Later on, Sam drives his new car to the lake where the other teens hang out. The Chevy Camaro is parked in the view of the lake as the teens chill, hopefully, to get lucky and get some attention. Suddenly, Sam notices a girl he has a crush on named Mikaela is arguing with her boyfriend until the jock drives away, leaving her behind. Sam took this opportunity to make his move as he exited his car and approached his crush while playing it cool. "Uh hey, Mikaela? It's Sam. Witwicky? I hope I didn't get you stranded or anything. Are you sure? So, listen, I was wondering if I could ride you home. I mean- give you a ride home in my car, to your house," he told her pathetically.
"Well… yeah, I guess," she responded, annoyed. Mikaela steps into the Camaro and Sam drives off to her house. "I can't believe I'm here right now," she mumbled to herself.
"You can duck down if you want. I mean, it won't hurt my feelings."
"Oh no no! I didn't mean being here with you. I meant like in this situation. The same situation that I'm always in. I don't know. I have some sort of weakness for guys with hot rides."
"Really? Well uh… Wh-What do you think of my new car? It's awesome right?"
"Sure? So, are you like new this year?"
"Um no. We've been at the same school since first grade-" Suddenly, the car started to break down as Sam panicked and pulled the Camaro over. "Nononono! Oh, come on! I'm sorry! I could've sworn it was working perfectly! I swear!"
"Don't sweat it… Sam, right? Could just be the distributor cap. Let me have a look at it." Once they step out and open the hood, Mikaela begins looking at the car's engine and fixes it. "Yup. That did the trick."
"Thank you. How'd you know the whole uh distributor thing?"
"My dad was a serious grease monkey."
"Was?"
"Yeah. He kinda left."
"Sorry to hear that."
"It's fine. He… He's like a businessman. Traveling around the world and repairing rich asshole's cars."
"Hardly around that much?"
"Yeah, but I still love him." After she fixed the engine, the two resumed driving off until they arrived at Mikaela's place. "Thanks for the ride. And also for letting me talk about my dad and crap. Guess you think I'm shallow, huh?"
"Shallow? No way. I think… there's a lot more to you than meets the eye."
Finally, Mikaela stepped out and said goodnight to Sam. The teen was so thrilled that he talked to his crush and gave her a ride as he began to drive back home. Suddenly, a police siren sounded and pulled him over to the side of the road. Two officers stepped out and approached the anxious young man as he rolled down the window. "Wh-What seems to be the problem officers," the nervous teen asked them.
"Nice car you got there, kid," one of them told Sam. "First car?"
"Wh-Why yes. This is my first car, officer."
"Out here cruising? Causing trouble or speeding? Trying to uh… breaking into people's houses?"
"I…I'm sorry?"
"Sir, where were you last night," the other officer said.
"I… I was at home sleeping."
"Both cruising around in your ride?"
"What? No! I just got my car this morning."
"Steps out of the car, son."
"What?!"
"Step out of the car!"
When Sam steps out of the Camaro, they pin him against the vehicle and cuff him while the other officer reports on his talkie, "This is Officer Hernandez and Officer Smith. We apprehended the driver of the yellow Camaro from last night and we're taking him to the station asap."
Meanwhile, aboard Air Force One, the security guard went through the cargo hold as he was reporting in through his comms, "This is Samson. I'm going through the hold to get the president some ding-dongs and milk. I did not go through security training and survive West Point for this crap."
After he left, a red and black colored radio box suddenly transformed into a Decepticon mini-cassette named Frenzy. The robot enters the vents and makes his way to the plane's network station. He inserts himself into the system and hacks the national database, searching for the glasses and the discovery of a frozen unearthly corpse.
Back at the Pentagon, the group of technicians searched for whatever the enemies were planning and updates. Until an agent named Maggie Madden soon discovers a hostile agent is hacking into the mainframe of Air Force One. Her computer detected a suspicious soundwave frequency that resembled the one that attacked the military's base as the unknown hacker was stealing hidden information. "Everyone," she alerted everyone in the room. "They're hacking into Air Force One! They're planting a virus and stealing information!"
One of the military officers contacted Air Force One and alerted them about a breach in their system. "We need to shut down the system immediately," Maggie told them. "Whatever they want from us they're getting our information and uploading a virus in our system. We need to cut the hardline before they succeed!" Finally, the officers agreed to cut the server hardline to prevent the hacker from stealing any more data.
Before Frenzy was done downloading the rest of the data, the server had been cut off and the only information was the identity of Sam Witwicky. A security guard walks around the server station as he's talking to himself, "Fine fine. What is it down here that's so important to…" He's shocked to spot a robotic alien angrily slamming against the network system as the guard pulls out his pistol and begins shooting it but to no effect, causing the Decepticon to kill him with his deadly throwing discs.
Two agents went into the server room and found one of their agent's corpse. "We're in the room but we got an agent down. I repeat we got an agent down," one of them reports until Frenzy ambushed and murdered them with his discs. The Decepticon transformed into his radio mode to hide as more agents rushed in to find the intruder.
Once Air Force One landed, multiple swat armored vehicles arrived and dozens of officers swarmed inside to seek the intruder. Frenzy, on the other hand, sneaked out of the landing gear and stealthily headed to the swat vehicle that just arrived. The Decepticon enters inside as the Balkan MK6 vehicle has a Decepticon insignia, revealed to be Soundwave.
The mini cassette uploaded the data he received into his master's system for updates on their target. "Lord Megatron, Frenzy has received more information and the identity of the target," Soundwave contacted his leader. The Decepticon begins hacking through Los Angeles police systems for their target. "The target, Samuel Witwicky, is apprehended by law enforcement for suspicious activities and the well-known locations of his activities. Barricade and Shockwave's drone will move in and capture the target."
"Well done, Soundwave," the Decepticon leader responded. "I'm still searching for our fallen Decepticon brethren location. Hopefully, he still contains the map. If he doesn't, the glasses are our top priority in finding the Allspark. Find the boy and force him to surrender the glasses."
"Yes, Lord Megatron. I shall move to Barricade's location and assist him in seeking the target." Soundwave drove off and headed to Los Angeles.
At the police station, Sam is being interrogated by a police officer with his dad by his side. "So, you're telling me that you just got that car that morning huh? You didn't have it last night? Not cruising around causing trouble," the officer asked him, suspicious.
"I already told you that I got my car this morning at a dealership," Sam explained. "I swear I would never cause any trouble with anyone, especially the law."
"It's true, officer," Ron nodded. "I took my son to a dealership and bought the car for him. My son was home sleeping that night. I didn't buy him that car-hell I've never seen that car till this morning."
"In case none of you noticed, we were reported by one of our boys that an unknown convict was driving your Camaro last night and escaped us," the officer explained to them. "Until we find the culprit, we have to confiscate your car as evidence till further notice."
"What," Sam shouted, outraged. "But that's my car! I own it! You can't just take my car-"
"Back off, kid! Unless you wanna take the heat for the convict and take the charges, I suggest you stand down."
"Look, that's it," Ron said while calming his son down. "He had enough for tonight. I'm taking him home."
Once the two stepped out of the police station, a red 1977 Chevrolet Corvette C3 pulled up around a corner and spied on the father and son. "It's not fair, dad," Sam told his father. "That's my car. It chose me but they just took it from me. There could be another car out there just like and they took mine because it's similar to it. It's not fair at all."
"Look. I'm sorry, Sam. I know it's your car but what's done is done. There's nothing else we can do now. Maybe in a couple of months or so, I'll get you a new car."
"Thanks, dad. But I really like that car. For some reason… it spoke to me."
As they are leaving, the Corvette engine runs as it is about to pursue them until it receives a comms from Barricade while the police Decepticon is spotted parked at the station, "The Autobot is nearby and the law enforcement is too close. Wait until the human is alone and we will apprehend the boy." The Decepticon drone pulls back and waits until morning.
Back at the Pentagon, agent Maggie Madden tries to figure out what the unknown hacker is after. She tried to decode the transmission the government picked up but failed. The woman believed that the enemy wasn't from their world and it wasn't who they thought it might be but they ignored her. She secretly copied the transmission and left to see a hacker she knew who could help.
She arrived at a house and knocked on the door to find her friend named Glen Whitmann on the other side as he was surprised to see her. "Hi, Glen. I'm so sorry to bother you," she told him as Maggie rushed inside.
"Uh? Maggie," Glen responded confused.
"Listen, I need your help."
"No-No! This is my private area. My place of zen and peace."
"GLEN!! WHO IS IT," a woman shouted from another room.
"SHUT UP GRANDMA," he yelled before asking his friend, "What are you doing here?"
"Just give me a break, will you, please," she told him.
"GLEN," the woman yelled.
"GRANDMA DRINK YOUR PRUNE JUICE," Glen yelled at his grandmother. "Look, Maggie, I'm busy doing my own thing okay."
"Glen," Maggie told him. "What I have with me is classified information."
"How classified?"
"Like I will go to jail for the rest of my life for showing you classified l."
"Let's go to my computer," Glen smiles with excitement.
Once they entered his room, Glen's cousin was playing a dancing game while he cheered and danced with him as they were having fun. Maggie told him that they were on a deadline so the hacker had to pause the game and ask his cousin to step out for a bit. "Alright. Let's do this," he says as he goes through the singularity and decodes it, revealing countless information. "Whoa! The signal strength is through the roof. Where did you say you got this?"
"It hacked the national military air-guard frequency in less than a minute," Maggie explains.
"No way. Looks like there's a message embedded in the signal. Let me work my magic. Wait… What's Sector Seven?"
"Who's Captain Witwicky?"
Suddenly, the front door barged open and dozens of armored FBI soldiers rushed inside as Glen's cousin screamed, "COPS!! COPS!!"
The FBI searched through the house and cornered the two as the hacker shrieked in terror. The cousin panicked and ran away begging he didn't do anything wrong until one of the agents tackled him into a pool. The agents pinned and cuffed Maggie and Glen to the floor as the scared man shouted, "Get off my grandma's carpet! She doesn't like anybody on her carpet! Especially police!"
The next day after high school, Sam went through his locker to grab his stuff and was ready to head home. When he closes his locker, he's surprised to see Mikaela right next to him. "Oh! Uh-What's sup, Mikaela," he greeted her. I mean-H-Hi!"
"Ha, Sam," she greets him. "Just wanna drop by and say thanks for dropping me off last night. How have you been?"
"Well… suck."
"What happened?"
"The freakin police stole my car after they identified my car as some convict's vehicle two nights ago. I just got that car yesterday and now it's gone."
"Sorry to hear that, Sam. If it makes you feel better, you have a pretty sweet car."
"It was the best car-No my first car ever and now it's gone. I feel like I had a connection to the car as it chose me."
"Well, I guess how you feel when you get your first car."
"Well, guess I'm walking home."
"How about I give you a ride on my motorcycle?"
"You don't have to do that."
"You gave me a ride home. It's only fair if I did the same for you. Unless you feel embarrassed about being driven home by a girl?"
"Okay. Thank you! I appreciate it." He grabs his stuff and heads out with Mikaela.
Back at the police station, two rookie cops were sitting around doing nothing until one of them spoke, "You know I heard they got a Camaro here. Confiscate it from some teens. You wanna check it out?"
"Won't we get in trouble for that," the other cop asked.
"Come on! It's not like we're gonna take it out for a spin. Just wanna take some pics with it and send it to my girl. Impressing her. Only for a few seconds. Come on!"
The two went to the impound storage to see the car. When they open the door, they're shocked to see the Chevy Camaro disappear. "What the hell?! It's gone! Where the heck did it go?!"
Outside the school, Sam and Mikaela stepped out to walk towards the motorcycle. Suddenly, a police cruiser drove towards the two as its siren went off, catching their attention. "Oh my god! Are you kidding me," Sam yells, annoyed. "What else do you cops want now?!"
Suddenly, Barricade transformed into his menacing robot mode, sending fear and terror to the two teenagers. "Samuel Witwicky! Hand over the glasses," the Decepticon yelled in demand.
Then, Bumblebee suddenly appeared as he drove towards and transformed into his robot mode to kick the Decepticon away. "That's my… car," Sam said both surprised and confused.
"Where can I get one like that," Mikaela jokes.
Bumblebee motioned the two to flee. "He's buying us time. Come on, run!" The two ran towards Mikaela's motorcycle as Barricade knocked the Autobot off and attacked him. They immediately drove away while the two Cybertronians fought each other until the red Chevrolet Corvette went after the pair. "Oh crap we got another one after us!"
"How do you know it's one of them?!"
"I don't see a driver!"
"Hang on," a female voice told them as the motorcycle took control on its own and increased its speed, surprising the two.
"What was that?!"
"M-My motorcycle," Mikaela responded, confused.
Barricade was knocked to the school's football field as Bumblebee charged toward him while blasting him. The Decepticon forms two blender-blades and lashes them at the Autobot but the yellow robot manages to dodge and grabs them both then throws the menacing con away. The police robot hits the light pole and uses it to knock his opponent away as he transforms into his vehicle mode to join the chase.
The motorcycle drives faster away from the Decepticon Corvette as the bike drives through tight spaces in between cars, freaking out the two passengers. Barricade soon joins the chase as he turns on his siren, causing the cars to pull over making easy access to their target. The two cars almost close in on them until the motor vehicle turns and enters a tight alleyway, escaping the enemies.
The motorcycle drives the passengers to an abandoned factory to hide in a loading dock while Sam and Mikaela are panicking over what's going on. "Would you two please calm down and keep quiet," the mother vehicle told them. "We need to be quiet or else they'll find us."
"The motorbike can talk," Sam panicked. "This motorcycle can talk?!"
"This motorcycle can hear you. So, calm down."
"What are those things back there," Mikaela asked.
"They're after you, Sam. And they don't care if all of your bones are fractured or not."
"The motorcycle knows my name," Sam panicked again.
The motorcycle quieted them as they heard engines close by while she whispered to them, "Stay here and stay hidden. I'll try to draw them away and I'll be back for you two. No matter what, don't let them catch you."
After the pair step off and hide, the motorcycle drives off until the red Corvette transforms into its robot mode as the drone grabs and tosses the bike. As she flies into the air, the motor vehicle transforms into her robot mode and backflips until she lands on her feet, revealing herself to be Arcee. Barricade arrives and transforms into his robot mode as the two Decepticons slowly approach the Autobot while she forms her dual blasters. "Where is the human, Autobot," the robotic cop demanded.
"I'll never tell you."
"Making your last stand? Against the two of us? Pathetic. You know that you'll die alone."
Suddenly, they all heard a car horn as Bumblebee drove in to jump forward, transforming into his robot mode, and landed right next to his ally as his radio played, "So good! I got you!"
"I'm not alone now, con," Arcee smirked.
The two duos begin battling each other as Bumblebee fights Barricade in melee combat while Arcee is firing at the enemy drone. The red Decepticon tries firing at his enemy but the female Autobot keeps jumping, dodging the blasts while firing back. The yellow bot tackles the cop con through a shed and beats him up until the menacing robot kicks him off.
Sam and Mikaela watched the fight as they couldn't believe what was happening before their eyes. When the red drone kicks Arcee away, it spots the pair within the building. The two run away within the factory as the Decepticon bursts inside and hunts them down. The Corvette robot dive in and grab the teenage boy until the female bot jumps onto her enemy's back to start blasting it back while the teenage girl finds a buzzsaw.
The Decepticon manages to grab Arcee and slams her to the ground as he was about to execute her until Mikaela uses the buzzsaw to attack the robot's legs, freeing the bot. The female bot swings on a pole and kicks the Corvette con out of the building and crashes against Barricade. The two Autobots charged towards and tackled their enemies into a dark hole as clanking punches echoed until it ended with blast shots.
The two humans emerged from the building and cautiously approached the dark hole until two robotic hands surfaced to reveal Bumblebee and Arcee, winning the fight. "Yo-You two saved us," Sam says as the two bots stand in front of them. "Wh-What on earth are you two?"
"I don't think they're from Earth, Sam," Mikaela told him.
"Well, whatever you two are, you both saved our butts back there! Thanks!"
"No problem," Arcee said as she kneeled to face the two. "We're just glad we were there to save you from the Decepticons."
"Decepticons? Is that what those two are," Mikaela asked.
"Were but yes."
"And how long were you my motorcycle?"
"Mmm-Since this morning. Your vehicle is fine. Just put it in your garage." She turns towards Bumblebee and says, "Sorry for not contacting you about my arrival, Bee. Couldn't take any chances on the cons listening in on our comms." The yellow Autobot nodded.
"I hope you don't mind me asking but… why were those two chasing us," Sam asked.
Suddenly, Arcee formed her visor to pick up multiple signals in the sky. "Bee, they're here. We need to go to the rendezvous now." The two Autobots transform into their vehicle modes in front of the two. "We'll answer whatever questions you have but our friends will be here soon and we have to meet up with them."
"Friends? They're more of you coming," Sam asked.
"Yes, and we need to go now."
"Well… looks like we found our adventure."
"You really wanna go with them," Mikaela asked.
"I don't know but think about it… when we look back on this years from now, don't you wanna be able to say we had the guts to ride these vehicles?" The two smile as Sam rides in Bumblebee and Mikaela rides on Arcee while they all drive off.
Suddenly, Barricade, badly wounded, emerges from the hole and he drags the drone out as they watch the Autobots driving off. "This is Barricade," the Decepticon calls through the comms. "The Autobots have the boy. They're getting the glasses. We're going to pursue-"
"Negative," Soundwave radioed. "Enemy reinforcements are arriving soon. Fall back and wait for my arrival. Human agents are arriving in the city. Let them deal with the Autobots and focus on the target. Stay hidden until we find our opportunity to attack Samuel Witwicky."
