Got this idea from the TV Tropes page for 'Perchance to Dream', and I really thought it'd fit.

"Selina, does the name Catwoman ring a bell?" Bruce asked Selina, but she only looked confused.
"Catwoman?" She inquired. "Bruce, you're beginning to worry me, what's this all about?" She put a hand to his chest as she said that.
"I'm losing my mind, that's what", Bruce said with a shake of his head.
"Isn't that what I do?"
Bruce's eyes widened on hearing that voice, as he turned around to see Harvey Dent walking towards him, Grace Lamont by his side.
"Harvey, what are you doing here?" Bruce asked in confusion.
"Where else would I be, Bruce?" Harvey asked him. "Ever since I became DA again, its been hectic, but we'd a double date plan, remember?"
"I think it slipped his mind", Grace said to Harvey.
"Bruce, are you all right?" Selina asked him.
While still confused, Bruce looked between the three of them. Selina was with him, and they were about to be married.
Harvey was still fine, no half-scarred face, and he was DA again. Him and Grace were still together too.
And there was a Batman to protect Gotham City as well.
Bruce wasn't sure what was going on, but if it was real, he might be all right.
"I guess I'll find out", Bruce said, deciding to go to Dr. Leslie Thompkins.
Rest of the episode would go the same way it did in canon.
Due to Bruce's and Harvey's friendship in the show, it'd make sense if a normal Harvey who is DA and engaged to Grace would show up in the dream.
