Authors note: Saw some confusion in the reviews and decided to clean the lore a bit with this chapter, thought most of you were from my other overlord story but I was wrong. So as an apology this is a combined mix of 3 chapters into one mega one, I changed some things to make it fit for this crossover fic, such as why the guild of Ainz Ooal Gown is stronger in this world than the cannon.
Also to explain the fact, in case I haven't made that clear, That most of the NPC's of Cannon Overlord are actual players who are either the Children of or related to the 'Supreme beings'. I am still gonna keep some characteristics from Cannon so don't worry (I'm looking at you in the back with the Shaltear body pillow, just read and you will see.) but some changes will be made. My story my rules.
Also sorry for any confusion I changed some of the ordering of the Chapters in case you guys are confused about where old Chapter 4 went. It's gonna be uploaded soon just need to change some things so I don't repeat information that is already in this Chapter and Fix some things up. Yggdrasil was the world's most popular VR MMORPG, created in 2079 it was the first true virtual reality game and had remained the top game for 59 years. From the loneliest Otaku to entire nuclear families. It was truly a special game that came once in a lifetime. However, its shutdown was announced in 2138. Because of a dwindling player base due to 'The Fucking Devs'. Only a few dozen players were left to enjoy the final hour. One group is the guild members of Ainz Ooal Gown.
Ainz Ooal Gown. The top guild in all of Yggdrasil with 41 members active at its height. Its members are of the heteromorph races and monsters that most players would hunt down. With their guild base, the Great Tomb of Nazarick is nearly impossible to take down with proof of the great player alliance of 8000 only getting to the 8th floor. But unfortunately, every great thing must end.
Throne Room, Nazarick.
"Can't believe it's the last day dear. It felt like yesterday I met you here online."
The one who spoke was the Guild leader Momonga, An overlord highest level of undead one can achieve. But in truth, it was Suzuki Satoru, a 40-year-old salaryman, husband, and father. In the dark future of 2138, the earth had practically died with the only remains of humanity being the ones who live in the less toxic clouds of cities and corruption run supreme. To have even a single loved one is considered a miracle, but a family? A fairy tale to those who can't afford to eat. Satoru was a fortunate individual to have his manager die of a heart attack and being the only one who knew how finances worked was picked by the higher-ups as a replacement.
"Ah. Thinking back to my maiden days gives off such a warm feeling in my heart. Don't you agree Satoru?"
Standing beside the skeleton was his wife, Suzuki Aimi. In game, she was a demon succubus, named Albedo who had an unparalleled beauty to all who see it. A white dress clung to her skin showing her body off to those who lay eyes on her. Unbeknownst to many is that her player model mirrors her younger self in the real world during her maiden days before motherhood had taken its toll on her body.
"It really does my dear. To think we met each other here by complete chance it really is a miracle that I married someone as beautiful as you. College sure were the days, wasn't it? Speaking of Toshiro had recently gotten his degree hasn't he?"
"korrigiere meinen lieben Vater und Mutter!" A Voice said popping up behind the couple. The two turned around and saw the greater doppelganger Pandoras actor, known as the richest being in all of Yggdrasil. The 16-year genius and son of Aimi and Satoru, Toshiro. A boy genius who at the age of 13 managed to skip several grades and join a military tactics college program in exchange for an education. Who somehow found the time to learn German.
"Still a chinuby Pandora? I honestly thought college would bring that out of you but it seems the torture of your German tirades appeared to have done more torture for your class than it has getting it out of your system"
"I see you still have a sense of fashion there demiurge! Your older brother Ulbert truly has good taste!" Pandora said with a dramatic standing pose matched with a mocking tone. Demiurge had raised his spiked tail towards Pandora, the Red-tailored suit was an Arch Devil with eyes made of diamonds, hair spiked back, and pointed ears like an elf but having multiple piercings at its tips.
"Now now children, the last time you two had a fight in the throne room you two also had to fix it." The arch-devil and doppelganger were interrupted by a gruffed but kind voice. What one would think of as the ultimate heroic paladin had entered the room. A World champion In every sense of the word, and the number #1 ranked player in all of Yggdrasil. Dawned in silver armor and a mighty sword and shield with a red shoulder cape. He also came with his son and wife in hand.
"Yes, Uncle Touch-Me." The two said as they retracted from their fighting stances.
"You are one kind of buzzkill touch me, Let the younglings some fun. The devs multiplied all game states by 2 for crying out loud so let them have their fun! Then you can punish them!" The next to enter could only be described as a goat bipedal demon lord who has gained the title of Grand Catastrophe. With karma so far into the negatives that put most of Ainz Ooal Gown into shame. Who also happens to be the older brother of the guild's fellow arch-devil, Ulbert Alain Odle
"Hello, Pandora and Demiurge. I hope you don't mind If I converse with the both of you?" The voice of a teenager was heard. It was Sebas Tian, the Iron butler of Nazarick.
"Ah, Sebas? Hast du den Jungbrunnen gefunden?" Pandora exclaimed.
" I do recall that an old man used to wear your uniform no? Did he turn to dust already?" Demiurge said fixing his glasses.
"Unfortunately no Pandora. Another guild obtained the world item at the auction before I could. He logged out just to rub salt on the financial wound." Sebas stated. The trio sighs in sadness at the loss of the ultimate healing item in the entirety of Yggdrasil.
"But to answer your accusation Demiurge, I simply wanted to look my best. Youth is wasted on the young and I decided to prove it. So why not look like myself?" Sebas gave a small chuckle at his joke causing Pandora and Demiurge to join him. Sebas character model was once the face of an incredibly old yet ridiculously gray-haired and bearded man. But changed to one of a teenager, specifically his own face if he was to be believed.
The trio continued to banter as the throne room began to be filled with more members of Ainz Ooal Gown.
"Boys will be boys wont they Albedo?" A female Nephilim had said. Covered head to toe in yellow body armor and giant red gauntlets on her arms. The Nephilim a race of giants, who was the wife of Touch-Me
"You can say that again Yamaiko. Compared to Pandora's German antics the most I had to deal with Nigredo would be her hair upkeep and getting her to socialize more. And all Rubedo really gave me trouble for was her constant attitude, which side of the family she got that from I don't know, not even my Father Knows!" Albedo, pointing to Tabula Smaragdina.
Tabula himself was one of the very first players ever in Yggdrasil, Being the father of Albedo and Grandfather to Pandoras Actor, Nigredo, and Rubedo. A Brain Eater dressed in dark BDSM-like gear. However, his age was also showing, given the fact he was flirting, and apparently failing, with a nearby statue due to his dementia.
"You know Beutiful you and I can have a good time if you wanna have a good ol 'squid' time eh?" Tabula said one arm draped over the statue. The statue itself moved position to another section of the room Tabula slumping in shame before teleporting out of the room.
"At the very least he's helped with Rubedos attitude problem. *Sigh*, why did my youngest daughter have to fall in with the gyaru kids? At least she isn't tanned. I swear Nigredo is the only one of the three that seems to have any common sense." Albedo said to Yamaiko, the mother of an only son merely rubbing her back with soft 'there, there.' in small intervals.
"Hey everybody! Hope we're not too late to the end of the world. Your favorite uncle is here! Oh hi there sebas!"
"Hello peroroncino-san. It's good to see you. Where is Lady Shalltear?"
"You're always too stiff for your own good Sebas. Try to lighten up it's the last day of Yggdrasil after all. It's a prime time to let loose and have as much perverted fun as you can! Besides, My little girl wouldn't want to see you acting like the inner old man you are despite how young you are. But to answer your question she's on her way." Peroroncino said.
Just then the massive doors to the throne room had opened. The young petite beauty that had walked in was none other than Yggdrasil Number 2 player under Touch-Me, Shalltear Bloodfallen. A level 100 true vampire who ferociously defends the first 3 floors of the tomb and is not afraid to flaunt her perversion. A trait that seems to run in the family if her father's younger days are any indication.
"Hi, Shally! Just Talking with your friends here. Where are the others by the way Shally? I didn't think they'd skip this seeing how much they love this game. I know Sister loves playing with her kids when they have time." Peroroncino said stretching his head in confusion.
"Ah, I see Sebas actually looks presentable this time. My offer still stands you know? But Don't think because it's the last day you can stop calling me Lady. I won't have my name be sullied by an incorrect title, I did win after all.~". Shaltear said in a haughty tone. The event she won was a bet Sebas made with her, no one knows what it was over but all anyone knows is that from that day forth Sebas referred to her as Lady.
"I must pass off the offer for your 'services' my Lady," Sebas said.
"They all said but eventually kneel, oh well. I won't force you though, but it still stands if you change your mind." Shalltear said, privately sending Sebas a lewd emoji. "Hi, papa!" Shalltear in a childlike deminer said, finally noticing her own father's presence. If one didn't know she was a 16 most would assume she was a girl who was a little closer to her dad than most.
"That's enough teasing Shalltear, Sebas is as abstinent as a rock in the desert. You still haven't answered my question by the way, where are your little cousins?" Peroronico asked folding his arms.
"Aura and Mare are on the 4th floor messing around with their pets and plants. It was so cute how they rushed over to their treehouse! It's fortunate it's a weekend so they can stay up past midnight to enjoy the last moments they have here. And how they said they love me either in slime form or human just melted my heart!" A new voice had joined the conversing group, it was a pink gelatinous mass. It was the motherly demon slime Bukubukuchagama.
"It's good to see you sis! It's a shame I wouldn't get to see them on time seeing as there are only 10 minutes on the clock left. Oh well, we'll be seeing each other tomorrow anyway!"
"It amazes me just how carefree you can be Little brother. Fatherhood has done nothing in that regard apparently. At least Shelly is in custody with you this week and not that bitch"
The air in the Throne room suddenly got dark and pressuring. Not all of the guild members in the tomb know what happened in Peroroncino's last marriage but they all knew one thing if it got the siblings and daughter pissed off it's probably a good thing she's not in the picture. Especially Shalltear as she described her mother once when Sebas asked as 'A heartless bitch who was lower than rat shit who is better off choking to death in the toxic air.'
"Ahem. Is it a bad time to show myself to everyone? Me, Takemikazuchi, and Punitto Moe have been standing here a good minute now."
Coming from the doorway stood a Blue demon slime, the guild resident samurai insectoid Nephilim and the strategic Death vine stood in the doorway. It was truly amazing how despite the vast differences in schedules everyone had managed to find the time to make it here regarding what 22nd century Japan demanded of its citizens.
"HeroHero you Made it!? I thought you were too tired to make it! What made you change your mind? And aren't you tired?" Momonga asked in concern. Working in the same firm as HeroHero, Momonga's schedule was easier given he had a whole staff to work with but HeroHero was entirely on his own given his job as a manga artist.
"Don't worry guild leader I'm fine. The girls helped me out this week so my schedule opened up for the first time in years. They are in their Pleiades room with Cocytus, they said hi by the way."
"I'm still amazed you managed to raise 7 daughters by your self hero-san. I only had to deal with 3 kids. And touch me and Yamaiko only had Sebas" Albedo said, gaining a firm nod of approval from every parent in the room.
"Don't even get me started on twins. At least Mare is a good boy, Aura is the troublemaker. The phone calls I used to get were crazy I tell you." Bukubukuchagama said.
"As long as my little brother and your daughters are having fun that's all that matters. Man I wish we had more time to Have one more dual Touch-Me" Takemikazuchi said his hand on the handle of his blade.
"Same here Takemikazuchi" Touch-Me said doing the same.
It was a beautiful scene for Satoru. His wife Aimi talking to Yamaiko and Bukubukuchagmama regarding their motherhood adventures. Touch-Me and the guys talking about how much they missed their glory days. Toshiro talking to Demiurge and Sebas about the world time he managed to loot.
'Wait a minute is that wish upon a true star! That can grant any wish the player wants! How in the-? You know what it doesn't matter.' Momonga thought to himself. He gazed upon the sea of his loved ones mingling, laughing, and enjoying the company of each other.
"I just wish this could last a little longer…" Momonga said to himself.
"The clock is almost up Dear. Want to say a few words before the forced log-out happens? You are the guild leader after all." Albedo said giving her husband her classic 'I love you' smile
"I agree with Albedo Momonga. If anyone can say some last words it's you. Besides, I think it's about time you actually equip the real guild weapon instead of the ceremonial one we use."
"Touch-Me, Aimi you're both right Let go out with a bang, we worked so hard for this place it's about time we celebrate the fruits of our efforts. Gather everyone while I get the staff."
Momonga said as he teleported to the meeting room where the staff was kept. It was an impressive room for meetings as it had a chair for every member of the guild. 41 members at its prime it was held as the top guild in all of Yggdrasil and possession of 12 world items thanks to Pandora's contribution. In the room was the guild's grandest achievement in craftsmanship which cost a total of 1 million yen if Demiurge's calculation of everyone's contributions is to be believed.
The staff of Ainz Ooal Gown. The gold scepter is crafted to appear as elegant curves that make a handle lead to the top as 7 snakes point outwards of each other each with their own unique gemstone inside adding buffs and resistances to each category of magic the user has.
"Hey there Son-in law! Where is everybody I thought we were all meeting in the meeting room!"
"Tabula-sama? What are you doing here the party is being held in the throne room. Aimi Toshiro, Rubedo, and Nigredo are all there including the guild mates!"
"Wait really? The email said- oh, it does say throne room. God damn cataracts! I'm a brain eater! I get it vision isn't exactly the top thing of my species but come on cut me some slack here! I'm 95 years old already let me enjoy my Retirement, God, you bastard!"
"Ahem! Well, there's still time To make it to the throne room just teleport to the throne room with me."
As the father and son-in-law left for the throne room they saw everyone in Ainz Ooal Gown gathered around the room bringing their full attention to their panicking guild leader.
'Ahhh… I know I'm about to give this speech, I might be the guild leader but I'm not a public speaker!' Momonga thought to himself, seeing no other path forward he cleared his throat gathering everyone's attention on who was in the throne room.
"Attention everyone! I as Guild leader of Ainz Ooal Gown say thank you for coming on our final day in Yggdrasil! But as Momonga, I say that without Yggdrasil I never would have the very things in my life I find make it give me unending happiness. My wife, my children, my comrades, all of whom I say with certainty are proud to call friends and family. At our last moment, let me say…"
Just then a skeleton hand stood tall with the staff of Ainz Ooal Gown clutched tightly in his hand
"GLORY TO AINZ OOAL GOWN"
In a big unified boast of a mix of pride, happiness, and sadness from the youngest to oldest members all shouted
"GLORY TO AINZ OOAL GOWN"

"Huh?" Momonga said in complete confusion
"Uhhhh what's going on? I didn't log out. Dad, do you know what's going on?" Shalltear said.
"I don't know Shally. I didn't log out either and now that I'm trying I can't even pull up the game menu, chat and caller GM are the same thing!" Peroroncino said franticly flicking his arms up and down.
"Yeah, I can't access it either brother. Actually, I feel very different like I can even smell things. I can see everything here! It's like 360 vision!" Bukubukuchagama said her slime from bubbling up and down.
"Is it just me or is everyone here feeling different? Like I can feel my horns and my own fur guys Heck I can interact with my Top Hat!" Ulbert said flipping his tophat to further prove his point. Demiurge himself was patting himself all over his body.
As everyone in the throne room starts to panic it is clear to Momonga that if there isn't some kind of calm soon everyone here will most likely start to full-blown mob craze frenzy.
"Everyone calm down! It's clear the regular game functions aren't working! I'm as confused as all of you but stay calm. Panic won't get us the answers we need so let's stop and think for a bit. Shalltear, Peroncino, Bukubukuchagma sama, Ulbert. From their statements, we know that something is very wrong, and most likely this isn't the devs doing. Not only that I also feel different not only physically but also emotionally does anyone else have these observations?"
A near-unanimous nod came from the entirety of the throne room.
"Good, Touch-me. Can you take Sebas and some Hanzos to observe the area outside the tomb and check if there are any changes please?" Momonga said looking towards the father and son.
"You got it Momonga, Come Sebas. Yamaiko can you stay here please, Sebas and I will be back soon. Can you help if they ask for it dear?" Touch-Me said holding his wife's hands
"O-of course and please be safe you two" Yamaiko said holding her husband's hands tight before reluctantly letting go.
As they left it soon became clear that things were not going to be normal anymore.
Ainz POV:
'It's clear that we are not in the game world anymore. I can still access the tomb functions so there is nothing there we need to worry about in that regard. The log list still says everyone who was here isn't missing and is still inside the tomb. Thank goodness the children are still okay. Nigredo and Rubedo are still on the 8th floor it seems. The twins are on the 6th floor. HeroHeros Daughters are in their room, and Pandora, demiurge, and Shalltear are still here. Still, I have to double-check if anyone is missing.'
"Aimi can you check on our daughters and take them to the arena, please? I'll stay here with Pandora and figure out what's going on and get everyone to calm down."
"Yes, dear. The sooner we can figure out what's going on the better" Albedo said, instantly getting to work.
"Okay everyone It's clear we are not in the game world anymore but please meet at the 6th-floor arena. Right now everyone who was here during the shutdown is still in the tomb except for touch me and Sebas who are currently scouting the outside area of the tomb. Please stick together while everyone gathers over there and-."
"OH MY GOD! MY BABIES!" Bukubukuchagama said as she sped out the door
"DADS COMING GIRLS!" HeroHero said doing the same thing.
In the blink of an eye, a pink and blue amorphous mass blur shot out through the throne room and rushed to their respective children.
"Come on Shally we got to see if your aunt and Cousins are alright," Peroronchino said instantly flapping his wings and flying towards his sister.
"Yes Papa!" shall tear said spreading out her own batlike wings and following right behind him.
"I'll be back soon. Cocytus is with Hero's daughters and I gotta make sure both he and my younger brother is okay."
'It's understandable that any caring parent would be worried about the well-being of their children, if anything happens mine there will be hell to pay.'Momonga thought to himself. He observed that despite the fact everyone carried a ring of Ainz Ooal Gown and could have just teleported it was clear rational thought was not in their minds.
"Ulbert, Demiurge, Pandora get everyone else and have them meet on the 6th floor. The more organized the better!"
"Yes, Father!" "Understood uncle." " You got it Momonga!" the three said respectively
'I really hope we aren't trapped in the game. I can smell, and have a sense of touch. These features were specifically outlawed so that nobody would mistake a VR game for reality. When Touch-me and Sebas get back hopefully the truth will come in their report. I'm just glad everyone is relatively safe. It's about time I head to the 6th floor anyway.'
"Aura! Mare! Where are you? Please answer your MOM!" Bukubuku yelled out in panic in the massive treehouse of the 6th floor.
'Stay Calm, Stay Calm, Stay Calm, Stay Calm, Stay Calm, Stay Calm. You need to be strong right now for them. Think! They are not in the tree house. You checked every room, all the hiding spots, even their bedrooms but they weren't there. They didn't log off either so where else is there to on the 6th floor? THE ARENA! They both loved the stars overhead there!' Bukubukuchagama said, literally breaking through several layers of walls of the treehouse to find her childre. Leaving behind very confused tree druids.
As the pink slime raced towards the Arena unaware of her children's well-being. A blue-colored slime in Nazarick followed by yggdrasils most powerful samurai was also looking for a group of lost children. Once reaching the Pleiades meeting room with fast speed the doors burst open off of their hinges.
"GIRLS ARE YOU ALL ALRIGHT!" HeroHero yelled in panic.
In the room in front of the slime was a table filled to the edges with various sweets, delicious food, and meats some of which seemed to be human. The entire amount of food on the table made it seem as if the table would collapse under its weight. This was merely cosmetic as the table was sturdier than most metals. However, despite the unusual contents of food on the table surrounding it was what most people outside of Nazarick consider utterly bizarre.
Going from the center of the table clockwise was as follows. The eldest sister of the Pleiades an undead dullahand, who looks like a regular human with a hairbun, elegant glasses, and pale skin Yuri Alpha. 25 years old.
Next was the second oldest, a redheaded and tanned-skinned werewolf with an outgoing and cheerful personality who was known as a sadistic cleric, Lupusregina Beta. 23 years old.
The third oldest Narberal Gamma, a young woman with distinct features of many in the east and could be considered a cold beauty with her cold stare towards everyone, is also a magic caster doppelganger. 20 years old.
The 4th sister Solution Epsilon, long blond-haired woman with curls who wore a revealing maid fit that showed her voluptuous figure. 19 years old
The 5th and 6th sister (Although highly debated which is which due to no one keeping track of which of the two twins was born first.) is CZ2128 Delta an automaton with an eyepatch that had a variety of magic guns and cute stickers. Then Entoma Vasilissa Zeta a bug heteromorph wearing a shrine outfit and with distinct bug features if one were to look closely at the only thing resembling a human being her face. Both are years old, constantly arguing about who was born first
(AN: Didnt feel right to have Entoma to have a bug face mask so I decided to make the face mask her own actual face.)
"...uhh we're all right here Father but none of us logged out and right now we're all very confused as to what's going on. Is this the devs doing or…? Also, you are crushing Lupusregina tail." Yuri Alpha said in confusion about her father's action.
"Ah! Sorry, Lupu-honey!" HeroHero said jumping off his daughter's tail
"Ow... it's fine Dad. Wait how did I feel that and I can feel my tail? And it's SOFT! AND SO ARE MY EARS!" Lupusregina said touching her surprisingly fluffy tail and ears.
"Ahem! We don't have a direct answer for that but right now. Everyone is gathering on the 6th floor arena Whatever is happening affects everyone in the guild and we are trying to figure out what's going on. Wait a minute, where's Cocytus Wasn't he with you girls?" HeroHero said not seeing the person in question.
"He went to see Aura and Mare to make sure they were okay and not alone when the shutdown was happening Otōsan," Narberal responded helping Lupusregina soothe the pain in her tail.
"Huff, Huff, man HeroHero couldnt we have teleported to the room we ran down entire floors and you set off so many traps on the way here! Also Thank you Narberal. We are all meeting on the 6th floor to make sure we are all here and that no one is missing. Now let's teleport there and see what's going on"
With a unanimous nod, an attempt of a nod from HeroHero, they all vanished in a blink of light.
As everyone gathered in the arena it was clear the unease was gripping everyone by their throats.
"Everyone Listen, it's guild master talking. So far everyone is accounted for barring a few members. I had just sent a [message] to Takemikazuchi confirming that HeroHero and his girls are here along with my wife. As we wait for Touch Me and Sebas to return let's assist Bukubuku who is currently on the same floor searching for Aura and Mare. Also, be on the lookout for Cocytus. Takemikazuchi informed me he is also on this floor. I know everyone is confused and panicked but we have to focus on these kids. Now lets-"
"Oi! Up here!"
As everyone looked up they saw a shadowy figure jump high off of one of the arena's bleachers and land directly in front of the group. It soon became apparent that the one who made the long jump happened to be the older twin sister. Aura Bella Fiora, Standing up proudly with her hands in the shape of 2 V's and a smirky grin. Her tanned skin and pointed ears signify her dark elf features.
"Hi everyone! Why is everyone Looking for me and Mare, Momonga?" Aura asked.
"Something happened to the game and the forced log out didn't happen and right now we are making sure everyone is okay. Where is your brother?" Momonga asked looking around the area.
"Oh! In that case, he's right behind me." Aura said pointing behind herself. "Huh? Sorry Momonga but give a minute. MARE! COME DOWN HERE EVERYONE IS WAITING!" Aura yelled at a balcony above.
"B-b-b-but it's really far down and scary Onēsan!" a timid young voice responded back.
"MARE!"
"Okay!"
Another figure came down from the balcony. Unlike Aura, it was more of a slow fall and elegant as if the person was using a [Float] spell. Upon landing the younger brother Mare Bello Firoe was what many members of the guild see as normal. Dressed in a skirt and leggings and wearing a vest with a blue dragon scale long sleeve shirt underneath and well-maintained hair with bangs. Having skin as bronze as his older sister's with the same heterochromia blue and green eyes as well.
"What g-g-going on Momonga? Everyone in the guild is here." Mare said clutching his druid staff close to himself.
"We will tell it soon right now just stick with your sister while we wait for your mom, uncle, and cousin," Momonga said. Mare gave a simple bow and went to his sister.
"I. Am. Glad. That. Everyone. Is. fine." a new voice said.
Coming from an adjacent hallway came out an 8-foot blue insectoid. In one hand it held a large halberd and the way the vermin lord walked was that of a seasoned worrier. As it walked towards the group it became apparent that ice was its main use of magic as it walked every breath would shoot out a cold cloud of air that could instantly freeze anything it touched without the proper protection against the cold he generated.
"Thank you for watching over the twins. It's good to know my brother is still careful around others at least in his new form." Takemikazuchi said giving Cocytus a brotherly hug.
"It's no issue Takemi. As soon as the forced logout didn't happen I knew something was wrong and took them here as it seemed likely where everyone would meet up seeing how this is where we usually meet up to have events and such outside of the throne room." Cocytus stated.
Not long after Cocytus had finished speaking a faint but familiar voice voice can be heard in the distance on the opposite side of the Arena. A pink blob raced towards the group that had assembled more specifically the dark elven twins.
"AURA! MARE!"
The pink slime in question happened to be the mother of the dark elf twins Bukubukuchagma. Charging at top speed and ignoring her relieved guild mates instantly went to hug her son and daughter who, for a brief moment, entered her innards before being spat out and hugged tightly by pink tendrils with tears of joy in her eyes…the slime equivalent of it that is.
"Oh thank goodness my babies are okay! Are you two hurt anywhere? Do you feel any different? Do you two want something to eat? Oh, I'm just glad you two are safe." The Mother said still hugging her children tight.
" *Sniff* *Sniff* it's moments like these that make me glad to be an uncle," Peroroncino said.
" *Sniff* It also makes me glad to be an older cousin," Shalltear said as well
The Father and daughter duo entering the arena during the commotion.
"Mama! Mare and I Can't Breathe. Also Uncle Pero and Shelly are here." Aura said in an embarrassed tone.
At that moment the mother reluctantly let go of her children in order for them to gain some much-needed air. As the family reunites with an exhausted uncle and cousin from chasing the pink slime across multiple floors of the great tomb Touch-me and Sebas had entered the arena.
"Momonga is everyone here? What me and Sebas found is something everyone needs to hear."
"Yes, I'll inform them. Thank you two for risking yourselves."
Everyone gathered around in front of their guild master In preparation for the news that was about to be shared. As the final members to arrive at the arena are Albedo and her daughters.
The one to her right was her eldest daughter Nigredo. Resembling more of a female version of her father, appearing to be an undead with her pale skin and red eyes she is actually a greater homunculus who specializes in information-gathering detection and traps. She is one of the very few who is able to detect the highest-level items and enemies through magic alone. Despite her appearance as a mature 18-year-old girl, one would think twice about fighting a zombie who breaks the sound barrier holding Nazarick's most powerful pair of giant scissors.
To Albedo's left stood a 15-year-old girl. The girl was Rubedo, a half golem who is considered nazaricks 'secret weapon'. Considered more of a mix of physical features having her mother's yellow cat eye stilts while retaining her father's hair color. How her actual hair color and attitude were thought was what most in the 21st century to be a 'gyaru'. Her special skill line "Beelzebub" allowed her to devour enemy attacks and increase her own power with the only drawback being her time limit. She was a secret weapon indeed.
"I brought the girls Satoru. We're ready to hear what's exactly happened to us."
"Yo dad what's going on? This better not be some Squire battle online crap otherwise those devs are most definitely getting a whole foot in the ass by me"
"Calm down Rubedo. I would like an answer too Father. I have an early shift at the daycare tomorrow. "
"I'll start explaining soon for now go with your mother and stand beside me. Now then."
Momonga turned towards the crowd of players. Gathering their attention with a loud clap.
"Hello everyone. Everybody is here and accounted for but to make sure we are doing role calls. We will go clockwise starting with me and my family. We will know you're here when you say your name"

"Nigredo" as she said with a bow
"PANDORAS ACTOR!" he said dramatically bowing with a spotlight on him, somehow.
"Rubedo" she said in disinterest while checking her nails.
"Tabula Smaragdina! Pleased as a punch to be here! Wherever there is?" The old brain eater said while scratching his head.
The Abe family
"Touch-Me!" He said Planting his sword in front of him
"Sebas Tian." He said with a courtly bow.
"Yamaiko, present!" she said raising her hand high.
The Hidoi family
"Ulbert Alain Odle." he said shooting fire out of his mouth and doing so.
"Demiurge Alain Odle. " he said pushing up his glasses
The Hen family
"Peroncino! Happy to be here!" He said giving a thumbs up.
"Shalltear bloodfallen. A pleasure to be in attendance " She said giving a curtsy with her ball gown.
"Bukubukuchagma here" She said saluting with her pink tendril
"Aura Bella Fiora!" She said with a grin crossing arms.
"M-m-m Mare bello fiore. Present" he said with a shy bow clutching his staff.
The Senshi family
"Warrior Takemikazuchi." He said giving a martial arts bow
"Cocytus." He said blowing out ice from his presumed nostrils.
The Wākā family
"HeroHero." He said in the most sleep-deprived voice in existence.
"Punitto moe. At your service" He gave a wave with a vine arm.
"Yuri Alpha." She said giving a small smile
"Lupusregina Beta! Suu~!" She said doing a pose holding out her hands to her face wrists downwards.
"Narberal Gamma." She said with a cold stare.
"Solution Epsilon." She said in a sultry voice
"CZ2128 Delta" she said in her robotic monotone voice.
"Entoma Vasilissa Zeta!" She said giving an energetic voice.
'Ahh thank whatever is out there that everyone is accounted for. Now for the smoking gun that will tell us more about where we are. I really hope Touch-san and Sebas say that we are still in Yggdrasil.'
"Umu. It seems everyone is here. Now for the reason why we are all here. Touch-Me, Sebas can you share what you found outside, please?
The father and son duo gave each a hesitant look leaving Yamiko and the guild members a feeling of worry. After a deep breath, Touch-me stepped forward.
"We are no longer in yggdrasil."

The arena was silent.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry but uh. Did you just say we're not in the yoga-what's it?". Tabula said, rubbing his tendril beard trying to process the information he had been told.
"Yes, Tabula. It's called Yggdrasil by the way.," Touch-Me responded back.
The sudden silence that came after the news of Touch-Me and Sebas reported was soon replaced with a collective noise and conversation of confusion, surprise, and disbelief. Of all the possibilities everyone expected to be trapped in the game as they could feel senses not possible in regular VR. However, this news shocked everyone to their core.
' So my suspicions were right!? I knew I was feeling too many senses to still have our VR Nerve Gear equipment on. Looks like I'm not the only one who thought this either. Pandora and Albedo along with Rubedo and Nigredo also seem to come to that conclusion. Aura and Mare seem to actually be excited. Well, I guess having the ability to produce magic would make any kid excited. Everyone else is still in shock it seems. Right now I need to gain everyone's attention and get them to calm down.'
Momonga had silently cast [Aura of Despair I]. The spell would be fatal to any low-level entities but to level 100 players and having equipment and resistances to instant death magic a passive magic skill such as this would be enough for them to notice but not enough to deal even any noticeable sort of damage.
"Ahem! It's clear to everyone now that we are not trapped in the game world but are actually in some kind of new world. I don't know how or why but let's calm down. It seems Touch-Me and Sebas haven't finished their report to us yet. If you two would continue please."
Sebas stepped up next
"We traced around the entrance in a 2km radius and found the entrance to be in a desert biome. We found actual sand dunes and even some wildlife but not the original swamps that surrounded the entrance I'm afraid." Sebas said finishing his report.
"Wait for a minute. If you guys patrolled the entire surrounding area of the tomb why are you guys not tired from all that? I mean I get we are in our avatar bodies but that doesn't mean we don't have limitations." Peroroncino said in concern.
"I believe I might have an answer to that Uncle Peroroncino."
Everyone's attention shifted from the Birdman to the red-suit archdevil.
"Please explain Demiurge."
"Yes, Momonga. I believe that the transfer kept our minds intact that much is obvious along with our new bodies. Following that we all transferred to the tomb which means we are most likely to be able to perform feats like that of our time in Yggdrasil. That was outright confirmed to us when we saw Aura and Mare jump off the top of the arena without so much as a scratch."
"WHAT! NONE OF YOU DECIDED TO CATCH THEM OR STOP THEM!"
At the sudden outburst, everyone turned towards the motherly pink slime Bukubukuchagama in sudden surprise by the anger in her voice and at the activation of her own [Aura of despair V]. Pointing directly toward the adults in the room with Shalltear, Aura, and Mare hiding behind their trembling Birdman Uncle.
"C-c-calm down sis!"
"CALM DOWN! WE ALL GOT ISEKAI INTO GOD KNOWS WHERE AND MY KIDS COULD HAVE GOTTEN THEMSELVES HURT OR WORSE IF IT TURNED OUT WE DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE MAGIC MUMBO JUMBO DEMIURGE MENTION.'
"T-t-tTrue but! We could have healed them! After all, I was chasing you with Shally to make sure you were okay and to help you find my niece and nephew. Plus the others were watching over them when we found them! So no real harm done rig-ACK!"
The pink slime shot a tendral towards Peroroncino seemingly crushing his neck and preventing him from breathing. Another tendril had done the same to Cocytus, despite his passive frost aura. It would not do anything to protect them from the mother's wrath.
"Sure everything is fine~! I'm a giant pink slime who probably won't be able to kiss my kids again and my children turned into adorable dark elves. Cocytus honey. Please explain to me why you didn't have those two within two inches of you at all times if you knew something was wrong. Ohh but everything is fine though! And since everything is fine. You two are gonna be how I'm gonna vent out all my frustration~ TEE HEE." Bukubukuchagma said in a very cute but also clearly hostile and angry voice.
"W-w-wait Sister! Onēsan!" Peroroncino said begging before his older sister.
"Miss Bukubuku I Can Explain! Takemika…zuchi…brother help!" Cocytus pleaded desperately.
"Huh? Did you hear something Shalltear?" Takemikazuchi said in denial
"Don't believe I did Takemikazuchi. Come on you two let's go talk with the others." Shalltear said while covering the eyes of Aura and Mare to prevent them from seeing such a crime against humanity.
"Aww, but I wanted to watch!" / "Okay." Aura and Mare responded respectively
While ignoring the pleas for help the other members who decided to let the pink slime vent out her frustrations had moved to another side of the arena turning their backs on the forsaken members of their guild.
"I can't say I don't understand how BukuBuku is feeling Albedo but I am glad I didn't feel what she felt since Sebas was standing next to me." Yamaiko confided to Albedo.
"I was given a fright most certainly when I went to get Nigredo and Rubedo. Though It's probably best to let her vent out all that worry she has." Albedo said, looking back to see Peroroncino's feathers being plucked and Cocytus getting thrown around in circles.
A collective 'umu' of agreement can be heard. The next to speak up was the guild's chief strategist and local death vine heteromorph, Punitto Moe.
"I would like to go back to what She said actually. She said Isekai and we pretty much confirmed it at this point but there is one thing that I'm more worried about guys. It's clear that Yggdrasil was a game to us but probably not to whatever brought us here.`` Moe said in great worry.
"Wait. You don't mean what I think you mean." Albedo said with the same sense and tone.
"Zu glauben, dass es überhaupt möglich war!" Pandora said while posing majestically
"But that would mean that the existence of… Hehe and here I thought we were some stroke of good luck" Demiurge had said with a grim smile
"Wait. I'm confused here. Just what exactly are you guys insinuating?" Ulbert asked the group of 4.
Albedo looked at the group as a whole.
"It means that something from the new world summoned us here that was connected to Yggdrasil. Most likely this world's own version of magic if we are still assuming it's a fantasy world or a world with access to magic."
'WHAT! If that's true then. All of us are in danger. Not even a day and we already know that there is something out there that can contend with us.'
As Momonga was in his own thoughts HeroHero had spoken up, swiping them from the hit of the massive revelation.
"Well if that's true I don't think we have to worry too much. I mean If whoever or whatever summoned all of us it would have already made itself known to us wouldn't it?"
"Yeah plus Even if we were summoned it's clear that we have control over our own actions as there is nothing to suggest we were summoned to save the world or anything like that. Which is good for me because I can finally show off my grand catastrophe spell as much as I want!" Ulbert said while laughing maniacally, before being forced to stop after getting bonked by Tabula.
"That's enough laughing ya young goat fella. I may be old but the way I understand all this talk about magic do hickeys means that we should be able to do the same. I mean look at this. I activated the super tier spell [Summon Elder Kraken] while you all had on your tinfoil."
"You did what?" Albedo said in utter disbelief at her father's words.
In the middle of the arena, a giant blue circle appeared. While the circle was clearly that of super tier magic it would require the user of any kind of super tier spell to wait a certain amount of time before fully activating however for Tabula, In his senile wisdom, this was not the case. Despite being an old man he had picked the brain eater race for its specialty of reduced cooldowns the more racial classes it has been put in due to the lore of brain eaters eating the knowledge of all of their prey. Tabula was at the highest rank of brain eater being a grand elder brain eater. Summoning the super tier spell would only take less than 1 minute to cast.
By the time the other guildmates recognized what was happening, it was too late. Several giant tentacles came out of the ground along with seawater and as the creature soon came out a giant eye the size of a 10-story building had opened with the height of the giant level 90 cephalopods coming to the size of one of the old world skyscrapers. A loud shriek came out as some of the guild mates got into fighting positions such as Touch-me. Others like Aura and Ulbert were in awe of seeing such a creature. While some stood in shock like Bukubukuchagma, the half-dead Peroroncino, and barely alive Cocytus.
"FATHER WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU THINKING" Albedo shrieked
"I just wanted to prove a point here! I mean come on it's only level 85 just 1 of us would be able to kill if they went all out. Besides My granddaughter seems eager to fight it along with Buku's girl right there" Tabula said, pointing his flipper to Rubedo and Aura.
"You're the best grandpa ever! Time to show this Kalimari meat bag how to die properly!" Rubedo proceeded to use a fly spell and charge at the creature.
"Ruby, wait! *sigh* At least let me do some spell buffs on you, baka!" Nigredo said as she ran to assist her sister in taking down the giant squid.
"*gasp* Don't forget me! If I beat it I'm keeping it in the lake we have on the floor! Come on Mare!" she said with sparkles in her eyes
"B-b-but Onēsan I don't want to! It looks super icky and yucky." Mare Cried out while being dragged out by his older sister from behind his shirt.
As the young ones fought the incoming kraken. Bukubukuchagma and a very beaten up Peroroncino and Cocytus had rejoined the group.
"I may have calmed down but Tabula explain to me why are my kids fighting a giant octopus!" The pink slime said in a tired and frustrated voice with what one would think of as a slime forehead.
"Because it means we are not vulnerable! We have creation magic, resurrection magic, and cleaning magic. CLEANING MAGIC! No more adult diapers for this old man! Assuming I can even poop anyway." Tabula said, opening his pants and checking his genitalia. It is said several members are still in therapy centuries later.
"Father-in-law please keep that to yourself for now, please. Alright, we can confirm we are in control of our own abilities but that doesn't mean that everything from Yggdrasil works the same way as before. Resurrection Is a big if and not one I'm willing to risk if I can help it and I'm sure all of you are on board with that. Plus looking at the kids' fight they are most certainly winning." Momonga had pointed this out to the rest of the guild.
Aura pulled out her bow and got a clean shot in the Kraken's eye. Rubedo just chopped off two of its tentacles, Nigredo cut off its fins, and the mare just finished it off with an 8th-tier giant vine spell [Nature's grasp] that just squeezed it to death.
"Well, at least it *cough*looked like they had fun at the*Cough* *Cough* very least, " Peroroncino said in a raspy voice, missing half of his feathers on his wings with noticeable patches of smaller feathers on his body gone as he dragged himself to the group.
"Papa! Here drink these!" Shalltear proceeded to take out her inventory which appeared as a black circle void and when she put her hand in it came out with several large health potions which she proceeded to unintentionally waterboard her father with.
"I. For. One. Am. Glad. To. Know. That. Our. New. Bodies. Will. Also, Be. Able. To. Avoid. Several. Fatal. Injuries. Given. Our. Equipment. And. Racial. Skills." Cocytus said, using his Halberd as a makeshift crutch and several large cracks on his carapace could be seen.
"Me too Cocytus. Ah to think of all the possible ways I can have some fun with the vampire brides. Arasu~ It's making me wet just thinking about it~!" Shalltear said with clear lust in her eyes writhing in place of the many possibilities she could have with them.
"I'm proud of you dear for wanting to explore! That's my girl!" Peroroncino said as he stood up fast, apparently having forgotten his near-death experience. Who then had gotten a slap from a pink tendril knocking the birdman over along with Shalltear.
'I'm still amazed that Peroroncino still managed to somehow become a father and still be alive. Guess the phrase the apple doesn't fall far from the tree is true. In this case, the apple went straight down and started to sprout a new tree. I'm really glad my girls are not like Shalltear…. Well maybe not Solution and Lupusregina but at least they are not that bad in comparison.' Herohero thought to himself
"Achoo!" A red-haired werewolf and blond slime both sneezed at the same time.
"Ah do you two need a tissue?" Yuri asked.
"No, we are good Yuri-Nee!" The redhead said cheerfully while trying to wipe her snot on Narberal's dress, who gave the wolf girl a stare making her whimper away.
'Haaaaaa. Not even a day and my younger sister is making trouble. Well, at least Shizu and Entoma are taking this situation well. They seem to be enjoying themselves practicing their magic over there. I should probably get us all together. It seems Momonga is signing us to come over. At least the good news is that the Death Knights he summoned are disposing of the octopus parts.' Yuri thought to herself as she made her way to retrieve her sisters
'How Dad raised us is a miracle.'
"We showed that squid bitch who not to mess with huh Nigredo?" Rubedo said, arms behind her head.
"What are you talking about? Me and Mare did the most damage, right Mare!"
"well…I did see them use some 9th tear explosions Aura" Mare said meekly.
"Mare did the finishing move with those giant vines Rubedo." Nigredo countered.
"Enough fighting kids you 4 did great here have some water. Aura and Mare I'm proud of you two for taking care of that giant squid for us. Thank you to Nigredo and Rubedo for fighting alongside them. I'm sure your dad is proud of you girls, here drink up." Bukubukuchagma said with genuine pride and joy as she handed each of them a cup made through creation magic and pulled out an {Endless pitcher} and poured each of them refreshing cold water.
"Thank you, mom!" Mare and Aura said at the same time as they drank their water with expressions of joy on their face.
"Sorry to be a party pooper here. We may not be vulnerable but it's not like we have any natural defenses anymore surrounding us. If all there is is desert then the entrance of the tomb can be seen from hundreds of miles away and if it's someone on our level who sees it who knows what could happen? We need to figure out some way to hide ourselves like we did in the game." Punitto Moe said bringing the group back to reality
"Umu, you are right Punitto Moe. Alright everyone we need ideas for how to cover the entrance of the tomb. Any suggestions? Yes sebas?" Momonga said.
"Perhaps we can use illusions to make the entrance invisible?" Sebas said with most guild members agreeing with the idea.
"Hmmm. That could work but it would be a huge cost of magic and magic items to sustain that much of an area. Plus if someone could dispel the illusion it would mean we would have to manually reset it." Momonga wasn't wholly against the idea but it just wasn't practical as while nearly everyone does know how to use 10th tier illusions the only one who truly specializes in such magic would be Punitto Moe and for him to work alone is not effective in making sure they are hidden fast enough.
Mare raised his hand and as everyone looked at him he trembled into himself in a shy yet oddly cute manner.
'Is he scared to share? I'll just signal Bukubuku about that' Momonga had looked to Bukubukuchagama to signal her but it appeared to be unneeded as she was already encouraging Mare.
"Don't be scared sweetie. We will all listen to what you have to say." BukuBukuchagma said with sweet encouragement. It seemed to have worked as Mare finally spoke standing up straight.
"Maybe we can cover the area around the entrance with dune hills? If the area is a dune dessert then maybe we can add dummy dunes to make the bad people guess which ones we are actually in?" Mare said with a lack of confidence and shyness.
"Huuuh? So your plan is to cover the entire entrance in a giant sand pit?!" Rubedo exclaimed loudly. This caused Mare to hide behind his slime mother and Aura to stare daggers at her.
"Rubedo," Albedo said with a clear frown on her face looking towards Her daughter.
"Hmph. Okay, mom Tch..." Rebudeo said while crossing her arms..
Albedo then proceeds to smile at Mare.
"I'm sorry for how my daughter reacted. Your idea is actually great Mare. By having those dummy dunes around us to distract our enemies. We can use illusions to cover the Air portion of the entrance so light can still come in but so no one will be able to see into the dome. We can also use defense spells to make sure no one actually comes in too." Albedo added.
The plan calmed down Mare and had gotten him to smile with a slight blush.
"T-t-thank you miss Albedo!" Mare said with a bow.
"Okay so now we have a plan of action. We have been talking for nearly 2 hours and it's already past midnight. Let's all conceive in the morning in the mess hall. We still have to cover the inner workings of the tomb. Let's get some rest." Momonga said.
Everyone collectively agreed. It had been a rushing course of events everyone had to go through. Considering how there are NPCs in the tomb many had yet to encounter or confirm if they had transferred to the new world it is best if everyone went through that at full energy. Herohero and the Pleiades teleported to their rooms. Peroroncino and Shalltear had exchanged goodbyes and good nights with their relatives before teleporting off to their floor. A tired Aura and sleepy Mare both carried over their mother's pseudo shoulder as she left the arena to the giant treehouse. The Senshi Brothers teleported to the 5th floor after saying goodnight to the Abe family who had teleported out of the arena as well. The Hidoi brothers had simply waved to the Suzukis before deciding to fly to the 7th floor.
The only ones left in the arena were the Suzuki family.
"Man today was a damn rollercoaster," Rubedo said with her arms behind her head.
"I'd like to teleport to my room if you don't mind Mother and Father." Nigredo had said.
"You may Hina. You too Yua. We have a lot more to discover tomorrow. You should head to sleep too, Toshiro." Albedo said with a tired yet warm smile to all of her children.
"Yes, mother and father. The treasury could only stay empty without its chosen Guardian for so long. Gute Nacht, Mutter und Vater und Großvater!" Pandora said while saluting before teleporting away with his two sisters in tow.
"I should hit the books too. These old bones can only stay awake for so long Or was the phrase 'Hit the hey'? Aw watchever goodnight my baby girl. You too, son-in-law." Tabula said as he gave them both a hug before teleporting away.
"Come on Aimi we should head to our room as well." Sotaru held his wife close in his arms as he teleported her away to their shared bedroom. The bedroom itself wasn't all that extravagant as it was more practical with a desk and wardrobe. With a crafting station to create all sorts of items. Though how much it deferred from the Yggdrasil crafting was yet to be experimented on it was right now not the priority of Satoru. His priority was to lay next to his exhausted wife on their bed.
"So much has happened today Satoru," Aimi said as she clutched her husband's boney hand hard as he laid down.
"Umu. I am honestly in disbelief that we even got Isekai in the first place. I honestly am glad that we were not separated from our family." Aimi clutched Satorus' hand harder.
"Satoru. Promise me that whatever happens, we put our family first before ourselves. Please." Aimi had said while looking at her husband's red light in his eye sockets.
"Always my love. This is not only a promise but I swear to you. No harm will ever come to our family Aimi. Not now, not ever. I love you Aimi." Momonga had said with full conviction and love in his voice he could muster before the feeling of it being drowned was felt.
"I love you too dear. Let's sleep now. We will have so much to do from now on. Good night Satoru" Aimi said as she kissed her husband's skeletal face and then fell asleep.
'I hope we can all live happily in this new world. Aimi, Toshiro, Hina, Yua. Everyone in Ainz Ooal Gown. In Nazarick too.'

Momonga thought to himself, staring at the ceiling. None the wiser to Albedo drooling on him.
Authors Note: that's the Lore dump! SUPER BIG I know. But I wanted to get all the background out the way in one take instead of spreading it out. Hope this clears up the confusion a bit and sets up expectations on how things will go forward with these characters.
