So you've gotten to this point, and reached Book Five. Congratulations!
I hope you enjoyed the little side story with Sigurd. I thought it was necessary to give each pantheon a little chapter to kind of explain what they are, along with their leaders. It wouldn't really make sense if they showed up in a battle to help the main group having never appeared before. It would be hard to care about them then.
But for now, Book Five "The Rising Sun" is next. This one is going to cover the Shinto pantheon heavily, as I found it super interesting and similar to the Greeks. I think it's going to be a lot of fun to explore.
Now, just a little warning, I'm going to be changing up the myths a bit to fit my story. As far as certain gods' origins and how they act, that's going to be shifted a bit here. So don't expect it to be completely accurate. Hope that doesn't bother anyone, I'm not going to stray too far from mythical canon, but if I do, just know it's for a good reason in the story. To be honest, I don't think you guys will mind.
I'm very excited to have reached this point, and I know I'm gonna have a lot of fun writing this one. I'll start working on it shortly, and the first chapter should be out pretty soon. Just need to plan out the final details and arcs, then I'll be good to go!
