person turning into stone. Or incredibly disfigured.
The Uzumaki, via their various contracts with otherworldly beings and the Ancient Beasts as summons, have a safe mode that is to only be shared with the Uzumaki Prince. It is a long and difficult process but was a lot safer than the methods used by other summoning clans to teach their summoners.
"Morning, mother," Zoya greeted before taking a seat next to Naruto.
"Don't talk to me," Tsunade grumbled as she got up with her coffee cup and left to the table where she can refill her cup.
Zoya raised an eyebrow and turned to Shizune and Naruto, draping her arm over the boy possessively.
"She's upset we fucked too loud and woke her up," Naruto explained just before his food arrived while being carried between three staff members.
"Ah," Zoya understood and was not sorry. "Sounds like a 'her problem'."
She took one of Naruto's slices of bacon and began eating bits off of his plate or what he wanted to feed to her. She felt it was cute when he presented a fork with some egg or hash browns to her to eat, his eyes looking at her expectantly.
"Go be disgusting somewhere else," Tsunade huffed as she sat in her chair with a new full cup of coffee.
Shizune giggled at the antics of her aunt figure and her daughter, enjoying the new atmosphere Naruto brought. It used to just be the three of them and while it was enjoyable it was also nice to have someone new.
"You're just jealous, you old hag," Zoya teased as she brought Naruto closer.
Naruto began laughing but it trailed off when he felt a new influx of information come to him. He had a clone watching Jiraiya from the shadows and they just popped to share what they witnessed.
Jiraiya woke up and answered the door to his room which was knocked on by a nondescript civilian. They talked to Jiraiya about information coming out of Earth, specifically Iwa. They planned to send a large skirmish force through Grass and into the border of Fire. Thirty Genin are being led by three Jonin; Maya Kazagumo, the Suna traitor and sister to Pakura who died in an attack by Kiri; Akatsuchi, a Jonin that works closely with the Tsuchikage and the Kamizuru clan; and lastly is Kurotsuchi.
Naruto sighed as he continued to eat and create a clone, directing it to head to his room and grab Khahrahk. He will have to get to the border and prevent anything major from happening. But judging from what he knew of Iwa, they would rather die than retreat and fail their mission. He can only hope that their mission was to test their strength rather than actually stage an attack on their country.
"What's wrong," Zoya asked when she noticed the boy being a little down.
"Annoyed with the world is all," Naruto answered before cleaning his hands with a napkin. "I have to go handle something quickly. I'll be back in a few hours."
Naruto leaned down to give Zoya a quick kiss but she grabbed the back of his head and pulled him deeper, slipping her tongue into his mouth. He was surprised by the action and before he could think of doing anything he was let go and the woman gave him a small smirk.
"Go on, I'll be waiting for you. If you disappear, I will find you."
Naruto shivered at the threat before teleporting to the seal outside the village.
What is with you going after women that like to threaten you? Do you not get enough pain being a target of the world?

Naruto bit back the amused annoyance when Kurama began laughing up a storm. He chuckled to himself despite what he was preparing to head into. He closed his eyes and began channelling his chakra into the world. It was a long process of using your senses and chakra to navigate the ground to where you needed to teleport.
Without an anchor seal like the one Naruto currently sat on, if he activated the technique then he could end up anywhere within three hundred miles of his current location. He did this with Jiraiya back during the month training gap of the Chunin Exams. However, you can also pinpoint an unmarked location by using immense amounts of chakra to use your 'third eye' to go to that location.
It's almost similar to an out-of-body experience where you go to the location and then use the chakra to create the seal. It takes a while and is usually dangerous because the world is dead in this experience. It is empty and almost like a mirror of the real world.
Got it. Naruto had found the location that the Iwa party will be entering through and a single patrol cell will be intercepting. It is a little over one hundred eighty miles northeast. They already know of each other. The patrol team should be able to hold off until I get there.
Meanwhile
Kosuke blocked the kunai aimed for Hayama while Tekuno held off an Iwa Genin. The man cut them down before backing off to be near his squad, looking tiredly at the ten remaining Genin and three Jonin.
"We've already killed so many of them," he told Kosuke. "Why aren't they retreating?"
"The Jonin do nothing as the Genin fight," Kosuke told the man. "They are still fresh so they hope that if we survive they can just clean up."
"Despicable," Hayama grunted as he got to his feet with a kunai in his hand. "They care nothing for their people's lives."
"You're wrong, Konoha-nin," the dark-haired woman said. "Kurotsuchi-san here has a bleeding heart right now. The only thing keeping her in line is that I am leading this operation by our leader's orders."
"Maya," Kurotsuchi growled at the girl with a sideways glare. "They are weak right now, let's end this and save our people. They clearly are no match for them."
"Do you not have any confidence in our ninja," Maya asked with fake concern. "How could you think so low of our village!"
"Stop!"
The trees fluttered violently before Naruto landed in the clearing.
"Naruto-kun," Kurotsuchi said quietly and only Akatsuchi heard her.
"Haha," Maya laughed as she regarded the overgrown fox. "Is this the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki? A child?"
Naruto looked around at the invading Genin to see them in different states of exhaustion and injury. Meanwhile, the woman and the man with his lover are uninjured. He growled angrily, his eyes becoming red as he tapped into the Kyuubi's chakra.
"You attack our country with so many Genin," Naruto's dark voice rumbled. "But the three Jonin stay behind to let the weakest die on their behalf. I should kill you right now."
"Maya," Akatsuchi leaned over to look at the leading Jonin around Kurotsuchi. "We were ordered to retreat if he appeared."
"That's funny, it's almost like you are telling me to fail my mission." She turned to glare at the man. "Are you a coward, Akatsuchi? Or are you a traitor?"
Naruto's body popped and snapped as it rippled as if not naturally holding his appearance. Khahrahk was growling as well, his dark whispers causing the ripples to happen more violently. "You should listen to your comrade. Leave before you piss me off more with the sight of you."
"Tch, you sound like my sister," the woman used with annoyance before her face split into a deranged grin. "I hated my sister! I'm so glad that those Kiri-nin killed her and I was able to slip away."
Naruto did not understand what she was spewing beyond what he heard overhearing Jiraiya and released Khahrahk from his sheathe. "Feed and absorb, Khahrahk."
He used the blade to block the sudden kunai attack from the woman, a dark chuckling whisper permeating the area. The invaders were immediately on edge, looking around for the other reinforcement but could not find them. The laughter seems to be coming from all around them.
Naruto shoved Maya's arm to the side and quickly slashed a shallow cut on her forearm in retaliation.
"Yes! Let me feed more!" Only Maya could hear the whisper speaking under the laughter.
"Wha- no!"
Maya grabbed her arm as she backpedalled away quickly from the blonde when she heard the dark whisper. She thought it was coming from the boy but he hadn't opened his mouth. She felt coldness on her arm suddenly and looked down to see the cut she got had begun to blacken the skin and her veins bulged as if suffering an untreated infection a few days old.
"Wh-what's happening to my arm?!" Her eyes filled with tears and she stumbled over her feet.
Kurotsuchi and Akatsuchi rushed to her, as well as a few Genin to protect their officers. The woman began whimpering as she heard more whispers threatening her and begging to feed on her. Kurotsuchi is confused although she assumes that she is affected by her lover's new sword, especially when she noticed the red glow.
"Hahaha!" Naruto laughed as his body burned to black and wrinkled as if burned from a fire.
His heart is now exposed in a clear red casing that almost seemed reminiscent of a gem of some sort but everyone instinctively knew that it was much more durable at a glance. He no longer has any eyes as they had sunk under the blackened flesh and his mouth lost its lips to expose a constant toothy grin. Above his head is a red crown gave off an almost unholy aura, almost like the instinctive dread one feels when facing an executioner.
"Khahrahk has tasted your blood and has glimpsed into your soul." Naruto raised his weapon and seemed to be giving it an appraising look. "He likes it."
"Finish her!"
Maya's eyes widened more when she heard the whisper almost shout those deranged words. "Who is speaking?!"
"I don't hear anyone," Kurotsuchi told the girl with some confusion as she tried to not look at her lover's morbid form. "Who do you hear?"
Maya raised her uninjured arm and pointed a shaking finger at the abomination that replaced the blonde Jinchuuriki. "You! Who is whispering? Who possesses you?!"
All of the Iwa Genin are on edge at the woman's shout, trying to keep their wits even as every fiver and logical thought told them to run.
"Hahaha," Naruto began laughing with a shake of his head. "He's marked you. He won't be satisfied until he's taken you."
"Who?"
"Khahrahk."
Maya's eyes widened when, as the monster said the name, a pale image of a boy similar to Naruto but with black hair and red eyes made itself known. He now stood next to the blonde with a bloodthirsty grin, eyeing her like a new toy. She screamed and tried scrambling back to safety but she gasped as she tried to use her bad arm and collapsed onto the ground.
"Naruto, stop!" Kurotsuchi now rounded on her lover who stared at Maya with a blank look. "This isn't like you!"
Naruto did not move to acknowledge her but eventually leaned his head back with a small sigh. "Do not stand between me and punishment, Kuro-chan. To sacrifice the lives of Genin to weaken your enemy is despicable."
"I know that Naru-kun," Kurotsuchi admitted with a pleading tone. "I know. But this was an order from Tsuchikage-sama."
Naruto is silent as he just stared at her but he eventually turned his head to look at the surviving patrol squad. "Are you three going to survive?"
"Yes," Kosuke answered for his team.
Naruto turned back and pointed Khahrahk at Maya. "Leave her, the rest of you may leave with the bodies of your fallen."
"Naruto-"
"That is not up for debate," Naruto looked at Kurotsuchi when she went to speak. "Take a message to your Tsuchikage. If he wants her back, he will meet the Hokage for reparations. Those are the terms to the end this."
Kurotsuchi and Akatsuchi looked at each other and nodded their heads. "We agree, then."
"What!" Maya got to her feet with a glare at the two and the Genin that did not look ready to stop anything. "Traitors! Bastards!"
She turned to escape but she gasped and blinked when she felt an eruption of pain permeate her body. She looked down to see the long blade of Khahrahk piercing her abdomen. The red aura is now black and she can hear laughter in her head.
"Hahahaha! You are his now."
Her vision darkened slowly.
But in her mind's eye, she saw it looking at her.
That demonic man.
Naruto sighed as the woman slowly fell off of Khahrahk and crumpled onto the ground. "New message for your Tsuchikage."
Naruto walked towards Kurotsuchi and stopped in front of her. She just looked up at where his eyes should be as he trailed a finger along her chin. He was glad to not see fear, but instead, her eyes showed guilt and sadness. He leaned his head on hers, the rough black skin not burning her even with being so close to the fiery crown.
"Tell him that if he does anything to disturb the peace, I will personally come to his village."
He got a nod from the girl before she kissed him, ignoring the staring from her group and the patrol team, and whispered quietly so no one heard them. "I love you, Naru-kun."
"I love you too," Naruto sighed happily before stepping away. "There's so much to talk about, a lot has happened since Wave. But we don't have time for that, sadly. I will try to come to see you soon."
Later
"Naruto!"
The blonde stopped and turned to see Jiraiya running to him while Tsunade and Shizune were lagging behind. The man stopped in front of him and breathed heavily. "What's up, perverted toad?"
"Where did you go?"
"Handled the attack you were told about and saved the patrol squad." Naruto rolled his eyes at the old man. "I'm tired and I have a new voice to keep silent in my head. I'm going to bed. We leave tomorrow."
"Ah- uh…" the man watched the blonde walk away with the last statement being said to Tsunade. "Why are we heading back so soon?"
"Because I want to go home!"
Eventually, Naruto entered his hotel room and undressed to his underwear while setting aside Khahrahk. He was about to get into bed when he noticed his balcony door open.
Groaning, he turned around and scanned his room. "I'm getting tired of being peeped on while changing. So let's do this quickly because I'm not getting dressed."
It was quiet for a while until something moved in the corner of the room. He watched as the thin, pale girl walked forward with as much calm as there was tension. Her eyes are green and her hair is an off-white colour, but the two red dots on her forehead is a signature look of only one group of people. A cousin clan of the Uzumaki from the Hamura line of the Ōtsutsuki.
"What is a Kaguya doing in my room," Naruto mused but took in the same outfit the Sound Four had. "Oh, wait, you must be Kimi Kaguya."
"Are you Naruto Uzumaki," the girl asked softly.
Naruto nodded his head before leaning back to dodge the slash at his neck. The girl now held a bone in her hand that must have been pulled from her shoulder. Her eyes are dark but unlike the violent action, she did not show such malicious intent.
"That wasn't nice, Kimi-san." Naruto pushed the girl back while enhancing his strength with chakra to make sure he gained enough distance between them to breathe. "You must have come to kill me for your master."
"No," the girl said immediately, surprising the blonde. "Orochimaru-sama does not know I am here. He would not have approved. But I'm dying either way, so if I can at least mortally wound you then that will be a death I can be satisfied with."
Naruto raised his eyebrows. "You're dying either way?"
"A sickness," the girl shrugged before pulling out another sharp bone from her body. "My last act in the service of my master is to bring you down."
"Hmm," Naruto hummed but did not move from his spot even as the girl moved to attack him.
Grabbing the girl's wrist as she closed in on him, he did not stop the bone from puncturing his side. He instead held her there, his other hand grinning the other bone and bending the wrist back. She gasped and dropped the bone, her eyes looking at him defiantly even as he held the advantage.
"If I could hold back your master two months ago, what makes you think that you can do anything to me?"
Naruto's eyes turned red as Kurama's chakra influenced his body and he held the murderous intent at bay. He did not want to kill the girl or anyone under the man's control. There were more uses in a person when alive, so long as he can get them out of the slimy snake's control
"I did not expect to do anything," the girl admitted with a frown. "The Kaguya die fighting, even against odds that they cannot hope to overcome."
"And that's why your clan is on the brink of extinction," Naruto responded back with annoyance. "There's fighting, then there's suicide. Your clan commits the latter because you can't control your bloodthirst."
Naruto pulled the girl's hand that still held the bone and allowed his wound to slowly heal as he made her drop the bone dagger. He sighed and brought the girl to his bed before pushing her down. "Lay down. Relax."
The girl did as she was told, her body now too weak and fragile from using her Shikotsumyaku. She breathed lightly as she watched the blonde move around the room, still in his boxers, and what little effeminate emotions she still had taken in his muscular body in appreciation. The wounds she caused were being healed until not even a scar marred his body.
"Stay still as I apply the seal," Naruto told her as he walked back to the bed with his seal brush and ink.
"What will you do to me?"
Naruto glanced up into her eyes before turning back to his task. "Your sickness is likely the same sickness tied to your clan's Kekkei Genkai. My clan had run into Kaguya plenty of times in the past and while we got along most of the time we just didn't see eye to eye enough to be allies. We did develop a cure for the disease that killed off the Shikotsumyaku holders a hundred or so years ago."
Naruto drew seals that originated from her heart along her body from her waist to her neck. But I'm the middle of her chest where the seal originated is an addition he added for this special case. When finished, he set aside the brush and ink before putting his hand on Kimi's chest. He began supplying a small stream of chakra, lighting the seals bit by bit until they all activated.
"This will kill off the cancerous chakra that is trying to kill you when you use your Kekkei Genkai. It will need to be reapplied in a month, of which you cannot use your abilities, but after that, you will be healthy for the rest of your life." Slowly, the seals began fading into the girl's chest. "However, I won't be letting you return to Orochimaru. You are now bound to me you see me as your master or not does not matter to me so long as you do not serve the Snake."
The girl's eyes widened as she felt something latch onto her mind as if changing how she views everything. While she knew she should see Orochimaru as her master, she is now feeling deep down disgust and anger against the Sannin. In its place is Naruto as her feelings of devotion are now centered around him.
"What did you do to me?"
"That is a service seal," Naruto said as he took his hand off and an Uzu swirl can be seen on her chest. "This will make you my servant. Until you internalise the influence it has over you to the point it is a natural feeling, it will slowly enforce greater and greater levels of artificial devotion and submission and a need to please me above all things in order to turn you into a loyal subject of my clan."
Naruto stood to his feet and walked over to a desk to write a scroll. "I will be sending you to Uzushio where you will deliver a scroll to Lord Ginrei Kuchiki. He will set you up with a room in my estate and until I get there you will answer his orders."
Kimi felt the seal activate and tingle over her chest. "Yes…master Naruto."
Two days later
"Ha, ha, oh boy."
Naruto wiped the sweat from his forehead as he lay between Zoya and Anko. Both women are laying on their sides with sweat and cum covering their bodies. The Snake Mistress was excited to have a partner in Konoha to satisfy the blonde, it also helped that they got along pretty well.
Naruto had arrived back in Konoha the day before with everyone and they were to have a meeting with the council and the Daimyo for the next Hokage. He was prepared for a lot of push from the clans and the Daimyo, especially the latter, but he won't budge from his decision. The paper is already signed and the Summit Articles are prepared in case.
"Another round," Zoya said while resting on her knees and looking at Naruto.
"I have to leave," Naruto sighed before getting up and heading to the shower.
It didn't take long to get cleaned and dressed, instead, it was the girls that tried to persuade him from leaving. He chuckled as he promised to be back but he had to handle this or the village would keep him in their clutches. He won't allow that.
"Uzumaki-san," a Cat-masked Anbu greeted as soon as Naruto left his home. "I have been sent to retrieve you to make sure you attend the council meeting today."
Naruto nodded his head. "That's alright, Cat-san, I just had to finish getting ready."
"Uh-huh," the woman said disbelievingly.
"Ah, you've been here a while then," Naruto chuckled softly but lacked embarrassment. "I apologise, Cat-san. But before we leave, did he finally propose?"
The woman is quiet as she just stared at him but Naruto caught a glimpse of her neck reddening. He grinned. "Congratulations."
The woman just grabbed his shoulder before shushining.
Naruto felt them arrive near the door to the office and blinked his eyes. "Thanks, Cat-san."
Naruto opened the door and entered, gaining the attention of the attendants.
At the head of the table is the Daimyo, a man in his forties with extravagant clothing and a ceremonial fan to hide his face. To the man's right is a samurai in full armour but without his helmet, most likely the Daimyo's guard commander.
Along the right side of the table from closest to the Daimyo and on is Hiruzen, Homura Mitokado, Koharu Utatane, the Anbu Commander, and Shibi Aburame. Along the left is Shikaku Nara, Inoichi Yamanaka, Chouza Akimichi, Hiashi Hyuuga, and Tsume Inuzuka.
"Greetings," Naruto bowed respectfully to the room and then to the Daimyo. "Daimyo-dono."
"Now that everyone is here we can start the meeting," Hiruzen started with a sigh. "I am retiring from the position of Hokage. I'm too old for this and the latest invasion has shown me that much. The meeting I've called is for that and another reason."
"Let's start with your successor first," the Daimyo instructed the Hokage. "Has your student Jiraiya finally accepted the position?"
"No, neither has my other student Tsunade," Hiruzen told the lord. "Because of that, I propose the Fourth's last surviving student, Kakashi Hatake."
"The son of the White Fang," the Daimyo hummed as if contemplating the suggestion. "Is he ready for such a position?"
"With Shikaku-san and his own set of advisors, I believe he will be, if given time, Daimyo-sama," Hiruzen answered before motioning to the Nara head. "We have gathered enough intelligence to know that Orochimaru will not try to strike the village again and neither will any other village thanks to Uzumaki-dono."
"The boy?" The Daimyo now turned his eyes to the young blonde.
"Yes, he had incapacitated and befriended Suna's Jinchuuriki as well as left a lasting impression on the leader and Jinchuuriki of Kumo." Hiruzen smiled despite the serious setting. "It is thanks to Naruto that we haven't suffered worse during the invasion, as well. He had done a lot for us during his time as a Genin of our village."
"Hm," the Daimyo said nothing as he regarded the blonde. "I will approve the transfer of leadership, my only condition is that you serve as one of Hatake-san's advisors."
"That is not possible, Daimyo-sama," Hiruzen surprised the room with a shake of his head. "I am much too tired to continue working as a shinobi. I plan to retire and spend the rest of my life somewhere quiet."
The Daimyo seemed to be subtly enraged by being denied. "Then I cannot approve of your successor."
"That is not within your power, Daimyo-dono," Naruto spoke up for the elderly man, gaining the attention and ire of the Daimyo and his commander.
"You will refer to me as 'sama' or not at all," the Daimyo demanded heatedly. "I am the lord of this country and you are my citizens and my shinobi. If I do not agree-"
"We are a military installation with autonomy whose leader is equal to you," Naruto interrupted the man. "We simply let you know what we plan to do because we are allies. Your agreement is not needed."
The samurai commander stood up and grabbed the hilt of his weapon threateningly. "Curb your tongue or you will find yourself without it."
The room is now quiet and Naruto narrowed his eyes as he gazed at the man. "And who are you to threaten the lord of another country?"
"What kind of preposterous-?"
Naruto stood up and leaned his hands on the table, his eyes staring dangerously at the two men. "I am the Prince of the Uzumaki, an ally of Konohagakure and your family for many generations. I can understand that my mother had no desire to take our clan seriously but I do and I will expect the same respect that I give you, Daimyo-dono. Do we understand?"
The Daimyo stared with a narrow gaze from behind his fan but ended up nodding his head. "We understand, Uzumaki-dono."
Naruto sat back down as the samurai commander did so as well, keeping his eye on the blonde.
Hiruzen coughed into his hand a few times, grimacing before speaking. "Kakashi will be inaugurated this evening and I will be leaving to enjoy my retirement. Until my grandson comes of age, my second son will be acting as head of the Sarutobi clan."
A few nods went around, and Naruto noticed Koharu and Homura were pretty quiet lately. But it seems he spoke too soon because it was Koharu that spoke up next.
"What else was there needing to be talked about?"
"As an important village matter, I wanted to announce this without the civilians or lower-level representatives around," Hiruzen told the room before sharing a look with Naruto. "Uzumaki-dono has resigned from active Konoha forces and will be leaving to Uzushio to take up the position as Prince, a title which has not been held since his grandfather was alive."

"What is the meaning of this?!" Everyone turned to see the Daimyo now revealing his furious face as his shout was louder than the other council members' voices. "This will not be allowed! I will not let you weaken us and open us to an invasion from the other countries!"
"This has already been decided between Hiruzen-san and I," Naruto told the man calmly. "We had signed an agreement so Konoha cannot interfere with my choice. I am an Uzumaki first and a Konoha citizen second."
"You are property of Konoha and my sovereignty," the Daimyo kept his voice hard and loud but did not shout. "That Biju belongs here."
"Wrong, he belongs to the Uzumaki," Naruto told the man. "The only reason the Kyuubi has been allowed here is due to Uzumaki ties to the village's creation and protecting it from the other villages. You have no claim to me."
The samurai commander now stood and prepared to attack Naruto. The Daimyo did not hold the man back this time and instead said, "if you try to leave then I will forcibly arrest you the moment you leave the village walls."
Naruto raised an eyebrow at the threat and sat back with a sigh. "If you threaten me with war, I can only promise that you will lose your entire line. I will eradicate you until no one of your blood can surface for your lordship. No one will dare threaten me again and I will make sure you serve as that example if you threaten me or my loved ones."
Naruto now sat forward with a dangerous glint in his eyes, a fiery red that was not the cause of Kurama's chakra. This red spoke of Hell and the infernal fires that will consume any and everything. "If you want that, then state it now and I can leave sooner than later. I give you one last chance to back out from your desire for power. Which will it be?"
The room is deathly quiet, none of the shinobi moving from their spot as Naruto stared down the Daimyo and his commander. It had been a few tense moments and Hiruzen almost expected a declaration of war before the Daimyo spoke.
"I am leaving."
Everyone silently watched as the Daimyo and his commander left the room without looking back. Once the door closed, everyone turned to Hiruzen.
"That could have gone smoother," Hiruzen sighed as he rubbed his face.
"I think it went pretty well," Naruto grinned as he cheekily responded.
"You just insulted our biggest financial backer," Koharu ground out angrily. "What will we do if he pulls back funding?"
"Tax the civilians since you are the only village among the other nations that doesn't. You rely too much on the Daimyo to function and that is your problem, not mine." Naruto shrugged as he responded to the woman's angry question.
So, to reveal where I got Zoya from this is Zoya from the Path to Nowhere mobile game. She is a cool character and the face of the game for a good reason. She leads the Legion and is very strong in the story. I like her attitude and appearance it just screams badass.
And Naruto's Shikai has been revealed. The released Shikai of Khahrahk causes and cut from the blade to inflict a type of necrosis and is unable to be healed naturally. For each strike inflicted on an enemy, they get weaker as if their strength and power are being sapped and it feeds Naruto. When he kills someone, he claims their soul and absorbs some of their power. He contains the soul in him and he could hear them similar to his connection with Kurama if he keeps such a connection open. This also prevents the soul from being resurrected by the Impure World Reincarnation.
PraetorXyn: No, this Zoya comes from a relatively new mobile game with the kind of aspects of characters that I wanted. Path to Nowhere. A trend for Konoha is that the Hokage all have connections to the First. Tobirama is Hashirama's brother, Hiruzen was trained by Tobirama, Minato was trained by Jiraiya, and Tsunade is Hashirama's granddaughter and Hiruzen's student. So, that would make Kakashi an obvious choice - especially since Danzo isn't here to muck things up - and since he is technically the strongest in the village currently it does not say much when compared to his predecessors.
BuNishi-Kun: Nothing annoys me more than people excusing how Neji treated Hinata in the Manga. He was an ass and it took someone he viewed as being unable to beat him to change his ways. No one says that Hinata needs to beat down Neji to make Hinata strong, but it is justice that we would have loved to see in canon if she had been strong enough. Hinata is willing to make the changes needed, and she states that much, but Neji is in the way and she sees him as causing more harm than help.
dbtiger63: Yup, I was toying with the idea of giving Tsunade a daughter - and whether to have Jiraiya as the father or Dan - and I settled on using the chance to bring in a different aspect of civilians, especially in Fire. Naruto is not completely done with Konoha, as there are people he still cares for, but this just means he is independent to do what he wants. It's a good step for him to travel the world and find out more of what is going on.
Guest: Okay, I should have described that more. When drugs are described in this world, it is what we as the modern day view as pharmaceuticals. The drugs we see today (heroin, cocaine, etc) is seen as performance enhancers much like how Vikings and Norse used mushrooms to enter a berserk state to fight and dull any pain they may receive. The soldier pill is, in part, and performance enhancer as well as chakra enhancer. So I'm sorry if that was a problem for you it was not intended to be that way. I assumed that since both Tsunade and Shizune are medics that the medical drugs would be more obvious what she was talking about.
