Plot: Rhodes Island, operates a sizable paramilitary task force, made up of peoples and factions from around the world willing to help. But, lately, some pretty eccentric and unique people have joined. People who seem to belong to a different world.

Arkan Bloodedge suddenly appeared a couple of years ago in Kazimierz to participate in a fighting tournament.
Arkan was a nameless nobody, without a sponsor, wearing a mask and a worn cloak, armed with a leather whip and a wooden sword.
At first, everyone laughed at him, considering him an imminent failure. Soon, the public changed their opinion when Arkan won the tournament without breaking a sweat.
In a short time, Arkan has become a living legend, a warrior who fights battle after battle, tournament after tournament, a champion who has never lost a fight, using only a wooden sword and a whip.
At his thousandth victory in a row, the final of the 23rd Major season, Arkan made a speech, a scathing critique of how Kazimierz had perverted the meaning of being a knight and how he would no longer fight as a glorified gladiator.
The most surprising part of his speech was his final declaration, he would use his full power to hunt down evil and protect the defenseless.
Shortly thereafter, Arkan Bloodedge went to Syracuse, Columbia and other countries, beginning a crusade against organized crime, providing relief during disasters and helping the infected as best he could.
Arkan Bloodedge for law enforcement is a masked vigilante, for the innocent he is a super-hero, for the people of Kazimierz he is a real knight errant.
Because of his relief efforts and fights against injustice, Arkan and Rhodes Island's paths have crossed several times.
The Followers (Shining, Nightingale, Nearl) convinced Arkan Bloodedge and his team to collaborate more actively with Rhodes Island.
After a long and complex negotiation, the Black Cabal unofficially became allied with Rhodes Island, and Arkan Bloodedge became an Operator for a strike team, as well as completing missions on his own.

To convince Arkan to do the basic medical exam it took a lot of pressure and the intervention of Kal'tsit, Warfarin, Silence, Gavial, Myrrh, Ansel, Sussurro, Folinic, to get him into the medical office.
Not to mention having to sign a confidentiality contract, promises that your medical card will be subject to the greatest possible security and make them keep the mask during the entire procedure.
Imaging tests on Arkan show clear outlines of internal organs, without dark spots or abnormal shadows. No unusual traces of Originium particles present in the circulatory system, no signs of infection, confirming that this operator is not infected.

In footage obtained during his time as a Gladiator in the arenas of Kazimierz, Arkan is shown to be a skilled fighter, with an impressive talent for the sword and whip, using the Elemental Arts as support.
Once he left Kazimierz, gathering information on his combat abilities became more difficult.
Whistleblowers had to use witness accounts and snippets of amateur video, all describing him as a superhuman warrior with abilities beyond conceivable.
The fact that he became an Operator allowed us to take a closer look at his skill set, although it's difficult to define how it works or what the precise limits of his abilities are.
Arkan has proven to be a master in the use of a diverse array of weapons and firearms, along with inhuman strength, speed, reflexes, spatial awareness, and precision that rival that of Skadi.
In circumstances of high danger, which could compromise the mission or the lives of his team, Arkan demonstrated the ability to use Ice, Fire and Lightning Arts at an extremely high level. It can be considered a living piece of heavy artillery.
To date Arkan has participated in a large and diverse number of Rhodes Island Operations in all types of environments from large cities, to desert and jungle.
Even with all the information we have gathered and the work done under the same banner, Arkan still seems to be a mystery to everyone who is not part of the Black Cabal.
For the moment it is assumed that he was an Ex-Knight of Kazimierz, later becoming a mercenary in Black Ops Operations and that he restarted his life as a masked vigilante.

In the first few months that Arkan Bloodedge is not completing missions around Rhodes Island, he has reduced social interactions to the bare minimum.

Fortunately or unfortunately, one day, Nian decided to play mahjong with Arkan, what exactly happened is a mystery.
But half the hangar was on fire, the other half was frozen, in the middle of the chaos were Arkan and Nian playing mahjong.
The next day it became common to see Arkan and Nian playing board games in the Engineering Department.
This allowed Arkan to see the work of Mayer, Magallan, Eunectes and Vulcan, piquing his scientific interest.
It turns out that Arkan Bloodedge is not only a superhuman warrior good at every aspect of warfare, but also a top-notch scientist/craftsman/artist
Since then, Arkan has spent 50% of his time in the Engineering Department as a consultant, providing invaluable technical assistance and founding groundbreaking projects.
The Members of the Engineering Department were surprised when the Famous Ice King melted, revealing an eccentric "Kuutsundere" scientist/artist with several passions and tendencies to do crazy experiments.

But for once it would have been better to let this operator remain antisocial, instead of making him interact with others. We would have fewer headaches and unreasonable requests.

Arkan being the only person in the world without a trace of Oripathy, the Medical Department, especially Warfarin, went out of their way to do further tests.
Eventually Amiya, Nightingale, and several other members of the Engineering Department convinced Arkan to allow himself to be examined. Even if getting blood samples or something else was denied.
Medical analysis has revealed a lot of puzzling stuff about Arkan's body, creating a myriad of questions and theories that have received almost no answers.
Here are the findings obtained:
His breed is undefined, displaying Draco traits, with a mix of bird, fish, and canine traits, not to mention some unique quirks.
On Arkan's head are two large, sharp horns that are capable of piercing metal, with traces standing for three more horns in the future.
Arkan has a snake's tongue, poisonous glands, a long tail of black scales, his left forearm and left leg are covered with black scales.
Arkan's right eye displays excellent night vision, typical of nocturnal birds.
Arkan can manifest bird wings on his ankles and back. The back wings belong to different sets, a left black bat wing and a right white eagle wing.
Arkan has pointed ears, with gills opening and closing on command behind the ears, a second row of retractable shark teeth.
The first row of teeth has canine fangs, along with a developed sense of smell and hearing, fingernails and toenails that become claws on command, and four retractable claws that extend from the nut.
For an unknown reason, he has no halters
On a minor note, we got confirmation that it's a male, after some awkward examination.
Apparently his testicles are located inside, and the penis is hidden behind a valve until it is needed. The parts are only visible when they are about to be used
Genetic manipulation is the main explanation for having such different racial traits.
X-rays showed signs of large, invasive artificial enhancement procedures. In addition to the unique anatomy, there are several organs that are unrecognizable to Rhodes Island medical personnel.
For example, Arkan's heart is located on the left and is connected to an organ that he calls, Bile Sac.
Another example, Arkan has a node species that grows next to your brain, Amplifier Node.
A biomechanical heart is implanted in the right side of the chest, followed by other backup biomechanical organs.
The entire skeletal ligaments are infused with an indestructible material that Arkan calls, True Adamantium.
There are other puzzles to Arkan's anatomy, such as some kind of circuit-like second nervous system, a large purple crystal embedded and fused in his chest, and what appear to be six nuclei inside his chest.
We have no idea about the viscous stuff in the blood system that seems to react badly to ultrasound.

The more we try to understand how Arkan Bloodedge works, the more questions we get and he doesn't want to cooperate.

I have at least one answer to this conundrum of biology and biotechnology.

Through careful and prolonged observation we discovered that the Originium Arts of Operator Arkan Bloodedge are not based on the Originium, they are a completely different system, with different rules and limitations.
Arkan himself in a rare moment of collaboration confessed that his Unique Arts are the result of Magic and Super-Powers.
Attempts to delve into the subject of Magic were denied by Arkan, but the subject of Super-Powers was explained in an elemental manner.
[Magic is something you are born with, explaining it to scientific people would be a waste of time. But because I'm starting to like Rhodes Island, I decided to throw you a bone.
You see I'm a Warlock and a Mutant, a pretty rare combination.
Mutants are people born with the X-Gene that activated during puberty, causing mutations and granting superhuman abilities.

But as I grew up I attracted the attention of shady people who enhanced me against my will, the results are evident in my medical records.
Even though some of the updates were made by me, after being abducted twice by aliens I decided that only I can play mad scientist with myself.

He practically became one of the Aces of Rhodes Island, but remains one of the most enigmatic, extravagant and bizarre Operators who have ever existed.

So far we have collected only fragmentary information which may be true or false, as well as forming a large number of theories.
He believes he was born in the catacombs of a cursed castle near a swamp.
He is an alleged sorcerer capable of doing magic.
He's a Mutant with the mystery Gene-X that grants him super-powers straight out of the comics.
He is a person with a certain reticence to approach the Sankta and Sarkaz.
He was undoubtedly used as a human guinea pig for various experiments to create super-soldiers.
With the information of his age and years of experience, he probably started fighting on the battlefield at the age of 15.
We know that Arkan Bloodedge before appearing in Kazimierz, lives in a port city named, Boston.
Arkan Bloodedge worked for an organization called, Chaldea. He was the Last Master or King in Black of Chaldea, he led Agents called Servants on Missions.
He says he wants to save the world and return home, perhaps recruit the Doctor as a Servant Ruler.
The rest of the information we have gathered is impossible to confirm or take seriously.
Nian's theory that he's a magical alien super-soldier who ended up stranded on our planet and is waiting for the mothership to arrive is beyond question.
The only certain thing is that Arkan is a valid element for Rhodes Island, but he must be treated with care, we don't want to lose such an Operator or send him into the hands of our enemies.
Therefore Warfarin and Closure must stop trying to recruit him into their department, attempt to seduce him or collect his fluids through absurd means.
[The most accepted theory is that Arkan Bloodedge is the son of a prestigious noble lineage, originally from an island isolated from the rest of the world. The name of this location is probably Boiling Isles.
Once signs appeared that he is a Mutant, he must have been kidnapped and used as a human guinea pig by a paramilitary organization.
Probably Sankta Caduti and Sarkaz with their tendency to work as mercenaries, were involved in his kidnapping and holding him captive.
I wouldn't be surprised if one of the scientists responsible was a vampire.
At some point, he must have been rescued from his captors, by the mysterious organization, Chaldea.
Arkan Bloodedge must later have begun working as a field agent for Chaldea, becoming an elite agent under the alias of Last Master or King in Black of Chaldea.
Then, after years of service, something must have happened, Chaldea ceased to exist or Arkan Bloodedge left Chalde due to internal conflict.
Arkan and the Black Cabal are probably rogue agents of this Chaldea, which is why they wear masks and never talk about their past.

If you are unable to choose, you should start training, you will need endurance and survival to survive in the future.
