The Election
Grande Morevils Lair - Cavern
Lady Darcine, Telegator, and Clondurk walk out of the Cavern. They discuss about the Mysterious Phantom Thieves. "What should we do? We can't find just innocent bodies for these things. Are you sure we can trust them?" Telegator asks, not sure how he should feel about reviving the Phantom Thieves. "Look, we need those power rangers out of our way! Grande Morevil will love our bidding!" Lady Darcine says, wanting to get more reinforcements for the group. "I am also very concerned about the Phantoms," said Clondurk. Lady Darcine is angry "those power rangers must be stopped! We can't let them keep destroying our monsters! Look what Morevil is doing to us!" She says feeling annoyed by the rangers. Clondurk gets an idea "how about we learn about the Phantom Thieves. Their history of what they did in Angel Grove." Telegator scratches his head, Lady Darcine thinks about the idea. Lady Darcine walks away while thinking about the idea. Telegator whispers to Clondurk "what are you doing? We can't let her do this?" Clondurk responds, the idea will stall her from letting the Phantom Thieves go. I do not trust them either." Clondurk and Telegator agree about the idea. Lady Darcine turns around and hustles over to the duo. "Let's learn some history, but we need a distraction for the rangers" Lady Darcine says, thinking how much the idea will work.
Angel Grove Youth Center
It is election day, Zack and Mayor Stone are being elected to become Mayor. Zack smiles at the people wearing "Vote for Zack" T-Shirts. He is proud to have helped make a difference. The Power Rangers Posters are being posted all over town, even in the Youth Center. A few kids are wearing ranger colors, including the black ranger masks. Zack smiles at the kids wearing the black ranger masks, it reminds him of his old days as a power ranger. Fran hands Zack a blackberry blueberry smoothie. Zack takes it and drinks it "your new smoothies are always kicking it!" Zack says with a smile on his face.
A person with a black fedora observes the place. He looks at all of the voters showing support towards Zack Taylor. There are more Zack Taylor supporters than there are of Kyler Stone. He turns around and walks outside of the youth center.
Outside of the Angel Grove Youth Center
The person with the black fedora walks over to the limo, he taps on the window. The window rolls down, Mayor Stone looks at the person. Mayor Stone asks "How is it looking at the youth center?" he stares down at the youth center. The person with the black fedora answers "it looks like a load of people are voting for Taylor. They are all wearing shirts to support Zack," he says, looking at Mayor Stone. Mayor Stone clenches his knuckles "this is bad, we need to do something to change the voting process. But what?" he says, wondering what to do about the process. The guy with the fedora speaks "what if we try to drive the voters out of the youth center?" Mayor Stone nods at the idea "that's a good idea, we can get someone to cause some chaos to the center!" his secretary looks at the Mayor with concern. His Secretary asks "Mayor! You can't do this!" The mayor looks at his Secretary with an angry look on his face "Shelly! You are not to question my decisions! I helped save your home from being demolished! Do not make me regret that decision!" he growls at her with rage. Shelly (the mayors secretary) looks down at her notepad. She is concerned about the mayors decision, she takes out her ipad and contacts someone. Mayor Stone smirks, he thinks about the idea of disrupting the election and repeating his run as Mayor. Mayor Stone says with a snicker "Let's make the place, exciting."
Grande Morevils Lair - Base
Grande Morevil is sound asleep in his bedroom. The base is empty. Lady Darcine goes through the scanners. She looks to find some clues on the Mysterious Phantom Thieves. The scanner picks up something, Lady Darcine looks to see what the scanner has picked up. "Ah, a museum!" she smirks after she says this "perfect. We can find history on those phantoms and give them new bodies!" she is thrilled with excitement. Telegator and Clondurk look at each other. Lady Darcine turns around from the computer and looks at Telegator and Clondurk. "Guys, get me a databot!" she yells in command. Lady Darcine then turns back to the screen "we're taking a history lesson" she says eyeing at the screen.
Angel Grove Youth Center
The Five Rangers walk inside of the youth center. They are wearing their "Vote for Zack Taylor" T-shirts. Minh runs over to hug her legal guardian "I can't believe my Uncle Zack is gonna be mayor!" William, seeing the excitement within Minhs eyes, is a little unsure "Let's just see what happens. We can't jinx this'' he says, trying not to get everyone's hopes up. Austin, feeling confident, says to William "Zacks gonna be a great mayor! You worry too much!" Zack smiles at his new rangers "thanks guys, I'm glad you're all here supporting me!" he says with a smile. "Too bad we can't vote yet" said Austin, feeling down about his age being 16. "But if I were to vote, I'd put Over 9000 votes in the bin!" he says with confidence! The group laughs. "You can count on my vote too," Beverly says knowing that she is not old enough to vote. Zack is proud "thanks guys, I know you would all vote for me if you were all old enough!" Billy comes out of one of the voting booths, he smiles at the rangers. Billy, jokingly says to the five "aren't you guys a little too young to be voting" he smiles at the rangers. The rangers laugh along with the former black ranger.
Back at Grande Morevils Lair
Grande Morevils Lair - Base
An old 90's computer monitor, with a hard drive, some armored plates, and a book mark are all put inside of the machine. Telegator throws a monkeys paw inside of the machine, he then closes the shutters. Telegator presses a few buttons on the desktop, a liquid ooze drops into the tube, it flows all the way to the top. There is a "ding" sound, the ooze drains from the tube. The door opens, out comes a walking computer monitor with the paws of a monkey, it whips out its bladed bookmark with a roar. "Ready to download some data!" The databot says with a feminine librarian voice. Lady Darcine smiles, "good, good. Go to the Angel Grove Museum. Do some research on the Phantoms Thieves" she says with an evil tone. Telegator jumps into the conversation "I shall call you, Monkload!" He says with enthusiasm. Lady Darcine looks at the Gator with a dumbfounded look on her face. The databot steps in "call me Keydata [Ki-DAT-UH] cause I am the key to all of your data." Lady Darcine smiles at Keydata, Telegator is mad at the idea. "My idea was better" Telegator mutters underneath his breath.
Angel Grove Museum - Entrance
Clondurk teleports over to the entrance of the museum, he fires missiles out of his cannons, the Tux Rucks appear firing their Machine Guns as well, scaring away the people visiting the museum.
Angel Grove Museum - Foyer
Keydata teleports to the Foyer of the Museum, she gets the Tux Rucks to cause chaos using their Rods to whack at the walls and tables. They scare away the workers and people visiting the museum. Keydata looks around for the data of the Phantom Thieves. She directs the Henchmen "Find anything involving Dusk Bay, The Phantom Thieves, and the History of Angel Grove. Some of the Henchmen storm around the library looking through books, some look through the reference centers. Keydata goes into the computer section, she looks through the data, she finds the information involving the Phantom Thieves.
Camera cuts to the Youth Center
Angel Grove Youth Center
The rangers and a few other high school kids are handing out buttons and pens that say "Vote For Mayor" on them. The rangers overhear other kids talking about Stone repeating as Mayor. Austin and Sav wanna say something, but bite their tongues not wanting to start drama. Minh is looking and sees more and more people wearing "Vote for Mayor Kyler Stone!" on their shirts and hats. Minh tries to ignore the Stone Voters. Beverly is concerned with Minh, she asks her "hey Minh, are you feeling okay?" Minh looks down at the bowl filled with buttons that say "Angel Grove Election" on them, she tries to respond to Beverly. "I… I'm fine" she says, staring at the floor, not wanting to think about Stone and his hatred towards the rangers. Minh overhears two people talking about the power rangers. They discuss how disruptive they are towards the community. A few more people get involved and talk about the rangers being disruptive. One guy talks about the yellow ranger. The guy wishes that the yellow ranger would get destroyed. Minh drops her bowl and storms towards the man talking about the yellow ranger, she grabs the guy on the shoulder, spins him around and socks him in the face. Minh beats up the guy, Austin and Beverly grab her, yanking Minh off the guy who is on the ground. A small riot starts during the election. Fran tries to keep his bar under control, even the workers Cody and Sandra try to keep things under control. There are punches and beatings going on in the Youth Center.
While the rangers take away Minh from the fight she has started, their communicators go off. William gets the gang to hide inside of the storage room. They go inside and hide in the dark. Beverly turns on the light. It is only the five of them inside of the storage room. Austin answers the communicator "what's up?" Alpha 9, back at the command center, tells the rangers what is going on. "Ai yai yai, rangers there is an attack going on at the museum. The rangers are shocked to find out about this. Minh gets in front of the rangers "guys, lets do this!" she gets ready to lead the team. "Are you sure you wanna do this?" Austin ask, worried for Minh. "Yes I can!" Minh barks at Austin. She then looks at the camera, along with the other rangers. Minh yells to the camera "It's Morphin Time!

The rangers morph and teleport to the Angel Grove Museum
Angel Grove Museum - Entrance
The rangers teleport outside of the museum, they see a lot of Tux Rucks vandalizing the museum. The rangers take out their blade blasters and fire it towards the henchmen. The henchmen fall but ten more pop out. They fire their machine guns at the rangers. The rangers are blasted, they hide behind the hedge to take cover. The rangers are overpowered, but they take out their thunder slingers and attach them to their blade blasters for more fire power. More henchmen come out of the museum, they gang up and head over towards the rangers. "There's so many of them. What kind of a field trip is this?" asks Sav. "Don't know?" Austin says, feeling puzzled "but we can't let these guys destroy the museum" he draws his combined blaster. Minh directs the rangers "These things must be taken down! We'll all jump out and take them down one by one." Minh and Austin nod towards each other. The rangers jump out of their hiding place, they fire their thunder blasters towards the henchmen.
NOTE: There is no official name for the Thunder Slinger - Blade Blaster combo (at least not that I'm aware of) so I'm calling it by its UNOFFICIAL NAME The Thunder Blaster, 1. Because it is the combination of the "Thunder" Slinger and the Blade "Blaster". 2. Zyuranger used this combo more and more but Mighty Morphin never used this combo (at least not that I'm aware of). 3. (In my opinion) Thunder Slinger deserves more love and it has a cool combination.
The gang of Tux Rucks are blasted away from the Rangers Thunder Blasters. There are less and less Henchmen at the Entrance of the Museum. "I don't know what's going on here? But we must stop whatever is going on inside of the museum" said Austin, having a strange feeling about this place. "I don't know, but we must split up!" suggests Minh. Minh gets ready to direct the rangers "Austin and Beverly, you two take the 1st floor. Sav and William, you two take the outside" Minh looks towards the stairway leading to the second floor "I'll take the second floor!" They break out into pairs while Minh, being the only one, takes the second floor. She takes out her Thunder Blaster and draws it, getting ready to fire towards anything that works for Grande Morevil.
Outside of the museum, Sav and William find more Tux Rucks. Clondurk appears outside with the Footsoliders. "You Power Rangers thought you'd seen the last of me!" Clondurk says, imitating the Black and Blue Rangers. "We took you down once, we can do it again!" says Sav as he takes out his Power Axe. William fires his Thunder Blaster towards Clondurk, while Sav leaps up in the air and swings his Power Axe towards Clondurk. Clondurk is hit, taken down by the Black Ranger. "A direct hit!" Sav yells, feeling proud of himself. Clondurk gets back up, "you think that could take me down!" the figure glares with its yellow eyes.
Angel Grove Museum - Break Room
Austin and Beverly take down some of the Footsoldiers, they get knocked out by every single swing of the blade blasters in blade mode. "That is the last of them!" said Austin. Telegator teleports into the break room "I was gonna get some food, but you guys will do!" he says, getting ready to fight the Red and Pink Rangers. "I'll make sure you become my new purse!" says Beverly, drawing her power bow. The Pink Ranger fires her power bow at Telegator.
Angel Grove Museum - Hallway
Minh runs down the halls, she fires her Thunder Blaster towards every Tux Rucks she can find. She looks towards the media room. "That's gotta be the place?" Minh says to herself. She draws her Thunder Blaster, kicks the door open.
Angel Grove Museum - Media Room
Keydata downloads all of the data from the media resource room. She looks to her right to see the yellow ranger kicking the door open. "Gah, it's a power ranger!" Keydata yells with fright. Minh looks at the databot "your download is about to be canceled!" She says drawing her weapon. The Tux Rucks defend their databot. Minh fires towards them.
Cut to Outside of the Museum
Angel Grove Museum
Sav and William dodge Clondurks missiles, they jump up in the air and swing their blade blasters (in blade mode) towards the figure. Clondurk is hit, but he swings his arm towards the black and blue rangers.
Cut to the Angel Grove Museum Break Room
Angel Grove Museum - Break Room
Austin and Beverly fire their Thunder Blasters towards Telegator. Telegator swings his claws towards the Red and Pink Rangers. Austin takes out his power sword and swings it towards the Gator. Beverly draws her power bow and fires it towards Telegator. Telegator is hit, Austin grabs Telegator by the left arm and tosses him out of the window. Beverly jumps out of the window and fires her power bow towards Telegator. Austin takes out his power sword and swings it at the Gator. Telegator is feeling weak. "Alright, we got him" said Austin. Beverly nods to him. "Lets finish him off" said Austin. All of a sudden, Metallic Grant teleports in front of Telegator. Telegator is shocked, he asks the swordsman "Grant? What are you doi-" Metallic Grant cuts Telegator off. "Let me take care of the rangers" Metallic Grant says while pointing his sword towards the Red Ranger. "Seriously? You have other rangers you can take down!" Austin says, feeling annoyed by Metallic Grant. Metallic Grant ignores Austins rant and charges towards him. Austin and Grant battle each other in a swordfight. Beverly takes care of Telegator.
Cut to the Media Room
Angel Grove Museum - Media Room
Minh takes out the Tux Rucks one by one. Keydata downloads every single data of angel groves history. "Got it!" Keydata says with excitement. Minh takes out her power daggers and chucks them towards the databot. Keydata is hit, but fires her laser towards Minh. Minh dodges the laser attack and fires her blade blaster towards the databot. "Illegal downloading isn't the way to do this!" Minh says, eyeing the databot. The databot responds "Ah, yellow ranger. You'll be in for a big surprise" she fires her CDs towards the Yellow Ranger. Yellow Ranger dodges but is hit by one of them. Keydata jumps out of the window and starts swinging from the gutter to the trees like a monkey. Minh contacts the other rangers "rangers, the databot got away" she then looks at the computer that was recently used "I think she downloaded something that could possibly be used as a threat towards us"
Angel Grove Forest
Keydata swings from tree to tree, she keeps swinging until she sees Lady Darcine standing on top of a rock. Keydata jumps, does a little acrobatic flip, then lands on her feet. "The data has been downloaded" she says holding her flashdrive to Lady Darcine. Lady Darcine smiles, she takes the flashdrive and puts it into her pocket. "Good job Keydata, Grande Morevil never had a monster or bot complete a mission. You're the first" she says with a smirk.
At Mayor Stones Office
Angel Grove City Hall - Mayor Stones Office
Mayor Stone is pacing around his office, feeling flustered by the election. He is worried that he will lose. He moves around back and forth until he gets a knock on his door. A voice comes from behind the doorway "excuse me Kyler? I believe you are expecting a visitor." Mayor Stone hears this familiar voice, he knows it so well. "Ah, my old friend," Mayor Stone says with a huge grin on his face. The door opens, there is a silhouette of a person. The person speaks to Mayor Stone "I hear there is a little trouble involving a former congressman" he says. Mayor Stone responds "yes, Zack Taylor is his name. I assure you he sounds familiar to you" he says looking at the person. The silhouette clenches his fist, he knows the name way too well. Mayor Stone continues, "Well, there is a certain person you know very well. Her name is Minh Kwan. She is living with Mr. Taylor."
Angel Grove Museum
The remaining four rangers watch Metallic Grant, Telegator, and Clondurk teleport away from the museum. The four rangers feel beat, Austin steps forward towards the three "come on guys, we gotta head back to the command center." The three remaining rangers nod at Austin, they teleport back to the command center.
Cranston Technologies - Command Center
The four remaining rangers teleport to the command center. They met with Minh who is already there. Minh, feeling defeated, explains to the rangers "that databot took down some history. History about Angel Grove. But why?" William is confused, he doesn't understand the reasoning behind this "what would a computer want with Angel Grove history?" he asks himself. Sav responds "maybe Grande Morevil wanted to get a history project out of the way?" Beverly looks at Sav "Be serious Sav!" Austin responds "no, maybe Sav is right for once" Sav gets offended "Hey!" he says feeling offended. Austin continues "what if Grande Morevil is up to something? He could use the history of Angel Grove against us!"
Grande Morevils Lair - Base
Lady Darcine looks through the database about Angel Grove History. The Lady scrolls through the data, feeling bored out of her mind. She finally gets to the part where the Phantom Thieves have made their debut. Taking place in Post Angel Groves Wild West Period. "There it is, the Phantom Thieves!" Lady Darcine says, feeling excited. She reads each and every word about their debut.
The Phantom Thieves wear white masks covering their eyes. They have black capes along with black pants, boots, and hoods covering their heads. Their vests come in different color coated shades of violet, garnet (a shade of dark red), forest green, and brown. The brown leader has a different shade on his mask with feathers on it. Showing the group that the brown thief is their leader.
Taking place after the Wild West, the Phantom Thieves come from an Ancient Stone Canyon, their mission to steal from the land of Angel Grove. They take down an elderly White Stranger (who is unable to keep his groove due to his old age) and manage to steal anything valuable for themselves. Shooting up parts of the town and stealing all of the gold, jewelry, etc. While robbing Caplan's Cafe, a group of undercover policemen pop out to take down the phantom thieves, they scurry and head over to their hideout. The undercover policemen are revealed to be: Rocko, William, Abraham, and Miss Alicia.
NOTE: Rocko, William (Billy Cranstons Ancestor not William McDaniels), Abraham, and Miss Alicia are the undercover cops. After their duties as the Wild West Rangers, they were inspired to help the town of angel grove by becoming cops and undercover cops for the town.
The Sheriff of the town (who looks similar to Austin) guides the group to Dusk Bay. The Sheriff looks to see that the Phantom Thieves have entered the hole of the cave. The sheriff tosses a fireball attached to a chain. The fireball falls into the hole. Rocko, William, Abraham, and Miss Alicia all toss in the fire ball down the hole. Then the Sheriff and another ancestor who looks like Zack toss sticks of dynamite down the hole. They run away from the hole until Dusk Bay Cave explodes. The police, undercover cops, and townsfolk all celebrate the death of the phantom thieves.
Lady Darcine realizes that the part of what she discovered is where the phantom thieves have died back when they were human beings. She really wants to bring them back to have them help aid her to take down the Power Rangers.
Telegator walks in "Lady Darcine, we managed to distract the power rangers. What do you want to do now?" Lady Darcine thinks for a bit, she then answers Telegators question "have Keydata take down Angel Grove." Telegator is confused, he asks "you sure? You don't wanna waste a good bot on Angel Grove. I would've made her a general or something…." Lady Darcine lashes towards Telegator "then she can have your job!" Telegator is shocked, he says "sending Keydata down" he picks up the phone on his head and notifies her.
Angel Grove Youth Center
Zack is confident that things are going his way. He knows that Mayor Stone is threatened by his campaign. All of a sudden, the ground shakes. Outside of the Youth Center, a few Tux Rucks appear. The Henchmen vandalize the grounds of the youth center. Zack sees this outside of the window.
Cranston Technologies - Command Center
The alarm goes off, the rangers look at the big screen. The Tux Rucks appear at the front of the Youth Center. Another alarm goes off, Keydata fires her cds from her hands destroying the headlights of the park. "Ai yai yai, there's a lot of Morevils henchmen taking on Angel Grove" Alpha says, freaking out. Minh steps forward, "let's worry about that Databot!" She says. Austin also steps forward "You're Right, Minh" he says agreeing with her. "Sav, William, and I will take on the databot" Austin nods, "Beverly and I will take down the Tux Rucks!" He says. "We'll split up and take down their army!" Minh says. The rangers look at the camera, Minh yells to the camera "Back to Action!"
Angel Grove Youth Center - Entrance
The Tux Rucks knock a few things around using their rods. Red and Pink Rangers teleport to the entrance. Both rangers take out their blade blasters, switch it to blade mode and slash at the footsoldiers, knocking them down one by one.
Cut to the Park
Angel Grove City Park
Keydata fires her cds towards the playground, the swings break off. The Yellow, Black, and Blue Rangers teleport to the park. "Playtime is over" the Yellow Ranger says while locking eyes towards the databot. The yellow ranger takes out her power daggers and charges towards Keydata. While the yellow ranger charges, black ranger takes out his power axe and fires it towards the databot while the blue ranger does the same thing using his blade blaster.
The yellow ranger swings her power daggers towards the databot. The databot is hit by a few shots from the black and blue rangers but she handles the yellow ranger with ease.
Cut to the Youth Center
Angel Grove Youth Center - Entrance
More and more Tux Rucks gather to the doors of the Juice Bar. Austin and Beverly grab a few away from the door and blast them. Beverly does a few flips and turns, she hits the Henchmen with her blade blaster. After Beverly takes down the Tux Rucks, Austin is surrounded by more. He takes out his power sword and strikes them one by one but they still keep coming. All of a sudden, Zack storms out of the doors, with a rod and whacks each and every one of the henchmen. Austin and Beverly are impressed. Zack nods at the Red and Yellow Rangers. The Citizens are impressed with Zack. They clap and cheer on the Former Black Ranger. Zack keeps taking down the Henchmen. One person whispers to another, they talk about how Zack isn't afraid to take down evil.
The Red and Pink Rangers fire their Thunder Blasters towards the rest of the Henchmen, taking care of the building.
Cut to the Park
Angel Grove City Park
The Yellow Ranger locks eyes with Keydata, she whacks the computer ape with her power daggers. The ape is hit, but manages to throw a few punches towards the yellow ranger. The Yellow Ranger is hit and flies towards the black and blue rangers. The black and blue rangers stop firing and catch Minh. Minh is caught in both of the arms of Sav and William. Keydata sends out more Tux Rucks to distract the rangers. Sav and William battle the Henchmen.
Minh swings and swings at the databot. She thinks about those Stone Voters and the guy from earlier back at the juice bar. She swings and swings at the Databot, picturing that guy. The same guy who was not only talking smack about the power rangers but also the yellow ranger as well. In her rage, she thinks about how she lost her mom to a battle. Keydata is confused, she is wondering what has gotten into the yellow ranger. She tries to speak, but Minh keeps on swinging. Sav, while taking down a Tux Ruck, looks at Minh. He wants to help her, but William cannot take down all of the Footsoldiers at once. The symbol on both of her power daggers glow, they glow with the roar of a sabertooth tiger. Minhs power daggers glow, she takes one huge swing towards the databot. The databot is destroyed. Minh gets down on her knees, she feels tired after taking her rage out on the databot. The Tux Rucks are all taken down by William and Sav. Sav hustles over to Minh, he gets down to her. "Minh, are you alright?" he asks while looking towards her. Minh lunges over to Sav and hugs him, she cries on his shoulder (even with her helmet on). Sav is confused, one minute Minh is taking out her rage, but the next she is sad. Sav hugs her, while Minh buries her face on Savs shoulder. William is confused, but says nothing, he just comforts Minh.
Grande Morevils Lair - Base
Lady Darcine looks to find the Bio Suits, she thinks they are perfect for the Phantom Thieves. Telegator comes over to her, he asks "Lady Darcine, are you sure wanna go through this?" he asks feeling concerned. Lady Darcine responds "yes!" she then looks at the data recorded by her databot "we will bring back the thieves. They will be great for my armada!" she says feeling proud of herself. Telegator leaves the room.
Grande Morevils Lair - Hallway
Telegator walks over to Clondurk, he sees the being going through the data recorded by the databot herself. "We have a problem" Telegator says, feeling concerned for Lady Darcine. Clondurk nods "we must stop her" it looks down the hallway, leading to the meditation room. Telegator goes over to the mediation room, he sees Grande Morevil meditating. Grande Morevil meditates, thinking about his past. He has a strange purple aura surrounding him. The aura surrounds him, giving him energy. The energy is storing inside of the scaly gray man. Clondurk and Telegator turn around, they know they can't get their master to help them while hes mediating. Telegator gets an idea, he goes over to the prison cell.
Grande Morevils Lair - Cell
Telegator gets Clondurk to follow him, they go inside of the prison cell. Clondurk asks "what is it that we need?" Telegator responds "you'll see" he then goes over to the gate, there is a small statue inside of the cell.
A few days later.
Days go by, voting is over. The news station waits to announce who the new mayor of Angel Grove is gonna be. Things are getting tense, the voters of Kyler Stone and Zack Taylor are wondering why it is taking so long for a mayor to be elected.
Angel Grove Youth Center
The supporters of Zack Taylor gather at the juice bar. They are all wearing their "Vote for Zack Taylor swag. The place is packed with people, none of them are even getting a smoothie. They're all here to support Zack Taylor. Even Former Lt. Stone is there, standing in the corner. The juice bar is getting pretty tense. The rangers, former rangers (Zack, Billy and Rocky), and supporters of Zack are all feeling nervous, they really want someone who can keep this town clean. Someone who supports the power rangers. The TV is showing Live Coverage of City Hall. Rocky and Kelly squeeze each other's hands. Austin and Beverly do the exact same thing. Some of Kellys teammates are at the Juice Bar. The newscaster speaks, he says to everyone on TV "Your New Mayor of Angel Grove is…" there is a long pause, everyone stands there cold. Fran is shaking nervously. Zack looks at the phone, he is wondering when it is going to ring. Minh holds hands with Zack and Billy, she feels extremely nervous more than her Uncle Zack is right now.
The long pause is over, the newscaster announces who the new mayor is, he says "Kyler Stone!" The whole juice bar erupts with rage, most of the voters are disappointed. One guy kicks a chair so hard, it flies 15 ft into a wall, the person storms out of the building. Another guy asks Fran if he could have a drink with extra whisky in his. A few people leave the juice bar feeling disappointed. Zack is about to pass out. Rocky and Billy grab a chair, they get Zack to sit down. "I… I can't…. I can't believe this? I lost…." Zack says, feeling disappointed. Kelly comforts Zack "I know, this sucks. But you can't feel down…" Rocky joins in "yeah, you're the best in this campaign, you shouldn't feel down" he kneels towards his friend. Minh sits in a corner, Billy comes over to her. "Are you okay Minh?" Billy asks, feeling concerned for her. Minh is trying not to tear up, "how? How could they do this" she says, feeling sad and confused at the same time. Billy holds her hand, he looks at her "there now, Zack did a great thing" he then grabs a napkin from the table, he dries her tears with it. Minh gets upset, "then why didn't he win! This is a mistake!" she says feeling angry about the election.
While people are leaving the juice bar, the silhouette of a person comes inside of the juice bar (the same silhouette from the Mayors office), he looks around seeing all of the people being disappointed with the election. He then looks at Minh, he comes over to her.
Zack, while feeling down, looks at the person. The person looks familiar to Zack, he goes from feeling disappointed to angry. He says under his breath "no…. not him…." Rocky, Kelly, and the rangers look at the person. Rocky understands what is going on, but the rest of the group do not. Austin then squints at the person, he wonders why he looks familiar to him.
The person comes over to Minh, Billy looks at the person. Billy is scared, he looks at the person like he just saw a ghost, he backs away from the person feeling frightened. The person hovers over Minh, the first two words he says to her is "Hello, Minh". Minh looks up towards the figure, she goes from feeling disappointed to frightened. She stares at the person, feeling speechless. She struggles to say a word towards the person, the first word she finally spits out is "Father?"
