I wake up twelve hours later. My whole body shook as I woke up after having a bad dream. I remember it was about demons and how they look like monsters and causing chaos wherever they went. They may look human, but I have to remember that these things are demons, and they can do whatever they want to anyone and destroy anything that opposes them.

I woke up to find my arms free and the collar around my neck is gone. I had my arms around Rias, while she remain sleeping on top of me with her head pressing against my chest. I was unsure where to go from here as soon as I had the urge to get out of bed, but with Rias laying on top of me and still asleep, I knew I would wake her up the moment I try to move my body. With the chains finally remove I could transform into a dragon and finish Rias Gremory right here and now. However, I knew she has a contingency plan if I should ever consider going dragon.

"She'll stop me…" I thought to myself when looking back at her sleeping. While I keep staring at her, I thought to myself "She… Does look pretty cute… Wait, what am I saying?"

I look back up at the ceiling, thinking about what just happening and what she did to me last night. I was a prisoner, then force to make a contract with her to sell everything to her. Now she will become my future wife and mother of our future children if she desires. Is this really going to be for the good of my kingdom? Or is she going to exploit me and take everything from me.

I was about to begin a new life in this new place with Rias and her servants. One of her servants came into the room to finally wake Rias up and open up the windows to finally bring light into this dark room. I remain silent at this maid entering the room, noticed she had a black tail when watching her opening one of the windows, as well as black cat ears that look so real. When she was done opening the windows, she turns around and approaches the both of us. She had long black hair with a body to match Akeno.

"Good morning, my lord. I am Kuroka, one of many of Rias' personal maids of this household."

"Kuroka…."

"I'll be looking forward to knowing you, my lord. Rias has spoken highly of you, and should you need of more companionship than Rias –"

"That's enough." Rias intervenes. Her head remain against my chest and eyes looking towards Kuroka. "I've heard this already from Akeno."

Rias finally moves off of me and sits on the side of the bed. She stretches her body first, then looks to Kuroka when she comes towards her with a nightgown. She replies to Kuroka "That won't be needed. I'll be needing a warm bath." Then looks back at me with a smile "We'll be needing one together."

I gulp and respond "W-What?"

"You heard me. Get out of bed." Rias rises from the bed and walks towards the door straight ahead of the bed. Before leaving the room, she looks back towards me and says "Don't even think about it." Just when I was looking towards the other door that leads out of this bedroom. She was one step ahead of me, and I had to do what she tells me to do.

Kuroka left the room and closes the door behind her, but she stays on the other side and waits for Rias and myself to leave the room. It was awkward to walk across the room without any clothes and follow Rias into the bathroom. I cover myself up with both hands pressing against my penis that still remains erect this whole time.

Rias fills the bath with water, then uses her magic to make it hot enough for the two of us to have a relaxing time. Although, this was not going to be relaxing for me. Without any hesitation, Rias drops her underwear to the floor and not care I had a perfect view of her naked body from behind. She looks back to me to see me quickly turning my head away, but she just smiles and saw this amusing.

"What's wrong? You've never seen a woman actually naked before?" Rias asks and I fail to give her an answer. "You're adorable." She then goes into the bath first and leans on one side of the bath. She signals me to come join her, which I hesitate at first to even come closer to the bath. "Come on. I promise I won't bite. I'm not Akeno."

I look back at her and thought to myself "She's enjoying this…." And finally I did what she told me to do. I came into the bath and sat in the middle to leave my back towards Rias.

After Rias was done pouring water over her chest, she starts pouring water over my back and then moves her arms around my body to touch my chest. I remain silent and still, but shiver at the feel of her hands touching my body again. As much as I was actually enjoying this, I still had this feeling something bad was coming my way that would end this good time I have with Rias.

"Why so quiet?" Rias asks "Aren't you enjoying this? I am doing a lot of work here."

I finally respond to her quietly by saying "Why are you treating me like this. I'm just a servant to you."

"No." Rias responds and leans closer to press her chest against my back and keep her arms around my neck "Did you really forgot what I said to you last night? I told you I'll reward you with companionship and love."

"But for how long?"

Rias comes closer and whispers in my ear "Forever."

Hearing those words from her made me grind my teeth and close my hands tight enough to press my nails into my skin. She was making me vulnerable from listening to these promises. I lift up both my hands to grab both her wrists, then held them both tightly and respond quietly "You're lying."

Rias moves closer to the side to get a look at the side of my face. She was seeing two emotions coming from me, which was both sadness and anger. Hearing that single word from her actually made me cry, while also causing me to get angry at this because of how I believe this cannot be paradise for me.

"Hey… Calm yourself." Rias replies, then tries moving her arms away from me, but I kept holding onto her arms to stop her from going anywhere.

I turn my head to the side to look back at her and say to her "You shouldn't have removed the collar." Then proceed to activate dragon powers to cover only my right arm.

"Stop this right now. I'm ordering you to stop!"

The magical symbol she put on my chest begins to glow the moment she said those words. I knew this would never work because of her contingency plan, but her promises towards me made me angry and upset. While the collar around my neck was enough to hold my dragon powers, this magical symbol was enough to stop me completely.

Rias sighs in relief and issues more commands towards me. She orders me to let go of her, which I was force to do, then she orders me to turn my body around to face her. I predict she was going to hit me in the face for trying to attack her or some terrible way of hurting me, but all she did was to lower both her hands in the water and lift them back up to use the water on the palm of her hands to wash my face.

"Nothing is going to happen to you." Rias replies "No matter what, I'm going to stay here with you, and to tell you just how much I love you. I have all the time in the world to help you solve your issues."

I remain silent and close both my eyes. This was enough to remove my dragon plate on my right arm. Rias would lie back on the side of the bath with her arms around my neck again to pull me against her, and leave my face against her breasts. This would definitely be heaven if the situation was differently.

After another minute in the bath, both of us could finally get out and cover ourselves with towels. I kept my distance from Rias when drying myself, not saying a single word towards her as I was still thinking what to do. When both of us are done drying ourselves, Rias brings me back to the bedroom to find our clothes all properly done on both sides of the bed by Kuroka. She left me with fresh clothes that would fit me perfectly, while Rias got herself a red dress that was quite stunning to see as soon as I was done putting my pants on.

The three of us walk together through the hallways when were done with our clothes. Rias was at the front of this group, I was in the middle and Kuroka was following from behind the both of us. Rias would slow down and decide to walk beside me instead of walking in front of me. Things still went awkward between us and she tries to change the scene by holding my right arm with her right hand throughout this whole walk towards the dining room.

The dining room was quite large and elegant, along with the food being place on the table by Akeno. She too wore a maid outfit like Kuroka and left two plates of food for the both of us. Rias sits on the end of the table and I had to sit closest to her to the side. The sight of this delicious meal in front of me made me gulp and feeling the need to eat the whole thing. With everything that is happening, the last thing I was thinking of is what is going on inside the capital. I wonder if my father is okay. I hope me being here isn't making things much worse over there.

"Allow me to apologise." Rias speaks up and turns her head towards me "I didn't wish to use that on you. I had hoped you could at least cooperate with me, considering I was the one who decided to remove the binds and collar off of you."

"She apologised first?" I thought to myself when looking back at her with surprise. I look back at the food and respond to her "It's fine… And I'm sorry for lashing out at you in the bath." I finally take the fork and knife in front of me and start to eat the food that was given to me. The moment I took the first bite, I raise my eyebrows for a moment in surprise when the food taste so good.

"Do you like your early breakfast?" Akeno comes over to the right side of me

I swallow first before giving her an answer "It's good."

"Glad you like it. I can do more for you, if you're interested." Akeno said it seductively, which causes me to stop eating for a moment when thinking something naughty when she said that. Akeno would look towards Rias to see her not in a good mood of seeing her trying to flirt with me, so she takes a couple of steps back and stays out of this.

"Well… Anyways." I look back towards Rias and ask "I want to know what you're planning on doing to this nation if we… Do this… And how can this nation approve this if they think I'm dead."

"They know you're still alive. Your father included." Rias responds and continues to eat, but she finish swallowing her food first before continuing to talk "I've already sent an envoy to the capital the moment we captured you. I'll be getting a message pretty soon."

"Seriously?"

"Of course. I've given them a handful of demands, so let's hope they follow up on it."

"And what are the demands?"

"I told them I have you, and I have no intention of handing you over to them just yet. If they wish to have you back, they must forfeit this war against us and place you on the throne as the new king. "And if they refuse and choose war instead of peace, then I'll be sending them your head."

"W-What?!" As soon as I heard those words, I quickly got up off my seat and took a few steps away from her.

"It's okay. Relax." Rias replies and stands up "I've made promises to you, and I plan on keeping those promises. I wanted to see how they'll respond to that. The nobility and the council will see this as a hostage situation, and if they should decide to continue the war with us, then this shows they have no intention on seeing you live long enough to claim the throne."

I finally calm myself down from hearing that, so the both of us sat back down to continue finishing our breakfast. Rias continues "No matter what decision they made, you'll still be staying here with me."

And just after saying those words, the door opens nearby and causes me to turn my attention to another person entering the scene. I never saw this person before, he was a man with proper noble clothing and is almost the same age as me. His name is Yuuto Kiba.

"Is he her knight?" I ask myself when I look towards Yuuto entering the scene. He bows to Rias, then begins to report for all of us to hear.

"Lady Rias. I regret to inform you that the negotiations have ended poorly on our side." Yuuto replies "They've already made the decision on naming someone else as the new regent, and has begun utilising the army in the city to confront us in the south."

Rias looks away and sighs in frustration over this outcome. "I figured as much…."

I stand up once again off my seat and ask "What of my father? Is he alright?"

Yuuto looks towards me and answers "I'm afraid your father won't be hearing anything from anyone. I've discovered he's suffering a type of condition, and has been bed rested for the time being."

"Almost indefinitely." Rias replies and finish drinking. She looks back towards me and asks "These are your people. How are you going to resolve this?"

I look back to Rias and try to respond to that, but I fail to say a single word towards her.

"Those at high power would rather see you dead than see you safely return." Rias replies "Which is why you need me. Without me, they'll take advantage of you, or probably just kill you if you don't live up to their expectation."

I turn my head away from her with upset and finally respond to Rias "It's true I don't have any experience in any of this. I focused on too much training to learn this new gift that was given to me by my father. But I'm not going to roll over and die over this! It has to be me that'll stop this."

Rias stands up and smiles back to me "I'm glad you still have the fire within you. So you know what you must do?"

I nod, and with that the plan went underway. As much as I still have some doubts towards Rias and the others, this was the only way to really save this country from the real evil that poisons it from within. As long as Rias holds her end of the deal, I would offer her my trust and respect. She promise to not do anything to the invading army coming towards them, just as long as I force them to stop the advance towards them and prevent bloodshed on both sides.

The first thing we did together outside the citadel is to face off against the army of soldiers that are marching straight towards the demon territory. I can see thousands of soldiers ready to breach the barrier with siege and magic. We were on the other side of the barrier, so Rias opens a small point for the both of us to fly together out of the barrier to meet with the opposition, before either side could commence the attack.

At first I never thought of escaping Rias the moment it was just the both of us outside, but her spell would definitely stop me from rebelling against her. The only thing that came to my mind was to prevent the bloodshed, and to figure out how to explain the situation to everyone when they find out I am standing beside Rias.

I face the king's army in my dragon form, then remove my helmet to reveal to them all I am alive and safe. I fly down to the ground to face this army in front of me and speak to the commanders of this fighting force. Rias would remain behind me to spectate and to see if I am capable of preventing any attack from happening. I too was still unsure how I could actually persuade them to not attack the demons, so I try my best to tell them that they have been deceive by the ones who is controlling the king. I told them I was a prisoner of war and they intend on bringing me back to the capital, but the time being I ask them to hold out on attacking the demons at this time and prepare for a new change of power inside the capital.

As soon as we were done, Rias decides to teleport us straight towards the capital itself to confront the corruption itself. We manage to arrive inside the throne room thanks to her teleportation. In the past, Rias and anyone with her magic capabilities are unable to perform this at this distance from their home citadel. Kiba was responsible for this because he left a magical rock inside a broken part of the wall when he was here and use it as a beacon to allow Rias to teleport the both of us inside the palace itself. As soon as we appear inside the throne room, everyone was left completely surprise to see myself completely unhurt and standing beside Rias.

"What is the meaning of this!?"

"The prince is alive?"

"It's the princess of destruction! Guards, seize them now!"

Rias was ready to defend herself the moment the guards got close enough with their spears. All she did was wave her hand to create a red and black energy dome around us and expands outwards to send them all knocking to the floor.

"The prince has something to say to you traitors." Rias replies and looks back towards me "The floor is yours."

I step forward and look above me to see many of the council members standing around us, who I believe were on my side. I hesitate to respond at first because I still had no idea what to even say to all of these people. I finally use whatever courage I had and say this to everyone.

"This war must end, NOW! This war has already caused enough problems as it is. Thousands of people will die in the future if we escalate this any further. Rias has shown me the true corruption within this government, which is why I propose we end this through a peaceful solution."

"Peace!? Has the young prince gone mad?" Cried out one of the council members

"He's been poised by the demons! He has no say in this anymore!"

"I do have a say in this! I am still the future king, and still have a full claim to the throne as soon as my father passes. What happens here now will decide the fate of not just this kingdom… But to the fate of two kingdoms." I look back towards Rias when saying the last few words. She looks back at me with a smile and a nod. I face forward again to say a few more words "I've been inside their home, treated like a proper person, and they've never once bothered to kill me or to manipulate me with magic. I speak as myself and not as a doll to the master. They showed me the true lies and deception that's going on here, and I plan to remove the corruption right here and now."

"And how exactly do you intend to root out the corruption and establish a peace between two kingdoms?" One of them replies

This was the part where I hesitate the most because I knew exactly how they would all react when I say this to them. "To establish a peaceful solution between two kingdoms… I hereby propose that I'll be pledging my hand in marriage towards Rias."

After saying that, everything went quiet and still for a couple of seconds until one man spoke with a normal tone "Could you say that again?"

But then someone else up shouting out "You what!?"

And then the argument starts all over again.

One of them shouts out "You maybe the future king, but you're not the king right now. We won't allow it. As long as your father is alive, your words means nothing in this court."

"Oh really?" Rias replies and decides to take flight with her black wings to fly high enough to reach the same height as the men who said it. She asks him "So if your king were to wake up and accept our terms, then would you all accept this?"

"W-Well…. Yes, but –"

"Good." Rias descends back down next to me and looks towards me "Let's go pay your father a visit."

"You cannot leave this room!" One of them shouts out and asks for the guards to once again to try to apprehend the both of us. I look back to the guards to see them afraid to take any step towards us, so nobody in the room can do nothing but speak their minds and that is it.

"I have to see my father." I say to Rias "I have to see what they've done to him…"

And so we both make our way to my father's chambers. They sent more guards after us to try to attack Rias, but her power was way too much for them and kept knocking them away from us. I know she has incredible power that could easily destroy everyone, but she is not using her full potential against them. Is it because she is doing this for me? Or does she wish for no more deaths at the hands of devils.

As we made it to my father's chambers, Rias made a spell to the door to prevent anyone from entering as soon as we made it inside. She even remove the sound effects of them hitting the door and trying to breach their way through to stop us. I ignore that for now and quickly rush over to see how my father was doing. He was not in a good shape when I saw him. My father is already in his sixties, his age has already taken a serious toll on his body where I once saw him struggling to even get out of bed. He had a hard time walking to the throne and speaking out to the people in the room. Now I fear the day that I wish would never happen might come very soon. The passing of my father.

"Father…. You've been doing so much just to protect me…."

"He's not going to help us while in this condition." Rias replies "Something needs to be fixed."

"But how?"

"I can call Akeno and have her use her magic to heal the sickness inside of him."

"W-What?" I look back to her with surprise to discover there was a way to remove his suffering "You can do that?"

"That's easy. However, we can't stop his age. He's going to die one way or another. You need to accept that."

"And I suppose you want something for doing this, right?"

"I already have everything I want. All I want right now is for this war to end and to have you to become my husband."

". . . . ."

And so with a use of her magic, Rias calls Akeno to appear through a summoning spell on the floor near the bed. She already explain the situation and asks Akeno to begin the process of healing the sickness inside of his body. I remain by his side, holding onto his hand and hoping for this to be over soon. Rias would remain standing behind me and waiting for the healing process to be complete.

In the end, all four of us came out of the room together with my father coming out first to show everyone he is okay. Everyone on the other side of the door was in a complete shock to witness my father awaken and completely healthy than before. Everyone backs away from the door and bow their heads with respect and steps to the side to allow all of us to pass.

I cannot believe how things change so quickly that my father was ready to actually accept the terms of a negotiation with the demons, after learning about what happen to me and what the other noble members of the court was planning on doing if things went different. He was furious to discover they are willing to sacrifice me and so many people just to gain power and leverage inside the capital and expect to stand on top of all of this, while looking down at all of the corpses of both sides of the kingdom.

My father was ready to return to his throne and address to everyone in the court of what is about to happen next. He is preparing to accept the terms and sign a peace treaty to prevent any more bloodshed and war between the two races. And he expects to step down as ruler as soon as I reach a mature age and qualify enough to take his position as king. The final part was something he hesitate to say, but he finally agrees the terms of marriage between myself and Rias to be king and queen of both kingdoms.

Before I must leave because Rias still intends to take me back with her to her citadel, my father said he will personally take care of the ones who wish to get rid of the both of us. He is not going to turn a blind eye after what they were planning on doing once he was out of action, so now he will send his knights to round up the ones that wish to bring chaos and not order.

When I return back to Rias' citadel, I was completely silent and left unsure what to even say about all of this. After everything that has happen and what she did for my father, I knew I had to thank her for what she did for my family. I stop for a moment and call out her name to make her stop to turn around to face me, then bow my head and thank her for what she did for my family. She said nothing to me, but then as soon as I lift my head up, Rias was right in front of me and suddenly catches me off guard by grabbing both sides of my face and presses her lips against mine again.

"I'm never going to be bored of surprising you with that." Rias said to me after she was done kissing me.

"You… You didn't have to do that for me, you know…"

"The kissing or the saving your father?" Rias laughs and asks "After all this time, you still think were evil because were devils?"

"Well… Yes."

"You still think I'm playing around with you, don't you?" Rias said while pressing her body against mine and wrapping her arms around my waist. "You're about to have everything that anyone would ever desire in this world, and yet you still think there's a catch in this deal. Before you tried to kill me in the bath tub, I promise you companionship and love, and I keep my promises. I am a princess after all that must keep her word. Don't you?"

"I…. I want to believe…."

"No more talk." Rias steps away from me and grabs my right hand "Come with me."

"W-Where are we going?"

"To the bedroom."

". . ."

She brought me back to the bedroom where she could have her way with me again. As soon as she closes the door, she pushes me against the wall and wraps her arms around my head and continues kissing me for some time. I was losing my mind over these surprise kisses from her. I was really enjoying them.
