The "hunting call" update was a success.

With this update, I also added new quests and introduced hints for an idea I kept toying with.

Quite a few players already finished the quests as they were easier but they soon discovered why. They now had weekly quest to do if they wanted to keep the blessing or not suffer the consequences of not doing them.

The rules were simple, if one forgot for the first time, he would keep hearing hounds in the background. The second time, wolves lookalike would start appearing around the user, observing them, denying them peace outside of the safe zones. Finally, if they failed three times in a row, the monsters would chase and kill them.

Still, I made an exception, or an out really. If the player managed to survive the hunt outside the safe zone for two hours OR hunt the hunters, they would be allowed to keep their blessing and reset the punishments.

It would sound too good to be true, and that's because IT IS. The next time the player would fail to do their quests, the monsters would be stronger and smarter.

Mh'ithrha update gave three new blessings. The first one I simply called "the hunt", it allowed the user to instinctively know where the prey went and follow her until the end of the hunt, be it capture or kill. The second was called "the hound", the player would call a creature looking like an unholy mix of a snake and a wolf. Said beast would follow the summoner's orders and would grow stronger as it lived. The last but not least, "blood of the beast" would allow players to be werewolves for one hour everyday. It would make them stronger and faster.

I made sure to make the weekly quests easy enough that it would not keep the player from trying to reach the rivers. After all, I needed them to reach water for the next big update.

Victor creed was feeling happy. Really happy.

When he heard of the game, he did not give a damn at first even when a friend told him to try it. But then, ordinary people began to gain powers thank to it. He was a bit surprised but in a world where a man could read minds or another could fly, a game granting you blessing was not that hard to believe.

So he tried and a few days later a massive update called the hunting call was out. For the first time in a while, he felt like the universe gave him what he wished. Without hesitation he completed the quest line, receiving the "Blood of the beast" blessing and without hesitation he accepted.

Even more exiting, the weekly quests, could be completed in real life. Somehow, someway, he KNEW what he had to hunt and the preys were always interesting.

His more feral part was satisfied and he was now contemplating if maybe the cult around the creator was worth it. Already, a legion called the "hunter legion" was recruiting. Composed of people with the same love of hunting he had with, he hoped, the same bloodlust.

He found a video of the legion master hunting with others and it seemed the more they were, stronger was the prey.
