Runaway Minh Part 2
College Dorm
Minh wakes up, she has a huge pain in her head. She tries to open up her eyes, wanting to pass out. Her head is pounding with pain, she moans feeling like she got her head hit with a sledgehammer. As she lays up and steps out of the left side of the bed, she looks in the mirror and shrieks for a bit. Minh is naked, she covers herself with a blanket. She looks around wondering where she is. There are piles of dirty clothes all over the room, a few textbooks near the closet, and a sign that says Kansas City University on top of the dresser. There is a trash can next to the bed she was sleeping at, it looks washed-out. Minh lies back in bed, wondering what to do. She feels worried, wondering what she did last night. A girl walks into the room, she sees that Minh is awake. "Take it easy, you've had a lot to drink last night" the girl says to Minh. Minh is speechless, she doesn't know what to say or ask. She is frightened and confused. A guy wearing a yellow shirt, with the sleeves cut off, walks into the room, he looks at Minh with a worried look on his face, he asks "is everything okay in here?" The girl nods, "Yes TL. She's just confused." TL sighs with relief "you had us worried" he says, carrying a bottled water and some ibuprofen. He goes over to the girls "Terri, thank you for letting her sleep in your bed" Terri smiles, she wanted Minh to feel safe after a crazy night out. "You had quite the night" she says to Minh. Minh spits out the first words she can ask "where are my clothes?" She asks, wondering why she is nude. Terri answers, "different parts of campus" you were blacked out when we found you." TL follows up "we recognized you from the bar, you were wasted. We had to take you back to our place for safety" TL says, trying to make Minh feel calm. "TL gave you his jacket. He didn't want you to freeze or feel exposed" Terri says to her while pointing at the jacket hung up on the side of the bed. Minh looks at the jacket, she grabs it, looking at the varsity letterman jacket that was hung up on the top of the bed. The jacket is black with the letters W.T.I. on it. "That's my high school jacket," TL says to her. Minh sighs, but has no idea how she got here. Another girl comes into the room (she has red curly hair) "I see sleeping beauty has woken up" she says with a smile. TL responds "yea, she has been out drinking tonight" he says while looking at her. "I didn't want you getting kicked out for streaking. That's what happened to me at my last college" TL says to Minh. "Ginger, Terri, Kris, and I all took you back to safety. We didn't want you in trouble." Minh calms down and relaxes. "Here, you can have some of my clothes. Kris has your clothes in the wash" Terri says, giving her some of her clothes for Minh to wear. Minh nods, feeling surprised that she has people looking out for her. The girls and TL leave the room so Minh can get dressed. TL says one more thing before he closes the door "we're glad you're safe. We didn't need someone like you to feel harmed" he says this with a smile. Minh, smiles at TL. She feels safe and sound with strangers that she has never even met before. After the door closes, Minh looks at the jacket, she sniffs the jacket checking out TLs scent. His jacket smells like watermelon. She looks around at Terris room. Terri has a few pictures of herself and friends from home. Minh continues to look at TLs jacket, she holds it for a bit and smiles, she never had someone care for her like this.
Downtown Angel Grove
Zack walks down the streets, he is sick with worry. He looks like an absolute wreck, feeling upset that his daughter is missing.
NOTE: I know Minh isn't Zacks biological daughter, but she is like a daughter to him. Zack has known her since she was a baby. Zack and Billy are both like Fathers to Minh.
Zack looks around, wondering where Minh could have hung out. The citizens look at Zack like he is crazy. They think Zack is looking like a wreck due to his political loss. Zack ignores the citizens staring at him. All Zack could think about is Minh, he loves her so much, he doesn't know what to do. He looks at a bar, it is packed with people. He thinks to himself "Mayor Stone would make the bars open at this hour" looking at the clock seeing that it is 10 am. He walks into the bar, knowing that he needs to take a break from finding Minh, he goes inside to grab a drink.
Sea Monkey Tavern
Zack walks inside of the bar, he goes over to the counter. As he sits on top of the stool, he rests his head on the counter, trying to forget about his problems. He thinks about how much of a failure he is as a guardian, feeling like a failure to the town, his rangers, and Trini. Zack feels that he wants to give up on life, he orders a blue moon. The bartender hands Zack a beer. The bartender says to him "on the house" Zack looks up, he sees that the bartender is one of his supporters. Zack takes a hard chug at the bottle. The bartender says to him "woah, take it easy. You're gonna get sick chugging all of that." Zack slams the bottle down, he doesn't care about what the bartender says to him. He gives the bartender a nasty stare, the bartender walks away from Zack and helps another customer. After chugging another beer, he stares at the TV screen. It is Mayor Stone talking about the improvements of the town. The bartender says to him "those taxes are getting higher and higher." Zack ignores him, he questions himself about why he lost to Kyler Stone. A woman sits a few feet away from Zack, she looks at him wondering what his problem is? She asks the bartender "I would like to buy him another blue moon" the bartender nods. He hands Zack another blue moon. Zack looks at the bartender. He wonders why there is another cold blue moon sitting in front of him? The bartender says to him "that lady bought you another drink" Zack looks over to see that it is Shelly, the Mayor's Secretary. Shelly is wearing her regular clothes. She is on her day off. Zack looks at her, feeling confused.
Shelly looks at Zack, she goes from one stool to another. She is sitting next to Zack. Zack is confused, he asks "what do you want?" Shelly looks at Zack, she says to him "Mayor Stone isn't what he thinks he is" she says looking at him. Zack says, "What? That he has more power than he usually has…." he stares at his beer bottle. Shelly says to him, "no, he is a fraud!"
Grande Morevils Lair - Base
Grande Morevil walks into the base, he has a wooden cane to help support his injured leg. "Boss, you look well!" Telegator says to him. Grande Morevil glares at Telegator. "Those power rangers! They destroyed my leg!" He says, looking down at his injured leg. "Boss, it's only a sprain, no need to get dramatic" Telegator says to him. "Where is Lady Darcine?!" Grande Morevil screams out loud. Lady Darcine hustles into base "my master, how are you?" she says to him. Grande Morevil growls at her "why are you being so isolated? You're turning into Metallic Grant!" he yells at her. Lady Darcine thinks of something to cover up, she struggles. "I asked her to help me find something for a monster!" Telegator says to him. Lady Darcine plays along with the gator "Right!" she looks around for something, she grabs a fish right out of the stream "this fish!" she says, holding the scaly flounder in her hand. "I have a dead bird in the lab, want me to use that for the monster?" he asks his master. Grande Morevil turns around, he says to them "just use those to attack the rangers or something…." he says, feeling fed up about his group, going back to his room.
Grande Morevil leaves the base. Lady Darcine asks Telegator "why do you have a dead bird in the lab?" Telegator responds, "for lunch!"
Cranston Technologies - Command Center
William and Billy scan, they do not see any trace of Minh anywhere. "It's like she isn't even in the state at all" William says, feeling flustered. Billy also checks the whereabouts. "It's like she turned off her location system just to make herself unfound by any of us" Billy says, feeling confused. William thinks for a second "wait, Minh is taking a computer class this year?" Billy wonders what William is getting at? "Yes, I made her sign up so she can learn to help out around the command center" Billy says to William. Both Current and Former Blue Rangers realize what Minh has done. "Of course! Minh has learned to turn off her own location!" They both say it at the same time. "She must've hacked her morpher just to keep her own location turned off" William says, feeling like he just solved a mystery. "Of course, I wanted her to get into the computer systems just in case I have any issues with the command center" Billy says, then he follows up with another sentence "I just didn't think hacking would come in handy for her." William says "we gotta come up with a way to turn on her location. But how?" William goes over to the database. He sees the locations of the Red, Blue, Black, and Pink Rangers. The screen shows six power coins, four of them are shown as "Active" while Yellow isn't shown to be active even without being morphed. He looks at another power coin that is unfamiliar to him. William squints at the screen, observing the coin "What is that symbol?" he asks while looking at the coin with a symbol resembling a three-toed dragon's footprint. Billy responds "oh, that's the green ranger power coin." William is confused, it shows that it is inactive. "Why isn't that being used?" William asks, feeling confused. "I don't know, lately the green power coin hasn't been used in so long?" Billy says observing the green power coin. "I hadn't seen it getting used since Robo Rita came out" Billy thinks while looking at all of the power coins, counting the three cloned power coins. He looks at Aisha's cloned power coin and comes up with an idea. Billy, turns on another screen, presses a few buttons on the keyboard, and makes a call to SPA (Space Patrol Alpha).
College Dorm - Bedroom
Minh is dressed in gray sweatpants and a white t-shirt. She looks in the mirror feeling hungover. Minh wonders what happened last night? She puts on the jacket that TL wore. She wears it and pretends that she is a powerful jock, flexing her muscles in it. TL looks through the crack of the open doorway, he giggles quietly at Minh. TL knocks on the door, Minh is startled. TL smiles at Minh for dancing around in his jacket. Minh is embarrassed by what she has done. TL says to her "there's some food prepared for you." Minh tries to speak, she squeaks "okay" feeling a little embarrassed for dancing around his TLs jacket. TL says to her, "looks better on you than me" he walks away and goes downstairs.
College Dorm - Living Room
Minh goes downstairs, feeling slightly embarrassed. She carries the jacket in her right hand. She looks to see that the girls and TL are all having a late breakfast. TL grabs a plate for Minh, "here, you need this. You need to be cured for your hangover" he gives her scrambled eggs and toast. Minh sits in the living room with the girls. "TL makes the best food!" Terri says. "You're lucky to have us here" Ginger says with a smile. "So what year are you in? And what's your major?" Kris asks curiously. Minh doesn't know what to say, until a guy bursts into the house. "Yo ladies, what is up! Had a radical night at the bars!" he says this while stealing TLs toast. He then looks at Minh "oh shit, you're the streaker! You're the night of the life! You ripped all of your clothes off and ran like a tiger. You even grabbed a branch with your bare teeth and ran off on all fours! You're the killer!" he says to Minh, with a bad surfer impression, feeling hyped up. Minh puts her head down in embarrassment. Terri gets mad at the guy "Randal, this is why I rejected you in high school!" Randal shrugs, wondering what he did wrong. "Don't worry about Randal, he doesn't know what a filter is, even if it bit him in the ass" Terri says to Minh, apologizing for Randal. All of the other girls laugh at Terri for Randals stupidity. TL sits next to Minh, she feels comfortable sitting next to him.
Kansas City University Campus
TL and Minh walk all over campus. Minh smiles at TL feeling that she can talk to him. "Sorry about Randall, he's not so good in the head" TL says, feeling sorry for his bud. Minh asks "why do you even talk to that guy anyway?" TL responds, "he's been my roommate since last year. I started here last year as a sophomore, because you know." Minh giggles at TL, "I understand, you just didn't have anyone to help you out" Minh says to TL. TL responds, "it was under a dare. I was a stupid freshman at the time. I streaked across campus and got run over by a golf cart." Minhs jaw drops when she hears this "golf cart?" she asks with a shock. TL nods "yes, but unfortunately, it was driven by campus police." Minh laughs at the whole thing, TL frowns but laughs a little bit. Minh then feels bad for TL, she asks "where was your last college?" Feeling curious about TL. TL responds "Midlakes University, would've been a full ride if I didn't streak across campus." He says, putting his head down. Minh drops her jaw with excitement, she says "No way, that's two hours away from me!" TL looks at her, feeling surprised, he says, "Oh my god. No way?" He says feeling excited. "Yes, I'm from Angel Grove" Minh says to him. TL drops his jaw "No Way? My Mom is from there! She spent her senior year at Angel Grove High." Minh gets excited "No way, my Mom went there before she went to Prep School." Minh realizes that she is still a high school student, she comes up with a little white lie. "I even well, went to Angel Grove High…." Minh says, realizing that she has had a bit of trouble there the other day. TL knows there is something up with Minh. "You feeling okay?" TL asks, wondering what she is thinking about. Minh struggles to say something, she doesn't know what to say to TL. She finally says something "i-it's, it's just, I am not a student here….." she finally says this, telling part of the truth. TL is surprised "oh, I thought you were, you look so new I thought you were a Freshman." Minh says a few more "no, I am not. I ran away from home, I had some troubles going on with family" Minh says, confessing to TL. TL realizes that Minh is a runaway. "That would explain the night at the bar," he puts two and two together. Minh nods, "I don't even drink, I did it to forget my problems." Minh tears up as she says this "I shouldn't even be here" she starts to cry. TL hugs her, comforting her. "You can't run away from all of your problems. It'll get you into more trouble. You gotta take care of them. Even if it does hurt others." TL thinks about his own personal issues "I used to be so rebellious when I was a teenager. I've been doing all of the wrong things, stealing money, doing drugs, and trashing the school" he thinks about his problems."My mom threatened to kick me out of the house, so I ran away. I ran almost heading south to the borderline of Mexico. I tried to go, but my gut told me no. I turned around and went back home." Minh is surprised to hear this come from TL. "You really did change, you helped yourself and managed to take care of your habits. You've made mistakes and fixed them, you even got yourself back into college. You are this big of a turnaround" Minh says, being supportive towards her new friend. TL smiles at her, he says "one time, when I was drugged out, all of my friends ditched me and let me lie there on the ground. I was taken in by the cops, my mom freaked on me. She told me that she and her friends would never do that." TL then looks at Minh "when I saw you out there on campus, I didn't want you falling in the same level I was, I helped you. You deserve a good life." Minh smiles at TL, they both look into each other's soul, staring eye to eye. They kiss, feeling that they are levitating up in the air, they feel like angels flying into the sky. Minh and TL stare at each other, gazing with a smile, they are about to kiss again until a girl screams from a few feet from them. "Tommy Lee? How dare you!" the girl storms over to TL. TL awkwardly stutters, he doesn't know what to say. Minh looks at TL with disgust. "Minh, I can explain…." TL says, trying to come up with a few words. The girl slaps TL "we're through!" she storms off. TL tries to talk to her "Kerry, please?" he says towards her. Minh runs away.
Minh runs towards the deep part of campus. She is about to cry, she thought she found someone who can care for her. Feeling betrayed, she takes off the jacket lent by TL and tosses it, revealing her gray tank top. She holds herself into a ball, thinking about the depressing life she is living. Her father coming back, Zack being the cause of her parents divorce, her mothers loss, and TL being a traitor. She flashbacks to her early childhood, remembering her parents fighting, yelling at each other. She remembers the drawings that she did as a child, herself being held in a corner by a dark scary monster. Then a Tiger jumping in and scaring that monster away from her. She wonders all about what her life could be as a runaway.
Moments later, she hears a familiar voice call out to her. It is TL, he wonders what Minh ran off too. TL yells "Minh, I'm sorry! I can explain this!" Minh slowly comes out of her hiding spot. TL looks to see that Minh is saddened by his betrayal. TL goes over to her, only to be slapped by her instead. "Who is she?!" Minh yells to him. "Who is this? Your girlfriend!" Minh screams to him. TL tries to explain "Minh, she broke up with me-" Minh cuts him off, "it doesn't seem like it!" she says, staring at him. "Look, I thought she did-" TL tries to explain, but is cut off by Minh again "but you cheated on her!" Minh says with an evil stare. "Let me finish!" TL yells, annoyed by Minh cutting him off. Minh wants to scream at him. TL explains anyway "she cheated on me, so we broke up!" Minh doesn't believe him.
All of a sudden a few Tux Rucks appear out on campus. Minh and TL are surrounded by the Tux Rucks, Minh goes into fight mode, she kicks and knocks over a few of the Footsoldiers. TL joins in on her, he does a few boxing tricks himself. TL goes from boxing to Kung Fu. Minh and TL knock down a few of the henchmen. They disappear, TL questions the attack "shit, these things usually appear somewhere near or around my home area, not here in Missouri?" Minh thinks about why the Tux Rucks are here. She then realizes that her morpher is somewhere on campus. She scurries around leaving TL behind, she goes around wondering where her morpher went. She finally sees a glow coming from a bush. She looks inside the bushes and finds something familiar, she takes out her morpher. TL stands behind her, he then says "is that what I think it is?" Minh is startled, she turns around to see TL standing behind her. TL looks at Minhs hand, Minh goes pale. "You own a belt buckle like that too?" TL says with a smile. Minh relaxes, thinking about what TL thinks that Minh owns a belt buckle that looks like her morpher. TL looks at the morpher, not realizing that it is a morpher, he stares at the power coin. "Oh, you're a fan of the yellow ranger!" TL says with a surprised look on his face. Minh nods at him, not knowing what to say. "My mom is a fan of the yellow ranger too. Whenever she sees one on TV she always thinks about how she adores the color and the person who is wearing it." Minh asks, "does your mom know who the yellow ranger is?" Feeling curious. TL responds, "not a clue, she never knows their identities. But she always tells me to look up to the power rangers. I ended up becoming a fan of yellow because of her" he says with a chuckle. Minh smiles at TL, she forgets all of troubles. They take each other's hands and walk.
Sea Monkey Tavern - Private Room
Meanwhile: Zack, in his tipsy state, looks at Shelly. He wonders why he is here and in the room with her. Shelly takes out her laptop and shows it to Zack. She shows a pie chart and a bar graph on the computer. Zack is confused, wondering why he is seeing this. Shelly explains to him "the mayor is using the city funds for his own personal gain." Zack is shocked, he looks at the graphs. He observes everything about the city budget. He looks at Stones Personal Budget, showing that he is using the city budget for his own personal gain just like Shelly told him. He also sees another budget, the budget shows that the city budget is also used to drain the rangers' powers and steal their power for their own needs. Zack is blown away by the budget title, he nearly spits out his drink "power rangers assassination?" He says out loud, almost getting the passerbys attention. Shelly shushes him, trying to get him to quiet down. "Yes, the mayor isn't even doing anything with the budget. Not for the police force, medical needs, or anything for emergencies, or… or….." Shelly goes silent, she thinks about another need that the city needs. Zack notices this and asks her "or what?"
Cut to the homeless neighborhood
Downtown Angel Grove - Homeless Neighborhood
Shelly guides Zack to a run down Neighborhood. The buildings are old, run down, and semi fallen down (not like anything from a zord battle), graffiti is everywhere, loads of boxes, mattresses, giant cloths of sheets, etc are all over the place. Zack looks around, he sees some homeless people sleeping near or outside of the buildings. "Why'd you bring me here? Why this Neighborhood?" He asks Shelly. Shelly walks over to a purple building, she looks at the broken windows, she then shows Zack a tile. The tile on the ground shows a handprint that is about the size of a small child. Underneath the handprint shows a name, the name says "Shelly" Zack looks at the name and the small handprint, he ends up putting two and two together. He turns his head towards Shelly. "You?" Zack asks her, feeling shocked. Shelly nods, she looks at the old rundown purple building "this was my childhood home…."
Cranston Technologies - Command Center
Billy and William find where Minh is located. "There she is, I found her!" William says this. Then he has a confused look on his face "all the way in Missouri?" William stares at the screen in confusion. Billy also looks at the screen, "why is Minh all the way there?" He asks, wondering why she is all the way there. Billy and William are both wondering, they can't call Minh since her communicator is at home. "At least I got her signal. Her computer class really did pay off, she just didn't learn to secure her firewall to her morpher" William says with a laugh. "Not the time to laugh about this" Billy says to William. William nods to his Mentor. Alpha looks on the monitors, an alarm goes off. "Ai yai yai, there's an attack going on at the harbor!" The screen shows Clondurk and a Mutated Pigeon with a Fishface destroying a few boxes and crates all over the place. William goes to the intercom, he contacts the other rangers "guys, there's an attack going on at the harbor." Billy stands there feeling proud of William. "I should give you an internship for the summer" he says to William with a smile. William looks at Billy with a smile, he says "dad would be furious. I'll do it!" He says enthusiastically. William looks at the camera, he yells "It's Morphin Time!"
"Triceratops!"
Angel Grove Harbor
William is morphed into the Blue Ranger. He takes out his Thunder Slinger and fires it towards the duo. The Mutated Pigeon with a Fishface looks at William. "I, FeatherBass, will show you firepower!" He fires his scaly feathers towards the blue ranger. The blue ranger is about to get hit, until a powerful blast comes out of a cannon. Sav teleports just in time with his power axe in cannon mode. He fires it towards the scaly feathers, making them vanish. William nods towards Sav. "Looks like I got here just in time" the Black Ranger says towards William. The Pink Ranger fires her power bow towards FeatherBass, the Mutated Pigeon is hit. "Are we getting stronger or are the monsters getting weaker?" Austin mutters to himself. He then takes command of the team "Guys, keep your guard up!" Austin says, eyeing the monster. Clondurk takes out its cannon, it fires towards the rangers. Sav dodges and fires his Power Axe towards the metallic being, William backs him up. Austin and Beverly take on the monster. Beverly fires her blade blaster towards the monster while Austin swings his power sword, striking the Pigeon.
Cranston Technologies - Command Center
Billy places a power coin with a sabertooth tiger in the teleportation slot. The coin has a few cracks and scratches on it, but it is still stable to be used for battle. The coin teleports to SPA, on the screen Aisha stands there smiling at Billy. Billy smiles back at her. "Thank you Aisha," he says with a smile. Aisha smiles back "thank you Billy, glad I can help you out" she says. Alpha comments Billy "it is a good thing the sword of light can duplicate and transport the power coins" he says feeling proud. Billy observes the other screen, wondering why Minh is at Kansas City, Missouri.
Kansas City University - Student Lounge
Minh and TL both sit in the student lounge, the TV is running in the background. TL curiously asks "so why are you here?" he asks her. Minh answers "to get away, see my grandparents" she responds. TL is interested in the idea "oh, grandparents?" Minh puts her head down "no? I don't know why I am running or where too" she says, spilling out to TL. Minh feels that she has no idea where to go or what to do. "I recently got into a fight at school and had an argument with my guardian." Minh says to TL. "I suggest you go home, go back and live up to your family. Face your problems" TL advises her. Minh feels proud of TL.
The camera zooms out from both Minh and TL.
Cranston Technologies - Command Center
The camera cuts from Ming and TL to Billy, back at the command center. Billy smiles from the viewing screen. He wants to go to Minh, but he gets a call from Zack. Billy takes the call, he is about to tell Zack about Minh, but Zack has a few things to say about the mayor.
Downtown Angel Grove - City Hall
Mayor Kyler Stone stands behind the podium, he observes the huge crowd of people. The citizens cheer him on. He stands there smiling at the crowd. "Angel Grove, there are going to be some pretty big changes" he says into the microphone. A voice comes out of nowhere, it is Zack holding a megaphone. "There will be big changes, your funding is one of them!" Zack yells into the megaphone, storming down the aisle. Mayor Stone brushes it off, he smirks at Zack "looks like someone can't take a loss" he shakes his head in disbelief. Zack yells into the megaphone again "he is messing with the budget, he is not using it for your funding, he is using it for his own personal gain!" The jumbo screen behind Kyler Stone, shows a powerpoint slide of a pie chart. The same pie chart that Shelly shows Zack. The crowd gasps with horror, they all look at Stone. Williams parents (who are standing in the front row), give Mayor Stone an evil glare. "What kind of a joke is this Kyler?!" Mr. McDaniel yells towards the Mayor. Mrs. McDaniel glares at Stone, she wants to attack him. The mayor is shocked, he doesn't know what to say. The crowd starts to get tense, they are all looking at the mayor like he is dead meat. "Take away that loser!" commands Kyler Stone. The bodyguards go over to Zack. The next slideshow shows another chart of the mayors plans to take down Angel Grove.
Angel Grove Harbor
Meanwhile, the Rangers battle Clondurk and Featherbass back at the Harbor. Clondurk fires towards the Black and Blue Rangers. They dodge, avoiding the blasts coming out of Clondurks cannons. Clondurk locks on to both rangers. Black and Blue separate from each other to prevent Clondurk from taking down both of the rangers together. The Red and Pink Rangers battle Featherbass. Featherbass blocks the attacks from the rangers. He fires his scales towards them, knocking them back. "Beverly, distract him with your arrows. I'll strike him down!" Austin says to Beverly. Beverly nods "gotcha, be careful" Beverly says to him. The Red Ranger takes out his power sword while the Pink Ranger fires her power bows. Her power bows split into three, firing each and every one towards FeatherBass. The Red Ranger charges and strikes the monster with his sword. The monster goes down. Austin turns around and compliments Beverly "nice shot Bev. Didn't know your power arrows could split?" Beverly smiles in her helmet "William upgraded them, I need to practice for archery this spring!"
Cut to the Clondurk battle
Clondurk fires its missiles towards the black and blue rangers. They spin and dodge the attacks. Sav fires his power axe (in cannon mode) towards the metallic being. William strikes Clondurk using his power lance. Sav slashes Clondurk using his power axe (in axe form), knocking the being back.
Cut to City Hall
Angel Grove City Hall
Mayor Stone is outraged, he doesn't know how Shelly could betray him. "Shelly? How?" He asks her, feeling confused and angry. Shelly responds, "you promised to help the homeless community. I promised those people to have shelter. Instead, I worked for a crook!" She growls angrily towards the mayor. Sebastian gets up, he turns towards the mayor, he says "I can help take down Zack, but not like this! Not for a crook" he turns around and heads out, before he leaves city hall, he turns to face Zack. Sebastian says to Zack "Zack, keep the kid. She can rot for what I care" Sebastian leaves town. Mr. and Mrs. McDaniel get up from their seats, they leave the place, not wanting to deal with Stone. Mayor Kyler Stone gets angry, he jumps off of the stage and lunges to Zack. Kyler Stone is stopped by a few policemen. "Let go of me! Or I'll cut your budget!" Kyler says, struggling to escape. One policeman says "I'll take that chance! You made a mockery towards your Uncle Jerome!" Mayor Stone elbows one of the cops in the nose, he tries to get to Zack, but is stopped by more police officers. The policemen beat on Kyler Stone. The crowd chants "Down with Stone! Down with Stone! Down with Stone!" Mayor Stone is angry towards the crowd. Shelly puts on a clip, it is the Mayor confessing about the election. The video plays on the jumbo screen, it shows him speaking towards himself "I will make sure the election goes to me! I will change the votes to me! Zack may have won, but he's not taking office!" Mayor Stone changes the voting to make sure he won by 58% compared to Zack who went from 82% to 40% while the rest of the votes of 16% remain undecided. The citizens are outraged, they wanna attack the mayor. Some of Mayor Stones' workers hustle out of city hall before they could get attacked. Jerome Stone stares down towards his Nephew. Kyler Stone, restrained by the cops, looks at the Former Lieutenant, he says to him "Uncle Jerome, please. We're family…. Tell them I mean no harm…." Jerome Stone looks at him, feeling disappointed with his Nephew. Jerome says to the cops "take him away boys!"
TLs dorm
Minh is all packed up, she has her bag on her shoulders. She looks at TL "TL, thank you. I'm happy to have met you." TL smiles, "hey, maybe you can come back for a visit sometime. We can hangout." Randal buts in the conversation "girl, you gotta come party with us! We'll get blacked out drunk together again!" Minh faces the ground out of embarrassment. TL looks at Randall "dude, seriously?" Randal grabs his twisted tea "the tiger, you shall be named the tiger! Based on your tiger-like skills!" TL gets aggravated with Randal "dude, stop! Go drink yourself to death!" Randal looks at TL "already there bruh!" he says, he then takes a drink out of his twisted tea and heads back into the house. "So sorry about him" TL says, about Randals immaturity. Minh giggles "he's something" she comments about him "but you're awesome Tommy Lee" Minh says to him. TL laughs at Minh, they give each other a hug. TL goes back inside while Minh looks around, she goes behind a shed, clicks on her morpher, and teleports away. TL realizes that Minh still has his jacket on, he goes outside to see that Minh has disappeared. He goes down the sidewalk to find no sign of her.
NOTE: Yes, the morphers can also teleport the rangers away. There have been some showings in the original TV series showing the rangers pressing their morphers (belt buckles) to teleport to their destinations (like the command center). Minh doesn't have her communicator but she also has her morpher. That is how she is able to teleport back. Why she hasn't been found is because she hacked her power morpher to prevent herself from being found.
Cranston Technologies - Command Center
Minh teleports into the command center. Alpha and Billy are both thrilled with Minh being found. "Hooray! We've found you Minh!" Alpha 9 says that he could jump out of his robotic self. Billy gives Minh a glare, "you have made us worried sick!" Billy says with a look on his face. He then smiles at her "welcome back Minh…" Billy hugs her tightly. On one viewing screen, Minh sees the rangers under attack. On the other, the citizens of Angel Grove are all chanting "Down with Stone, Down with Stone!" Minh wonders what is going on and what happened while she was gone. "We'll explain later, your friends are in danger!" Billy says, directing her into battle.
Angel Grove Harbor
Clondurk blasts the Red and Pink Rangers, they are blasted into the warehouse. The Black and Blue Rangers fire towards Clondurk. Featherbass, feeling extremely weak, comes into the warehouse, he fires his scaly feathers towards the rangers. The black and blue rangers fall down. Clondurk and Featherbass move towards the rangers, they are about to take the final blow towards them. All of a sudden, a flying karate kick takes down Clondurk from behind, Featherbass turns around and takes a roundhouse kick to the face. The rangers get up, coming from out of the shadows is a silhouette of Minh. The rangers get excited, they all say "Minh" feeling proud to have found her. Minh nods to the four "looks like you guys could use a little help" she then stares down at the beings of Grande Morevil. She looks at the camera and yells "It's Morphin Time!"
"Sabertooth Tiger!"
Minh morphs into the yellow ranger. She takes out her power daggers and strikes towards them. Clondurk teleports back to base. Featherbass is mad at Clondurk for ditching him. "Lets take out the Power Blaster!" Commands Minh. The rangers combine their weapons into the power blaster. They fire towards the weakened Pigeon-Fish. Featherbass falls down and explodes. The armor plates on Featherbass glow red. Smog pops out and seeps back into him. Featherbass grows into a giant destroying the warehouse. Minh speaks into her communicator, she says "We need Dinozord Power, Now!" The zords come out of their stations and head towards the harbor.
The Rangers teleport into their cockpits. "Let's transform into Megazord Mode!" says Minh. The zords transform into megazord battle mode (Zyu2 Style). The Megazord battles Featherbass, each giving out a punch and a kick. "Hey guys, I added a new move to the megazord" William says to them. "Lets try it out William!" Minh says to him. William nods "okay, rapid kick!" The megazord stands in a karate kick stance, it kicks the Pigeon with 10X speed, kicking the monster like a powerful bullet. Featherbass falls down, he gets back up easily. "Let's get Lit with some Fire Punch!" said Austin. The rangers agree. The Megazord punches Featherbass with a Fiery Fist. "Now to Finish him off!" said Minh. The Power Mega Sword teleports into the Megazords hand, the Megazord strikes down Featherbass. Featherbass falls down and explodes. The rangers celebrate with victory.
Angel Grove High School - Hallway
Weeks go by, Minh feels like a whole new person. She feels better after her interaction with her father Sebastian. She is wearing TLs old jacket. The Jumbo screen in the school lobby turns on, it is Mayor Zack Taylor talking to the crowd. He stands by the podium in a suit and tie, he says to the citizens "I will make sure to fix what previous mayor Kyler Stone has done to our city. The budget will be back to where it should be. Everything will be balanced out." The crowd cheers on Zack being the Mayor of Angel Grove. Shelly stands by Mayor Taylor, she smiles at him. "My assistant, Shelly French, will help me out on my campaign as mayor!" Zack says to the crowd. He then looks at his phone, an old picture of him and his group as the Power Rangers, he smiles and looks to the crowd "and I would like to encourage you all to keep supporting the Power Rangers! We shall have a Power Rangers Day for them! Just like we did when I was in High School! Let's thank them for being there for us!" The crowd cheers on the rangers. Zack ends his speech.
Minh smiles at the Jumbo Screen, the Mayors Speech cuts to Principal Crandall on the morning announcements. "Let's thank the New Mayor for his actions! He will be here for our community! And Let's also thank the Power Rangers for their duties as well. Let's also be there to help our community by helping others in need. The class officers from each class will organize a Power Rangers Day for the Town of Angel Grove!" He then cuts to one of the older students speaking about the daily announcements.
Minh smiles at the screen. Beverly runs over and hugs Minh "we're making a difference!" Says Beverly, feeling cheerful for the Power Rangers. Minh smiles, she feels much better. Beverly looks at Minhs jackets, she asks "you're still wearing that?" while observing the jacket. Minh smiles, "I can't help it, TL is a really great person. I think I've fallen in love with him." She says feeling good about herself. Minh goes through the pockets, she then feels something a little bulky, she pulls out something, it is a wallet. "Is that yours?" Beverly asks. Minh drops her jaw "no, I don't own a wallet like this…" she then opens up the wallet. Inside of the wallet, there is an ID, it says "Tommy Lee Jones" it also shows his address. Minh freaks out "oh no… I think I stole his wallet…." Minh and Beverly freak out about the whole thing. They go inside of an empty classroom.
Angel Grove High School - Classroom
Minh and Beverly go inside of the empty classroom. They look at the wallet and check out the identification of TL. "How did you not notice the wallet?" Beverly asks her. Minh is puzzled, she responds "I don't know… the jacket is so bulky I guess I didn't notice it…" she says, wondering why or how she didn't notice the wallet from before. "We gotta turn it in," Beverly suggests. Minh looks at the wallet, she says "I can't… Uncle Zack was furious with me running away. I don't know what he'll say if I tell him…." Beverly thinks, "Let's just tell him that the wallet was there. I'll come with you. I'm sure he will understand…." Minh stares at the wallet, unsure what to do. "How about we go to the Command Center, we can tell Uncle Billy that someone lost this" she says with a straight up answer. "You think he'll believe you?" Beverly asks. "We'll have to try," says Minh. Both Yellow and Pink Rangers teleport out of there.
Cranston Technologies - Command Center
Minh and Beverly teleport to the command center, Alpha 9 turns around. "Minh, Beverly, what brings you two gals into the command center" he says, trying to sound hip. Beverly and Minh act serious "we need you to locate an address for us" Beverly says, showing Alpha the wallet with the drivers license inside. Alpha looks at the license "I don't know if I can, it'll take a while to look up" Alpha says feeling uncertain. Billy comes out of the back of the command center, he says "just check it out on Google maps" he says. He then wonders what the girls are doing at the command center "why are you two here?" Billy asks the girls. Beverly blurts out "Minh accidentally took someone's wallet" Beverly says to Billy. Minh looks at Beverly, feeling betrayed. Billy gets upset with Minh "Minh Kwan, why did you take that?" He asks her, looking Minh in the eye. Minh breaks down a little bit to him "I was lost, I didn't know what or where to go, I met a guy and he took me in. He made me realize that I shouldn't run away. That's why I came back here. Please Uncle Billy, don't punish me!" Minh says, feeling bad about the whole thing. Billy calms down, "look, I'll help you find the place. But you're not going to go unpunished. You'll have to clean the command center for a week." Minh nods "understood Uncle Billy." Billy takes the wallet and goes on Google Maps, he looks at the address and goes to the viewing screen. The screen shows a ranch house painted yellow. Billy observes the house. Billy says to the girls "Let's go ladies, we're gonna turn in the wallet and the jacket." Minh feels bad about giving back the jacket to TL. He, Minh and Beverly teleport to the exact location.
Jones Residence - Front Porch
Billy, Minh, and Beverly all teleport to the front porch of the Jones Residence. "Here it is, the Jones Residence!" Billy says to the girls. He then eyes Minh "you go up there and knock on that door. Let them know about the missing wallet" Minh nods, Beverly comes up with her for support. Minh knocks on the front door. After knocking, 10 seconds later, the door opens. Billy smiles at the familiar face, the first words he says is "Tanya!?" Tanya's jaw drops, she is so surprised, she says with a huge smile "Billy? Now way!" Minh and Beverly are confused, they look at each other wondering who this is. Tanya leaps over to Billy, hugging him. Billy catches Tanya. Another voice is heard from inside, a person comes out into the hallway, he asks "Mom, what's going on out there?" TL walks over to the front door, wondering what all the commotion is. He then looks at Minh "Minh? Is that you?" Minh nods.
NOTE: That's right! Tanya Solan is back! I know that Tanya's last name is Solan, but that is her maiden name, her married name is Jones.
Jones Residence - Living Room
Billy, Tanya, TL, Minh, and Beverly all sit in the living room having tea and crumpets. "Thank you for turning in my wallet and jacket. I didn't think you were going to show up at my place? Hell, I didn't think your Uncle Billy and my Mom knew each other" he says, feeling surprised. "Billy has been a long time friend of mine since our days in Angel Grove" Tanya says, feeling proud to see her old friend. "Even after I graduated early, we still stayed in touch and hung out with the rest of our group" Billy says to TL. "I cannot believe that Rocky is dating your secretary? I can't believe that Minh and my son know each other?" She says feeling proud. Billy smiles "there's a lot that has happened in Angel Grove, you should come down and visit" he says to her. "My husband and I would have to do that" she says to him. "Hey Mom, you don't mind if the girls and I go to the back porch?" TL asks, knowing that the girls want Billy and Tanya to have their reunion. Tanya responds, "yes, but no funny business" TL looks at his Mom feeling embarrassed about what she said. They leave and go to the back porch.
"Does you husband and son know about?" He asks while looking and pointing at the figure of Zeo Ranger II, yellow, standing on the bookshelf. Tanya looks at the figure and back to Billy, she says "no, I haven't told Tommy Lee yet" Billy nods, "you know you're gonna have to tell him soon. How else did you get here from Africa to Angel Grove?" He asks her, knowing that her ranger life is a secret. "I know, I haven't told him about this. I told him about Tommy and why he was named after him, but I didn't tell him more about our secrets."
Jones Residence - Back Porch
TL brings Minh and Beverly to the back porch, he gives them a drink of coca cola. Beverly takes a sip "I cannot believe that this is the college guy you told me about" she says looking at him, checking him out a bit. TL smiles "you know about me? What else did Minh tell you?" He says feeling curious. Minh responds "just the fact that you are absolutely sweet" trying not to blush. Beverly spills the beans "Minh won't stop talking about you." Minh looks at Beverly "Beverly!" She yells, feeling betrayed. Beverly goes on "she thinks about you and your smile. She loves how you smell like watermelon. Minh is crazy for you." Minh turns bright red, not knowing what to say. She puts her head down. TL gets up, "I'm gonna get another drink" he says, going back into the kitchen. After he leaves, Minh puts her head up "why did you say all that?" She asks Beverly, feeling embarrassed. "I couldn't help it, his beautiful eyes… it just dragged me into saying all of this…." Beverly says, feeling defeated by TL. She looks at the window, looking at TL, he is pouring soda into his glasses. Beverly looks back at Minh "I can see why you like him" she says, feeling embarrassed about herself. "Well you didn't have to say all of that…" Minh says feeling down. "He's gonna think I'm a creep," Minh says, frowning. TL comes back out to the deck, Minh and Beverly act natural. "Everything alright?" TL asks the girls. Beverly gets up, she asks TL, "where's your bathroom?" TL says to her, "oh, down the hall, third door on the left." Beverly smiles, she then looks at Minh and winks at her. Beverly goes inside. Minh and TL talk for a bit, "sorry about Beverly, she has issues" Minh says, feeling embarrassed by her. TL laughs, "Beverly's a good person. I'm glad you have her." Both TL and Minh laugh, they look out towards the open field. Minh shyly asks TL "I know this is all of a sudden, but maybe we could hangout when you're free?" TL smiles at her "it's a date!"
Grande Morevils Lair - Laboratory
Lady Darcine continues to build the bodies of the Phantom Thieves. She observes the robotic bodies. The bodies look like crash test dummies with wires showing a bit. Looking at the black robotic bodies, she observes them, wondering what to do next to move the project forward. "There has to be a way to put ghostly spirits into robotic bodies?" she asks herself, wondering how to do all of this. Telegator comes into the room "you're still obsessed with the idea?" He asks her. Lady Darcine looks at Telegator like he has no brain. "Yes I am! These Phantoms need bodies! How else are we gonna help take down the rangers?" She asks Telegator. Clondurk comes into the lab "there is a way we can make this happen" the Golden Warrior says to her. Clondurk turns on the screen, showing a black and lavender box that looks like a gear.
