Hiccup ran to the forest to his secret cove.

He scoffs "what does she think that I would want to be their friends after they let Snotlout and the twins beat me up and send me to Gothic's hut for no reason. She didn't even show up to my bedside. My father made an appearance in the evening. She was too busy being a member of the tribe. I'm the heir and they wanted me thrown in the sea as a baby. I don't need any of them. I'll befriend the Night Fury and find my mother and end the dragon raids."

He makes it to the cove and looks around for the Night Fury until it flew around the cove trying to get out of the hole.

The Night Fury lands on the ground and gives up.

He walks over by the lake and tries fishing for a fish.

Hiccup comments "I wonder why you can't fly again."

The Night Fury huff in disappointment.

Hiccup drew a sketch of the Night Fury.

After he finish drawing the Night Fury, he dropped his pencil inside the cove.

The Night Fury croons at him.

Hiccup comments "hi."

The Night Fury picks up the pencil and jumps up the ledge to hand him the pencil before jumping down and burns the grass to sleep.

Hiccup sighs "tomorrow, I'll bring you a fish."

He leaves and walks through the forest back to the village.

By the time he arrives at the Meade Hall, it's pouring down raining.

He walks over to the food table and grabs a plate of fish and walks past the teens table and sits alone in the next table over.

Gobber ask "where did Hiccup go wrong?"

Ruffnut comments "he showed up when no one wants him."

Tuffnut comments "he didn't get eaten."

Astrid scowls "he wasn't where he was supposed to be which he doesn't belong in dragon training."

Hiccup gets up and walks over by Tuffnut and pulls out his dagger and holds it against Tuffnut's throat and says "one more comment about you all wanting me dead and I'll slit your throat open and burn all your houses down while you all are sleep" and cuts a little as a message and slam his head on his food and says "one day your gonna need me as heir and I'll just say good luck finding one because I refuse the job. I hope the dragons burn your houses down, you spoil, ungrateful brats!"

He takes his plate and throws it at Ruffnut knocking her off her seat and leaves the Meade Hall.

Astrid calls his name but he ignores her.

Hiccup walks home and locks the doors.

He makes himself some dinner and eats it before going to bed. "they don't need me. And when they do I'll turn my back on them like they did me."

(Inside the Meade Hall)

Snotlout ask "is someone gonna explain how Hiccup just snapped like that?"

Gobber sighs "this village pushed him over his breaking point."

Astrid sighs "I never seen that side of him."

Tuffnut comments "he almost killed!"

Gobber comments "just leave Hiccup alone and don't talk bad about him again if you want to live."

In the morning, Hiccup got up and ate breakfast and made his way to the dragon arena.

Gobber setup walls to make a maze for their next dragon.

The teens arrive to see Hiccup standing off to the side.

Gobber tells the teens "today is about blind spot. Find it and hide in it."

Astrid notice dried tears on Hiccup's face, but doesn't say anything.

The teens scatter around the maze.

The twins argue in front of the Deadly Nadder.

Ruffnut ask "don't you ever bathed?"

Tuffnut push his sister around.

The Deadly Nadder tries to find them in front of her face and fires a blast at them knocking them over.

Gobber comments "blind spot good. Death spot not so much."

Hiccup tiptoe around the maze.

Snotlout and Astrid stark the Deadly Nadder.

Astrid raise her axe to attack.

Snotlout push her aside and says "stand back, babe. I got this and threw his club at the Deadly Nadder and missed.

Astrid gave him a shame look.

Snotlout complains "the sun was in my eyes, Astrid. I could move it, but I don't have the time."

Hiccup finds Fishlegs walking around the maze. Astrid climbs on top of the maze and hops to another wall as the Deadly Nadder knocks over the walls.

She yells for Hiccup to catch her as she jumps.

Hiccup turns around to catch her in shock.

Astrid's axe wedges into Hiccup's shield.

Hiccup comments "wait let me take it off."

Ruffnut comments "oh. Love on the battle field."

Tuffnut comments "she can do better than him."

Astrid swing her axe with the shield attached off Hiccup's arm into the side of the Deadly Nadder's face.

Hiccup layed there as Astrid scowls at him "is this some kind of joke. Our parent's war is about to become ours. Figure out which side your on. And Tuffnut is right. I could do better than you far as boyfriends go."

The twins laugh along with Snotlout.

Hiccup grabs Astrid's axe before she leaves and destroys it to pieces before she could stop him.

He scowls "you don't deserve this beautiful axe that I made for your ten birthday and I hate you, you little spoil brat who doesn't deserve anything I make to save your life. I fucking quit dragon training and don't expect me to be one of your suitor for your hand in marriage because the only husband for you is an ugly man who doesn't take any bath."

He walks out of the arena and leaves the village.

Gobber yells "ASTRID HOFFERSON!"

Astrid ask "what?!"

Gobber sighs "you don't know how much that boy loved you and now you just destroyed him."

Astrid ask "what do you mean by he loves me?"

Gobber sighs "he made your axe out of love. He destroyed it to kill it."

Hiccup arrives in the forest with a fish and goes to the cove to feed the Night Fury.

He toss his dagger in the lake and offers the fish.

The Night Fury opens his mouth to show gums.

Hiccup comments "toothless huh. I could have swear you had teeth."

The Night Fury grabs the fish with it's teeth.

Hiccup comments "I'll name you Toothless and now I'll work on building you a new tail fin."
