Shigaraki was playing a video game in his corner of the bar. He was getting annoyed as he couldn't get past the boss he was on. He died again and got annoyed. He calmly set the controller down then stood up and screamed in frustration then decayed a nearby stool.
"I wish you wouldn't do that" sighed Kurogirl.
"Whatever" mumbled Shigaraki.
Shigaraki slumped back into his seat and looked at the game he had been playing and decided he didn't want to play again right now. He turned off the tv and the console. He didn't know what he what he wanted to do but he didn't want to sit here and be bored. He stood up and grabbed a hoodie planning to take a walk when he heard papers fall over. Looking down he saw the Project Reha files and snorted. Most of them were dead NPC's but they were meant to evolve, and he decided he wanted to read another file.
"Kurogiri would you like me to read you to you, I'll let you choose the file" laughed Shigaraki.
"That would be most kind young master, might I recommend file 5 as it contains the information on Otto Hans or even 4 as they should be available to join when we need them?" inquired Kurogiri.
Shigaraki thought about it, Kurogiri did make an excellent point as those two were handcrafted by his master and they would join his party when he demanded it. He checked his pocket for a coin then looked at Kurogiri.
"Head is 5, 4 is tails" said Shigaraki.
Shigaraki tossed the coin in the air and attempted to catch it without using all his fingers as he caught it in his palm then slapped it on his other hand. He uncovered his hand and found it heads up.
Project Rhea Experiment #5 Base Quirk Poison Resistance.
Upon release the Subject sought out a quirk called Iron Stomach.
Iron Stomach actually referred to all the organs on the inside of the body, excluded the skin, this caused the user to produce stronger antibodies and better resist infection.
The subject produced had a quirk called Improved Biological Resistance.
Protocol A was successful, Protocol B was successful, Protocol C was successful. It was unknown why but Subject left for Germany.
The I.B.R sought out a quirk called Hard Skin
Subject produced had skin that felt as hard as tree bark as well as the I.B.R.
Protocol A was successful, Protocol B was Successful, Protocol C successful.
Subject sought out a quirk called Consume All.
Consume All aloud the user to consume all organic and inorganic matter.
Subject produced mutated into a garbage disposal with acid blood.
Protocol A was successful, Protocol B was Successful, Protocol C successful.
Subject sought out a quirk called Retention.
Retention aloud the user to hold their liquids longer almost like a camel.
Subject produced had a quirk called Iron Camel.

Enlarge aloud the user to increase the size of a limb that contained bones.
Subject produced Quirk called Antibody.
Protocol A was successful, Protocol B was Successful, Protocol C successful.
Subject 5# was successful at neutralizing Subject 2#. It is unknown if subject has reproduced.
"How can it be unknown if the subject reproduced if the subject is supposed to record these?" asked Shigaraki.
"Not sure" said Kurogiri
"Read the bottom right corner inside of the folder"

"He must have recorded their files when they met up, interesting to note, Otto is generation 6 of project Rhea while Robert Foster and William Shay are both generation 5" mused Kurogiri.
"Maybe that's why the human vacuum didn't die, each generation is stronger than the previous but that loser hero did kill most of them" muttered Shigaraki.
Midoriya's apartment.
A laptop sitting in Inko's room suddenly went from a blank off screen to a green and red screen. A tall brown haired women with pointed fingernails appeared in the room. She took a look around then checked the room outside and found no one.
"I told you they out for the day, the mother is at work until 8:30pm and middle school doesn't let out for another 3 hours" said the computer
"Don't care, What am I looking for?" asked the women as she grabbed the computer and left Inko's room.
"We need to find any project Rhea files, any information on her quirk and her stalk notes, we need to find out if her quirk is seeking out a new partner for evolution" said the computer.
"I've been watching her for months, no one likes her enough to touch her and unless she can do that ultimate move Shay developed, her evolution stops here, besides where the hell is Foster, his fucking quirk makes him better at finding objects then my quirk does" said the women annoyed.
"He's busy" said the computer.
"He's not busy, he just wants to make sure he can influence the boogeyman and his apprentice" sneered the women.
"I would have rather have him there to be honest, one can steal quirks and the other causes things to decay" said the computer.
"You just like looking at my ass" smirked the women.
"No I..I don't..I uh I" stuttered the computer.
"Relax, I know you don't, I just wanted to play with you, you ever think about going out into the real world?" asked the women concerned.
The computer didn't say anything for a few minutes and the women had sat the computer down on the desk as she began searching the drawers.
"I think I might be agoraphobic" said the computer.
"Is that why you don't teleport to the places you send people to?" asked the women.
"No, that's just how my quirk works, I can turn my conciseness into data but not my body as I have to have a return point" explained the computer
The women nodded then began searching the bookcase were all the notebooks were stored. She looked at the titles as she set them on the ground then started tapping on the bookshelf looking for a hallow spot when she stopped and looked back at the notebooks. She picked one up and started flipping through it.
"What is it?" asked the computer.
"She's a people watcher, she's been analyzing their quirks, maybe we can find you someone who will prevent you from needing other people in the future for your evolution" said the women.
"If the old man and Henry are correct then I'm fairly certain I'm not ready to experience being born" said the computer.
"I'm fairly certain they were messing with you, although Henry tells that story a lot so he might be telling the truth, but when you become a fully digitized AI you can simply delete that from you memory banks" laughed the women.
She heard the computer snort and it made her laugh harder. She then walked over the nightstand and pulled the drawer out then lifted the nightstand to check under it. She saw a tablet and grabbed it, it wasn't currently connected to the internet and the only things on it were audio files. She put in the headphones and clicked one before chuckling and putting everything back.
"Is there anything important on there? asked the computer.
"For her yes, for us not at all" laughed the women.
"I don't understand that but I'll take your word for, did you find anything useful in her quirk books?" asked the computer.
"Not really, but that was only one out of 56!, damn that's a lot...I'm afraid to check to check the closet" said the women.
"Check the vents" said the computer.
"Good call" said the women.
She checked the vents then moved onto to the closest where there were indeed more books but not that much more. She opened all of them checking for anything that shouldn't be there when she noticed a page.
"Found a match for Otto, a woman with a quirk called Shark Mouth, she loses a tooth and another takes its place from the back of her throat and she can even rotate them, I'll let him know Oral is off the table with this one" joked the women.
"I don't know he might be biting off more than he can chew with that one" said the computer.
"God I love you, I'm so glad we are working together again, it's been a while" said the women.
"I like working with you to, I heard you and Wintherbear slept together, do you know if your pregnant yet?" asked the computer.
"Nah my quirk didn't react, so it was just a one-night stand, I only slept with him to annoy Robert who didn't want to be there unless my evolution was at hand, nah I think I'll look for something that would make my stalking quirk stronger or find a teleporter" said the women.
"We still have time, you want to look though those books, you might find someone" the computer.
"Sure why not, I'm not ready to go back yet and deal with old man drama and Shay said he never contacted or sent Izumi anything" said the women.
Takoba Municipal Beach Park
Toshinori, Sir Nighteye, Nezu and Aizawa watched a scrawny purple haired kid break down a fridge with some tools then place all the mechanical parts in a bag then left and carry the plastic pieces to one side. He then did 10 push ups and then started cleaning up small debris that had been under the fridge.
"Him?" asked Nighteye.
"Yes, he is my choice, for the last several weeks, he has been coming here every day to try and clear this beach, he brings all the spare parts to the support department for future extra credit, he applied for the hero course" explained Nezu.
Toshinori was silent as he thought about it.
"He's doing this for profit, that's not very heroic" said Toshinori.
"Says the limelight number 1 hero, how much do you make because I guarantee as a underground hero he will never see that much in his life, extra credit makes sense for someone who doesn't have a physical fighting quirk, it also gets him a cushion to fall back on if he needs it, he's smart, resourceful and a hard worker" said Aizawa.
"What is his quirk?" asked Nighteye.
Nezu gave them all a smile that sent shivers down their backs.
"His quirk is brainwashing, a quirk that would be very useful to future wielders in hostage negotiations, stopping villains before they get really started and maybe even interrogations, although I don't know the limits" explained Nezu.
"Useful, please tell me you ran a background check?" asked Nighteye.
"I did, he gets bullied a lot and lives with his grandparents, his mother died in childbirth and his father works in the Japanese embassy in America" explained Nezu.
All of them turned to Toshinori to waiting for his response as this was ultimately his decision. He smiled then puffed up and walked over to the boy. They watched as the child was star struck for a few minutes then began agreeing to what All Might was offering which was more training by him personally.
"I hope this was the right move" said Nighteye.
"It will be, I'll make sure of it" said Aizawa.
