But we're in the home stretch now. It'll be a little bit more than 12 chapters like I wanted, but still.
Anyway, enjoy the chapter and yes, Obito is big mad

Obito had called a meeting with the brothers.

They were sitting at the table in Madara's chambers, Obito at the end of the table with Sasuke and Itachi on one end, Shisui on the other.

Obito was standing up, pacing back and forth. His eyes were changing color as he did so. IT was obvious he was angry at the three of them.

"Look, it was harmless–"

"Harmless, Shisui?" Obito all but growled.
"Harmless would be killing someone who deserved it, but you guys killed an innocent person and brought her down here, for funsies!" Obito slammed his hands on the table, emphasizing what he said with the bang.

"Shisui and Sasuke, I understand you two doing this. You guys can be cruel at times, but Itachi? Why did you let them go along with it? You're the sensible one of the three of you."

Itachi looked up at Obito, undeterred by his words.
"I agree. I should have stopped them."

Obito was taken aback by it, but he didn't say anything. He only sighed.
"Look, I get it. Being bored down here happens, but what you guys did was cruel. What's worse is that Kakashi is hiding and he won't come out of his room–"

"How did she find out anyway?" Sasuke asked, a little confused, but it really was a good question.

"Kakashi and I took her to Madara and I guess he showed her." Obito said.
"He had been wondering since she came here, and I felt she needed to know the truth."

"But how did she convince Madara of all people to do what she asked? He doesn't even listen to us half the time, more less a human."

Obito sighed. He ran a hand through his hair and sat himself down at the end of the table.
"Madara traded showing her for kissing him. So I guess your bet is null."

Shisui groaned at that, sinking in his seat further.

"Oh come on, you should have seen that coming," Itachi kept a straight face but on the inside he was laughing at his cousins, the irony obviously there.

"Well, technically kissing Madara doesn't mean she fell for him." Sasuke stated factually. That sent Obito over the edge, his eyes glowing it's normal red and black hue.

"You don't get it! You sent the most gentle human we have to go to the human world and kill another, innocent human! Do you not see how fucked up that is!? All for a fucking game!"

Itachi noticed what Obito had said, it all clicked for him.
"You're not mad because we killed Sakura, you're mad we sent Kakashi to do it." He said in a quiet voice, making his cousins look at Obito.

The older of the four shook his head, rubbing his face out of annoyance.
"It doesn't matter what I'm mad at. The fact of the matter is that you killed an innocent person. I'm surprised Madara didn't hand you your asses yet. I know he can't kill you, you're already dead, but he can still punish you. And I hope to hell he does."

Shisui giggled at that before straightening his face.
"Sorry… you said hell. And we are in hell."

Annoyed, Obito got up to leave the room.
"From now on, Kakashi isn't going to do your dirty work, got it?"

All three of the brothers nodded their heads as Obito left the room altogether. The room was silent, but you could tell Itachi wasn't taking the scolding too well. He took a deep breath, then glared at Shisui.

"I told you this was a bad idea." He spoke simply.
"I told you this was a bad idea and you two went along with it anyway." He shook his head in disappointment.

"Nii-san, you couldn't have known it was a bad idea," Sasuke sighed.

"And yet here we are." Itachi stood up as well.
"I hate when you two drag me into your shit. This time, I'm not going to get you out of it. You two figure out what you're going to do then get back to me later. I have some work to do." He said, putting his chair under the table before turning around to leave as well.

Which left Sasuke and Shisui.

Sasuke was fuming. He didn't like the fact that he was scolded by his brother and Obito, one after another. Though the disappointed look on Itachi's face made him wonder if it was a good idea or not. He straightened up in his chair and looked at Shisui.

"What do you think Madara is going to do to us?" He asked his older cousin, who only shrugged.

"I have no clue. That's only if he would do something to us. I mean, he got a kiss out of it. You'd think he'd be happy." Shisui sighed.

"Look… maybe we did fuck up, but she's here now and there's noting we can do about that. Do you still want to keep the bet going, or is this it?"

Sasuke huffed.
"I feel that we should make it up to her. No more bets, no more messing with human lives, but I don't think we should tell her it was us. As soon as we tell her, she's going to hate us which will make our lives more difficult."

Shisui nodded in agreement.

"But what if she asks?" The older demon asked, looking over to Sasuke.

"Then, and only then we tell her. But that's it."

Sasuke then got up, stretching his back as he left the room. Shisui was left in the room by himself. He took a deep breath, tapping his fingers on the table as he thought to himself. He didn't mean for this to blow up in his face like this, but there wasn't anything he could do now. Sasuke was right, it would be best to keep it away from her, though he knows things will already be strained enough. First, though, he felt like he owed Kakashi an apology. Shisui got up and left the room, ready to start making amends.
