Chapter 10: The Apple:

Golden Sun's POV:

When I decided to leave Garrett, Ozizock, and Abelath, this strange woman came.

"Is thare a kinch, bairn?"

"I... I just feel that everyone would be better off without me," I said.

"Mibbie ah kin hulp."

"How?" I asked.

"Tak' a bite oot o' this apple 'n' a' yer problems wull awa wi ye."

She showed me an apple.

Ozizock's POV:

I don't care what Golden Sun said. We were too worried about her, so Abelath and I went looking for her.

"I do hope she's alright," says Abelath.

"She's got a demon after her," I said, "we gotta find her!"

Mythia's POV:

We then needed to free Tillota.

"We'll need some way to take those guards down," says Norreth.

"I think we got this," I said.

We then created a spell that distracts the guards with pretty light. The dwarves then knock them out, and we free Tillota.

"Thank you," says Tillota, "now we must find Golden Sun!"

"It might be too late," says Buttercup.

"What's with you," asks Thirumlin, "it ain't too late."

Thirumlin: This world will never be what I expected
And if I don't belong, who would have guessed it?
I will not leave alone everything that I own
To make you feel like it's not too late, it's never too late

Even if I say, "It'll be all right"
Still, I hear you say, you want to end your life
Now and again, we try to just stay alive
Maybe we'll turn it all around, 'cause it's not too late, it's never too late

No one will ever see this side reflected
And if there's something wrong, who would have guessed it?
And I have left alone everything that I own
To make you feel like it's not too late, it's never too late

Even if I say, "It'll be all right"
Still, I hear you say, you want to end your life
Now and again, we try to just stay alive
Maybe we'll turn it all around, 'cause it's not too late, it's never too late

The world we knew won't come back
The time we've lost can't get back
The life we had won't be ours again

This world will never be what I expected
And if I don't belong

Even if I say, "It'll be all right"
Still, I hear you say, you want to end your life
Now and again, we try to just stay alive
Maybe we'll turn it all around, 'cause it's not too late, it's never too late
Maybe we'll turn it all around 'cause it's not too late, it's never too late

It's not too late, it's never too late!

We then all joined hands.

Golden Sun's POV:

The old woman was still offering me an apple. I wasn't sure.

"This apple is th' answer tae everything!"

"How... how can an apple help?" I asked.

"An apple a day keeps th' doctor awa'."

I kept staring at the apple. My hand was then moving closer.

Abelath's POV:

Ozizock and I were still looking for Golden Sun.

"Why couldn't we be a two-headed dog?" asked Ozizock.

"I know," I said, "I will do what Garrett does and use my other senses!"

"You have to be trained to do that," says Ozizock.

"Oh right," I said.

"I don't even get what she sees in him, along with the fact that she's betrothed to someone else," says Ozizock.

"How could you be so coldblooded," I said.

"I'm a reptile," says Ozizock, as he sticks out his forked tongue to prove a point.

"You fool! She doesn't even know her betrothed, along with the fact that she didn't even spend some time with this betrothed! Besides, she needs someone who actually spends time with her. She needs someone to hold her. Someone to move his fingers through her hair Someone to whisper sweet nothings in her ear. Someone to look her in the eye..."

"Which he can't do," says Ozizock.

"...to hold her close and then..." I then kissed Ozizock, much to both our disgust.

Golden Sun's POV:

My hand was moving closer to the apple. I then grabbed it.

"Aye!"

I then took a bite from the apple and...

Ozizock' POV:

I was still spitting.

"I got carried away," says Abelath.

We then saw Golden Sun, lying on the ground.
