I am afraid that Final Fantasy 7 Remake has absorbed a lot of my free time. Before I knew it it was Monday and it was time to start writing again and I forgot to plan this chapter. Thankfully, I read through the last chapter I posted and reminded my mind of what I've been doing for the past year and a half. It's actually almost been two years since this story started, can you believe that? I don't know if anyone who's been here since the beginning is still here, but if you are, thank you!
Now, let us continue! The next goal is 100 chapters, and we are almost there!

The Blind Huntsman
Chapter 76
Volume 2, Episode 17
"I am not particularly enthralled by the idea of having a teenager being involved in a duty such as ours," Winter said as she traveled alongside General Ironwood. Straight after the meeting with young Matsuoka, they made their way back to the General's flagship. Which was the time she felt most comfortable speaking her mind about the situation at hand, "He is but a boy, only slightly older than my sister Weiss. For him to be involved in this at such a young age is frankly unacceptable."
"If the color of his eyes were any other color on the spectrum I wouldn't hesitate to agree with you, Winter," Ironwood said with a short sigh. "Besides, he already knew about things no adults should know due to his father. Malikai proved to be an issue even before we started setting our sights on him again and it was either let him in on our secrets in order to have some iota of control over him or let him roam free with the potential possibility of him doing things on his own. We don't need that, especially in times such as these were the people need to feel as many positive emotions that they can muster up."
"Still, it just does not sit right with me," Winter argued. "He is too young, too inexperienced. Something is bound to happen with him whether or not we do anything to include him in plans or ideas anyway."
"Would you rather we not keep an eye at him at all?" Ironwood asked, stopping in the hallway and looking to the Specialist to get this over with. "With Cinder Fall having such a grudge against him for what happened in Mistral? He would be hunted whether or not we did anything, and even she has her eyes on him. If we do nothing, something worse may occur. That is the grim truth." He looked away and started moving again, the Specialist took a moment to herself before catching up to him. "I understand why you are against such an idea, but you were the same age if not younger than Matsuoka was when I recruited you. Personally, I might add."
Winter looked down with a small grimace. "Even still, that was different."
"How so? You wanted to make a difference in the world without the constant aid and push from your father. I saw the potential in you, as well as in your semblance and I made the correct decision to pursue you as an invaluable asset to this cause. I needed someone I could trust, and with current similar circumstances, Ozpin does as well."
Winter didn't feel offended by the way Ironwood referred to her. She already knew all of this and James Ironwood was anything if not an unshakeable and honest man. He told her this all as a warning when she first made the decision to sign up for Specialist training much earlier than anyone normally would back when she was still a student in Atlas. In just her first year, in fact. She graduated as a huntress three years earlier and she received extremely special training to catch her up to speed with the rest of the other Specialists. Namely the Ace Ops before they were actually formed as an official squad. She agreed to all the conditions of course. Call her young, naive, ambitious, and honestly desperate for the chance to choose her own path for herself, but she held no regrets where she stands today. Perhaps that is how the young Matsuoka feels as well, or a similar notion at least. In a strange way, thinking about that boy makes her think of her own past.
"Doesn't he already have Qrow?" She continued after a moment of thought. "And Glynda? And nearly his entire staff?"
"You'd be surprised at how little that may seem to a man such as he," Ironwood said. "Allies come and go and for many lifetimes Ozpin has been betrayed more times than he will ever care to admit. Whenever a silver-eyed warrior comes around, just as the previous two he worked with before he even thought me to be a worthy investment, they become one of his top priorities. They are just too valuable to risk Salem getting her hands on and there are so few around these days."
"Even when they are young teenagers?" Winter questioned.
"Especially then," Ironwood surprised her with his frank answer. "That is when they are easiest to control and manipulate into exactly what he needs. However, it seems to be too late for Malikai's boy, at the very least he can still be molded into a great ally."
"This…" Winter sighed to herself and shook her head, canceling the thoughtful argument that immediately popped into her mind at the thought of all this. There was no room for getting too emotionally invested in this kind of thing. It was far beyond her, a simple piece in this massive and confusing game of chess. And even then, she was barely more than a pawn herself. She was lined up to become the next Winter Maiden, and once that happened she could kiss any true privacy and freedom away. She accepted that a long time ago because it was for the greater good, but she could see why all of this needed to be kept secret. From the outside, no one in their right mind would agree with this and even if they knew the reason - which was a good reason - they still might be totally against it. "I understand, General. I am sorry for arguing. It just all seemed…"
"I know," the General looked to her with a flat, tired expression. "Once upon a time I was in the same position you are in now. If anything I am simply grateful that you voiced your thoughts instead of locking them away for them to boil under your skin until it became too much. I know it may seem unprofessional or even uncharacteristic of me, but if you ever have such thoughts that you need to get off your chest I am always someone you can speak to. I will not berate you for being human."
"Thank you," Winter stood up straighter and nodded her head. "I shall keep that in mind indefinitely."
"Good," Ironwood fixed his collar and made sure that everything was in order. "Keep in mind that even with our entire lifetime it may not be enough to truly put the world at ease forever. We can only do what we can in honor of the generations that have long since passed and for the future ones beyond. In order to participate in such a war, one must give up an important aspect of their life. The fact that Matsuoka has given up nearly his entire childhood and future to this makes me admire him. In different circumstances, I would have offered him the same deal I gave you. His steadfast drive and determination are hard qualities to find in people these days." Once he was done correcting his outfit he nodded to himself. "Now, let us continue on with our normal duties. I will call for you as needed and I need to make sure the council makes the right decision in who will be made the head of security for the upcoming festival."
"Understood." Winter saluted the General and bowed her head. "And do remember to authorize the boarding of headmaster Ozpin, headmaster Albedo, and the third guest that they brought with them."
"Of course," Ironwood nodded his head. The mechanical door before him slid open to reveal a widely built control room, where dozens of pilots, mechanics, and technicians all kept making sure that the ship was going to keep hovering as it was now. Right as he entered he already felt eyes on him, all asking the same question as one of the cameras showed a picture of three men awaiting authorization to enter the ship. With an amused smirk, Ironwood gave it and continued to work. There was still much to be done, and more preparations than he had time to make.
Kai felt strange as he followed two grown men into a massive ship that was so vast even his senses were being thrown off. It was hard to tell where he was going and again he needed to be guided in order to go in the right direction. There was just so much going on, his ears heard hundreds of voices all speaking at the same time, his sensitive nose was smelling all sorts of chemicals, dust, and other kinds of fumes and his physical sensations were all out of whack. There was just too much going on, too many vibrations all happening at the same time. He was practically blind in more ways than just one. Thankfully, Albedo wasn't at all bothered by him clutching on to his sleeve and was happy to be his temporary guide. If this was some prediction by Ozpin, Kai didn't like it one bit. He was vulnerable here. He didn't even know if he could even tell if someone was lying or not if they were speaking to him.
"This way," Albedo said as he turned to the right. Kai let himself be guided through the ship and it was honestly very confusing. What he could sense, which was a very small amount, was confusing in itself. There were many levels and surprisingly most of the floors and walls weren't that thick. Which must have made the ship much lighter so that it could actually get off the ground thanks to the many tons of gravity dust that must be involved as the fuel source of the ship. They went up, down, left, right, forward, and a cycle continued of those directions but randomized. He was already regretting making this decision to talk to Sienna before they even got to the prison blocks, and even then it was a nightmare trying to tell what was going on as they were making their way through it.
"Relax," Ozpin told him, having sensed his discomfort a long time ago. "I know being in a place like this must be overwhelming, but you are concentrating too much. Calm down, and perhaps your senses wouldn't be as overloaded as they must be now."
Kai listened to the advice and took in a deep breath and exhaled it slowly. His mind was working overtime for several minutes and feeling the strain slowly lift itself off his head was cathartic. It was still messing with his head, but it was at least to s smaller degree. He could actually tell where he was going now, for instance.
"Good, you truly are a fast learner." Ozpin complimented. "We are nearly there, so this is where I will explain to you what will be happening shortly. As you conversed about before, you will be having a conversation with Sienna Khan per her request. I am honoring it just this once and have granted her ten minutes with you. However, we will be listening. It will be appreciated if you said otherwise, but she should know that anyway so it is not that big of a deal if she knows. Now, we don't know what she wants with you, only that she potentially wanted to try talking to you about an alliance before. In her current position, an alliance would mean little."
"However," Albedo continued as they slowly came to a stop. "She knows things that could be invaluable in this little war of ours. She was the one who supposedly worked with Cinder the most, and so there is much that we can get from her."
"Why didn't you just use your semblance on her yet?" Kai asked. "All of this can be avoided if you just look into her eyes."
"I know that may seem like the best course of action, and believe me, the thought has crossed my mind several times already." Albedo chuckled lightly. "However, that will be no way to earn her trust and compliance. There is potential in her yet, as Ozpin is so eager to point out every time her name is brought up in a conversation."
"I would appreciate it if you didn't reveal any more of my plans just yet, thank you," Ozpin said with a roll of his eyes. "You will know more of the details in time, Mister Matsuoka. Of that, I will promise you. All I need you to do right now is hear whatever it is she wants to say and that's it. Anything else after that is something I will deal with personally. I have a few choice words to tell her myself anyhow."
"Alright…" Kai shook his head and sighed out his nose. "I'll play the part I need to play. You don't need to keep trying to convince me when I am already willing to do it."
"I can see that," Ozpin said as the three of them all came to a stop. "I was just checking. Up ahead, Sienna's cell is the third on the left. There are no other prisoners in this block so it will be just you and her with us watching and listening in from afar. There is a device on the string of your hood that will let us listen in on what you are talking about. We will be keeping our distance. Go, the cell door will open automatically when you get there."
"And good luck, I might add." Albedo said before Kai moved too far away from them. "Sienna is a feisty one, do be careful not to be dragged into what she says. She quite literally specializes in manipulating faunus and although you are not full blood you are still half of one."
"I'll be fine," Kai said as he moved forward. "There isn't anything for me to be worried about. She's locked away after all."
He heard no response as he made his way into the cell block. True to their words, there was no one else in the other cells except for Sienna in hers. He kept walking until he stood in front of it and crossed his arms. Waiting for the door to automatically open so that they can have this conversation that she was so desperate to call for apparently. He heard it open with a hiss, but it only opened partway. Straight down the middle, the door parted, revealing a tired tiger faunus with bags under her darkened yellow eyes. Her scent was strange to him, it was mixed with chemicals and everything the ship had to offer but for some reason, she smelt similar to someone he couldn't quite place his finger on. Nevertheless, he was there and he knew that the ex-leader of the White Fang was looking at him. Surprised, confused? He couldn't tell, but she sat up taller now that he was there.
"There you are," Sienna said with a laugh. Her shoulders felt just a little lighter. "Ozpin works fast I see. He is definitely a man who keeps to his promises."
"What do you want?" Kai was already losing his patience with her. He was barely refraining from lashing out as it was. It was probably a good idea that he let Qrow take Silver Ebony away from him, he might have just given in to the sudden desire to end her life as soon as it came if he still had it. "You asked for me and I am here, I hope you aren't just wasting my time."
Far from intimidated, Sienna laughed. "You sure are a feisty one, eh? Far from the kind polite boy that I kept hearing about over the news years ago, you aren't anything like I remembered you to be." She tilted her head, eyeing him up and down. When she was satisfied, she looked back up to his face and grinned. "You definitely look a lot stronger though, you're in great shape."
"..." Kai refused to dignify that with a response and kept standing there with his arms crossed, waiting for Sienna to say something that actually caught his attention.
"Ah, apologies. It has been quite some time since I've seen a face other than headmasters and people who'd rather execute me rather than letting me rot in this forsaken cell. I suppose I should get straight to business, shall I?"
"For as long as my patience stays strong, I would suggest that. Yes."
"Great. Firstly, I would like to apologize to you."
Kai's head recoiled back with a silent snap. That was not something he expected to come out of Sienna's mouth. Out of everything, that was dead last. "For what?" He asked, utterly confused.
"For preventing your father from killing Cinder," Sienna clarified.
Kai felt his teeth grind against each other as his temper began to flare.
"If I knew what would have happened at the time, I wouldn't have done it. But because of my actions, your father was killed, and now Cinder has become the nightmare for not just you but for a countless amount of other people." Sienna tilted her head when she saw how angry Kai was slowly getting. For being the former leader of the White Fang, she learned how to read people. Continuing on with this topic was going to be more detrimental than beneficial. Sienna wisely moved on. "Although, I don't think my apologies are something you care about or want. There is a reason I wanted to speak to you today, and it wasn't just for that."
"For your sake, I certainly hope so." He didn't know it but he was already calming down. That was a speech tactic that was commonly used when talking to a large crowd, which was something Sienna did a lot during her time as the White Fang's former leader. She knew when she was losing favor, and quickly and efficiently changed the topic so that she could reverse that effect, and evidently it was a tactic that worked. Not even Kai was immune to being swayed, it seemed.
"Well, I certainly hope that you will listen to what else I have to say." Sienna snapped back as she leaned back into her seat. She has been sitting there for so long that her legs feel like jelly. She knew that she was getting weaker because of the lack of exercise and motion. For a person who was on the level of a huntsman, she needed to keep exercising and eating correctly so that she could maintain that form of hers. It was most likely an attempt at controlling her. Preventing her from keeping her strength in favor of keeping her weak and easier to control and stop in case things got out of hand. At his point, she was sure that even Little Kai could defeat her as she was now. Even without his semblance. "Would you believe me if I said that I was impressed by you?"
"Partly," Kai shrugged his shoulders.
"You did, plenty of times." Sienna went on. "Three years ago in Mistral, even while injured, nearly unconscious and spent on aura and stamina you just would not stay down. Even when you fought Cinder, even when you lost, and even when your father lost. You just kept on fighting and you only let yourself pass out when you knew for sure that Cinder had been defeated. Even now, just looking at you impresses me." She eyed him up and down again, and this time Kai sensed her do it. "So strong… have your eye powers kept up with your physical strength? I wonder…"
Kai perked up. "You know about that?" He asked.
"Of course," Sienna explained. "After what happened Hazel saw fit to explain to us what had just happened. Adam and I were shocked after all. Out of nowhere, it seemed like a second semblance suddenly manifested from a single soul. Of course, the answer shocked us. As did the true meaning of the seasonal maidens. We thought we knew so much when in reality we knew so little. The tale of the silver-eyed warriors wasn't so hard to believe after hearing of the maidens."
"So you know what these are capable of, then," Kai said as he untied his blindfold, revealing his blind eyes and their white pupils surrounded by the color silver.
"I've seen firsthand what they can do," Sienna said, suddenly shaking. "That black flash, I witnessed a bulk portion of my White Fang instantly get petrified. The polar opposite of what the silver-eyed warriors have been recounted to be capable of. You are a very dangerous opponent. I imagine with just one of those flashes you can defeat any human opponent as well as any Grimm."
"I can't control it," Kai said with a growl as if he didn't like the fact that he couldn't control it. "Not for a lack of trying, but that black flash you described isn't something I've been able to replicate. Nor do I really want to. It's indiscriminate, as far as I can tell. So don't make me out to be stronger than I really am."
"I will regard you to what you are capable of," Sienna said. "And you are capable of killing. Killing Grimm, and killing people. More specifically, Cinder."
"I…" Kai grabbed his arms, thinking of the possibility.
"It's why I wanted to speak with you, even before my capture," Sienna whispered quietly, so quiet that Kai was sure that the headmasters wouldn't be able to hear it. Kai wanted to call her out on it, but she successfully managed to garner his interest and so he let her continue. Listening carefully as he did so. "You are the key to Cinder's defeat, the key to her death. It is why she is so scared of you, not that she would ever admit it. She wants to kill you so that she could be free of that fear. Because you are the only one who can rival her in power because of your semblance."
"..." Kai took a step forward, getting closer to Sienna's cell, almost within arms reach. That was her signal to continue.
"Despite our differences and ideals, I wanted to form an alliance with you." She said, out loud this time. "Though I never got the chance to speak with you, not even when you came as a… secret of the night." She added next in a quiet whisper in which only he could hear.
Kai narrowed his eyes at the implication of her knowing more about him than he was really comfortable with. She knew that was what she tried to tell him. She knew that he was Stone Face, the vigilante that was going out at night and hunting down the White Fang by himself, and the man that helped the members of Team KRBR at the docks and fought Adam to a standstill. She knew, and she was telling him that she knew and was whispering it to him like she knew that Ozpin and Albedo were listening in. He didn't know what to make of that. What was she trying to pull here by revealing something like that to him?
"I see…" Kai said quietly. Surprisingly not as angry as he was before. He found himself interested in this conversation with her. However, time was not on their side. He knew that time was running out quickly, he was counting the seconds, and they had approximately just one minute left to talk. Not nearly enough to ask the questions that he suddenly had in mind.
"Had I had the chance to talk with you earlier, I would have offered you a spot in the White Fang as one of my Lieutenants," Sienna said next, out loud. Which only further confused Kai. Now she was speaking freely of this alliance that she wanted with him. "Even if you are a hybrid, you still have that tail of yours, which in my eyes makes you one of my kind."
"You have about thirty seconds before I walk away," Kai said, subtly warning her that they were running out of time. "So whatever it is you have to say next, get it out now."
"No, I think this is a good time to end it," Sienna said instead, smirking at the boy more confidently than she ever had before. "Thirty seconds is not nearly enough time, though I hope we get the chance to speak again. I feel that you and I have some unfinished business that needs some closure."
Come speak with me again, she didn't say. That was an invitation if he ever knew one.
"Sure," Kai replied as he turned away. "If there is a next time, you can hope for it. I for one won't be looking forward to a next time."
Sienna laughed. "Of course, that is always a possibility."
Did she have to sound so smug about it? He growled lightly as he walked away, and the hiss of the prison cell doors closing echoed about in his ear as he made his way back to Ozpin and Albedo, who was waiting for him when the next set of doors hissed open and revealed them both standing on the other side, looking at him with a curious expression on their faces. "That was really all she had to say?" Albedo asked, somewhat disappointed.
"Perhaps," Ozpin sounded like he knew that there was something else, but didn't point it out just yet. "It was hard to listen at times, but everything she said we already knew. What do you think, Mister Matsuoka?"
"I think it was a bit of a waste of time," Kai half-lied. "Are you going to make me talk to her again?"
"Possibly," Albedo answered before Ozpin could. "Though there is always the chance of now. Part of the agreement was that Ozpin would continue to speak to her in an effort to find out what she knows and how he could use that against Cinder. Since we know that she has to make a different set of plans, we don't know what else to prepare for other than for the old one just in case. Right now, Sienna knows her best. So her compliance would be a great benefit to us all."
"Hm," Kai nodded his head once, accepting the reasoning. "Well, if that is everything is it okay if I head back to class? I'm sure my teammates must be missing me, and I've already missed enough classes."
"Go on," Ozpin said, giving his permission. "I will send Qrow to find you again later, do be ready to be summoned at any time. I have plans to include you more in the future."
"That's good to hear," Kai said quietly. "I'll talk to you both later then, I guess."
"Wait," Albedo stopped him. "Are you ever going to tell me how happy you are to see me again? Your former teacher and headmaster? The one who gave Ozpin my esteemed recommendation for you?"
"Good to see you again, Albedo."
"Hmph, you don't need to sound so sarcastic about it…"
Kai scratched his neck as he made his way back through Beacon mere minutes after leaving the Bullhead that brought him back from Ironwood's flagship. Ozpin apparently needed to stay in the ship for whatever reason and Albedo parted ways from him almost as soon as they made it back to Beacon to go handle some kind of business. It didn't bother Kai much, and he was content with making the trip through Beacon alone. Around this time of day, his current class would be Professor Ports. Which in other words meant lectures and a time to catch a few naps to try and pass the time and then have Blake help him with any written work he was too out of it to actually know about.
Beacon was as lively as it ever was. There were some people walking around, some of the older years if Kai had to guess. They regarded him with as much interest as he had in them, which was slim to none. Some of them were skipping class while others simply had a free period and then there were those who were just screwing around. No one bothered to talk to him, which was something that Kai was grateful for. He has had enough of the whole popularity thing and was glad that his celebrity status had died off in the past few years. The initial shock of a blind huntsman wasn't something that was going to last forever and honestly, it couldn't have come sooner. It was just annoying, he didn't know how Pyrrha did it. She was much more polite than he ever would be, that was for sure.
Remembering the landscape of Beacon and its halls was a difficult task, especially since the place was so massive. He had a certain part of it mapped out within his mind since that was where his dorm building was and his teammates usually helped lead him to the other classes that he needed to attend. All on his own though, he was practically just walking around aimlessly. At this point, he was just looking for a certain string of familiar sensations that would help him figure out where he was and what direction he needed to go in. He considered the option of calling one of his teammates so that they could come to look for him, but they were in class already and he didn't want to risk getting them in trouble. So he was on his own this time.
As he kept walking he noticed that someone was following him. Someone who was following him quite quickly. They weren't running or sprinting but it was more like a light jog. When he realized that they weren't going to stop he stopped and turned his head over his shoulder so that he could acknowledge whoever it was who evidently wanted to grab his attention for some reason. But when he turned around the girl skipped around him once and then stopped while facing him.
Confused by her actions, Kai asked: "Is there something you need?"
The girl didn't respond to him. With nothing better to do, he tried to sense what the girl looked like. He didn't want to touch her but with his seismic sensing, he could at least tell that the girl was wearing some kind of dress with a short skirt and had pigtails. Other than that, he had no clue what it was that she wanted or what she looked like. Only that she was there and standing before him, blocking his way.
After a few seconds of waiting for the girl to say something, Kai had enough of it and tried to move around her to keep going on his merry way. But the girl kept stepping in front of him. Each time she did he asked what it was she was doing and every time she just answered him with silence. He tried to get past her a few more times but when that failed he gave up on the polite approach.
"Can you get out of my way? I'm trying to get back to class here and you're stopping me from doing that. I'm already late and I don't need to hear the teachers complaining."
The girl stepped up on the tips of her toes and poked him in the forehead. The sudden action of it had him stepping back and touching the spot where she poked with the palm of his hand. He wasn't hurt or anything, just surprised. "What was that for?" He asked next, now starting to get irritated.
The girl stayed atop the tips of her toes and leaned forward. It was only then when she was practically chest to chest with him did he realize just how much shorter she was compared to him. He stepped away from her and this time she kept getting closer. Three steps back and to the left and she followed. With an indignant sigh, Kai rounded up on her a second time.
"What is it!?" He snapped, pushing her away from him with a shove more gentle than he intended it to be.
The girl grabbed his outstretched hand before he could pull it back. They were surprisingly soft for a supposed huntress in training. Kai took a moment to register the fact that what he was feeling wasn't skin and instead of a very soft and flexible leather-like cloth that fit snugly to the girl's hands. She felt his hands back and front and ran both of her smaller hands in it for longer than he thought she would.
When she was apparently satisfied, she placed something in that outstretched hand of his. A piece of paper, but the feeling of it. When she pulled away she was suddenly behind him, hands on his shoulders and the weight she put on them was practically nonexistent. Kai grunted and guessed that the silent girl wanted him to open the paper and he did. Content with getting this over with so that the girl could finally just leave him alone. When he unfolded the piece of paper with his thumb he ran that same thumb over it and suddenly something piqued his interest. Braille. Something was written in Braille on the paper. He thumbed around it a few times to see if there were any more words but stopped when he actually started to read it.
It said; "Go to the Upper-Class District of Vale. Find a place called 'The Metal Box' and go there. I'd ask that you come alone, but I'm not sure you will.
Don't forget your mask.
-Yours truly, Ro-"
Before Kai finished reading it he snapped his arm around in an attempt to elbow the mute girl who was clung onto his shoulders whom he suddenly realized was Neo the entire time. But when his elbow struck her hip she broke apart into shards of glass that stunned him as it fell all over his body. After shaking it off he reached for a sword that wasn't there and cursed, then relied on his semblance and created a stone sword out of the stone tiled floor beneath his feet. However, the battle he was looking for didn't come, and he didn't sense Neo around anywhere.
He kept himself armed for the next few minutes and focused his senses in the surrounding area. Neo was gone, apparently disappearing into thin air and he stood there absolutely livid at how stupid he was for not realizing it sooner. The thought came to mind, but surely not every mute and short girl was Neo, right? No, of course not. This was exactly why Neo thought it was a good idea to walk right up to him wearing a disguise. Knowing that he wouldn't attack her right away without any provocation.
"Damn it," Kai felt the Braille note again and re-read the message. Another one from Roman Torchwick. Damn it, what did he want from him? He did his best to ignore and forget the first message that was written for him but now he couldn't just ignore this, not now. This was a direct challenge to Stone Face and by extension him. And from Roman Torchwick and Neo as well, he needed to take care of them. Doubly more so because they knew who Stone Face really was behind the mask.
Gritting his teeth and fixing the tiled floor that he left broke to create his weapon, Kai walked tensely toward a direction he hoped where his classes were. At least in Port's class, he can think more about this and figure out what he should do.
As he walked away, Neo watched him from at the top of a building. Letting her disguise fall in a flash of white and smirked when she watched him put the note she gave him in his pocket.
This was an interesting chapter, I definitely enjoyed writing it. Finally, after getting through Final Fantasy 7 Remake, I was able to let myself sit down for several hours to get this done and out to you guys. I hope you liked it!
I also started getting into the Fate series several weeks ago after watching Fate-Zero and Fate-Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works and I must say, totally in love with it. I definitely want to make a story for it in the near future once one of my other stories is completed. Actually planning it already, which is giving me time to plan a lot of it since I have a lot of time before the next story is finished. However, I have my own little idea for it that pretty much creates another huge batch of OC's. What do you guys think of that? A Non-RWBY story for once. This is not me getting burned out of the series, don't worry, this is just me wanting to explore other worlds. I actually have another RWBY story planned for later down the line called YBWR, which is still something I need to add to my profile soon. Eh, I'll get it over with soon.
