As Alexis is sitting next to a well in the park on her phone as she is taking a break while the others are skating she shrieks upon feeling something put it's hand on her shoulder before seeing it was Emo Crys as he is climbing out of the well.
"Emo you startled me." Alexis says.
"Sorry. I was just getting my skateboard from the well." Emo says as Alexis helps him to his feet.
"Eh. No worries." Alexis says as she smiles.
"Wah! Who puts a well in the middle of a skatepark!?" Spitball shouts as he accidentally falls into the well with his board after not seeing it before the group goes and gathers with other people around a state for the Skatey-Oh's cereal announcement.
"And now put your hands together for the new Skatey-Oh's mascot Skatey the Spinel tailed iguana!" A woman shouts as the group sees a man in a green suit come out with little people cheering.
"Can we start skating again? What happened to the old mascot?" Meaty asks.
"This is just like the first time they replaced their first mascot." Jay Jay says.
"True that." Alexis says she and Spitball nod in agreement before the group hears that their Halloween contest winner who spends the night in the haunted house in town can design the next skate park for the company.
"This is a total slam dunk Grinders. All we gotta do is spend one night in the scariest house in town on the scariest night of the year and we get to design a skatepark." Lil Rob says.
"Yay. My people." Emo says as he smiles.
"Yeah. Alright. It sounds fun." Alexis says as she smiles before noticing Spitball smiling at her before she looks away blushing.
*Timeskip*
"So this is house of demonstein. Could be worse." Lil Rob says as the group is gathered with others outside the house before everyone begins walking toward it.
"So you got anything you want to talk about? Something secret perhaps?" Emo Crys asks as Alexis walks with him toward the back of the group.
"No Emo Crys. Besides I have no idea what you're talking about." Alexis says as she acts innocent.
"Sure you don't. I know when someone is hiding something from friends and you are hiding something. You act differently when it's something emotional rather than physical. You like someone in the group don't you? Come on. From one awkward person to another I can tell." Emo Crys says as Alexis blushes slightly.
"I have no idea what you mean Emo Crys." Alexis says with slight annoyance as Emo Crys smiles and shakes his head.
"You guys coming or not?" Lil Rob asks after Meaty scares off most of the other contestants.
"We're coming. Just taking our time." Alexis says as she and Emo Crys move up ahead to walk with the others.
*Timeskip*
"What is that sound?" Emo Crys asks as the group hears noises after getting inside.
"I don't know... Um Emo, Jack Knife?" Alexis asks as she stops walking.
"Yeah?" Jack Knife asks.
"You two are clinging to my arm. Please let go." Alexis says as Jack Knife and Emo Crys let go of her arm.
"Come on guys. There's nothing to be worried about. Besides ghosts aren't real. They're just trying to scare us. Just a typical Halloween spookshow." Alexis says as the others look at her before she shifts to wolf form and sniffs around.
"Says the girl who's technically of that nature herself." Jay Jay says as Alexis snarls at him annoyed.
"I suggest you not compare me to a monster Jay Jay. I can deal with you lot teasing and joking from time to time but don't compare me unless you want to get a much uglier side of me. I may not bite but getting back at someone I'm never opposed to doing when they insult me even through accident." Alexis says as she glares unamused at Jay Jay.
"Sorry. But still though. I mean we didn't realize you were well you know. Least not until you told us a few weeks after we met you." Jay Jay says.
"I know. Didn't want you to know. Least not until I was ready to tell you myself which I did do. But ghosts and demons are not real guys. So chill. Besides thought you boys were the ones supposed to be telling girls that stuff not the other way around?" Alexis asks as she smiles at Jay Jay causing him to give an unamused look.
"Well played." Jay Jay says.
"Told you. I don't play fair when someone doesn't play fair with me about things." Alexis says as she chuckles.
"Come on you two. Cut it out." Lil Rob says.
"Still think they're just trying to freak us out?" Goggles asks as the doors are barred shut causing everyone but Meaty and Lil Rob to jump onto Alexis.
"Yes and come on guys. Again? Seriously get off You guys are heavy." Alexis says as she pries herself away from the others.
"You don't frighten easy do you man?" Jack Knife asks as he looks at Alexis.
"Nope." Alexis says bluntly.
"Alexis hardly ever gets scared Jack Knife. You should know that. Trust me if I cant scare her with my ninja skills I doubt a haunted house will." Spitball says as Alexis smiles at him.
"But doesn't mean I don't have fears. Just ghosts and fake monsters were never one of them. Besides guys I don't smell anything apart from all of you and some old faded scents. If there was something here I'd know. Or we would of seen something already." Alexis says.
"Alexis is right. Look. They even got a camera to see if we crack." Lil Rob says as the group sees a red glowing shadow.
"Uh I don't think that's a camera." Alexis says before the group sees Skatey the skunk dressed as a monster with a chainsaw causing the group to scream in alarm.
"Run! To the basement! It's always the safest!" Jack Knife shouts as the group bolts on their boards.
