Days Later
Brooke stared at her breakfast plate compared to Lucas's.
"You have less food then i do. Why is that.?" Brooke asked.
"You're eating for two now. No more caffeine or alcohol."
"I'm going to by milk you should drink more of that and i'm going to get tea to help with morning sickness." Lucas explained.
"Looks like you've been researching pregnancy."
"Very sweet. And i love how doting you are."
"But things aren't going to change that much." Brooke replied.
"It will. It already is. I'm following you're lead. This process is life changing for us both but you're body is being affected and changed."
"I just want to be supportive." Lucas proclaimed.
"I love you. We both do." Brooke said. Putting his hand on her stomach.
After they ate breakfast. The couple went to Brooke's OBGYN to check in about the pregnancy.
Lucas helped her onto the exam table. Holding her hand.
As the ultrasound tech spoke and explained.
What was being shown. She focused on the couple
And showcased the uterus.
"You are pregnant. It's early 7 weeks. You are having twins. Each in their own sac." The OBGYN explained.
Lucas was stunned. Twins. Was not what he expected at all. During this appointment.
Brooke felt tears well up in her eyes at the sight of their babies.
Created in pure raw love between her and Lucas.
