Chapter 2: A Tale So Grimm:
Golden Sun's POV:
We learned how my father died, but that's not all. My mother and the fairies reveal to me that I'm actually the long-lost princess Golden Sun, and my real parents are the King and Queen, and that I have a sister. A half-sister from my father's second marriage... but that's not the point. They've been lying to me all these years. Oh, and I'm also betrothed to someone who I've never even met. But that's not even the most important part. A demon wants to kill me!
"I can't believe any of this," I said.
"I know it's a lot to take in," says the Woman who is not really my Mother.
"I... I just need to lie down," I said. I then went to my room.

It's surprising to think I've been lied to, but I don't even care about that. Honestly, the demon that's after me is kind of a bigger deal to me. Besides, this does explain why I don't really look like my parents. I have to go somewhere where that demon won't find me. It will keep the others safe anyway. I snuck out and ran off.
Mythia's POV:

I ran until I found a cottage and decided to hide there. It was a strange place. There were seven little chairs and a little table built for seven. There were even seven little beds. I wonder who lived here.
Elianora's POV:
My name is Princess Elianora, and I just came back from visiting my lover, Trevrince, and his family. His parents are named Liodud and Ettaneve and they're farmers. My father's still sad because it's my sister's birthday and she doesn't even know about us. I then looked up and saw the guy who was betrothed to her. Prince Thybaut and his bodyguard, Selova.
"You think we're going to see her anytime soon?" asked Selova.
"Perhaps," says Thybaut.
Those too can be a little too friendly.
Mythia's POV:
We were captured by Ting Song. She still wants to find Golden Sun and has sent her manticore to find her. But then a falcon with golden wings stops him. Interesting.
"Ah will fin' her even if Ah hae tae tear th' entire kingdom apairt!"
