Chapter 2: Fallen Konoha,Return of Uzushio

-Timeskip- 4 years later-

A blond in a fishnet Shinobi garb and ANBU pants. He was 5'5 and tall with sun kissed blond long spiky hair with red tips. He's been compared so many times to the late Yondaime of Konoha. He was with a katana called the Shigure in a sheath on a pedestal. His signature weapons were the twin Kodachi Blades. He used his special blade as a last resort to fight against the enemies with a blade made by the Kyuubi.

He was annoyed out of his mind. He was getting Harassed by Iwakagure and Kumokagure, sending bunches of diplomats and journalists spies into his countries. He had sent multiple letters saying they aren't interested. He was bored and wanted them to leave Uzu no Kuni alone.

They were one of the richest nations thanks to hot springs and other businesses of the land of Tea. He knew also that he wouldn't be able to seriously convince them. They are both power hungry nations and also Kusakagure and Otokagure sent spies which were attacked and killed while sent back as scrolls with their heads in the most Uzumaki way possible. There were a number of satellite villages made for Uzushiogakure to be the center hub and thousands of Shinobi were added to the ranks thanks to it as hidden villages were with different names and Uzu had a navy as big as the Mizu no Kuni. Thousands of samurai also were made as well thanks to a new Daimyo made.

It was savage but it was the best way to get their points across. Uzu no Kuni had a large navy and thousands of ANBU in long robes and iron straw hat style hats and Kappa style ANBU masks.

There were thousands of Shinobi under his command as they were wearing battle armor that had seals to take blows of chakra and helped maintain their strength. There were Ten battalions of Jounin,specialists and other stuff. It was about Chuunin and also the Uzushiogakure academy was the best as they had their own Shinobi way. The Uzumaki clan and the rest of the clans in Uzu no Kuni were one of the strongest as they all had major chakra reserves.

A knock was heard at the door as the Uzushiokage was writing on the thousands of paperwork. "I swear I hate paperwork."

"Come in…"

A red headed female walked in and the blond looked up. "Uzushiokage-Dono…"

"Stop it with that I am only 17 I am not as old as..-"

"You finish that sentence and I'll be sure to put in more paperwork by the end of the day!"

"Sorry sorry, Akira now what is it?"

"The Kazekage has requested an audience with you and sent a team here…for a formal request."

The blond looked up. "Fine, send them in.."

Meanwhile-

In a hotel, Sabaku no Temari with Baki and a student named Matsuri were talking. "Is this a good idea?" "Yes Baki, we owe a lot towards Naruto and we aren't going to trust Konoha now that he's been banished and Danzo isn't the most trustworthy person as he's caused alliance with Oto for some reason as well as caused alliances to break with Hoshikagure no Sato and Takigakure no Sato. They don't deserve our alliance and the old Warhawk is realizing his mistake now that Konoha is broken.

Konohagakure has been broken badly since losing the Uzumaki-Namikaze heir. Thousands of villagers were now living on the streets because the economy had been broken thanks to the ended alliance with Suna,Haru no Kuni,Nami no Kuni. Iwakagure finally attacked when talks had broken down between them with Suna. There were riots after riots conducted by the rookie nine as well.

Danzo caused so many problems that he couldn't control the population even as his dream was the Hokage. Kumo Shinobi also attacked outposts thanks to Danzō spies being found as they were inexperienced as he wanted to protect Konoha when the surrender of Suna made things balanced but because he took power, other Nations were wary of the Warhawk knowing his reputation. The Daimyō of Hi no Kuni also cut all ties from Konoha.

Danzo was proclaimed the worst Hokage and the Shinobi council were asking for his resignation as they lost several members of their clans because he placed spies and threatened Iwagakure. Kumo was sending thousands to attack too and thanks to Danzō they lost Suna because he banished Uzumaki Naruto. He also lost the ally of Haru no Kuni and Nami No Kuni. There were also talks of Mizukage sending forces against him because the new Mizukage didn't want him sending spies because of their civil war and marching meant Danzo would keep their weapons and forces within Konoha. Hayashi no Kuni also mobilized their forces because of Danzo seeing as Konoha has lost their strength. Danzo didn't have enough Né because the Uzu Shinobi had savagely killed them before he knew it and the orphanage was no longer available and the orphans had been moved in the night by merchants under contract of the Namikaze clan. The Namikaze clan funding was over the orphanage and now that they banished the heir, Konoha had lost rights to it so Uzu Shinobi took control of it much to the dread of the civilian council who wanted Danzo to train more Shinobi.

-Uzushiokagure- Uzushiokage palace-

The Suna team was finally summoned to the Uzushiogakure palace. The Suna team walked in and saw something they didn't see coming, "Naruto?!"

"That's me but I was wondering what are you guys doing here?"

"We Sunakagure has asked for you to become our Allies as Mizu no Kuni is your ally so with all three of us and even kumogakure then we could make sure Konoha doesn't try anything…"

-Konoha-

"Are we sure about this and are we sure our parents will be ok with this?"

"I'm done with this place and as much as loyalty goes, the village wanted our friend to leave even though the whole public learned our truth."

"We lost some of our parents thanks to Danzo's orders and even though he tried to bolster our forces we lost so many in the last battle against iwagakure and then Kumo attacked us. What's the point of listening to him when he's only making more orphans and riots happen because he asked us to devote everything into making more weapons than on our food supplies and medical supply budget."

-Meanwhile with the senseis-

"I can't believe Gai is gone as well as Asuma….we lost because that lunatic is in charge…"

"He neglected that years ago that we needed to focus on anything but weapons and recruiting and thanks to the banishment of Naruto. We lost an alliance with multiple countries that could've helped us rebuild from the invasion and thanks to losing those treaties,Iwa took the chance to attack because it was a clear cause we wanted to build up our forces rather than rebuild. Iwa and Kumo knew of Danzo and attacked.

Meanwhile in the office-

"What are you going to do now, Lord Danzo…Uzu has taken over and has the largest influence than any nation and thanks to losing the Jinchūriki cause of the villagers. We tried it your way of getting a way to make the Jinchūriki as an asset to the village under your tutelage but, it's nothing anymore. We lost to another Iwa patrol. It was one of your inexperienced teams made by your program."

Uzu-

"So the rumors of Konoha on decline are something and no doubt if I was Danzo I would use my Uzu forces to take over the country and establish a better rule but that village has always had and always will be neglecting me…"

He turned to Baki and Temari. "I want you guys to at least help me locate my friends..and…-" He continued but stopped as he couldn't continue after all. He was stuck. That name of his one and devoted love was the only thing he didn't want to speak about.

Temari didn't know why Naruto stopped talking and then realized from her talks with shikamaru about Sakura. Naruto didn't know that Sakura-chan had become a rogue Shinobi after Tsunade returned to the village from a plea of Jiraiya to help in their war. Tsunade only wanted to help the medics but refused to help any Né operatives. After training Sakura-chan, Sakura left the village to find Naruto-Kun.

Danzo let it pass because he knew better. He barely hung on trying to swell the unrest with assassinations but knew now that it would make things worse. He kept things quiet within Konoha to not start a war until Konoha was ready but no one wanted to help him and he was gaining more Nukenin by the day. He tried hunting them but his forces were depleted with the constant attacks. Konoha still had about 100,000 Shinobi left of Jounin,Tokubetsu Jōnin and Chuunin and even some ANBU and his own Né forces but thousands were lost a day thanks to him starting a great Shinobi war. The Daimyo had cut all ties thanks to his poor leadership. Konoha had no funds. Other lands have about twice that much and it was thanks to Danzo being an expert of warfare and having good strategic ability of the Nara Head who had recently also said his clan will be leaving Konoha if Danzo continues to be Hokage.

Sakura-chan had trained under the Tsunade and then left the village to find Naruto.

-Uzu-

A pink haired chuunin was heading into the gates after being checked by female guards and then was finally heading for the Uzushiokage palace. The whole land was littered with merchants and even some clans from even Konoha as she knew her home was gone and thanks to Danzo she lost her mother and father.

After the meeting, it was time for lunch, Temari was walking to find a place to eat as Uzu was known to have the best places to eat in the world and since Konoha was slowly losing its power, no one knew that in years if Danzo was still as Hokage then Konoha would truly be destroyed by the destructive power of Iwagakure and Kumogakure.

-Otogakure-

"They are surely going through our forces plenty…"

"Lord Orochimaru, we have another batch of heads."

"That dam Uzumaki Brat actually has a bigger nation than Konoha."

At this time a raven haired man walked in and orochimaru looked at him with a sinister smile.

"Sasuke as the Otokage you should lead the sound five cause we are going to have guests soon and it will be a perfect opportunity for you to test your eyes before your heirs are born…"

"Pfft whatever, my goal is still Itachi since he escaped years ago before I can kill him…"

"Did you know who the Uzushiokage… it's Naruto…if you stay here then you'll surely get to fight him…"

Sasuke stopped thinking about it growling to himself that the dead last of the academy was a Kage now and from the rumors it was one of the largest villages that it became the sixth great Shinobi village.

"I can finally cut all my bonds and finally unlock my eyes to kill Itachi once and for all…" His chakra was so menacing that it exploded into a shockwave.

Orochimaru brushed it off as he chuckled evilly to himself as his vessel was ready and as soon as Uzu Shinobi March they would be ready.

-Uzushiogakure-

"Now to find someplace to eat…"

Sakura was walking through the village and found this is the last stop for her to look for Naruto-Kun.

"We will find him, you know…"

'We've been looking for years and finally turned rogue but mother and father were killed thanks to the forced draft of Danzo'

'They were both Former Shinobi but thanks to that experience he sent them to the front lines while he trained more forces which cause Iwa to attack us and we lost them both...'

Despite the surrender of the sand, Iwagakure and Kumogakure decided that if Danzo was Hokage he would use all the forces left in Konoha to enhance it to combat them both and destroy them. In that regard, they mobilized their forces on the border and attacked many of Konoha's forts and outposts and patrols, basically mirroring each other. They rather attack Danzo before his ambitions that were very known to the world can be realized.

Danzo however hadn't predicted it and solely depended on his reputation of his Né forces and Lord Jiraiya's spy network but as soon as Naruto was banished then he outright abandoned Konoha and kept it from Danzo and only informed the Shinobi council and not even the current Hokage per the stature as Danzo had tried to order him but he was unable to go against Jiraiya thanks to his value.

The majority of the Shinobi council agreed. Danzo used all his Né Forces to attack the major cities and villages of high ranking in the Ishi no Kuni and the Tsuchi no Kuni.

Sakura-chan continued walking and unknowingly didn't know Temari and Baki were in the village. The whole island was a mega village with some parts for crops etc. "Sakura?"

"Temari?!"

"I haven't seen you guys since we left Konoha to decline the reestablishing alliance between us and Konoha!"

"Yea I left because…the Hokage caused the death of my parents as well as others."

"Tsunade-Shisho said she's going to be leaving as soon as Jiraiya says so…."

"If you say so though you wouldn't believe whose Uzushiokage!"

-with Naruto- an hour later- Uzushiokage office

Naruto was yawning as he had teleported to a part of the palace and was greeted with a bunch of servants who bowed while also giving him an angry look about him teleporting cause it startled them.

Naruto didn't notice there was someone following him and then he let go of the presence as he honestly didn't care. He could summon his Kodachis in his hands from the palm of his gloves easily whenever he'd be in the village. Seeing as his ANBU guards didn't respond means they either were killed or the person wasn't hostile.

He yawned as he had been going nonstop and the next operation for attacking Otokagure was in preparation and he was also proposing an invasion on Konoha. He hated to do it because he didn't have a grudge but he wanted to purge Danzo and his forces that were loyal to him and use his Fuinjutsu masters to unseal the agents being subjugated against their will. There was also the matter that he wanted them to know that it was the Uzumaki clan that were pissed off and the Namikaze survivors wanted to help their new Uzushiogakure home since they treated their heir's son with neglect. Within a two month campaign he can establish a new Hokage and leave the village once and for all under Tsunade, hearing she was the better choice. He also considered Konohamaru who had become a chunin and was heading for Jounin. He planned it all with his advisors and council.

It would be using an entire battalion of a hundred thousand.

Naruto then looked up and found a henge near him as a substitute for his wall. "You can come out…I already sensed and heard you…"

"Eep!"

It was at that moment, a pink haired Kunoichi appeared and Naruto crossed his arms while his legs were in a lotus position on a pillow for his relaxing room. He looked above him and saw his ANBU with their tantos and Kodachi Blades ready using their chakra to be attached to the ceiling. There were multiple seals that were used for teleportation and even portals for easy transport to his personal private room and all over the palace for ANBU guards and the royal guards.

"Sakura…" Naruto seeing the intruder showed no emotion besides curiosity.

"Hi Naruto-Kun…"

"May I ask what you're doing here?"

"Umm well…"

Naruto could only roll his eyes in annoyance. He didn't really care for the answer and then got up. "Naruto…-kun…"

"Yea?" Naruto turned to her with some disgust but also confusion on why she was here.

"I wish to become part of your village…Danzo he…killed my parents…"

Naruto stopped when he heard that and felt sympathetic to her and sighed while considering the options. He had gotten Tsunade to be a spy as well as Jiraiya. He tried his best to help his friends and his former home village with funds as well.

"Fine but, you are on probation as I need more medics…I don't know if you're here as a spy and my council will kill me if I allow in another Konoha Shinobi without their approval. They have a deep hatred towards Konoha for-…"

"Uzushiogakure hates Konoha? I thought we…-"

"My home was abandoned during the second Great Shinobi War and I am trying to establish relations again but since Danzo became the Hokage I've lost support on the council since they hate Konoha for how they treated me…" Naruto replied with a serious look. He then took off his haori cloak and his lean body was shown through his fishnet shirt and was again oblivious to her blushing.

"Oh yea come to mama!"

'Stop it inner…'

Sakura looked away ashamed of her own past with him but she had feelings for him. However, she was afraid of his response if she confessed. She's been searching for him all this time and when temari said he was here then she knew what Kakashi meant all those years ago.

"I'll ask my assistant if she can find you an apartment but know there will be ANBU agents watching you…outside your place…"

"Akira!"

A Shinobi their age appeared and looked at Sakura. She was beautiful with a sizable bust and a kimono and a fishnet ninja garb with short shorts with long red hair and went up to Naruto wrapping her arms around him. "Hey Naruto-kun…."

Naruto sighed and pried himself off but looking around the room sensing killing intent but shrugged it off not knowing it was from Sakura-chan. "Can you help Sakura-chan find a place while I head to the hot springs and then continue working though how are our preparations?"

"It's going fine actually and can't I join you instead Naruto-kun?"

"No…"

He then disappears in a yellow flash.

Akira turned to Sakura with a look and smirked. "So you're the famous Sakura-chan…"

"Who are you?"

"I'm his assistant and don't worry… I'm in love with someone else…" The redhead then walked out of the room. "Also he's still single and whenever he talked about Konoha he mentioned a fangirl who tried to always be with his best friend."

Sakura looked down and felt more guilty. "He left the village and….-"

A large amount of killing intent was released and Sakura felt it and looked up to see a pissed off redhead which showed her hair floating above her head. She then proceeded to take a deep breath but still had a good amount of anger. "Geez so just because he's gone, you want Naruto…I won't let you live here if it means you'll just be putting Naruto-Kun as second silver metal…you are worse than Konoha and their hatred of the Kyuubi…"

"Kyuubi? But I thought Kyuubi was dead…"

Akira laughed. "Wow you didn't even know that your old teammate had the Kyuubi this whole time wow…he's been a Jinchūriki a sacrifice to hold the most deadliest tailed beast and since it wasn't a secret within the Uzumaki clan since Naruto's mother had been a Jinchūriki as well…I swear I don't know if I should let you have him…it's a S rank secret but if you are going to be part of this village I'll let you know…"

Sakura felt her world shatter. Each image of her teammate smiling cracked. Each time he looked happy with his friends only shattered and another of him jumping in joy was continuing to become like glass and cracked to shattering as glass shards of the image fell. She thought she knew him but it was all a facade.

"No I changed, I swear…"

"Yea sure…why bother coming for Naruto anyway huh? If your presence was only going to hurt him more but whatever, I doubt your feelings so very much now…"

"Why?"

"You really thought Naruto wasn't going to mature and just still have feelings for you after all these years…you are pathetic… you thought cause he helped you all the time and always praised you and asked you out that he'd easily forgive you but he's been hurting and now you wander into our village…"

Sakura fumed and didn't like her motives questioned and stomped her feet. "I don't care! I do have feelings and I can change them from being a fangirl to…-"

"Whatever…you know for sure that we girls or guys don't forget our first crushes." Akira smiled and explained.

Sakura looked out the window and wondered if Naruto would forgive her mostly and then Akira looked at her crossing her arms. "I'm only stating my opinion, Miss Haruno…he also has to go through the Clan Restoration Act. There can be other girls to go after him as well, but that doesn't mean you can't go for his heart. Our clan is small and along the refugees and other clans the clan would be happy if he has multiple wives to keep the royal line going."

Akira looked at Sakura with a smile. "I am rooting for you but,from me who's been where you are, I am glad I was saved from them thanks to Naruto and his actions. I was just saying that you need to get your head out of your proud little girl act and hope you can get through the thick headed skull of my Uzushiokage and he's going to be different than the childhood punching bag you had…"

Akira then walks away as Sakura-chan ponders her thoughts.

-in Konoha-

Multiple clans were thinking the same lines of leaving. The ones that were favored to the bandaged Hokage, who lost all respect of 40% of the clans, were trying to build up forces to serve Danzo. The civilian clans were trying to build up their armies and Shinobi that have potential to be skilled for the Né forces. Danzo had his higher ranked agents watching villagers like a hawk. As for clan homes, Konoha has become like a prison. The clans that have successfully left according to the charter of Konoha have left to the main capital of the Hi no Kuni capital and it included Yamanaka, Akimichi, Nara and some Hyuuga members. The Inuzuka and the Abarame along with a few other groups have been thinking of leaving but have been in the shadow of the other clans that have always been in high regard among the clans of Konoha so they stayed. They were still wary of Danzo so the clans were split in the middle on a decision. Jiraiya has left permanently as well. Tsunade followed, which disrupted Danzo's plans.

She needed to train more medics if his soldiers were going to be healed properly but he lost over fifty agents to rebels and Tsunade combined. The loyalists he had placed were killed by a mysterious swordsman.

A/N: This is my first attempt at a Banishment Fanfic for Uzushiokage. I love how everyone liked my other fanfic which will still be updated. This is with Danzo as Hokage. I am trying my best to stick to his warlike ways. He's pretty much started a full scale war as Shinobi are crafty so Iwa and Kumo were watching after the Sand-sound invasion.
