I stared at my status sheet in shock. I knew my stats were not normal but I didn't expect this in my wildest dreams. All of my stats were beyond S tier. I had broken the limit.

"Miach is this real," I asked.

"It's is Bell it is" he replied. I looked back down at the sheet before looking at my curious familia. "All my stats are 1500," I said. The looks of shock and what I assumed to be happiness appeared on their faces. None more so than Haruhime.

"Congratulations Bell," she said a smile on her face.

"You keep surprising me rabbit. Makes you all the more desirable" Aisha said licking her lips.

"Miach make sure her room is farthest from mine," I said pointing at her.

"Oh don't be such a tease"

"I'll see what I can do Bell," he said a sheepish smile on his face.

"But I wonder how high this can go. You don't think 1500 is the limit for me" I asked looking up at him.

"Only one way to find out but you are ready to level up now if you want," Miach said. I looked back down at the paper and thought for a second. Do I really want to? I mean the level-up would be nice I'd be stronger. But then how would I know how far this goes? This could be a one-time thing after all.

"I think I'll wait a few days. See if I can't push past 1500" I said burning the paper in my hand. Miach nodded in agreement. "Alright it's your choice Bell I'll check your status in a few days," he said.

"Your aunt would be proud of you," Regis said. I smiled sadly at him before responding. "Yeah, she would. But then she'd say it's time for training and whoop my ass" I chuckled. Regis did as well while the others watched. "Alright enough of that sappy shit we have new familia members let's go celebrate," I said standing up.

Freya POV

I looked down at the boy from the top of Babel. His soul was so bright and beautiful that I have to hold myself back from snatching him up. Sure he cost me a pretty penny with the attack on Ishtar but the rumors going around about him are oh so delightful. Beating a level three at a level one oh he's such a tease. It's almost as if he's begging me to come and get him. Alright that's it I need some relief.

"Helun come in here please" not even a second later the door opened and Helun appeared.

"Yes, my lady," she said bowing.

"I need some relief you know what to do," I said and watched her kneel in front of me. "Yes my lady"

Miach POV a few hours later

I opened the door to the hostess of fertility seeing packed as usual. I walked in and was greeted by a waitress.

"Ah, lord Miach welcome," Syr said. "Hello Syr I'll just be by the bar today," I said pointing towards it. She then led me to the bar where Mia was cleaning a glass. "Mama Mia lord Miach is here," Syr said getting the woman's attention. She looked up and gestured to a stool in front of her. I took my seat and Syr left.

"So I've been hearing the brat's been causing trouble," Mia said giving me a mug of ale. I happily accepted it as a smile broke across my face.

"In a way yes. But I couldn't be more proud of him" I said taking a sip of ale. Mia quirked an eyebrow before asking a question.

"What'd he do"

"He became quite a few people's hero," I said my smile getting wider. Mia again looked at me with a quirked eyebrow before she herself smiled. "So I'm guessing you're celebrating," she said. I nodded my head. "Yup on his victory and for getting two new familia members"

"Then I'll whip up my best as a sign of good fortune for you and your familia," Mia said as she put in a special order with May. I enjoyed my ale and had a small talk with Mia until my order came. I finished up my ale and said goodbye to Mia before heading home.

Bell POV

Nazha and I were setting up a bigger table for all of us to eat at. Miach had gone to get the food and drink while Haruhime and Aisha went to go look for their friend Lena.

"You know Bell things have been really looking up since you joined," Nazha said. I looked up at her from under the table as I had just finished screwing in some screws.

"How so," I said becoming coming out from under the table. "Well for starters you paid off our debt. You helped those people at the orphanage. Befriended Welf who had no friends and is hated by most of his familia. Saved Haruhime and Aisha from Ishtar's control and that's just you being here for two weeks" a smile spread across her face. "I believe that once you start making a name for yourself you'll be able to help more people," she said.

I looked at her shocked. I didn't know what to say so I stood there like an idiot. She giggled at seeing my reaction which snapped me out of my stupor.

"Thanks, Nazha. You and Miach have been a help to me as well. My aunt died a few days before I came here and. Well I guess you're making her passing easier" I replied.

"Hey we're a familia that's what we're supposed to do," she said her smile still on her face.

"Alright enough with the sappy shit. Bell help me with the table" Regis said using aether to help hold it in place.

"I find it hilarious you're using the building blocks of reality to hold a table up" I chuckled before going under the table again. I heard Nazha laugh as well.

"Just shut the fuck up and put the goddamn screws in," he said. I did what he said and started to put the screws in.

"Hey Bell," Nazha said.

"Yeah"

"Are you ever gonna tell your friends about who you really are" Nazha gently asked. She was mean or demanding she was just generally curious.

"Eventually. But I have to find a way to ease them into it. Other than you, Astraea, Miach, and Mia no one else knows who I am"

"Well it is a pretty big secret so take your time"

"Do you think they'll hate me for it" I nervously asked.

"No, I don't think they will. Arthur Leywin is the savior of humanity. I think they would just be surprised you're related to him"

"And what about my aunt being the silence" she was quiet for a few moments before she spoke.

"I think your friends are smart enough to see the difference between you and her," she said. "But if not I'll beat some sense into them" she joked. I chuckled at that before putting the last screw in.

"Alright it should be all good Regis you don't have to hold it up anymore," I said getting out from under the table. Regis stopped using aether and got out from under the table too.

"That should not have taken that long," he said sounding irritated.

"Not my fault these instructions are a pain in the ass," I said handing him the manual. He looked at it and read a page before looking up at me.

"I apologize for my earlier comment these directions are retarded"

"Well, as long as it's done I don't care. Also, Miach should be back soon so let's set the table Bell" Nazha said. I grabbed a tablecloth and put it over the wooden table. Nazha walked in with plates and utensils but before we could set them up we heard a knock at the door.

"Huh wonder who that could be," Nazha said as she walked to the door. "Might be Miach with his hands full" I answered walking behind her. "But he would just shout from outside," she said opening the door. Since I was behind her I couldn't see who was at the door but when Nazha stepped aside it revealed Artemis and her oh-so-lovely captain.

"Oh, lady Artemis and Rethusa. We're closed right now but how can I help you" she said respectively. She stepped out of the way to let the two ladies inside.

"Uh oh, Bell there here to interrogate you," Regis said. I could tell he was but I could tell he was also ready to step in if needed.

Artemis and her 'lovely captain' walked inside. They both looked at me Artemis with a neutral stare while her captain glared.

"Pardon the intrusion but recent rumors are how you say quite troubling," Artemis said. "Whatever do you mean" I lightheartedly asked. I felt her captain's glare harden before her goddess spoke again.

"Don't play coy with me boy" she said her voice having a hostile edge to it. "The rumors are you defeated a level three in the pleasure district while it was under siege. Now the question is why were you in the pleasure district" she said her eyes hardening. However, it did nothing to scare me I had Regis by my side and he could level the whole city without even needing to blink.

I rolled my eyes. "Playing hero" I mockingly said. "Besides Astraea already asked these questions so the question is why are you here," I said leaning on the counter showing I didn't see them as a threat. Her captain looked ready to pounce but Artemis held her hand up.

"Because while Astraea may be a goddess of justice does not mean she isn't the only one in charge of the city's safety," Artemis said.

"No shit that's why Ganesha takes on most of the slack. Yet you still didn't answer my question. Why. Do. You. Care." I said punctuating each word. I could see the rage building up in her captain's eyes yet her goddess remained calm.

"So you're saying you were at the pleasure district playing hero. What does that mean" Artemis asked.

"Answer my question on why you're here and I'll answer," I said not giving her any ground to work with.

"Fine. The reason I am here is because something about you is familiar. I don't know what but I've decided to keep my eye on you" she said. It was a cryptic answer, to say the least.

"How am I familiar to you I've never met you until a few days ago"

"I can't exactly explain it. But you just seem like I've known you for a very long time" she replied. Now at this point, I knew she was hiding something but what exactly I didn't know.

"Alright well since you technically answered my question although cryptically I guess I'll answer yours," I said. I then explained the story of my meeting with Haruhime to rescuing her. In the corner of my eye, I could see Rethusa's eyes soften considerably. During my explanation, Nazha filled in the gaps of where she and Miach were. After I finished explaining Artemis stared at me in silence.

"And I have the scars to prove it," I said turning my head to the side a little to show them my right cheek. Both women's eyes widened at them. The scars were parallel to each other going from my just under my cheekbone to the middle of my cheek.

"I see. I must apologize for thinking the worst of you then. It appears I have misjudged you and your character entirely and for that, I apologize" Artemis said.

"It's fine I never really care what people think of me anyway," I said waving her off but not being disrespectful.

"That's a good trait to have," Artemis said. We then heard the door open and Miach came inside holding food and drinks. He looked around confused before speaking.

"Bell what did you do?" He asked setting the food on the table.

"Nothing and why is your first thing to ask me if I did something"

"Because trouble seems to follow you where ever you go" he deadpanned.

"Touché I have to give you that. But Artemis just stopped by to ask about the rumors about me"

"Oh well if you're done questioning him you're welcome to stay for dinner we have plenty," Miach said gesturing to the food on the table. The two looked at the table before Artemis spoke.

"No thank you Miach we must be heading home now. We don't want our familia to be worried" she said.

"Then why come here," I thought. We then bid farewell to Artemis and her captain before the door shut and Miach turned to me.

"I hope she wasn't too bad to you," he said apologetically. "She was a little hostile at first but she said I felt familiar" I responded.

"How so?" Miach asked.

"I don't know she didn't say," I said shrugging my shoulders.

"Well I think we should set the table up and get ready for the ladies of the hour," Nazha said putting the plates down.

Artemis POV

That boy why is his soul so pure? So transparent? Could it really be him?

"My lady are you alright," Rethusa asked. I turned to face her

"Yes, Rethusa I am quite alright. However, I do feel a little guilty for assuming the worst about the boy"

"I don't blame ya. He showed such blatant disrespect to you and even his god by not calling them by your title" oh yeah he hasn't called me by my title.

"I don't see why he should we're both people. Sure we gods may have access to a limitless amount of power but that doesn't mean we're not people as well"

"But my lady you're a goddess and he's just a mortal he should be aware of the vast differences between you two" I was quiet for a moment. Why didn't I care how he addressed me? If it were any other man I'd make them see the error of addressing me wrong. But with him, it's different why?

"Nevermind that Rethusa we're home and I for one am hungry. Now let us eat and sleep"

Bell POV

"Well the food looks delicious," I said taking a seat at the table. "I bet Mia made this herself hoping that it would bring good fortune to our now growing familia," Miach said taking a seat next to Nazha.

The door then opened and in came Haruhime and Aisha with what I assumed to be their friend Lena In tow.

"Good, you're back. Come take a seat the food's getting cold" Miach kindly said. The three women looked at him before looking at the table and sitting down. Unsurprisingly Aisha sat right next to me.

"I see you found your friend," I said taking a bite of my chicken. She smiled at me before she herself grabbed a burger and started eating.

"Yup then me and Haruhime spent the entire day with her," Aisha said. I looked to my left where Haruhime sat and saw her eating spaghetti with Lena next to her chowing down on some fish. I smiled at this as it felt like a family dinner.

"Fine guess I'll just starve," Regis said from below me. I chuckled while everyone laughed tossing him a drumstick for him to eat.

"You can play with the bone when you're done" I joked.

"Fuck off" he replied going to town on the drumstick. We all laughed and the drinking began. "You ever have any alcohol Bell," Miach asked passing me a cup of whiskey.

"One time when I was like 10 my grandpa thought it'd be funny to let me have a sip of his scotch. Let's just say it didn't end well" I chuckled to myself.

"Is this when you ended up hanging upside down from a tree cause you wandered into one of the traps?" Regis asked stopping his absolute destruction of the drumstick.

"Yes Regis it is"

"Oh, that was hilarious. Especially when your aunt found ya"

"Oh don't remind me"

"What'd she do," Miach asked.

"Beat my ass until I was sober"

They all laughed at my misfortune but I was laughing too at the memory that seemed so long ago.

"Well just make sure you don't wander off then. Can't have you getting caught in any traps" Miach joked.

"Knowing Aisha she'd want me to" I joked back. We all laughed and the party went on well into the night. Everything became a blur at one point and after that everything went dark.

Well, the end of a nice celebration I think. Two new familia members and a possible new one as well as Bell reaching 1500 in stats. Now if you think Bell is being a bit too ooc with how he treated Artemis remember he practically told Dian to fuck off and he also doesn't trust her either.
