Endeavor stormed into Nezu's office; the rodent wasn't surprised as he had seen him coming on the monitors.
"Have a seat" said Nezu.
"We have a problem!" demanded Endeavor.
Nezu stared at the hero before him and decided it would be fun to mess with him.
"I have 99 problems; I highly doubt I share one with you" stated Nezu with a smile.
"My son's quirk isn't working properly" roared Endeavor.
"Then go see a doctor or a therapist" said Nezu.
"No! his quirk is half and half, burning fire and freezing ice, but now it's been freezing fire and burning ice, something is wrong" demanded Endeavor.
"Yes, it's called frostbite, you should be really careful" said Nezu.
"I don't think you are understanding, his fire is green and encases whatever it touches in ice that absorbs heat and his ice which kind of reminds me of sunset, produces ice that rapidly melts into super-heated steam that can burn whatever it touches" demanded Endeavor.
Nezu tried not to laugh at the sun set comment. He thought about what the hero was telling him and pulled up some files.
"During the attack, the villain Shigaraki decayed Shoto's arm, so Midoriya healed him but in the process, she completely absorbed the quirk energy of the villain Sucker punch, it might be possible that she transferred an aspect of his quirk to your son" speculated Nezu.
"Can it be reversed?" asked Endeavor.
"I have no clue, I also highly doubt she knew it was possible to do this" said Nezu.
Endeavor was quite as he thought about what Nezu was saying. Endeavor stood up to leave.
"May I ask that you look into the possibility of reversing it, I will figure out a new way to help Shoto with his training as his quirk seems a little more dangerous" asked Endeavor.
"I can do that" said Nezu.
Nezu was surprised by how calm the man had been and decided to keep an eye out for lawsuits aimed at the girl.
Classroom 1A.
Shoto entered the room and noticed all his classmates staring at him. The silence was broken very quickly.
"Dude how's your arm?" asked Kaminari.
Shoto stared at him before answering.
"It functions like my old arm" said Shoto.
Shoto moved towards his desk looking for Midoriya as he wanted to talk to her, but she wasn't here yet.
"Does it move slower or faster?" asked Aoyama.
"About the same, does anyone know when Midoriya is getting here, I really need to speak to her about my quirk" said Shoto.
"Something wrong with your quirk?" asked Mina.
"Yes it's...different" said Shoto.
"Different how?" demanded Bakugo.
The door opened as Aizawa entered the room. He shook his head as everyone went silent and looked at him.
"20 seconds, you took too long now several civilians are injured, how do you save them" demanded Aizawa.
"I race them as fast as I can to the hospital" said Iida.
"How many people can you carry?" asked Aizawa.
Iida didn't respond as he was trying to think of a number that made sense. Aizawa waited then spoke.
"You decided to carry two people, you failed to account for the weight of two unknown people, you fell, they received extra injuries and die, in fact overestimating your abilities gets the others killed as well" explained Aizawa.
"I can use my quirk to make them float, that way others can carry them easily" said Ochako.
"How long can you keep that up, how far can they get before your quirk is no longer effecting them, how many objects can you lift?" asked Aizawa.
"Um 6 or 7 large objects, 25 minutes if I'm a mile away, as long as I don't go over my limits, I should be fine" said Ochako.
"Limits are my point, the hospital is 4 miles away, Iida is the only speedster here, you also need to decide who to prioritize, you have 20 injured people, you can lift 7, people will still die, and you will have to live with those deaths, sure no one will blame you but you will, if you do this job right then no matter what you will carry the names and faces of everyone you have failed" said Aizawa.
Ochako and Iida shared a look, many of their classmates were having the same somber thoughts.
"We can just take them to the closest hero who can heal" said Kaminari.
"Do any of you know first aid?" asked Aizawa.
"Izumi can heal" said Kirishima.
"She's not here, do you have any other classmates that can heal'?" asked Aizawa.
Kirishima looked around the room then shook his head.
"Healers are not very common as such they are poached by hospitals, it will be very rare to see one on an active battlefield, now Midoriya's quirk is not healing but something she was able to learn, if she were to use her healing during the sports festival or during an externship, it would not be a shock if medical agencies start sending her gifts or request forms for a school transfer" explained Aizawa.
"Sir where is Midoriya?" asked Todoroki.
"As I said before, you will not walk away from being hero without taking a life, when that happens, you are assigned mandatory therapy sessions, 2 times a week for 3 months" explained Aizawa.
"It's only a matter of time before she revels her villainous nature" sneered Bakugo.
Aizawa ignored him as he started talking about the sports festival.
Hound Dogs Office.
"Good those are reasonable reactions, so to prevent something like this from happening again, did you notice any signs that you took to much energy?" asked Hound Dog.
"He stopped struggling and screaming but that might have been to late" said Izumi.
"Did you feel anything that might have indicated you were about to go to far?" asked Hound Dog.
"I don't know, I think the quirk started fighting back when I went to far?" said Izumi.
Hound Dog didn't want to push her to hard on the subject but he didn't want people to get the wrong idea.
"Knowing that you did this, does it make you feel like a villain?" asked Hound Dog.
Hound Dog could see that she had grown visibly upset, Izumi didn't respond for a few minutes.
"I always feel that way, I've hurt so many people with my quirk" said Izumi.
"Is that why you're hesitant to be a hero?" asked Hound Dog.
"I don't want to be a villain but with how my quirk works, I can't honesty see myself as a hero" said Izumi.
"Did you ever wonder what your future could be, you applied for general studies, what were you looking for?" asked Hound Dog.
"I honestly never thought about it to much because I didn't think I had to many choices" said Izumi.
"Maybe you should think about it then, after the sports festival you will be interning with a hero, you will get a few choices on who to work with, choose someone who specializes in another field, you don't have to be a hero or a villain" said Hound Dog.
