Chapter 12: Happily Ever After:
Garrett's POV:
I was faced with Ting Song. I couldn't see her, but I could tell she turned to this horse thing. She leaped at me, but using my other senses, I was able to tell and I could dodge. Ting Song then tried again, but I dodged. She then kicked me with her back legs, but I got back up.
"Ye micht as weel gie up, yer na match fur me!"
Then Mythia came in. "Garrett, this might help!" Mythia then turns my cane into a silver/iron sword. Just as Ting Song was about to attack, I stabbed her with my sword. Ting Song then started turning into something that felt like dust, and all that was left was her red pauldron with a horse head and a pair of silver spikes on the pad.

Ting Song is now dead, but this feels like a bitter-sweet victory. Golden Sun is now asleep inside her glass coffin. I then walked to her, left the lid, and kissed her as it was a goodbye kiss, but then she miraculously woke up.
Hsi Wu's POV:
I went over to Sister Ting's palace, but all I could find was her red pauldron with a horse head and a pair of silver spikes on the pad. I also found some dust, which I believed was her as well. This could mean only one thing. Sister Ting... has died. Tears of sadness were flowing down my face as I hugged my sister's pauldron, but then I remembered the spikes and got hurt by them.
I told my siblings about it, and we made a memorial for our fallen sister. I had never seen Shen Du cry, but I saw tears running down his face. I saw Tchang Zu's face and saw that he looked like he could destroy the world to avenge our sister, but that's just crazy.
Golden Sun's POV:
I went back to the kingdom and met my birth father, step-mother, and half-sister. They introduced me to my betrothed, but we both became friends as we're in love with different people and so the arranged marriage was off. I actually got to meet my sister's lover, Trevrince; he's a nice guy, and I know that he can make my sister happy.
Garrett and I were then married in a double wedding with Thybaut and Selova, and we ruled the kingdom the way my birth parents had. My adopted father's memory was honored, and the dwarves, fairies, and Ozizock and Abelath all lived with us, and all of Ting Song's minions disappeared. Finally, we can all live in peace.

And it was said that the descendants of Princess Golden Sun will have a golden sun birthmark on the middle of their back, and that line was in the Line of the Solarblind Family (Descendants of Garrett and Golden Sun) and later in the Line of the Tennyson Family starting with Max Tennyson, but I'm sure that both the ancestral and the descendants all live happily ever after.
